Really cool concept! 30 min workout on a vibrating disk that relaxes your muscles and helps you get fit quickly. I tried the full body workout but they also have yoga, barre, aerial, and upper/lower. Would definitely recommend if you want to try something new at a studio with variety!

This place is my go to. I have always loved fitness classes but couldn’t find the motivation to go. Vibez is such a fun experience, although challenging. And the 30 minute classes are perfect for a busy schedule. I love the variance in options and the challenge. I signed up for the monthly membership after one class because I was hooked!

I absolutely love all of the classes I have been to and the 30 minute workouts have been amazing! Plus, every single person I have met there has been so nice and welcoming. A gem of a fitness studio. I come into the city several times a week to take classes. Who knew 30 minute classes transforming bodies, preventing injuries, helping maintain and built bone density and health, release stress and raise your vibe could be so much fun? All in a beautiful, hip (and clean) studio. The best instructors! The whole team at vibez is supportive, the nicest and truly cares. Thank you Vibez-fit Chicago!

Love Vibez! It's the 1st place I started group workouts since the pandemic & I'm hooked! The workouts are really challenging, produce results, & are really fun! Great to pop in for 1 session or stack a few classes back to back. Either way, you get an incredible workout that hits cardio, strength, & toning all while on the power plate. The classes have specific differences that keep your muscles working (& that good, happy sore the next day)! The space is spotless & has a great energy. The instructors are all really knowledgeable & always deliver tough workouts! The whole team has done an amazing job of creating a community feel to the place that makes showing up something to really look forward to. I am so happy I joined Vibez!

Vibez Fit provides an excellent 30-minute workout which fits perfectly into my busy schedule. The classes include a great combination of strength and cardio sets. The instructors are super friendly, get to know your name and give feedback on proper form. Each class ends with a cold, lavender infused towel being placed on your head as you relax to the vibrations of the machine. This is by far the best way to end a workout and is always my favorite part of the class.

The Vibez power plate workouts have changed my body for the better! And classes are only 30 minutes!!!!.. i feel way stronger and more fit. My bone density and balance have improved as well. These classes have helped me to take my yoga practice to a new level. The staff can't be nicer and more helpful. So happy to be part of the Vibez Community!!! Bravo to Vibez!

Incorporating the power plate workouts into my routine has helped me stay more flexible and less sore, I firmly believe. The vibration does something to help with soreness and flexibility, is my belief. It’s a cool looking and very clean studio. They are totally friendly and responsive. I like the staff and the other students! I feel comfortable there. I’ve been to most of the different types of classes and they are all great workouts. I also like the schedule. There are classes all day!

Love that the classes are short in time but not in impact. Instructors are great and all equipment is provided for all the various class styles. Just bring a water bottle and a positive attitude! :)

Never did I imagine that I would find a place like Vibez Fit and I’m thankful I did! I wasn’t aware this type of workout existed and am thrilled about the results that I’ve seen physically and mentally in just a few months. The staff at Vibez Fit creates a welcoming and inclusive community— they support you no matter your fitness level and encourage you to challenge yourself. I’m more motivated than ever and look forward to going to each vibez class(even when waking up for the 6:30am class—crazy right?! But I love it!) Thankful I met Kelly and Chloe on the sidewalk, as I was walking my dog, because my workout world changed like I couldn’t imagine! I’m a huge fan and highly recommend! This gym is fab! Nothing like a great and effective work-out in 30min. I love the variety of classes and times, along with the kind and engaging team! As someone who is usually into HIIT workouts, Vibez gives me that option, but also offers a great muscle recovery alternative, which I DESPERATELY need. I have been going to vibez for a couple of months and I have loved it! I love how there are so many different types of workout classes to choose from. My favorite class is strong vibez because I really enjoy using the weights and getting in a good strength training workout. I have noticed that I am not sore/stiff after working out at vibez compared to working out at other places where I am sore & stiff the next day. You truly are getting a recovery in while you are working out using the power plate! I love all of the staff and coaches, they are great and make everyone feel so welcomed. I love vibez and have recommended it to so many of my friends. Such a great workout!!

The workout here has really great energy. After my workout I was drenched.. such a good sweat. The instructors are attentive and keep you engaged the entire time. Love that its only 30 min and have started to see the results in only 3 weeks.

Just visiting Chicago and I had decided ahead of time I was going to be visiting here. So glad I did. I took the RX class and it was an amazing cool down workout. Chloe was a great instructor who choreographed a great class. Sas welcomed me when I walked in and prepared me for class and couldn't have been more friendly or informative. On top of that the studio was extra clean, unique, and inviting. Honestly I want to plan another trip to Chicago just to come back there.

Everything makes you feel great at this unique fitness studio, where I spent almost every other day during the last month, for one or two classes in a row. The staff and owners’ attention, the ease of booking a class & signing in – very easy to book the class on the Mindbody App, then you or the staff will check you in on the Ipad @ the studio – this eliminates the need to carry a cell phone – which for me is important as I run to and from the studio (to enhance my workout, shorten the ‘commute’, and stay warm winter time😊). Then each and every class is different, very entertaining and strong enough to feel you did a good workout in the short 30 minutes – which are enough considering that the vibration does the rest of the work for your muscles (like a 90 min workout), which is very efficient! The last minutes are always used to relax the body. I read and learned a lot about the benefits of a vibrating power plate, outside of what I read on their website. The music gets me on the beat and lifts me up, and the trainers cannot say enough of how very well selected and right on the spot are! This place kept me so engaged. Kudos to the whole team!
