Last year, my workout routine was almost nonexistent. I needed a boost to get back on my quest to be fit and healthy. I came across an ad for FitNut Training and on my birthday I decided to check them out. I'm so glad I did. After 6 weeks of taking their 30-minute boot camp classes three times a week, and following a meal plan they designed for me, I was able to lose over 8% of my body weight which I would not have been able to do on my own. The coaches and staff supported me every step of the way. The biggest change for me was learning how to eat right. Although I have a long way to go, I feel so much stronger and healthier. I am now on track to meeting my fitness goals. I love being a part of the FitNut Training family. It's the best birthday gift I have ever given myself.

There are not enough words to describe how much this place means to me. I started going in November and instantly got a good feeling from not only the staff but the other members too. It was not intimidating in any way, the coaches are very good at helping you modify your workout in a way that works for you. The other members are encouraging and welcoming which is so very different from any other gym I've been to. I'm happy to say I've lost a little over 30 pounds so far and I could never have done this alone.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge and really enjoyed my experience. It was challenging at first because I wasn’t used to the structure. As weeks went by, I was getting a better understanding of my personal diet needs. The fitness team helped me a lot and always encouraged me to push myself beyond my limitations. Coach Arlene listened to me and understand my health risks, and provided appropriate feedback. Coach Joe did a great job during the classes, and provided modifications as needed. His motivated attitude really forced me to push through when I didn’t have it in me. I am leaving with lots of knowledge that can’t be provided at a traditional gym. I would highly recommend the program and Fitnut. It’s a challenge, but it will be worth it.

I have tried to lose weight in many different ways! I have joined multiple different gyms, tried multiple different weight loss programs and I was always bored after week 1! Not at Fitnut! I signed up for their 6 week program and I am hooked! Not only am I eating healthier, but I am working out consistently 3 times a week! Their classes are great for EVERYONE, and the coaches are always willing to give you modifications or ways to push you! I love Fitnut and I am so happy I am continuing my journey with them as a member!!! Sign up! You won't regret it!

Fitnut is awesome! I am coming up to finish their 6 week challenge tomorrow. They provide individualized meal plans, weekly check-ins, and boot camp classes. The classes are great and they are different every time! Plus, they are 30 minutes so it's manageable to fit into a busy schedule. The accountability they build in to the challenge really helped me stay on track nutrition wise, which can be tough (especially during the holidays).

The FitNut 6-week challenge was great! Every coach is so supportive and nice. They create a real community with the other participants. The diet is easy to follow and the workouts are fun- and they switch them up each time. I highly recommend this program!

When I began my 6 week challenge at FitNut I was a bit skeptical about hitting my goal. I knew I would be in better shape after 6 weeks and that was what I needed. I wanted a kick start to getting back into a routine, but losing 6% body fat in 6 weeks seemed impossible. Tomorrow is my weigh out and I know I am going to crush that goal! I've worked out at a lot of different places and nothing compares to how much these coaches really care about you and your success. The level of accountibility is unmatched anywhere else. The coaches personalize a meal plan just for you, based on where you're starting and what your goals are, and they follow up with you constantly with texts and phone calls and weekly weigh ins to keep track of your progress and tweak things as needed to make sure you hit your goals! When I started at FitNut I hadn't worked out in over a year. I was soft and sluggish and weak and disappointed in myself. Now I'm killing every workout, I can see the muscle definition in my body more than I ever have before and I'm loving the way I look and feel! I can't wait to plan some new goals to strive for and crush those too!

This place deserves 10 stars! The entire Fitnut team takes fitness and nutrition goals very seriously, but they make the workouts really fun. The coaches are amazing, so energetic and they assist throughout the entire workout to keep you motivated and give corrections if needed. I love that the classes here are always different and it doesn’t really matter where you are at the fitness journey because Fitnut is appropriate for anyone. There is contagious positive energy being spread at Fitnut not just by the staff but also members. Everyone is always super welcoming and willing to answer questions. The coaches keep educating themselves and passionately growing in different aspects of health and fitness. The 6 week challenge they offer is a great place to start and get a feel of how much these people have to offer. I’ve tried out different group and individual workout places and this one is by far my favorite. I wish to extend a huge thank you to all Coaches, Erica, Karyn, and of course Pogo for all your hard work! Thumbs up for making bodies great again Fitnuts!

