Sleeping Dragons

I've been working out for over 20 years. This is the best gym I've been to by far. People just seem relaxed here. Everyone is so nice. A constant of new equipment to try and towels provided. It is truly 24 hours, unlike many other gyms that claim 24 hours and close anyhow. We worked out on Christmas day and it was awesome.

I have been going to The Fitness Lab for few months now, and I will continue to make the drive out of my way to continue going! The facility is clean and includes good quality equipment and hygienic locker rooms. The staff and trainers are extremely positive and welcoming of those from all fitness backgrounds. I love seeing the growth in equipment in the few short months I’ve been a member. Definitely recommend!!

The fitness lab is the best gym in the valley, hands down! I’ve been a gym user for over 10 years (all across the state) and the fitness lab has been the best one yet! The owners are great, and it shows! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and make everyone who walks through that door feel at home. There is ample equipment, for a wide range of workouts, for all all ages and skill levels! It is kept very clean. Which while our country battles the pandemic it gives piece of mind knowing you can keep your body in shape while in a healthy, safe environment! Another plus, everyone has 24 hour access! But don’t worry there are plenty of hours fully staffed too! So there’s no excuse, you can go absolutely whenever you want! I can’t recommend this gym enough. Run, don’t walk to sign up, NOW!

This gym is one of the best in the valley and I've belonged to quite a few over the past 10 years. The gym is a great size with plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, and other exercise equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful and there's plenty of televisions to watch that are controlled independently. The location is convenient and the prices are excellent.

Best Yoga classes this side of Europe! Martha and Carrie do such a great job. The gym is very clean, …. before and during Covid. Easy to get on equipment-no waiting 99% of the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hours a day. Very lucky to have this local gym in our neighborhood.

Best gym around! Great staff always friendly and is the only gym that doesn’t close because of Covid. Highly recommend to work out here and it is open 24/7 so you can workout when you please.
