I was looking for a PT to help me intensify my workouts and introduce me to new exercise. Federico has exceeded my expectations. He is personable, professional and extremely attentive to detail. Working out with him and with the new tips and tricks he’s given has brought the life back into gym workouts. Without meaning to I’ve lost weight and gained lean muscle. I feel stronger and look curvier. I would highly recommend working with him even if like me, you’re an athlete and a already consistent with weightlifting and training.

I've been training with Federico for several months and he's easiest the best trainer I've worked with. Prior to Covid, I was in pretty great shape but during Covid my fitness suffered and I was struggling to get back on a plan that was effective for me. He has a very systematic training system which is incredibly effective for someone at any stage of fitness. After working with him for the past several months, I can see my stamina coming back as well as my strength. He is very professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Training with Federico has jump started a shift in how I take care of myself. Our one on one sessions are focused and productive. He is knowledgeable and encouraging. I appreciate the way Federico designs each session with complimentary exercises that are designed to build muscle groups while avoiding strain or injury. Now half way through a 40 session program I am noticing I am stronger, move better in my body and am connecting with exercise in a positive way which were my personal goals. After a full day of work it is wonderful to have a robust workout under the guidance of someone who makes the smart choices that frees me up to focus on effort and form. It’s my first time working with a trainer, and Federico has been amazing and has made the training experience enjoyable.
I have had back and hip issues for over 3 years and haven’t been much mobile and active. I was very hesitant to start the training as I am very cautious about any flare-ups or worsening of my health issues. The reason I started training was to gain my strength back. Being totally inactive and not mobile (not even begin able to walk few minutes), I have lost significant strength. Once I received okay from my postural therapist and doctor, to start strength training to help gain coordination between muscles and also strength, I reached out to Federico. He has been amazing with customizing all the sessions to accommodate my limitations and also to answer numerous questions I ask during each sessions.
I train with him twice a week (completed 20 sessions), and I have already started noticing difference not just in the strength, but also during day to day activity.
Looking forward to continue training with Federico in Leanforce method! Hoping to gain all strength back and improve over coming months!

I've been working with Federico for 9 months now and have completed the first conditioning phase (I took a hiatus over the summer). I've never felt stronger! I have always struggled with upper back pain, but I haven't had any issues during my time with him. I've worked with other trainers before and Federico is by far the most knowledgeable and pays the most attention to detail. I love that he constantly correcting my form and doesn't let me get away with chatting to avoid my work out :). When I started working with him, I was 5 months postpartum. I have been working with Federico since August 2022, and am feeling much stronger and confident in my strength and cardio routine. For several years prior, I cobbled together my workouts, running and using apps to learn strength routines. But it was getting tiresome doing the same things over and over again without longer term goals to build toward. Federico clearly describes each phase of his training program so that I know where I am heading, how long it will take, and what comes after. He has helped me to find a really good cadence in my exercise, rotating muscle groups, introducing new exercises and stretches, and incorporating cardio on my own time. His personal demeanor is perfect as a trainer: he is calm and laid back, yet brings a quiet intensity to our sessions. He also does a really good job describing what each exercise is meant to strengthen, and how muscles interact with one another, in order to guide me through each new set. After 10 weeks, seeing some nice results -posture, muscle tone and joint pain! Federico gets you going without pushing, but somehow at the end of the session you know you've trained. He's got a methodological approach and seeks a lot of feedback in terms of effort level, aches and pains, etc. Would recommend LeanForce for any starting fitness level.

Here's my story: I've always been very active, playing sports, soccer, running 1/2 and full marathons. Unfortunately, during Covid I got a knee injury while doing Crossfit. And I got quite out of shape while doing my physical therapy following the injury.
Federico has been incredible at not only helping me get back into shape, but also adapting the weekly exercises to help me strengthen the muscles in my quads, hips, and glutes to help prevent future knee-related injuries.
I always feel super motivated to go my sessions with Federico. I give him my highest recommendation!

I Started at Lean Force 20 sessions ago and I have been working with Frederico as my trainer. His knowledge of muscle groups and how he structures the trainings is by far the best training I have ever experienced. He watches every rep and pinpoints the correct micro movements to get the most out of each, and protect against injuries. Each session revolves around different muscles groups . We focus on one area at a time. Shoulders, back, forearms, and lower body sessions. In five weeks I can see and feel a dramatic difference. I work with him 3-4 times a week and will surely continue. I know that continued work with him will have me in the best physical shape I have ever attained.

