Love this place! I work out 3 times a week. It’s fast paced and get a great workout with the trainers. My neighbor introduced me to Curves last year and am a devotee. I have lost weight not on purpose because I joined to build strength and stamina. The added benefit of loosing weight was awesome. Lost 30 lbs without even trying!

I joined Curves September 2019 and am so glad that the business was highly recommended to me. I have achieved more endurance, energy and body strength. The staff are very kind and motivate me to work harder. In my opinion, you won't find nicer staff at another facility. I encourage everyone to give this facility a try!

I’ve been a member of Curves in Billings for 2 years, and it’s become a wonderful part of my life. I like going to a place where I’m greeted by name and sincerely cared about. I’ve lost about 20 pounds and feel like I’m stronger and have better balance and endurance. It’s also nice to visit with other women as we go around the circuit. Very clean and organized.

Fantastic place to work out. Everyone is very friendly and they have resources and tools to help you lose weight and get healthier. You can do a full workout in less than 40 min. Highly reccomend!!

Convenient location for me so I am able to go 5 days a week. You get out of it what you put in. No heavy lifting men or mirrors to intimidate. Very friendly and welcoming environment.
