I love workout classes but had never tried Barre until Barre3. Not only is the class a great workout, but I really appreciate that the instructors are willing to give you as much or as little input as you want. I've been to plenty of workout classes and never returned because I felt too singled out after admitting it was my first time, but here at Barre3 cherry creek you feel welcome, supported, and part of the group. I absolutely recommend this studio!

After having a number of my conveniently located barre class studios close over the pandemic, I am delighted to find barre3. The regular instructors are very good and my musician, former fitness instructor brain VERY much appreciates the attention to the 32 count music, ha! I enjoy the full body workout and look forward to many more classes.

I've been a barre3 regular since 2018. I started coming to the Cherry Creek studio in March 2022 and it has been a great experience overall. There is plenty of street parking and a designated parking lot beside the building. I've found the instructors to be friendly and the studio very clean; this location requires clients to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend classes, so bring a copy of your vaccine record for your first visit. One or two classes I've attended did feel a bit crammed, but these were one-off experiences; I've had plenty of room to fully get into the movements the majority of the time. I do wish their early morning (6am) classes during the week were an hour long instead of forty-five minutes, but the shorter workouts are still a great calorie burn. I highly recommend barre3 at this location.

I had never been a fan of group sessions until I joined this Barre3 location. All of the instructors are personable and provide options to cater to your specific needs. They offer a great range of class times and the studio is kept very tidy. The owner, Julie, is wonderful and runs her business in a very kind and professional manner. Highly recommend this studio!

I tend to shy away from group exercise but this class is the perfect balance - I can easily focus on my own workout while being inspired by the others in class. The instructors have all been great - very clear on instructions, offer various level options, and provide individual support when needed. Added bonus - the cork floor does not hurt my feet and the staff cleans the mats. I'm hooked!

I’ve gone to a number of different classes with different instructors at Barre3 and they are all different but all quite challenging, in the best way! All the instructors do a great job of providing modifications and keeping us motivated even when things get hard! Highly recommend Barre3 for a fun, effective workout!

Barre3 is always such a good workout. Every class is unique so I never get bored. The instructors always provide optional moves/modifications to tailor the workout to your level. I love the hour long and 45 minute options as well.

Love Barre3! My favorite low impact workout and great for all! I have been able to maintain my workout routine throughout my whole pregnancy. Teachers are well informed on modifications and I still leave feeling the burn!

I love Barre3! It’s such a fun, challenging workout. For an intense cardio class, it is very low impact. I love how there are so many options offered for each movement; it makes the class accessible no matter how you are feeling in your body that day. I highly recommend trying it out!

I just completed my 5th day at Barre3 and I am hooked! I was very active in Barre after my second baby was born but stopped during the pandemic and took a while coming back. Due to pelvic floor/girdle instability following childbirth, I developed chronic pelvic pain that was quite the nuisance. It has been improving slowly but after getting back into Barre with Barre3, the pain has gone away!! I think Barre3 does it right, they enable busy mom’s by offering child care! All the instructors and fantastic and the class is approachable with all levels. I recommend this place 100%

I have been doing barre3 for a couple years now, but only at home. I was delighted to come to an in person class - an hour long just flies by with the good energy of the teachers and pumping music! Plus my son loves hanging in their play lounge while I work out! Seriously a game changer. Will return often!

Just started barre for the first time about a week ago. I love it! It’s so addicting! The instructors are super friendly and helpful. The studio is very clean, only allows a limited number of people and there are spaces squared off to keep proper distancing. They even offer online classes and, to my surprise, they are just as good! Your body and mind will thank you!

I'm so grateful I'm found Barre3 through ClassPass. It's allowed me to recover from a low back injury with grace! I so appreciate how the class offers individuals of all levels and experience the ability to walk away feeling empowered and successful. I will be honest and say I used to not be a fan of workout classes (talk about intimidating), but after taking both an in person and a livestream class with Shelby B. I have found a strength I didn’t know I had. During these chaotic times the thought of finding some normalcy in a workout schedule with an instructor like Shelby is remarkable! She has your back during the entire class and will have you feeling empowered and ready to take on whatever else 2020 throws your way. I am so happy I found this place!

I love barre3. I've been a member here since 2014 and there's a reason I keep coming back for more. I have tried literally every workout under the sun and this is the one that I love the most. I really like the combination of cardio, strength conditioning and mindfulness all in one 60-minute class. I appreciate that this workout appeals to my brain while also being fun and light-hearted. What I mean is that the class is infused with messages about body positivity, inner strength, and resisting dominant cultural narratives about women's sole worth being in appearance and body size. How rare is that in a workout setting when typical motivation includes yelling and belittling that makes you feel beat up and never good enough? I've never found that kind of atmosphere at barre3; instead I leave feeling tall, strong, and connected. I have a dance background (Latin dance, ballet, modern, etc.) so I really enjoy the way the class gets everyone moving together in synchrony with pumping music. However, this is definitely not a traditional barre or dance workout. The choreography is easy and approachable, and there's a lot of yoga and pilates influence here, as well, which I love. I appreciate that barre3 clearly has a physical therapist at the training helm. The workouts are always changing and modified to be low-impact and safe for the joints while also getting you drenched in sweat. The space is pristine and beautiful, the front-desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the owner and teachers are incredible. They are extremely knowledgable, well-versed in body alignment and modifications, and encouraging. barre3 keeps me feeling aligned, strong, and graceful. This review is based on 6 years of coming here 2-4x per week so I hope it's helpful! Highly recommend.

It is obvious that the instructors have a passion for teaching and joy is felt from the time you enter the studio. Classes and instruction are thoughtful . Hands down the BEST Barre classes offered in Denver. In fact, it was voted Editor's Pick in 5280 Magazine. I found Barre3 because it's conveniently located in Cherry Creek and because the offer a reasonable beginner rate. After the first month, I was hooked. My favorite thing is the kind and supportive attitudes of all the staff. I went in with back issues and some medical concerns and the amazing instructors suggested modifications which helped me achieve an optimum work-out for my level. Every instructor there is the best in town. They support and encourage, and crack jokes during class, making every person in class feel comfortable. The work-out itself, is HARD, I won't lie..it makes your body burn in good ways! The music/playlists are always fun. The parking is plentiful and they even offer daycare. I love it so much, I just became a member, so I'm able to work out almost every day at a very fair price. Owner, Julie Gordon, takes the time to discuss fitness and diet strategies with ALL the clients. I feel like I often get amazing pointers on my form and fitness. It really feels like I get personal training at a group exercise rate. Barre 3 makes working out a joyous experience that keeps me coming back for more. The results are showing up quickly on my body and even my back feels so much better! Thank you Barre3 Denver staff! I will constantly continue to recommend you to anyone who will listen.

The owner, instructors and staff are warm, crazy talented at what they do and treat you and your kiddos (yep childcare available too!) like a member of their family. I always walk out of class feeling better than the way I came in, energized and inspired to take on the day mentally and physically.

Veronica was so sweet when she checked me in. She welcomed me, showed me around the studio, and got me set up with props. It was an extraordinary class, and very challenging. I'm glad I already have yoga & pilates experience & strength to apply to barre. The music was great, Veronica's instruction was clear & personalized, using our names & offering modifications, & the movements were familiar to me. Barre3 Cherry Creek had excellent instructors in a welcoming studio. This is a great place to get a whole body workout with lots of options for modifications. There are lots of options for taking 45- and 60-minute classes and the studio is new, clean and well-run.
