I couldn't ask for a better gym and community to reach my goals. The workouts are scalable to your personal fitness level and continuously challenging. There is something for everyone at Trussville Fitbody - including a supportive community. The coaches are always looking to support you in any way they can whether is be dietary assistance or coaching your form. Safety is always the number #1 priority so you are encouraged to push yourself, but never so hard that you compromise your form and safety. I could not recommend a better gym!

The coaches are very positive and motivating. I was very skeptical that a class lasting less than 30 minutes would make a difference, but I have been very impressed with my results so far. I have put on on weight over the last few years and have some back issues, but I don't feel uncomfortable in this class at all. The coaches push you, but they also understand that not everyone is in perfect physical health and are able to work with you to find alternative workouts to help with your goals.

The coaches always offer a modification if moves are too difficult, so everyone is set up for success, not failure! John & Lauren are extremely knowledgeable. I have an abdominal separation and they are able to work around it and create modifications to fit my physical needs. I also love that the classes are only 30 minutes with maximum results. I honestly didn't think it was possible but these classes are more effective than any other work-out I've done. It isn't all about the 30 minute class though. These trainers are able to help set up nutrition plans to help meet my weight loss goals. They don't believe one nutrition plan fits everyone...they pick the most effective for each person.

The trainers are encouraging, yet they let you know when you’re slacking (which is what I need). They will also coach and guide you through better eating habits.