When I was looking for someone to train me, I wanted someone who would not only teach to strength train, but also encourage a positive lifestyle change. Coming into my first session I had no experience with strength training, but Federico guided me the whole way. Always conscious of my comfort level, which is very important to prevent any injuries. I came to Frederico with a year old injury of right shoulder. At first lesson I could only raise my right arm to 90 degrees due to severe shoulder pain. My limited range of right shoulder affected me in many aspects of daily living as well as woke me up ant night. Over the past year I tried physical therapy, acupuncture and light therapy- without any results.
I started training with Federico twice per week- typically spending one hour working with shoulders and another hour working with legs, however still addressing shoulder. Today, after only lesson 9, I can raise right arm 120 degrees, no longer have pain at night and am able to do many more activities of daily living w my right arm.
I highly recommend Frédérico and his approach!

Completed more than 2 months of conditioning phase with Federico and I can see the results already. I have lost 8 pounds of fat while gaining strength and muscle. The workouts are intense yet exciting. Federico always make sure that I am doing the workouts without injuring myself and keeps checking with me at the beginning of every session.
So far the biggest improvement I have noticed is my mental strength. I have a big problem with snacking in between my meals and addicted to junk foods. Now, I can control my hunger and stay on a clean diet without feeling the need to starve myself. I can now think more clearly and focus much better on my work. With combination of proper sleep, clean diet and workouts I never felt this good in last 10-12 years. Federico is my first trainer and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Having played 3 different sports growing up and having worked out in the gym for a solid 4 years or so, I not only like to workout alone but I’m very picky about who trains me. Lean Force hands down, offers the best in training, in all of Massachusetts! I have been to several gyms and have worked with a plethora of trainers before Lean Force. Not one of them could help me reach my objective. Lean Force's staff has a working knowledge of everything that's being done which helped miraculously.
My left elbow is completely made of titanium and as a result, I have a dominant side in my body. My objective was to balance all my muscles and overall, build more muscle and lose some of my belly fat. I am currently 20 sessions in and have already reached 50% of my goal. Additionally, my mental health has been MUCH better since I began training at Lean Force. I have a side hustle in Boston as a musician, and my pre-show nerves are in much better control now.
We measured my muscle and fat mass to track progress and are making a note of it every couple of sessions, which is undeniable proof that our training regimen is working. No trainer I worked with in the past did this. When I pointed out the lack of results, they'd attribute it to things like my atypical muscular case, or my atypical diet.
Another major reason I go to Lean Force is the trainer, Federico himself. He is highly educated, compassionate, patient and a huge source of motivation! He made me a personalized training plan and has absolutely no reservations in taking the extra time I sometimes need. He makes sure to do things in a way so there is never an injury or even strain on muscles. Unlike other trainers, he is not pushy and makes sure you are comfortable doing what you are doing while gaining the full benefit of it!
I highly recommend Lean Force! Priced very reasonably and you will have the trainer's undivided attention throughout the session, so it's 150% worth every penny.

Having trained myself during the past 2 years but always getting pains, I gave up the self-training several times. In the sequel, the self-training had NO improvement at all.

Highly recommend. Federico has been coming to my workplace twice a week for the past 9 weeks, providing us with group training. He is pleasant and not intimidating, provides great instructions, pays attention to everyones' form, pushes you enough to get a good work out but also doesn't make you feel guilty if your body says nope. The classes are all about speed and technique, each class targeting a specific muscle group and giving a general workout to boot. I can actually see my collar bone again! It's been hiding from me since highschool!
You aren't pressured to finish every set in a workout, just trying to do as much as you can for as long as you can.

A couple of years ago I had ankle surgery. Last summer I had extensive ligament reconstruction on my wrist with subsequent weakness and aches.I started training 2 days a week with Federico a couple of months ago to address my weaknesses and build strength.
My training sessions are always tailored to meet my specific needs. Federico clearly puts a lot of thought designing the sessions full of variety and emphasizes the importance of proper form for every move. In this short period I can see physical changes in my body. I feel less aches on a daily basis and my overall strength and stamina has improved significantly.