My friend told me about the 6 Week Challenge and I thought I would give it a try. I have tried many different things before that I couldn't really stick to so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am about to finish the 6 Week Challenge and I have to say I love Fitnut. I joined mostly because of their 5:30 am classes! It is the only time I can go and it worked out great for me! Every morning the workouts are different and coach Joe is great! You walk in and everything is ready for you to start your workout. For me it's all about convenience and it doesn't get easier than this. I have learned a lot more about nutrition and even though I did not loose as much weight as I wanted I still see a significant change in my body which motivates me to keep going!!! Thank you Fitnut!

I joined the 6 week challenge program - and I’m very happy that I did! You get meal plans and amazing explanations about food nutrition. You will need to attend “boot camp” exercises at least 3 times a week- the coaches are very motivating and helpful! If you want to see a new you, try this program!

I joined the six weeks challenge at Fitnut. They make you choose whether you want to loose 25 lbs or 6% body fat. You are supposed to do 3 half an hour workouts and follow their meal plan. They’ll get a deposit at the time of signup which you’ll get back once you’ve reached your goal and have done everything according to the contract. First about their meal plan, it’s a very well designed meal plan, carefully thought out. For the first time I felt I was eating so much more than I usually do and still continued to see the results. They give you access to amazing recipes, a closed Facebook group where everyone discussed their meals and questions. The workouts had a good variety and fun with motivating coach. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a change in their life style and eating habits. I can’t wait to see what my final weigh out is going to be. But I had lost 3% body fat after 3 weeks of following the program.

Where do I start? About six weeks ago I joined the 6 week challenge at FitNut Training. I am 43 years old and I have been on the heavy side for at least 20 years . When I decided to join my blood pressure was very high even with the BP medication. After the six weeks of boot camp and following the diet plan my BP and midsection have gone down significantly. When I come home from work I no longer crash , I keep going till bedtime. I feel energetic and young!
The dedication and skill of the coaches is what makes this place special . The community spirit , atmosphere and challenging safe workouts are addictive.
Try it and you will like it! If you follow the plan it will change your life!

This is my honest review, regarding Fitnut. I saw a facebook ad for a free 6 week challenge. I had to lose 25 lbs or 6 percent body fat. Naively I choose the 25 lbs at the consultation. I went to the orientation and it was great and informative with Coach Arlene. I learned about what each food group does to your body, along with portioning. I also learned time frames and the way I should be eating. All in all, the nutritional class was fantastic. Now time for classes, they were fantastic and challenging always. Not one complaint about the work out sessions or the coaches. Coach Kyle is fantastic as well, he gave me many pointers and modifications. All in all each and every Coach treated me with respect, dignity, and worked around me and my capabilities. From not being able to run one lap... I can run 5. I can do a push up, I can do a burpee. I can do so many manual exercises, that I could never do previously. With all these workouts and also walking on my own, when I was not at Fitnut... I still did not lose the required 25 lbs. Which is upsetting because of the money I did not have lost, but I do have to say... in all fairness; personal training classes would of been 3 times more expensive for 6 weeks... at the very least. Now do I recommend this facility... yes I do. It is clean, they are courteous and energetic. They remember your name, but remember miracles do not happen for most people in a short time frame... even if you follow the rules. I lost about 11 lbs. Which is still fantastic. Thank you Fitnut and all of the coaches who continuously supported me throughout my journey.

