Alloy fitness has been a godsend to me. I am 70 years young😊 and am fighting my way back from open heart surgery. The trainers are so focused, friendly, and motivated to help me succeed. They are so in tune to my sore areas or injuries and constantly ask how I’m doing and if any of the work out causes pain. I go three days a week and absolutely love it. I have gained muscle and lost fat, and that is so important to me. I highly recommend Alloy fitness. The classes are very small and it is a friendly atmosphere. Everyone cheers each other on and it’s a great feeling. I have been with them for three months and I’m very happy with my results.

I joined Alloy Personal Training the beginning of April and it was one of my best decisions!! Truly my new happy place. "Personal Training" is not just a name it's their commitment. Each class is limited so the trainers can focus on individual personalized training. The trainers are amazing!! They make working out fun. Paul, Tommy and Keaton are very personable, knowledgeable, and prepare individual workouts tailored to each individual's skill level paying close attention to any injuries that may need specialized workouts. They will also push you out of your comfort zone to get the most out of your workout and not "cheat yourself" I could go on forever about what a great place Alloy Personal Training is!! If you are looking for an awesome Personal Training experience, you must give them a try. Great place to make new friends too.🙂

I decided to try Alloy Fitness for a change from my home workouts. I came to the gym in pretty good shape and the crew at Alloy helped me break through some plateaus and get into the best shape I’ve been in since my 20’s! I’m 50 now and have great abs, muscle, 13% body fat and feel great! Regardless of your fitness level give Alloy a try. It’s a great gym and they will adapt to any fitness level!

Amazing results both physically and mentally! I feel so much better since joining in March and the aches and pains I started with are gone! I am able to do anything without worrying about my knees or my shoulder! This has been a life changing decision for me and I see and feel the results every day! My golf game has improved, gaining 100 yards to my drive. I can get up off the ground holding my 20 lb grandson and all of my day to day tasks have become so much easier to do. I have never experienced going to the gym and having a trainer, I love it! There are so many positive qualities at Alloy, of course, number one is their trainers. They are beyond knowledgeable and so positive. They understand your needs and have a workout specific for those needs. Alloy is the best decision I have ever made for myself. The training is exceptional. The trainers are the best. They have taught me so much in my two months there. It was exactly why I decided to join. I knew I needed to get in and get fit after recovering from major back surgery. But I didn’t know proper technique. I didn’t want to just start working out blind not knowing the right and wrong way so I would just damage myself again. They have worked so closely. They will stop me if I am not using proper control and show me how to do do it right. They push you with just the right encouragement to go a step farther. My balances has improved. My strength has improved. And I gained more muscle in my 2 months than I thought possible. I have made so many great new friends working out in different classes. Everyone is happy to be there. And they encourage you like lifetime friends. Alloy is one of the best investment I have ever made for myself. It’s worth every dime. I began using Alloy Personal Training to help me strengthen my body core. At 65yrs age with pain and medical issues arising, it was time to do something about it. Paul is a great motivator and knows just what is needed to meet your personal goals. This summer I broke my back in 3 places and the Dr. said the only thing keeping my back together without paralysis was my back muscles. I attribute this to my workouts at Alloy. I am now able to begin physical therapy and Paul is right by my side to assist me in the needed training to achieve the best muscle strength I can use with my back limitations. I LOVE this gym! If you are just beginning your fitness journey or you are an old pro, everyone is welcome. The trainers provide correction cues and modifications so it doesn't matter what level you are at. They provide a small group setting which is very motivational. It also helps with accountability!! Alloy is great! It doesn’t matter if you have an injury you are recovering from, or you are not in perfect shape. The trainers will help you get there and make sure you don’t hurt yourself in the process. Paul and Payton design workouts that are customized to every person and are right there to guide you. I would just like to send a shout out to Paul and Peyton! These two are absolutely amazing! A little personal background about me. I am very heavy and work a sedentary job. I have come to a point I don't recognize myself when I look in the mirror anymore. I was literally TERRIFIED to walk into a gym, and to be honest, it's the first gym I've ever had a membership at. I was in tears upon entering my interview.. completely embarrassed and scared. Paul was too amazing. Very uplifting and comforting. Helped get me to feel comfortable and a little more confident in my goals and myself. That did not stop after the first day. It's EVERY DAY. Greeted with smiles and great attitudes. Sessions are tailored to each individual and they really pay attention to how you're doing and LISTEN. Man where have they been? Just what billings needed.... I look forward to reaching my first goal and can't wait to see where I'm at in one year. Seriously, if you're thinking of going anywhere, this is your place!

Paul and Peyton are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and very patient. They detail the workout for where you are at personally so you never have to worry that it will be too much, but they will also challenge you every time. They are very supportive as well. This is a unique work out experience and the only one I’ve been able to stay committed to for any length of time. You won’t be sorry!
