I absolutely love this gym! I recently joined the F45 family; and I’m kicking myself for waiting. From the coaches to the members everyone is so welcoming. Everyone celebrates everyone’s victories. I love that the classes are different everyday. Knowing the theme of the classes really helps one mentally prepare for the workout. Lastly, I’d like to add that the classes are meant for everyone no matter the fitness level. I came in out of shape and nervous, but I picked right up.

I have never felt so committed to my fitness regimen until I started working out at F45! I have endured an amazing supporting community that welcomes every age , shape, athleticism and personality. I look forward every day to come and workout and it’s truly addicting in a way where you can’t stop coming because the results are sooooo good! If anyone has struggled with accountability, exercise, and self-efficiency this is the place for you! If you think this review is all fluff I dare you to prove me wrong. I have taken 10 classes so far at F45 and love it! The environment is encouraging and energetic. The trainers take time to get to know you on a personal level and push you during your workout. They always have modifications the help grade down/grade up an exercise. I would recommend this to everyone who enjoys working out!

Super energetic, fun, challenging and great trainers. If you like groups don't hesitate just sign up! You won't regret investing in yourself. They have more strength resistance classes and more cardio heavier classes.

What a great addition to Billings! We live in Phoenix currently and workout at F45 Old town Scottsdale and love it. 45 minute workouts led by professional, friendly trainers where you can get a solid workout in at many different times of day without taxing for mind or time if you are a busy individual. Great place to stay healthy and stay in touch with your community. Give this place a try, Thomas and Lindsay will help find a good solution for your fitness goals.

F45 has been a good experience for me in jump starting a fitness routine. No class is the same, and you can go at your own pace while being encouraged to push the limits. Everyone is very supportive and for me, it’s a great way to start my day. I highly recommend F45.

If your goal is building lean muscle & getting fit, high intensity training is the best way to achieve it. F45 nailed it! No two workouts are the same, but the monitors that are visible from everywhere remind you what you are supposed to be doing at each station. They have top of the line equipment & a clean facility. Their trainers are friendly, knowledgeable & enthusiastic. Don’t sleep on the live D.J.’s on Saturdays! Give them a try, I promise you will be impressed.
