It has been my first time in Denver and I was amazed on how well organized and clean the gym is. But this is not all, Mariah, at front desk, was so kind, professional and caring that made me consider the gym in case I would move to the city. She was really patient, attentive and managed to solve a little problem with payment (unfortunately they are not accepting Amex now, but this should be fixed soon). I highly recommend this gym for anyone who lives in Denver or is visiting the city

One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been in. Equipment is in good shape. It’s very tidy and orderly. Very nice and welcoming staff, I just popped in for a day pass!

Mariah and Chris at the front desk were great to work with, this location could use a bit more security in the locker room, but not an uncommon critique for center city Denver. Definitely bring a combination lock here. Aside from that, great location, great team, the team made it a good experience.

I've been a member for about a month and I really like the gym. They are taking a lot of precautions to make sure that everyone is safe. Machines are clean and well maintained. Crowds haven't been an issue for me and I have gone during all times of the day. Friendly staff as well!

I have been going to this location since before they relocated in the Mission commons. Its big and roomy, and I often visit other locations. I just think this location gives me room to breath with my mask during the pandemic. Very clean and always plenty of equipment to workout

Very clean. More hygienic than the hospital. People are very respectful and the staff are really trying hard to keep planet fitness clean and sanitized as much as they can. I see them cleaning all the time. Members are cleaning their used machines before and after.

Planet Fitness as a company is fantastic. Great rates for what you get. This is one of my least favorite locations however. Pretty tight quarters and if you need to drive parking is an absolute nightmare. Staff is solid though!

Friendly staff, clean facilities, a good variety of equipment and areas, and hardly have to wait to use one. The arc trainer is my new favorite thing. My fiance and I have been going to Planet Fitness more consistently than we have ever used a gym in our lives and now it's something we look forward to doing. Edit: 9 months later and I am so impressed by how much I love coming here. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The equipment is clean, rarely broken down, and not intimidating to use and they have done a great job adapting to the local ordinances to keep us safe and healthy. As someone who used to hate the gym and also felt self-conscious using the weight lifting section, I find myself excited to go each week, comfortable trying new machines. Edit 2: Several years later and still going strong, still love it!

This is an excellent gym located right downtown on the 16th Street Mall. They have a personal trainer available their name Cameron that is really awesome. This is very easily accessible through light rail at the 16th and Stout stop or by the free Mall ride Stout Street stop.

Was downtown for the St Patty’s Day parade. I haven’t used my membership since before covid. Josh was super kind and helpful and got things all situated for me and even allowed me to sign my daughter in as a guest to use the bathroom. (She had knee surgery and was struggling to walk anymore!) Thank You!!

Josh is so friendly! Just signed up today through my health insurance program and then came to join this gym. It was a breeze! Josh explained everything to me and got me signed up fairly quickly. Nice clean bathrooms and a clean well maintained gym! Parking isn’t the greatest but that’s expected with this location

Friendly staff all locations. Awsome facility design which all locations use very simular. Very nice and intuitive app for android or the other one. Once i ran into financial issues with my bamk and my home gym manager on 16th street mall worked with me all tje way. These are some great people !

I was pleased with today's visit. As a member I hadn't been since the last discouraged trip I made some 6 months ago during panademic. Was glad to see it wasn't mandatory to wear masks working out because personally I have asthma and breathing is difficult enough without covering up in sweated up cloth. The place was visually clean. I had no qualms about getting sick! I feel better when I do work out. I can't figure why you can do all the unhealthy things bars, weed stores but you couldn't get fit or get religion. Planet fitness you rock! Great staff also. Good job! Kat

Aside from the convenient location, the staff here is very pleasant and helpful. Jon does an excellent job running the club. I upgraded my membership to Black Card level based on how much I enjoy this facility, so I may bring others with me to also come and have an enjoyable experience.

Planet Fitness downtown on 16th Street gas been my gym for over 3 years. It's convenient. However, they used to stay open late before C19. One of the managers John used to constantly fight off the homeless who wandered in. He no longer works there. So, you may see some stragglers. Usually empty in the late afternoon and evenings (even EARLY mornings). ✌🏾

I don't know why I've had such difficulty with this company over the past few years with billing etc., but John listened and handled my situation courteously and professionally. Really like this gym. Never a wait, staff is friendly and like able, great price and I love the view- location, location, location . They could have done better as far as designing the lock room space and I would definitely pay more for a steam room . It's workable, just not comfortable if your getting dressed to go back to work (Take some space from the black card lounge and expand the space we really need ).

