Such a great personal training! I just finished my first round of training with Cris, and I feel so much stronger and more confident in my athletic ability than I did before! So excited for round two! Cris is so motivating and helps me push myself much farther than I would otherwise! Her creative and effective workout plans keep things interesting while building on different skill sets! Hype has a real sense of community and support, which is so conducive to feeling strong!

Cris has been training me for 7 weeks so far and my results are incredible! I love the personal one on one experience. She makes me feel extremely comfortable, supported, and confident in all my workouts. I can’t wait to see my results in another 7 weeks! The overall atmosphere here just provides you with such a welcoming and hospitable experience. My favorite shakes are cookie dough (cold), peppermint (hot), and strawberry cheesecake (hot). AND their waffles are absolutely amazing (available Wednesdays & Saturdays). Brit is the best shake/waffle chef. 🤤 THANK YOU CRIS! THANK YOU BRIT! You’ve really changed my life. 💜

The owners are amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and inviting. My two favorites things are the Sweet Tart lit tea and the Cookie Dough shake! So much flavor and make you feel fulfilled! Presentation is always on point as well, you can tell how much pride they take in the way the represent themselves and their product. Aside from that, Cris is a great motivator as a fitness coach. She gets results and her energy really makes you want to reach your goals. Brittany's smile and warmth make going to this nutrition club that much more worth it! Highly recommend!

My fitness and health journey began with doing a fitness challenge hosted by Cris, one of the owners of Hype Nutrition. I began doing one on one trainings with Cris at Hype and now I crave those as part of my physical and mental well being! She is motivational, honest and supportive. I enjoy the energy that Cris and Britt bring to our community, they are welcoming to everyone and radiate kindness. I am dairy and gluten free and the staff at Hype is knowledgeable and attentive to my dietary needs. Hype Nutrition and their staff are a huge asset to our area!

Hype Nutrition is welcoming and inclusive nutrition club and personal training. The owners are incredibly kind and Coach Cris is knowledgeable and treats all people she trainings with love and kindness. Cris is also body positive and Queer, BIPOC and fat inclusive. I would highly recommend this club and the shakes and teas are a huge plus too!

I went in yesterday for the first time after following their ✨magical✨ shakes on IG, and let me tell you- I was NOT disappointed! I had a fabulous cookie dough shake and a protein donut (literally drooling thinking about it..). The true joy was how kind and welcoming the individual who helped me was. She didn't make me feel rushed when selecting which shake to get, and greeted me with a warm smile. I will absolutely be back as soon as possible! Anything and everything I’ve had from here is delicious! Great atmosphere, Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. I love that they even have a kids menu for the little ones! The owners Cris and Britt are willing and happy to answer any and all questions about their menu! Great vibes all around! 10 out of 10!

Coach Cris is an AWESOME personal trainer. If you've been thinking about working out, but aren't sure how to do it, Cris is your person. I started taking a couple of online classes, and found Cris' charisma to be motivating, charming and free of shame. I'm a fat-bodied person, and, after a few years away from the gym, and the added heft of the social isolation and general lethargy experienced in early Covid19 quarantining, I found I needed some extra support in remembering how to move my body in ways that could rebuild my strength and didn't exacerbate already agitated joints. The motivation that I encountered from Cris' online classes totally translated to the in person time we had together. I've never felt shamed for being fat in a gym setting, and Cris has accommodated all the physical issues that have come up for me during our workouts. My partner and I often work out together, and Cris has figured out ways to push both of our fitness levels. I'm stronger, more fit and more excited about working out in my 40s than I was in my 20s and 30s. Cris did that. AND I love their shakes and Frappe's. Mocha Frap (of course) is a personal fav. As a holistic wellness joint, I'm able to get a protein shake that also works on rebuilding my muscles post workout, without all that extra sugar (which exacerbates my eczema). FINALLY, the staff always remembered me. They are friendly, and ask me questions so they can make recommendations if needed.

The folks who run this place are absolutely lovely! I really like the different teas here, there are such a variety and I haven't had one yet that wasn't delicious. The shakes are kinda iffy, though; you can really tell they're sugar free from the taste. Seating is a bit limited, too.