I first heard of fitnut through my co-worker’s recommendation. I’ve gone to several gyms before but I always end up signing up for membership and not being able to attend the classes. I was lazy, making excuses and just getting discouraged even before putting on my work out clothes. All of that changed when I joined the 6weeks challenge at Fitnut. Accountability is one of the major component that helped me. Just the fact that there are people wanting you to achieve your goal, pushing you and checking in on you- will make you think twice of not showing up for classes. If the coaches are determined for me to succeed then I’d be ashamed not wanting the same for myself. I’m glad I showed up for classes, did meal prep (used to hate it 😅) and followed the DIET because I see positive results and feel overall better!
To the coaches Arlene, Joe,Paul, Kyle and Ron, THANK YOU for seeing me through this 6weeks. I may not like you during work outs coz you are killers! but I love you for it, haha! Looking forward to the next step of my fitness journey with your team.

I couldn’t be more happy with the progress I made by signing up for fitnut! I got everything I was looking for and more! And the results honestly shocked me ! I worked out before for numberous months and never got the results like this ! My heath, posture and body has improved which has helped me go into the right direction in my life! I highly recommend this gym for anyone who needs motivation in their life! The trainers are amazing and always bring the fun to each workout! Even if I was having a bad day or felt tired all day I would walk out of the class with a huge smile on my face because I definitely felt the burn and I felt great after! Now is the time to Invest in your body and don’t put off your health and diet for later! I’m so thankful for finding this place and I hope to inspire others to do the same :)

Fitnut Training is a good place to start weight loss journey with their diet and boot camp classes. As long as you stick to the diet and come to classes you will see results. Their classes are intense and small in size. The diet is manageable and unlike other diets you have plenty to eat and never be hungry. But with any diet you are giving up a lot so you have to be very committed to this process and ready to make real changes. One thing they need to improve on is communication of pricing services upfront. Most of other places have their pricing available for future membership online.

I joined FitNut little over 15 months ago, and I'm so glad I did! This place works! I have never accomplished what I have accomplished without the wonderful trainers. With the help and support of Nutrition Coaching and the very knowable staff I have been able to set goals and crush them. The trainers keep you motivated as well as your fellow FitNut’s and everyone is so supportive.

If you are searching for a place with bootcamp-style workouts, this is a great place for that. The trainers are energetic and motivating. Kyle and Ron work hard to push and keep the workouts challenging and engaging. I'd like to give more than 3 stars; however the owner of the business needs improvement on communication with pricing and services. Aside from that, if you are committed and give 100% to your workouts, you will begin to see changes in your body and overall stamina.

FitNut is a a great place for whose who want to change their lifes for better. I joined them for 6 weeks challenge and it was one of the best decisions in my life! Not only I lost weight, but I turned my fat into the muscles and became stronger!I learned sooo much from them in regards to how and what to eat, proper portion of food and importance of water drinking. I had so much fun exercising there (boot camps are awesome!). And also I made lots of new friends! That became my family.
I highly recommend FitNut to all if you you want to be healthy, strong and happy!

I wasn’t sure if I was for a boot camp or if I was going to fit in to something like this. I’m over weight and have bad back issues that worried me with a workout, but my wife talked me into it knowing we needed to do something. She was right and FitNut has helped me in many ways. There are people there like me who are working on the same goals and it was reassuring. It wasn’t easy at first with the 6 Week Chalenge with new food, new meal plans and workouts, but they modified my workouts for my back issues and I’m moving easier, getting stronger and best of all my clothes are starting to fit better or to big now. They are helpful, encouraging, they’re stricked with you to keep you on track and totally worth it if you can push yourself. I can’t say enough about the coach’s cuz they keep you moving for the 30mins and if you have a hard time, they modify it to keep you moving, it’s great. My 6 weeks are up, but I plan on staying to keep working on my goals!

The trainers are extremely knowledge, and motivate you to push yourself to the next level. The love and support you get here is amazing! I love the classes and the trainers. Everyone is always rooting for you no matter your fitness goals. The only downside for me personally was that the class timings didn’t work well for my schedule. It would be nice to have a bootcamp between 11-3 a few times a week for me. Othwerwise this is a great gym to join, I love the smaller environment because it makes for a very personal experience and really pushes you to work harder because so many people are checking in on you and making sure you are accountable for your actions which is a great push for whatever your fitness goals are. I highly recommend FitNut Training because is not only an exercise program, it is a lifestyle change. In less then two months I lost 2 pants sizes, I’m no longer tired or sleepy, my sugar and cholesterol are down and now I can keep up with my 8 year old child. In this program you get a customized meal plan where you learned portion control and how to combine your foods without being hungry. The coaches are highly trained and their goal is to help you meet yours. The environment is friendly, welcoming and layback.

