Thankful for my one hour/week I spend at StretchLab. I am very active and the added stretch therapy has tremendously lessened much of my joint and muscle aches. I am able to feel stronger in my daily activities.

My first stretch session with Ben was terrific. As a longtime athlete (running and strength training), taking time to stretch adds so much, but I’ve never been a fan of yoga and I know many who have gotten injured via long static yoga style stretching. The science behind StretchLab is solid, the staff is warm, friendly and informed. The work is satisfying and the results immediate. Give StretchLab Boise a try! I’m definitely looking forward to returning. Update: second session (week later, again with Ben) keyed in on what I thought was a tight hamstring (from running) but was actually a tight piriformis muscle, which doesn’t release through conventional hamstring stretches. Fantastic sense of spaciousness afterwards and today while trail running.

Life Changing! As we get older, we forget how important it is to stretch on a daily basis. We also frown on having someone stretch us out, let alone pay for it. I was incredibly surprised how great I felt after the first session at Stretch Lab. The flexologists are super professional and they are talented at what they do. You owe it to yourself to go through at least one session at Stretch Lab. 50 minutes at Stretch Lab will do your body good. I'm currently going 2-3 times a week until I can resume on my own. I will make it a habit to get stretch out once or twice a month at Stretch Lab as maintenance thereafter. Highly Recommended!

I’ve been a client at the Stretch Lab, Boise for close to a year.A typical stretch session for me is from feet to neck. Kristi has been my Flexologist. She is professional and friendly. I always look forward to my stretch session! All of the staff that I’ve interacted with are friendly and helpful. I wanted to give stretching a try for a few reasons. I had spinal fusion many years ago and always thought that some type of stretching would be helpful to relax my tight back muscles. I also spent most of my career sitting while on my computer and thought a good stretch would help me work out those kinks developed over many years. The results? The stretch sessions have helped me feel more flexible and improved my range of motion. It's a key part of my overall fitness program! Thanks Kristi and Stretch Lab!

While this might seem like a great service, do not do it. To have one 50 minute session once a week, it is $269. The people that actually stretch you are only allowed to do so much even though they know more things that might be able to help you. I have had my membership suspended for a while now since this is so expensive. Per their contract, if you want to cancel you have to have your account unsuspended for one day and get charged $269 for the next month’s membership and then they will cancel your account. There is a reason why a person wants to cancel their membership. We all can’t afford to pay that much in a month. Also, you are pretty much obligated to use it once a week. If you are going out of two for work or vacation you have to fill out a form to tell them why you are going to be unable to use your once a week appointment.

Had an intro stretch with Brandon C, and what a wonderful experience it was! My fitness and stretch levels are pretty good, but I thought I'd check out the shop to see what it was about and it's definitely an experience I would recommend. I was the only person in the shop getting stretched and Brandon and I had such a great conversation that the session time passed like nothing! (I may have even got a few extra minutes since the conversation was going so well) Brandon gave me a few tips for at home stretches for my hips since they get a little tight from time to time and I've already noticed faster recovery after my workouts. Thanks for the help Brandon!

Kate the Great! Just had a wonderful stretch with Kate. I love getting my stretch on at StretchLab. All the stretchologists are great. I could never stretch to that depth on my own. I walked in tight in several areas and walked out feeling so much better. They are very well versed in anotomy and meet you where you are to keep you safe. Give them a try!

I am overweight and do HIIT workouts regularly, so going to StretchLab forces me to do important stretching that I've definitely overlooked before. I primarily work with Kristi who is knowledgeable on assisted stretches based on my most recent workout that I wouldn't be able to do on my own. She makes sure the stretches are effective and not painful. The studio is clean and benches are wiped down after every stretch. The flexologists and staff at StretchLab are welcoming, offer knowledgeable advice and make me comfortable on and off the bench. After every stretch, I feel better than I did before walking in. My husband and I started going together and tried doing the assisted stretches ourselves, but it was difficult to get it right (or without pain lol) without the experience of a flexologist! I definitely recommend StretchLab to complement your active lifestyle or want to improve it.

I had West Nile virus which caused paralysis and left me hospitalized for 8 months. In my efforts to rehabilitate I found that my muscles in many areas lacked flexibility and responsiveness. Since I have been going to stretchlab for almost a year now, my mobility, strength, and proprioception have vastly improved. The type of stretching performed at stretchlab provides feedback to the muscles as well as extension . Kristi has been fantastic, working with me in very specific ways to address my issues. I cannot praise them enough.

The price is a little steep, but I was able to gain a lot of helpful knowledge and tips over a couple months while I could fit it in my budget. As far as the actual stretching, I was constantly impressed by Kristi's ability to work through my hypermobility and relieve the pressure of workouts/soreness without aggravating any of my old injuries.
