Just an amazing place! Plenty of options always open machines and weights. An amazing price for membership. Great massage beds and tanning booze. Showers and bathrooms are always clean. Great cardio centers. It's hard to say just what a good value it is for the money.

Always clean and operating at a great flow with people coming in and out some days during busy hours you may wait for tanning or massage chairs/beds but let's be honest so worth the wait!! The machines have walk through use of equipment for newbies and the app is super convenient when you're away on vacation especially!

Hands down the cleanest gym I have had the pleasure of visiting so far in the entire country. Roger and Steve are 2 very upstanding gentlemen, who are doing a great job making sure the facility is clean and up to standard... well done guys. I will be back!!!

I love this gym, I won’t go anywhere else however the kids they have working at night don’t do anything. For whatever reason my app refused to open so i couldn’t scan in, not one of the 3 teens standing at the desk acknowledged that I was there. I was waiting to see if anyone could manually check me in and nothing. So I just proceeded to the locker rooms. My membership is current and I have no issues proving so. I was just impressed at the lack of customer service because the day time people are absolutely opposite and amazing. After I did my cardio I went back and signed in but still no acknowledgment just continued with their phones conversation and “f this bro” 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I've been going to this Planet Fitness for a month now, and I love it. The staff are kind, the gym is clean, and they have all the equipment I need. The locker area is nice, but my one complaint is that the showers don't have attached changing stalls, but I know there's no space for those.

Best gym in Cheyenne (big name anyways) always helpful and very clean and tidy. Bathrooms have showers and changing rooms as well as plenty of locker spaces. Very pleasant workout environment.

This place is great. The prices are amazing, the equipment is top notch and there is tons of it! Even at busy times there is plenty of equipment to get sweat on. The spa is crazy nice. Love the water massage beds! Truly an amazing thing. And the red light therapy is cool too! But best of all is the staff, we have yet to meet unfriendly staff here. The trainers the front desk, everyone! Just great. I can't recommend this gym enough!!

Very friendly staff! Everyone always greets me with a smile on their face, and they tell me to have a great day when I leave! Locker room is always clean and smells nice, and their Black Card rooms are great too. My only wish is that they would have barbells in addition to the Smith machines, but when you pay less than $30 a month, you can’t complain!!!

Bought a membership and I'm loving it so far. Very good service and was given a full tour of the place by the staff. Wonderful customer service from the staff and will definitly be coming back regularly. Its overall very welcoming.

So far so good. The size of the gym is great. A lot of equipment so that's really good. The staff in the front wasn't very helpful at all. I told them I was interested in a membership and all they did was give me a tablet to fill out, didn't ask me if I had any questions, didn't offer to give me a tour of the facility. Didn't ask me which package I was interested in. Thankfully I already knew the package I wanted, but, at least show interest in a new customer right? That's the only reason I didn't give them a 6 star review. Other than that, I like the environment so far.

I love this place. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. The staff is phenomenal. I was having an issue with my account payments going through and Jon the assistant manager was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and very attentive in making sure I was well taken care of. He did everything in his power to get the issue solved. He went above and beyond. I will most definitely be going back when I decide to start working out again.

I have recently joined and pleased with my experience to date. The staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and in order. I like there is lots of space so you don't feel crowded around other people working out. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming.

I love it here, I just wish they would go back to 24hours, one of the main reasons I got my membership. I try to squeeze in what gym time I can but working full time and having kids and late night activities, not being able to go past 10pm, I have to find times to go in my already jam-packed schedule. The trainers are great tho when I do get to squeeze a class in and its nice being able to reserve massage times myself when there.

I love this gym. It's very laid back. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Also, they are staffed 24 hours a day. It's an all around great environment. Yes, once a month they have pizza or do bagles in the morning. It's nice to go to a gym that is relaxed and enjoyable. And who can hate pizza coke. On guys!

It's great! I can go whenever I have a chance. The exercise equipment is fantastic. There's always someone there if you have questions. I can sign up for one on one classes at no extra charge. The staff is friendly. I can't go wrong with paying $10 a month!

Great place to workout. Staff is friendly and gym is clean. My only complaint so far is when we are trying to do the 30 minute circuit people come in and use random machines instead of doing the circuit so it is impossible to go in order since they will just jump on a machine without caring if they are interrupting anyone. Had 2 ladies today just rotating between 2 machines for the time we were in there. Frustrating. I wish there was a way to control that.

For a Planet Fitness this is one of the better ones. A lot of equipment inside, decent sized weight room, and clean lockers. Be careful of the treadmills though. The walking board gave way during a run and almost caused a serious injury. I’ve noticed a lot of them aren’t sturdy.

This is a great gym but I wish that the location had more than just 75 pound dumbells. I really think that this location should expand to more free weights such as a free weight bench, free weight squat rack and heavier dumbells/ barbells. Overall, it's still a good gym.

Was able to park in back of the mall away from the cars but this planet fitness was extremly clean employees were very friendly only thing i noticed the old man dont know how too give discount on cooler items when your black card member and also the shower curtains need to be replaced due to u can pretty much make eye contact with who ever is showering no privacey while takeing shower

The staff is very friendly and they are taking Covid precautions seriously so I feel good about visiting this gym. The TVs are not always working and they have a painfully blue tint but that's a minor inconvenience.

Nice gym. They have really nice equipment and there’s a machine for every muscle group. But be warned, the dumbbells don’t go up very high and there aren’t any barbells to speak of, only Smith machines which I don’t get. Smith machines are only good for learning form, that’s it! They need barbells.

I love this gym! Clean, well set up, has all the equipment I need. Friendly, happy people working out. Friendly staff with no attitude. Well lit, safe parking. Not to mention the price, which can’t be beat!

This is my home gym and have been going here everyday for 3 months. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and it has a lot of space (didn't realize this until I went to another PF which was very cramped). The equipment isn't the latest and greatest but that doesn't bother me. The restroom hand dryers talk about saving trees from paper towel waste but paper towels are used to wipe down equipment which is a bit redundant. Overall, I'll continue to go here everyday.

Very friendly but there weren't a lot of weights. I should clarify there weren't a lot of heavyweights. For example the dumbbells ended at 75 pounds. If you are serious lifter you're gonna have to get creative or go someplace else.

Big and very well organized. It was very crowded at 6 am on Monday. WiFi is not public, you have to get a guest password from front desk. No hairdryer and no TV on Men's section

Super clean and well maintained gym, and friendly staff. Downsides: barbells only go up to 60 lbs, and there are no free Olympic bars, all the bars are attached to smith machines.

I like the gym but it’s needs to be 24 hrs again. That’s a deal breaker for me. The fact that they close at 7 on weekends is WACK. Limiting your hours because of “covid” doesn’t make sense. Considering on getting a membership at 24 hr gym if they don’t change it soon.

Gr8 place to get your alone time in!!!! Staff is helpful if and when needed. Wish they had a few more options as far as free weights however all in all for the price, respect, and fun is for sure 5 star.

I hate the rules. I wear stringer tanks, and ranger panties when I lift. No shame in this life. Whatever, but this gym was accepting of gymrats and I appreciate that. I traded my "man card" for a planet fitness t shirt.

No free weights. Says judgment free but that is only If you are out of shape. Body builders not welcome. It's fine for a day off gym but I would not pick it for a primary gym. Staff is friendly and helpful
