🔥Tried HotWorx out today for the first time ever and it’s— interesting. Not my cup of tea, but it could be yours. ♦️This is definitely for people interested in hard core sweat sessions, so BE PREPARED. ♦️I did the “Hot Yoga” and tbh it was kind of awkward; only because the TV is pretty much a vertical look up while you’re on the floor doing the movements. ♦️If I was going to do it again I’d try to cycle or something off the floor level so looking at the TV wasn’t so difficult intra-workout. ♦️The room was 120 ish to start, I would start your room at like 80-95 for your first visit. ♦️Staff was SUPER sweet and everything was extremely clean 👉🏻My Mom and I both left feeling refreshed and my back pain was gone after half a class, so even though I didn’t love it— it serves its purpose for sure. THANK YOU HOTWORX 🔥🧡

I don't love working out at all, to be honest. But this place is great, to get in and get out. Sweat it out in the hot boxes and then you're done. Signing up is super easy, and affordable I'd say. Kristen helped me with the new member process and was very nice, showed me how to work the apps and got me ready to start working out.

If you’re on the fence about joining, here’s your push to do it! With access to such a variety of self guided classes 24/7, a full gym set up-including spin bikes and row machines. There’s no reason not to! This place has helped me so much! The ladies at the front are alway friendly, Ashley is the best! The saunas are kept clean, as well as the entire facility!

Got a membership a couple weeks ago and have been going almost every day. I love everything about this place, coming from someone who has not had a gym membership in a long time because I’m clueless and uncomfortable at the gym. I do not feel that way here. I can’t express how much I love hotworx!!! And this location specifically is very nice, in a brand new strip center with healthy food options near. I even got two free guest passes sent in the mail from Marilyn. The ONLY gripe I have is the app, it sucks so bad, but obviously that is corporate and the staff has nothing to do with it. I hope they invest into that soon but either way I will still be there!

Fantastic and clean facility. With the fifteen and thirty minute workouts it has been easier to be motivated. Most of the time I’m in a sauna by myself which I like. I go most days to at least two sessions. Very nice and reasonably priced.

Top tier workout for many reasons. 24/7 Customize and pick your workouts Come and go as you please You can SEE if anyone has booked a session in the same sauna as you, likewise you can choose your sessions based on sauna availability- I ALWAYS book around the empty saunas. I hate working out in big gyms- the anxiety is real. But at hotworx I can pop in my headphones, follow along with a trainer, get my workout done, and if you’re lucky enough you’ll catch me belting out some tunes while cycling (😳🔥😩😂) If you have any sort of gym aversion or anxiety give this place a try. It might change your life!

Hotworx at Woodforest in Montgomery has always been a good experience for me. The rooms and overall facility itself are very clean and the staff is always quite friendly. The workouts are great and can be as intense as my own pace will allow, while also pushing it when I want to. Great free weight and machine section, too. Love the 24-hour access for those late night or early morning workouts.

I’ve been going to Hotworx for the last four years. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I ever made. They are always available, have a huge variety of workouts to do and you get a great calorie burn in a very short amount of time. That was, honestly, the driving factor for me. My schedule between work and family is so hectic, I needed somewhere that could accommodate my time. Hotworx is the place! Our HotWorx works in Woodforest is also incredibly clean and staffed by some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. I look forward to many more years and many more pounds lost with Hotworx!

I’ve been a consistent member of the Hotworx Woodforest location for about two years and I cannot recommend it more strongly. It’s a great program for all fitness levels with tons of variety from HIIT to free weights to Hot Yoga/Pilates/ISO/Core. All instructor lead from the privacy of “your own” sauna. As a former collegiate athlete who had long since retired from physical activity I could never get back into a consistent routine post-college. That all changed following my first few weeks at Hotworx. I absolutely look forward to going every day my travel schedule allows and have seen solid results over time. I dig the variety, constantly mixing it up from HIIT Rowing, HIIT Cycling, Hot Core, Hot ISO, etc. 45 minutes and I’m done. I’ve never felt or looked better in my life at age 40. RUN, don’t walk to Hotworx!