I definitely recommend FitNut especially for those who have completely lost themselves because I was one of those people. This was the perfect boost to changing your life. They have taught me so much during this 6 week challenge when it comes to eating and working out. At first I was very intimidated and I was freaking out but as the days went by, it became part of my normal routine. I’ve even built a little more confidence in myself! This was definitely a judge free zone! This program REALLY works, I couldn’t believe how well I was doing! Never in a million years did I think I’ll ever be healthy again. I have tried for years to lose weight and I’ve only gotten worse until I found Fitnut so it’s honestly for anyone however, it’s for those who have had enough and are now dedicated and committed and you may think well that’s not you but trust me, there’s motivation and mine was the money I’d get back. I feel like a whole different person now because of the Fitnut coaches and I couldn’t have done it without them. They truly care about you.

Coach Kyle is great at keeping our workout a challenge and being at Fitnut is more like being around friends working out then a gymnasium, which is something I enjoy . FitNut provides a supportive community as their coaches help build discipline and accountability with both exercise and nutrition. Prior to joining, I had already experienced major (100-pound) weight loss a few years ago, but come this fall after some personal matters and injuries, my nutrition that once had been under control took a turn. I had gained 13 pounds and lost the definition for which I had worked so hard, despite meticulously counting calories and working out (intense workouts, may I add) daily. So, my goal here was to lose what I had gained but primarily to lose body fat and gain definition again – the right way. And more importantly, I wanted to feel amazing again! FitNut showed me that it truly was my nutritional habits that were hurting my progress; I learned what my body needs to eat and when, and particularly saw the importance of nutrient timing. My stubborn self did struggle working out fewer hours and days as that was always ingrained in my head and part of my daily regimen, but coach Arlene suggested I change the frequency and intensity of my workouts. Consequently, I also learned how important it is to take my off days so my body recovers and that in fact, sometimes, less is more! With these changes to my eating and fitness routines, in less than 6 weeks, my abs came back and so did the definition in my arms with a body fat decrease of a little more than 6%. Regardless of your fitness goals, check them out. They will take care of you!

I enjoy working out.There's accountability in signing up - showing up - and giving 100% dedication and commitment. Good for those that need motivation, instruction and nutritional education. Coaches are high energy and supportive of making individualized modifications to one's workouts.

Signed up for the 6 week challenge. I thought that the "Free" challenge was appealing. I attended the orientation and was informed of the requirements in order for the challenge to be free. If the goal set is not met, then the challenge isn't free. You are required to pay up front before starting. Next step is the nutrition orientation where Coach Arlene gave me a nutrition plan to follow during the challenge. Challengers are required to attend 3 bootcamp sessions a week for a total of 18. The bootcamp Coaches Kyle, Ron & Joe are very motivating. Unfortunately, during my midchallenge evaluation, I was informed of the price to continue there after the challenge. I didn't even know of the next steps until they were broken down to me in 3 month intervals for the next 9 months. I left the evaluation in shock with the membership pricing. I would've been fine not getting that money back if I didn't meet the challenge goal because there was a service provided. Although Coach Paul offered to credit that towards the membership, I felt mistrust. It would help if they explained about the membership and the steps once completing the challenge at the orientation along with the pricing associated with it.

Fitnut is an awesome place. Everyone is friendly but tough. They make you work hard to accomplish what you need. Nutrition program is great and thank you for that coach Arleane! Coach Joe is awesome!!!! Motivational and energetic. Lost 7% of my body fat. Goal was 6%....thank you fitnut!!!