They are doing a great job during Covid to ensure everything is clean and they are adhering to a max capacity. Their space at the 16th mall allows for more people safely compared to other gyms that have wait lists at peak times. And can't beat the price.

I love this gym. I've worked out at several other gyms and they don't compare to planet fitness. IRS always clean, the equipment is new, it doesn't stink, the most options of machines I've ever seen. The only down side is there's not much room to grab a mat and lay it down for floor exercise. I'm uh usually there by 5am so it's not a bug issue but I can't imagine how it is at 5pm.

I came into get a membership. Wasn't really sure if I was gonna get one until I met Natasha, one of the most incredible individuals I ever met in my life. Not only was she helpful but also very funny and passionate about her job. Your an amazing person Natasha never change. If planet fitness is as good as her I'll be a lifetime member for sure.

Good gym. Had a similar experience trying to bring my son as a guest, very rude and not helpful. I happened to have a copy of his birth certificate in my email though, so not much they could do but let us in. The desk staff is 50/50 in terms of attitude. Some are really nice and others are just not, at all, bordering on rude. There are usually 3-5 of them on staff at a time, no idea what they all do as they do not appear to be trainers and spend more time chatting than anything else. I wish they utilized the space a bit better, so many treadmills, empty treadmills. The space could be better utilized with more weight machines or HIIT training. Definitely like that the classes are in a back room away from everyone staring, I wish they had a second room like this for when classes are going on. For the price though, you can't beat it. Trainer Dallas is very helpful/knowledgeable as well even if you aren't taking the class.

Very unhelpful & annoying staff! I’m visiting from Houston so that says a lot if I’m stating this!! The service was so bad I didn’t even want to finish my workout or come back but it’s 0.2 miles from my hotel, unfortunately! I’m going today so I’ll see if anything has changed. Everyone else in Colorado’s establishments have been accommodating & helpful, EXCEPT them! Only one staff ( black young guy) was even nice...

Friendly staff, clean gym. A little busy at times, and houseless individuals pay to use the bathroom so at times the stalls will be filled with personal belongings and you have to wait to use them, but other than that great gym experience.

Very nice cardio, dumbbell, and cybex equipment. Broken equipment is quickly repaired. TV’s on cardio equipment is great. Convenient location for my lunch hour workouts. Hard to beat the price/month. Main gym area is usually clean, staff is normally making rounds wiping equipment down. Staff also seems friendly, both greets and says goodbye each visit. The only negative comment I have is the locker room and shower cleanliness is lacking. I understand there is a lot of traffic in there, however there is plenty of room for improvement.

24 hours. Each one is different across states and even within the same region of the same state. The mood in this gym, feels like it says "come in and get it done." On this day, there were early risers and all were really focused on some form of health or physique outcome through exercise. Eclectic groups of people. The location is very centered on space and utilizing all parts. It is centered in downtown, which is very nice for PF members.

You realize that this is just another gym, albeit one that is better suited to meet the standards of the area surrounding the gym itself. Its located in the middle pf sixteenth street mall, so its easy to access and happens to be open 24/7.

Awesome price.. great place for me, getting back into the swing of working out again - but they also have great equipment for when I'm really ready for weight training :) super friendly staff :) I am very happy with planet fitness. Although, I wish the downtown Denver location opened early like 5am monday - sunday., as I work the overnight shift at my job and I like to go right after work, which is usually between 530-630. The club is open monday - friday at 6am, which does tend to work out; with my commute from work to the gym, I get there around 6. But on the weekends, they open at 7am, and then I am stuck waiting outside on the 16th street mall for an hour, sometimes an hour and half. If there is a possiblilty of opening a little earlier, especially on the weekends.. I would really appreciate it even more!! I know they used to be 24hrs, but since covid, they have a limited schedule now, I guess. I also, would really like the downtown denver location to find personal trainers.., as I am in definite need of a personal trainer to help me with better weight training exercises. Other than that.. I love my membership at planet fitness., and have been utilizing the tanning booths as an added bonus to being a black card member!
