Coming from out of town and visiting Boise for two weeks, I wanted to try something different, exciting and challenging . DOPE definitely fits the bill. I have worked out at DOPE 13 times and every workout is different, challenging and fun. The workouts are designed to be challenging to both beginners and the advanced fitness buffs alike. The people (coaches and other members) made me feel right at home. All of the coaches have been so welcoming and provide a high-energy workout during each class. The community created from other members and fighters has been a joy to participate in. The facility is always clean and well taken care of, making the experience even better. The app is very high tech and easy to schedule, cancel and reschedule classes. Since starting at DOPE, I have definitely noticed an improvement in my boxing form and my strength. I am looking forward to my next visit to Boise and the DOPE facility.

A friend and I decided to try something new. Neither of us had any experience with boxing but we’re looking for an adventure. DOPE boxing was absolutely fantastic! Such a fun atmosphere. The workout was amazing and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. I will be back and will be bringing friends! Worth every penny!

Dope Boxing is such an amazing place to work out. I never was motivated to work out before I found Dope! It is high energy, fun, challenging, and an amazing community! I have been consistently going since the grand opening and I love how every class is different, and how the coaches all have their own styles! Would highly recommend taking even just one class!!

I joined Dope boxing in Boise in Feb. 2022. I had quit working out due to Covid and had gained 30+ pounds over that 2 year period. Because the classes are well developed and fun, it becomes easy to keep going with the top notch instructors they have. I am 58 but was able to drop 26 ponds since going here. The nicest surprise is you box at your own speed and slowly build up your stamina. Love this place!

I had been searching everywhere for a workout class that made me feel challenged but also a place where I felt a real sense of community. I tried all of the boutique fitness classes in the Boise area and almost gave up .... then I found Dope! Cliche, I know. But I'm freaking serious. I've never been more consistent with a workout routine in my life. Also, the results are real and the classes have a healthy variety of exercises keeping things from getting dull and boring. Oh yeah, and the music is ALWAYS on point. This community makes you feel welcomed every single day, challenged every single day, and every workout is a sh** ton of fun! Don't even get me started on the coaches. They are all so much fun and personal, but still keep class professional and inclusive. Love this place so much. ❤️

One of the most welcoming studios in the valley! Such a fun atmosphere and community. The music and energy is always top notch. Dope is such a dynamic studio and workout. You’re able to challenge yourself as well as be coached through 12 boxing rounds. The staff and instructors make it a very memorable experience.

Just do it! I cannot recommend Dope enough. They make you feel like family from your very first class, and I can confirm that they stand by "zero experience needed" as advertised (I was a complete trainwreck in my first few classes). I started taking classes in July of '22 and have been addicted ever since. The workout is undoubtedly great and the coaches have created an incredible community and culture; one I have not experienced at any other fitness center. I have never enjoyed a workout this much! The classes fly by with a mix of mitt/bag work and cardio conditioning--I like that it's broken down into 3 minute rounds, so you always have the same basic structure but no two classes are ever the same. I personally love taking 'Pow' with Tina and 'Boom' with Sav but everyone is amazing. You cannot go wrong.. just sign up! It is well worth the money.

I joined dope boxing in June and haven't regretted a single moment! The workouts are fun and kick your butt in the best way, all the coaches rock and push you to be the best versions of you! If you're thinking about joining, do it!

The experience and vibe at dope is unmatched. Unlike any other gym or group fitness class i’ve ever taken. The coaches… not sure how one place houses all of the coolest, kindest, and most welcoming people but they did that. No place i’d wake up at 5am for besides Dope. It’s a vibe!

Having previous experience in Muay Thai and some MMA, I’m having a great time at Dope Boxing! I’m still getting technique and a ton of cardio in!! And turning 40, I no longer want to be punched in the head anymore (I’m getting too old for that). Super friendly and fun environment! I couldn’t say enough nice things about all the coaches there as well as the people I get to work out with. Five stars for sure!!

This was my first experience boxing EVER and the entire staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and motivated to push myself! This is a great class to build strength, endurance and resilience but the best part is releasing anger and negative thoughts while building relationships with awesome people. I highly recommend it!

Exactly what Boise needed!! The coaches/ staff were very welcoming and encouraging, also the owner is awesome and so involved! You don’t have to have experience to box and they teach all the fundamentals. It is one of the cleanest, and coolest looking gyms in Idaho. You can definitely tell that it took a lot to bring this place together. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to learn how to box, needs a switch from their current workout, or to add on your regimen! Also a huge bonus… the music they play is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I attended my first ever boxing class at DOPE Boxing this morning. I was definitely a little nervous since I'm a newbie. Not only did it end up being an amazing workout but I had such a great time! Everything- from purchasing a class package on their website to scheduling my first class via their app- was seamless. I was also able to purchase my gloves on-site which eliminated any stress I had about showing up unprepared. This place is awesome. Check it out!

I had my first class here and it was amazing. The coach was incredibly friendly and encouraging while still putting on an intense workout. This was my first boxing class in general and I had so much fun hitting the bags. I couldn’t recommend this more for anyone looking to get a good workout, try something new, or even just to go blow off some steam. I was nervous at first because I’m not in great shape, but there was zero judgement involved and I felt comfortable the whole time. And for me that isn’t usually normal. I generally am very self conscious but I didn’t experience that at all.

This place has great energy! It offers a combination of motivated workout class that amps you up enough to WANT to come back and an intense more technical workout that teaches you the core basics of boxing, allowing you to build your skill from there at your own pace. Teddy is a great coach/instructor and helps push & motivate you at the same time. Well worth the money even if you're brand new to the sport. Also a great way to vent your stress! Taking the pow classes and girlfriend is taking the Boom.

It's hard to keep this short, but this workout is DOPE! I have never been fond of typical gym workouts because I'm just not stimulated enough. The Boom class is tough in a good way, and I feel like I'm hyped to workout in a way that hasn't happened since being a part of competitive sports. I recommend giving it a go because I'm hooked!

I use to do Boxing in High School but couldn’t go anymore and I’ve been thinking of Boxing ever since, then I ended up finding DOPE I went to one of their free classes and loved it! I loved how welcoming everyone was not just the coaches and how you’re able to express yourself without any judgement. Personally I’m the shy type but lately I’ve been able to talk to other people that also go there and get along with the coaches. It’s also a great workout every time! ❤️
