Welcoming environment makes you feel comfortable every time!!! The workouts are challenging, motivating, fun, never the same! Amazing trainers. They’re always there to help and push you and offer advices to achieve the best results. I could not have the best day or feeling not motivated, just walk in and get that magic energy. Leave feeling better, literally transforms your day. Just joined for couple of weeks, look toned. Lost 5 pounds without even trying! I’m thankful I found this gym! Highly recommend Kinesi Coaching Studios.

I first attended Kinesi on Mother's day this year. (At the insistence of my wife).I am not a person who goes to the gym. AT ALL! Turns out I really enjoyed that workout and decided to join. I have been going 3 to 4 times per week except for an 8 week lapse due to an injury. One week I even went 6 out of 7 days. I'm loving the program. I am on the verge of losing 25 pounds! My clothes fit better and the best part is that I feel better than I have in at least 5 years. Kudos to this instructor lead program. All the instructors are great. They genuinely care about you and watch out for you during the workouts making sure you are using proper form and encouraging everyone along the way. I love it. I used to think I could quit the workouts cold Turkey, but I actually miss going if I miss more than a day.

Kinesi Wellness has fast become one of my most favorite places to be! Being a part of this studio is like being a part of a family. Everyone there, coaches & clients alike, are all so very supportive-everyone shows LOVE! The workouts are never the same, so we don’t get bored, and there are always modifications for all abilities! My one-on-one meetings with Rebecca have taught me more than just how to eat right and live better-they have opened my eyes to my life as a whole and how I can be my best self. I’ve never loved myself as much as I do now that I’m with Kinesi!

I joined right before Christmas last year during a 6 week challenge. I have never stuck with a work out regimen until Kinesi! The coaches are very motivating, supportive and challenge you to push yourself. The environment is so welcoming no matter what your fitness level. They offer whole person coaching to help you learn nutrition, self love, healthy mind and fitness. They keep you accountable and truly care about your goals and needs. I was able to lose 20 inches in my first 3 months and look forward to future success!

I’ve never been able to motivate myself to finish a workout, and now since I have started the challenge I have a group of people pushing me everyday to be better and try harder. I enjoy every workout and look forward to the variety of exercise we are gonna conquer everyday. I enjoy this intensity and it really does work. I’m watching myself become stronger with more endurance and my muscles are becoming more defined also. This is definitely the place to be if you want and need that extra push. Kinesi is a safe, welcoming, and empowering place for all bodies to work out in! Kinesi has a team of knowledgeable, genuine, and positive staff to support you to reach your goals--you are known and welcomed in every class. On top of that, everyone working out alongside you is friendly and encouraging! You come in and work your hardest-- that might mean asking for a modification for an injury or beginner level to being handed a heavier weight because you can do it! You can access classes in-person or online. And even when online, coaches are making sure you're staying motivated and and complete the workout using the equipment you have on hand. Kinesi has smaller class sizes, access to equipment, individualized consulting to meet your goals, opportunities for 6 week challenges and weight-lifting classes, along with the accountability of a community it becomes a well spent investment in your physical, mental, and emotional health!

I LOVE this place. The workouts are so much fun and I always leave feeling like i’ve accomplished something great. I started with the six week challenge because I needed something to get me back on track. My daughter was almost two and I still hadn’t lost the baby weight. Before Kinesi, my eating and at home workouts were always a guessing game; I was hoping for the best and praying for a miracle. But once I walked through the doors of Kinesi, I learned exactly what I needed to eat and my fitness level has greatly improved. I feel I can finally keep up with my toddler AND still have energy to get all the house work done on top of working an 8-hour day. I basically feel like Super Mom! Even after my six week challenge was complete, I decided to continue because I feel I finally have a grasp on this health and fitness stuff, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

I LOVE Fit Body Boot Camp. I was so tired of going to the gym and doing the same old exercises. Fit Body has great workouts that are different everyday. This is probably the best choice I've made for myself all year. They really have it dialed in here! It's taken me a couple of gyms to find this one, but now I'm so happy I did and I wish I would've found it sooner! If you're looking to change your life, this is the spot. Lots of fun and functional movement, and sense of community. You can't beat the sincerity and holistic approach of the coaches. So happy I found my tribe here.

This is my third week as a member and I couldn't be happier! This is not an ordinary "gym!" Imagine a personal trainer encouraging you during your workout and cheering for your success. And your trainer brought friends to workout with you and they're just as awesome and encouraging as he or she is! Now imagine all that for about 1/4 (or less) of the cost you would normally pay! I've never felt self conscious or nervous about about sticking out here. They have made everything very simple....all you gotta do is walk through the door! A+ Kinesi!

Everyone comes in different shapes, sizes and age. Which is awesome because you never feel out of place. I love being able to come with my mother, and we can modify to our personal needs/intensity 👍🏽

I found a workout that I'm actually willing to get out of bed at 6am! The workouts are challenging, but they make sure you are able to do some version of each exercise if your body hasn't moved that way in awhile. I also appreciate that the sessions are about 35 minutes. The nutritional support is appreciated, and in my case, the first time I've been able to eat correctly, not starve, and attend an exercise program 5 days a week!

Absolutely love working out here! The coachs keep you motivated, not matter what skill level you are at! When I first started 3 years ago, I wasn't sure I could be part of a workout group. I felt my body was shutting down. Before working out, I would get out of bed with my back, or knees, or shoulders, or something hurting and struggled with pain to get through the day. I try to work out 3 to 4 days a week and if I dont do that, I hurt, because I dont work out! Sounds crazy, but working out makes my body and mind feel so much better! Rebecca has a solid crew of professional instructors that run a clean, tight operation. The varied activities/exercises that run each session really keep you engaged. FBBC is a great place to get a great workout. You learn proper form from the awesome trainers they have there. I have a problem with my back, and there are modifications for everything they do. No one makes you feel inadequate if you can't do something, the trainers and other people working out with you are very encouraging. I'm down 12 lbs so far!!
