I have been a member here for just over a year now and I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my adult life. This gym ties together fitness, mobility, nutrition and wellness all into one easy to follow package and they are consistently adding more to offer it’s members. All of the workouts can be scaled for any adult of any fitness level and the coaches that lead the workouts are very experienced and knowledgeable. The members here are part of a community that motivates, challenges and celebrates each other. It is a special place and one I can offer my highest recommendation for.

I am so grateful for this gym's approach to fitness. 30-minute workouts specifically designed for anti-aging and mobility. As you get older balance and strength is no joke. This is definitely not a "no pain no gain" place or a gym where you mindlessly kill yourself on the elliptical while reading People Magazine. You work hard for sure, but it's all manageable and the workouts change every six weeks so there is variety. Staff is nice. I am really glad I never have to set foot in a Planet Fitness again.

This is a very special place. Ali has put together a fitness facility like no other. If you want results, this is your last stop...you have to come see it for yourself. You will get your sweat, stretch and anti-aging on, all in one location!

What an amazing gym, they really think about all aspects of your wellness. They help me with discipline, flexibility, nutrition and stress management. I have had personal trainers and been a member of other gyms, but this place is by far the best overall experience. There is really nothing like it around the city.

Their recovery focus with an infrared sauna, red light therapy, and compression therapy keeps my body feeling amazing and sharp! I LOVE this place!

I purchased a 10 pack at R3BILT over a year ago when my wife joined full time. My plan was to use the facility as a backup to my gym. Today R3BILT is my gym! The trainers are all knowledgeable and friendly, the facility and equipment are always impeccable when you arrive. R3BILTS 3-phase workout consisting of strength training, yoga/stretching, and heart rate variable breathing mixed with light therapy has improved my health! Highly recommend!

I have been an avid runner since my early teens. It has always been a part of who I am and it especially helps me with my mood. Plain and simple, when I don’t run, I don’t feel great, so when I sustained an injury a few months ago, I really struggled physically and mentally.
After two months of rest, I knew I had to step way out of my comfort zone and I decided to step into a work out at R3BILT. I hadn’t lifted weights in over 20 years, so to say I was a bit nervous, particularly about working out with a group, was an understatement.
From the second I walked into R3BILT's spacious (and sunlit) space, and was greeted with the most relaxed, happy and helpful people; I knew I could check my apprehension at the door. Everyone there made me feel at home.
Alli has created a space and a strength training program unlike any - she, her staff, the entire R3BILT community, are so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.
When I had gone to other gyms, I would sometimes find myself bored - going through the motions at times, and I was never eager to work out in groups, however this is not the case at R3BILT. The timing and tempo of their six-week training programs is perfect for me and because of the way they alternate (day 1, 2 and 3), I always feel challenged. Nothing ever feels routine - there really is no way to feel bored with one particular work out. One I understand the technique of each exercise, I'm continually coached by the trainers to challenge myself and add weight and repetition and finally once it it feels effortless, we’re moving onto another six-week program. I can’t believe the results I am already seeing! I’m down ten pounds since January and have even gained some muscle!
I have found such an incredibly supportive and welcoming community at R3BILT and I am so grateful to Alli and Rene - they are both wonderful and have trained me from day one!

Love the R3bilt philosophy of small group weight training with recovery included in every workout. The classes are small with no more than 6 people. The trainers are great providing excellent support. The facility is clean and sanitized after each class and between classes. Six week intervals allow you to see your progress. Alli Barnes and her team have created a great space to work out safely and effectively. It's one of my favorite places to be!

Allison Barnes and the rest of her team have incorporated years of science-based knowledge into every aspect of your workout. You are greeted and welcomed to every session and are joined into a community of people working to reach and sustain a healthy lifestyle! The facility is bright, big, and you get a great workout and recovery session in... no more going home feeling sore/injured! Overall I had a very great experience and I will definitely be joining as a member.

