I LOVE FUTURE FIT! I’m someone who has never really loved exercising and Rachel has been the best coach for me! She meets me where I’m at every session and pushes me just enough so that I feel strong and empowered without over doing it (I tend to go hard and fast and end up hurting myself) I’ve been using the ARX system for about a year now and at 48 I can honestly say I feel healthier now than I did in my 20s and 30s. The infra-red sauna, O2 system and vibe plate make Future Fit an easy and well rounded fitness experience! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I've been working out at Future Fit for a year and a half now and at first I was skeptical that a 20 minute workout could have much impact...boy was I wrong! Since the machines match your unique strength, it's suitable for both me and my mom, so we've made it our weekly tradition since their opening. Not only do I look more toned, but everyday activities such as walking to classes, lifting boxes, and even my posture have improved tremendously. I always look forward to seeing Amber or Rachel, and no matter how tired I am before my session I always leave energized and rejuvenated. Don't know what I'd do without Future Fit.

Before I went to Future Fit, the idea of going to a gym was not appealing to me at all. I committed to doing oxygen training sessions with Rachel, and now I am hooked on Future Fit! I feel completely comfortable and at home here, and trainers work with me at my energy level and ability. I was struggling with anemia when I did some of the oxygen training sessions, and I noticed I felt energized, more clear headed, and better able to breathe deeply after the session. I also noticed an improvement in hip pain after a few sessions, since the training lowers overall inflammation.

My experience with Future Fit VT has been only EXCELLENT! Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the ARX workout and equipment as well as nutrition. I've been going every week since I started in May, 2018, and I've been blown away by how quickly my body is building muscle mass. In the past, I've worked with a personal trainer and I've belonged to two different gyms, but none of these comes close to the outcome and progress I've made with ARX in a far shorter time! In the last few years, I've been dealing with my knees swelling after skiing, hiking or biking, but since starting ARX, that has been eliminated. I just got back from a biking tour in France and my knees didn't swell once and felt amazing the entire time. I love that I can track my progress week to week with ARX. There's no other system that can track progress like the ARX system can. If you try ARX just once, you'll be hooked! I also love that I can get a full body workout completed in just 20 minutes every week. The workout is so intense, that your body needs a full week of recovery. Don't be intimidated if you haven't worked out for a long period of time, as the ARX equipment adjusts constantly for your level. The Future Fit VT team is so helpful, kind and is always willing to work with what you have going on and will adjust your workouts accordingly. I'm so grateful that we have this amazing business in Burlington!! Thank you Kyle and Rachel for being the absolute BEST!!

Had a great workout, trainer Kyle was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and familiar with the principles of high intensity training. Very short sessions (~10 mins) very tough, but only once a week. I highly recommend this gym especially to those familiar with the book "Body by Science" as the gym's equipment (ARX) is optimal for that program. Workout hard, workout smart - Update to add Amber and Rachel as well 👍

I've had a unlimited membership for a month now and this place is really incredible. The ARX (1st session free) and Ox trainer are extremely unique. ARX coupled with the Infrared sauna and vibe plate is AWESOME. The Ox trainer is a great way to get your heart rate up quick and then you have a few hours after where you have much more energy. The trainers are considerate, helpful and accommodating. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this place out!

This fitness studio is the only biohacking studio in the state of Vermont. The experience from future fit is truly one of a kind. The workout is fun yet extremely challenging. I love being able to see my results through the comprehensive analytics of the ARX system. Plus the sauna is really nice!

I have been going to Future Fit for the past three weeks and I love it! Training with Rachel in both the LiveO2 Oxygen Therapy and ARX Resistance Training has made me feel stronger and increased my energy. From starting to today the overall health of the cells (phase angle) has also increased and I’m thankful to have such a high quality facility in Burlington. I would recommend either session to anyone no matter what age.

It sounds too good to be true, but it isn't. In just 4 weeks I've seen such a difference in strength and cardio fitness from using the ARX and Oxygen Training. And stretching or resting in the heat of the sauna on a cold winter's day is just heavenly. I'm looking forward to continuing my workouts at Future Fit in coming months.

I have been doing ARX for a little over month now and I LOVE it. At first I was going twice a week but really learned that going once a week is all you need, and, more importantly, you need that week in between to recover. My results have been excellent and I have gotten so much stronger in only a month. PS. I am a 52 y.o. woman with a multitude of injuries from other forms of exercise. Kyle and Rachel really know what they are talking about!

A friend recommended trying this out. I don't have a lot of time and use that as my main reason for not "working out" beyond using a treadmill. The ARX Training left my muscles feeling activated. Today, a day later, I'm feeling the results of a complete workout of the core muscle groups. One a week; 15-20 minutes...I'm looking forward to going back next week.

Excellent spot for a relaxing sauna. It is a clean, healthy experience. The shower is awesome and they leave top notch products in there. Give yourself a sauna gift!