Really enjoyed the boot camp training. Lots of variety and fun. Works your whole body. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to lose a lot of body fat as well as a good meal plan. The exercises are of lesser value when not combined with the nutrition - so no cheating

OMG!!! What can I said, 6 weeks challange was a rought challenge but with the push of the amazing team at FitNut team who wouldn’t do it.
Love the fact that they are always there for you in your roughness times and when you feel down, I have no words of the push they gave me. I feel better l, sleep better and have more energy to be with my kids. Getting here I gain more friends that you can gain in any other gym this actually feel like a family environment, so as my experience if you want a family oriented location and want to look good and reach your goal this is the location, don’t wait until next year and next year and next year make this the year to look good, trust me that was me always saying next year will be the year, we’ll no! i did it so you can.

I have been slowly gaining weight through the years. Although I tried different ways to be physically healthy by gym membership, P90x, Tapout XT etc..I never had the discipline to stick to it. For about 2 years now I started taking BP, sugar and cholesterol pills which regulated all my blood works to normal. But early this year my doctor gave me a coupon for a heart scan, unfortunately they found a very tiny blockage/plaque in one of my arteries. Although right now it doesn’t need drastic surgical intervention I know I have to change! I didn’t know where to go. Thank God I came across FitNut in FB. I took the challenge even though I didn’t fully know what I was getting into. Oh boy it was tough, it was hard but every time I’m there it gives me confidence, it encourages me to always finish strong. FitNut family is sooo awesome, coach Joe and coach Kyle is fun to be with, coach Ron cares about your safety, coach Arlene knows what she’s talking about she’s so credible and knowledgeable and coach Paul makes you feel that you’re family. Never thought that working out could be as fun. The gym is big enough for the training, they have all the necessary equipments to accomplish what ever goals you’re in and lastly the meal plan played a huge part to the overall success of the program. My body is God’s temple and I know I will never be able to accomplish my God given destiny if I don’t take care of this temple. FitNut made this a reality for me. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank all the FitNut family..

I’m not sure where to start with this review since this has been an unbelievable journey! While scrolling through Facebook I came across the challenge. On a whim, I entered my information not expecting too much to come out of it. Well.....it turns out that was the best decision I’ve made in years. I met with Paul, we set goals to meet over the 6 weeks. Being 310 at 33% body fat was were I started. With the awesome dietary guidance by Arlene and the phenomenal Coaching By Joe, Kyle and Paul I’ve dropped more than 25 pounds at last weeks way in! Not to mention the 6 % body fat I’ve lost. It wasn’t easy being the biggest guy out there but the environment is so positive I never felt like I was being judged! This is the real deal, not just some crazy hype. By the end of this I’ve learned so much. My eating habits have changed because I know it works! I can make good choices without just eating rice cakes. The days I don’t workout I miss it. This has been a game changer for me! In fact I’ve signed up to continue after the challenge. I gained and lost so much in six weeks. Gained the confidence in myself again and lost many bad habits! this is best decision i have made so far for my health, fitnut not only teach you how to workout, they will also teach how to live a healthy life style. I was tired and exhausted daily, (Life, job, blah, blah), BUT tired of my exhausted excuses to continually do the 1/1 exchange, I.E. , eat bad, than eat good in an endless cycle, or just not care, and I wanted to get back to being healthy in general because it feels so good to take care of yourself. So, I’m on Facebook (like everyday), and I see a video about a six-week challenge. My mind said, “JUST DO IT!” Click. “No, wait!” “ What did you just do?!” Too late, and, I’m so glad I did! The workouts are challenging, and I wondered if I could really do this, old me. LOL! I’m doing it and working out at my own fitness level. I’ve noticed the difference in my body with exercise and nutrition along with many others. The trainers are great at keeping you focused and motivated. The point is...your not just a number. It makes a difference.

Hi i did the 6 weeks challenge and at the beginning i really didnt know what to expect i was scared that it wont be enough food that i be starving but i wasnt sometimes i was so full that i had to force the food down lol i attend 3 times a week classes the coaches are awesome coach joe is one i usually did workouts with and hes full of energy and positive and push me to above my limits at 5:30 am lol i before i tried eatting healthy but never did my body look this good as it does now thank you fitnut