I have been a member of Hotworx since April 22, and I truly love going here. One of the best things about the place is being able to go whenever I want. That flexibility makes me stick to getting my Hotworx session in no matter how busy I am. The different Hotworx workouts keep me coming back. The HIIT sessions in the infrared heat led by the virtual instructors are my favorite, but the Isometric/yoga classes are wonderful and challenging, too. There is something for everyone whether you are a beginner or not. The place is clean, staff is helpful, and other guests are very considerate.

AMAZING!!!!!! Don’t get me wrong it’s hot AF. I have a whole new understanding of what the Thanksgiving Turkey or Turducken, I don’t know how fancy your life is, what it must feel. Heck the bake-potatoes I cooked the other night, I have felt their crunch struggle! But on the real, working out at HOTWORX has been a game changer for me! It has helped my mental health tremendously. I wake up every morning excited to sweat out all the liquids I have ever drank over the span of my entire life 😆 If you aren’t feeling the burn 🔥 then get out the kitchen and over to HOTWORX cause they know how to slow cook you and make you want to come back for more! I had a hard time joining at first because I thrive in a group workout setting, but I’m a teacher and it’s almost impossible to find a class workout that works with my schedule. I was diagnosed with post streptococcal arthritis back in 2014 and it has helped tremendously with the daily pains. There’s different classes to choose from that targets your entire body! After trying HotWorx I could feel the difference between working out in an infrared sauna versus not to the point where I chose to cancel my membership at a traditional gym. Since my time is limited I appreciate that I can be in and out within an hour and still have a great workout. Everything is so easy and convenient, and you can easily track your workout and progress. Everything is always super clean and pleasant smelling. Susie (the manager) is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, working hard to make sure everyone’s experience is comfortable and positive.

I think it's a pretty clever business idea but I disagree with the yoga mat and towel requirement... I went to the free class, staff was great, really enjoyed the workout and signed the contract to become a member but then I was explained how I also needed to buy a hotworx yoga mat and towel, and that just killed the deal for me. It's not even the money, it's just a principal matter... I have several pretty nice mats that I used to use in my previous yoga studio for hot yoga just fine... It was a real bummer cause I liked how convenient and interesting the workout was but I'm not buying another mat...

My husband and I workout quite often; at least 5-6 days a week. It’s nice to change our routine up a bit and incorporate the Hotworx infrared sauna. My husband love the cycling and I enjoy Hot Iso, Barre, Bands…ok I love it all! Maximum results in a short amount of time, we feel energized and great afterwards. This is a great way to work out efficiently. Infrared heat and virtual instructors help you with your chosen activity as you can chose rowing, cycling or any of the other 30 minute yoga, pilates, core, etc. Great workout in less time and infrared heat sweats away toxins and stress.

I started Hot Worx May 2021 from a real dark place and then I met Greg at HOTWORX and he encouraged me to do 1 month give it a try! What do you know, from 215 lbs to 168 lbs Size 16 now to a size. 10 jeans! I’m the one that wears a neoprene onzie full body wrap! I have Rheumotoid arthritis and I’m now doing hot yoga and Pilates ! 3 miles on the rowing machine ! I’m so proud of myself and love looking in the mirror! Wonderful experience at this Hotworx location. There are a wide variety of sessions (yoga, resistance, and cardio based) with the added bonus of access to a small gym area with free weights and machines. The place is very clean and the owners/staff are fantastic.

At first I was like I can do this at home, after all you’re watching a tv screen. Until I tried it!! I’m totally hooked, and by hooked I mean addicted!! I have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks and have more energy! Another bonus, I’m very hot natured person and now I’m getting acclimated to the heat and being in Houston you all know that means a lot!!! I find myself getting goose bumps in my own house with the thermostat set to 73! That’s amazing for me! I think this will work for everyone, every age, and weight.. if you think the heat is too much just start by going in there and reading a book, or FBing, whatever.. You are still sweating and getting used to it and eventually you will find yourself getting eager to do the videos. Another reason I love this place is it’s half the time of normal workouts, major plus!! Good luck I hope it will do the same for you as it has done for me.

But after the first session, I WAS HOOKED! I love the hot barre class and hot yoga! Hot row offers a full body, fat burning, detoxing sesh that is ahhhmazing! I was really skeptical at first, but so glad I walked in that day! I have lost over almost 20lbs since joining and totally transformed my body! Definitely recommend!
