Paul and his trainers run a great gym. All the equipment is top notch and always in perfect order. The classes are excellent and allow for a lot of room to grow.
This spot is awesome! You will get a real work out. HIIT training works great for me and my body really tones well from it. I also feels amazing when I leave.
Great atmosphere, each class is different so there is variety and you can go at your own pace. Awesome place to workout.
PEAK fitness has a great vibe - Paul really gets to know everyone in his classes and delivers a challenging workout, no matter which class you choose
All of the trainers are excellent and the workouts are always different. Challenging, but in a good way.
I love lounging on the rooftop pool with my girlfriends. Friendly staff and folks at the gym. Reasonable priced drinks and food.

I’ve only been to four classes but have loved each one and I’m already seeing a difference! The trainers are amazing. I highly recommend this place even if you aren’t in good shape.
Peak is an excellent workout. Trainers do a great job of pushing you but also working with you to make sure you understand the exercise and are performing it correctly. Get much more out of the workout than going to the gym by yourself. Very impressed with the results so far in such little time.
This is one of the best group fitness classes I have ever tried out! I had dabled in other HiiT/bootcamp class across Canton/Fells but none compare to PEAK. I get more of a HiiT workout here at a reasonable price too, not to mention all of the trainers are so friendly and invested in your workouts. If you're thinking of switching it up I would highly recommend PEAK.
I've been to Peak a few times, and it's always been a pleasant experience and a great workout. The staff is friendly and caring, and the instructors are encouraging, helpful and very professional at all times. It's a great all-around workout. I recommend it for anyone looking for a good mix of cardio and weights!
I was never a gym person, I was more into playing in various sports leagues, but my wife begrudgingly got me to attend an open house workout. Once I went for the first time, I was hooked! It was the first gym I kept my commitment to for more than a month, and I've been going for 2 years now. The trainers are incredible, the workouts are fun, and there is a great community with the other members. I can't recommend Peak enough!
I just moved to Baltimore and started working out at PEAK. I love it! The workouts are always challenging, but the trainers make it fun and ensure you're doing the exercise correctly.
I've been coming to Peak off and on for almost a year now and still find myself challenged. Each of the trainers has his/her own style which always keep you on your toes and getting better.
Great equipment, easy parking nearby and they've recently added open gym hours so that you can get some cardio work in on your own.
I have really enjoyed going to Peak. I used to attend another larger corporation gym with a similar concept, but their prices became outrageous and they were losing that personal feel. I came to Peak to try something local and different and I have loved every minute of it. The workouts are a little more intense, but I love it because my body had reached a plateau. I'm already seeing results and enjoying the atmosphere. It's only been a few weeks for me, but I knew after my second class that I was signing up long term. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot.
I've been to the Strength and Strength/Conditioning classes and I love them! Paul and Franchesca are excellent instructors. I wish my work schedule allowed me to attend more but nonetheless great classes, great motivation and worth it!
The hours are great, I love that they have a 6 am class. I can get my workout done early and feel amazing the rest of the day! I have sport related injuries to my knee and the trainers here are great at working with me and providing alternate exercises. I recommend PEAK performance to all my friends and family, you'll see/feel results and have fun being there!
Peak is such a great gym! The classes and teachers push you to the limit. The teachers do a great job at helping with modifications or tips without being over bearing!

Best HIIT I have done in a while- maybe EVER! Every class there are new workouts I have never done before, and from being a fitness guru for many years- that is VERY impressive! The place is also very friendly, clean, and I love the options of memberships and classes- I highly recommend checking this out if you haven't already!
Peak is great. It’s everyhing I was looking for in a gym - inclusive, motivating, and challenging. The workouts are always different and you compete against your own progress so it really makes you want to keep coming back. All of the trainers are really approachable and positive, and they make a point to learn your name so you feel welcome there.
I've tried the Strength and Conditioning class a few times now and get an amazing but different workout each time! Classes include switching between cardio (treadmill, rowing, burpees, you name it) and weights (so many different moves), so they are a great way to get a full body workout in. Paul is a great instructor who explains how to do each move for each round, so anyone can try!
PEAK is what every other HIIT-style gym is striving to be. I've been to so many other gyms that seem to believe that complicated routines combined with yelling at you to push yourself equals a good workout, when in reality it results in pain and frustration. PEAK's format is simple, straightforward, and as hard or as easy as you want it to be, and the instructors are engaged, encouraging, and provide clear explanations and individualized advice throughout the workout, no matter what fitness level you're at. I always leave feeling exhausted but good about the workout and myself. Classes with Paul and Kenneth are my favorites!