I went for an intro class in November and really loved it! Not only was the strength training portion challenging, but totally doable since you go at your own pace, mobility (yoga/stretching) is integrated right into the 60 minute class. I’m the biggest “I don’t have time to stay and stretch” after my workouts but this is a core part of the R3Bilt class which is what we all need so much in our busy lives! I loved the concept so much that I emailed the team after my intro class to ask if they were hiring! I’ve been teaching and taking classes there ever since!

I cannot praise this business enough. I have participated in several similar gyms that I later avoided due to the limited knowledge and safety of their practice. R3BILT is an entirely different story. Kind, positive, and incredibly smart staff. All very knowledgeable about the body with a strong sense of anatomy down to the cellular level. The benefits of the yoga and recovery practice after the strength training is so genius and just adds that much value to your hour. Definitely recommend!

I just started at R3Bilt last week after meeting Joan and Linda at their information table at Celebrate Milton. I love the approach to fitness with the strength training combined with yoga/rebounding/recovery. The facility itself is really nice - soothing colors and lots of natural light. The instructors are wonderful - helpful and encouraging you to work at your own pace. All this in an hour workout! Highly recommend!

I have been going to the gym since it first opened. One thing that stands out is that the staff and coaches were extremely helpful and personable. I love the fact that the workouts are structured in three phases. I have always done CrossFit style works and tended to lift really hard and then walk out the door with no time spent on stretching or recovery. The workouts here force me to spend time on recovery and mobility. Being able to do 15 minutes of guided Yoga at every class is a huge draw. I am so glad I took the opportunity to join a newly developed gym and recommend anyone looking for a change in workout to give it a try!

I have been a member of a lot of gyms, and this one is the best, in a very unique way! It's great for anybody looking to get a good workout in, keeping it to an hour. I go on my lunch break, coming from Batterymarch Park in Quincy. It's a 7 minute commute and I can sneak out for about 1 hour 15 minutes without a problem! It's a great break in the day. I signed up with a few of my colleagues, so we hold each other accountable for attending class! I love the anti-aging part of it. It's so different than anything I've done. Great instructors, varied workouts to keep it interesting, and great prices for what you get! Highly recommended.

i’ve been working out and participating in sports my whole life. Since joining R3BILT in the fall, I’ve had less pain, more energy and I see a difference in my physique and how my clothes fit. The trainers are so knowledgeable and attentive making sure you have correct form to get the most out of your workouts. I have learned little techniques so that I don’t get injured. It’s a very friendly atmosphere as well. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by name and everyone knows you. I love the yoga, rebounding and meditation and vibration board as well. It is a packed hour to get the most bang for your buck. I love it here!

R3 is superb fitness center with trainers and leaders seriously dedicated to helping people at all levels of ability rebuild, recover and reverse the challenges of modern life and aging in general. Their trainers are energetic, encouraging and fun, tuning in on each person's needs from Day One. They offer workouts that balance the use of light weights, agility, aerobics and stretching in an attractive, light-filled training area, along with recovery services such as sauna and red light therapy. Guidance for healthy eating and good nutrition is also offered and encouraged. I'm an older male who has worked out in many athletic facilities and programs over the years and I have benefited more from R3 than I have from all of the rest; I recommend them highly!

First class on first day of being opened. All I can say is "Wow"! This place is amazing. In one hour I got a full workout with weights and yoga plus infrared lights, circulation booster plates and stress reduction focused cool down. This is as high tech as it gets. Can't wait to see the changes in the body scan they did after 6 weeks. The trainers are very welcoming and know their stuff plus the place is beautiful.

R3bilt is a very cool new way to think about working out. It incorporates weight lifting, yoga and detoxifying/anti-aging all in one. The facility and equipment is brand new and top of the line. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have already recommended to many friends.

Efficient workout with fabulous trainers and super convenient location. The workout is like nothing you've ever done before - it is a combination of weight workouts, yoga, meditation, red light therapy, and rebounding. You can also tweak it for HIIT training. The workouts change regularly and are pre-planned so you don't need to worry about over- or under-training your body. Trainers are there the entire time and the maximum class size is 12, creating a small group personal training environment. Staff and instructors are friendly and encouraging - but not in a "boot camp" sort of way. I no longer have the time or inclination to work out 6 days a week. This system gets it done in 2-3. R3Bilt offers a free first workout so why not try it out?

