Charlotte CerfI joined Fitness Options to work on my strength and invest in my long term health. This gym has a relaxed and welcoming vibe with friendly trainers and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to commit to a more active, fit lifestyle.
Caleb is AMAZING! He comes up with creative, challenging and fun workouts, and adapts to any specific goals I might have for that day or week. He pushes me but keeps it fun. He listens to feedback and is very intuitive with respect to how I'm feeling on any given day.
I would highly recommend this studio, and Caleb in particular!