An hour workout flies by at R3bilt since a class is structured into three parts: weights, yoga, and the unique recovery portion. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the facility itself is clean and inviting. Great place to workout!

Compared to a regular, large scale gym, R3BILT Fitness is leagues better. Being extremely knowledgeable on multiple effective ways to train and stay healthy, you can't go wrong by signing up for the small group, professionally taught workouts offered at this gym. Being a runner and making a post workout cool-down a priority, I found R3BILT's recovery process to be outstanding. Having a structured process compared to the free-for-all workout style of most big gyms makes the workouts at R3BILT much more efficient when creating a scheduled workout plan. I encourage anyone to signup and give the R3BILT method a try!

R3Bilt isnt your typical workout...it focuses on the things that contribute to aging...we are all aging which is why this is for anyone no matter what your age or level of fitness. Strength training, mobility training and the "Reverse" room make the 1 hour workout fly by. The workouts are challenging but not impossible, and everything can be modified! The trainers are so nice, supportive and encouraging; the space is beautiful and the location (i.e. parking) is convenient. I love working out at R3Bilt.

R3 is so welcoming and you can tell everyone there is passionate about what they do. I was ready to change up my workout due to some health issues and it is the perfect balance of strength training and recovery which is exactly what I need. The space is also absolutely beautiful!

My experience with R3BILT Fitness has been wonderful. While I value R3BILT for their unique, holistic take on health and fitness, it's the community at R3BILT that I want to recognize. The team goes above and beyond of what's expected of them, which is especially notable during the time of virtual training. The trainers are finding new ways to stay in touch with their R3BILT family, ultimately showing their genuine care for people's health and well-being. There's no doubt that once they open their doors again they will continue with safe, small-group training, but will see that everyone will wish to be together because of how tight-knit the community truly is!

I had an awesome workout with Rene. She was informative and showed me how to position myself properly while weight training. The yoga class was just what I needed after the weight training. And ended the class with rebounding and some breathing techniques. I am definitely going to sign up for more classes.

I’ve been waiting for a gym like this for a long time! 30 mins of HIT power workout and 30 mins of yoga every session. The trainers are super fit and equally super friendly. I’m already hooked. Can’t wait to do my 6 week body scan to see my physical improvements. The place is spotless and right off 93. It’s one of kind - def worth the try.

As is usually the case, I have a hard time getting more than a few workouts per week in and often fall ‘off the wagon’. Even so, the work I have been putting in (when I get there) at R3bilt has yielded the most productive results I’ve ever experienced in my many attempts to get back in shape. After only a few visits per week for three weeks, I experienced fairly significant fat loss and increased muscle mass but equally as important, greatly increased flexibility and strength. Having spent my high school and college years training for Sports, I have never been one for ‘group classes or ‘personal training’ as I felt I knew how to get my body in shape. Let’s face it, that’s easier said than done once we cross 40 and R3bilt has been a simple answer for what my body needs. If you are a former athlete, especially if you played the contact heavy sports, I highly recommend R3bilt to get your body back to a better place.

I feel like I’ve been looking for R3Bilt for a long time but didn’t actually know it until I found it! I knew I needed to strength train, work on my flexibility and incorporate more mind-body work into my life. I also knew I didn’t have a lot of time to do all of this. Guess what? You can do it all at R3Bilt in an hour and feel amazing! I’m getting everything I know my body needs (and then some) and it feels great, both mentally and physically.
It’s been a year since I worked out with any intensity or regularity so I expected to be really sore as I got back into a regular workout routine. Much to my surprise, I’m working really hard and I feel great, its the right amount of “yeah, I worked those muscles” yet I can still function afterwards.
Plus it’s a beautiful space and the entire staff is great! Rebuild, Recover, Reverse. Thanks, R3Bilt, I’m hooked!