My wife and I have gone to several different gyms in Baltimore and this one is our favorite. Training sessions are fun and challenging, creating an atmosphere that is perfect for improvement no matter your fitness skill. The personal attention from each trainer during workout sessions is very helpful and people can receive help on their form if/when they need it. We love the family atmosphere and everyone is very friendly.
I was in a major slump with my workout motivation, these classes were exactly what I needed to get me motivated again. I look forward to going every time I can. I strongly recommend this for all work out levels. The class is structured but you can go at your own pace. I love it!
PEAK is a great local gym for HIIT style work outs in the Canton/Highlandtown area. The instructors are friendly, helpful, and motivating. Every time I have gone the work out is slightly different but always consisting of challenging yet familiar exercises balanced between strength training and cardio. PEAK is a laid back place where you can get good quality, intense workouts in a group training environment.
I first discovered Peak while using classpass and knew I had to come back. Great instructors and every class is different. I went to 4-5 classes each week for a month and never had the same work out. I always felt challenged and supported by the instructors. Paul made a point of learning my name and asking about my day. Peak and all it has to offer it great - definitely check it out!
Excellent training. Great instructors with easy to follow interval workouts. Great variety in workouts between strength in cardio. I regularly burn over 700 calories after each session. Highly recommend.
A worthwhile workout. I'm in moderately good shape and this class is still intense. People of varying fitness levels take the class, so no need to be intimidated. In general, the exercises are explained very well. When the classes are larger, they have been able to accommodate. It's a better upper body workout than some of the other HIIT classes I've tried in the area, which is a plus for those looking for that (I often have to modify but there is definitely no judgement).
Amazing boutique gym specializing in HIIT workouts. Paul, the owner, is a great instructor and uses heart rate monitors so everything is tracked! After the class, you'll receive an e-mail with details such as average and max heart rates, calories burned, etc. Highly recommend!
I love the workouts and the challenge is right where I need it to be. I would love more hip hop music but know they play different music types. Affordable, clean, and really great customer service. I am SOLD.
My wife and I were driving through Baltimore and dropped into the strength class. It was professional, challenging and informed. We highly recommend this studio for anyone! Great experience.
If you want to challenge yourself definitely give them a try! Personally I like to lift and run, so I figured this wouldn't be too bad...I was wrong! I'm still sore 3 days after going. They incorporate High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to keep your heart rate up and rest time to a minimum. There are three 12 minute sets that are each split into two types of training, cardio and strength. I also like that you sign up for classes with their app, so you always know that you'll have a spot in the class. As an added bonus the first class is free!
Everything is new and the gym is very clean. I prefer a gym that has more than one floor, but I’ll only be using this location occasionally.
I recently moved to Baltimore and randomly signed up for a class. Each instructor is energetic and seems happy to be there. I feel very fortunate to have found PEAK so early on!
A great workout! This unique blend of strength and high intensity cardio into one class allows you to burn a ton of calories while strengthening and toning your muscles. Knowledgable trainers ensure proper form and keep the workout fresh with new exercises. Heart rate monitoring allows you to track your effort in real time, so you know when to push harder and when to ease up.
Just recently started going here in an attempt to get back into shape and love it so far. The hour long classes are great and fly by. Coaches are friendly as well.
LOVE the biofeedback from the HR monitor. Perfect blend of strength and cardio. Paul was fabulous and constantly giving guidance, demonstrating movements, prompting and encouraging! I never felt lost or confused. As soon as I could feel myself getting tired, it was already time to move to the next thing. It was fast-paced and so much fun! Before I even got to my car, I had an email summary of my workout with calories burned, average heart rate, max heart rate, etc. It. Was. Awesome!
You will not get a better workout anywhere else, and you will not find better trainers anywhere else. Paul and Kenny are great at making form corrections, even in a larger class. They really pay attention to clients to make sure they get the most out of each session.
The workout was well organized, and challenging. The coach was motivating and helpful. I will be back!
I'm new to Peak, new to interval training altogether. As a long time runner, I am having a great time learning a new way to work out. The training sessions have been great, as well as the trainers. I look forward to kick-starting my days with sessions at Peak.
I love peak! I’ve done Crossfit and Bmore Bootxamp before but the 6 min per round makes it really easy to challenge yourself. The strength and cardio/conditioning sections are great too!! Coaches are motivating!! My favorite coach is Kenny!
Love this gym! It’s a really tough workout but super fun. You can do your own pace and trainers are very knowledgable.
Before my first class I was apprehensive and nervous but those feelings were soon put to rest.
Paul Breen help to make the workout fun and made me feel I was his only concern.
I am planning to make these workout part of my weekly schedule. The monthly cost is very competitive in fact better than competitive.

Very cool gym that offers realtime competitive heart rate comparison during 60 min circuit training classes. The circuit includes stretching, plyometric, rowing, running and weight exercises. Pay by the class so you get your bang for your buck.
Classes here are excellent! Always a great work out, every instructor I’ve had has been great, and it’s always something new. Highly recommended!
Awesome class, clean and organized studio, instructors are professional and friendly. Their HIIT classes are the best I have ever been to, favorite training spot in town.
I found Peak when I was looking for a change in my workouts and I am so glad I did. Every trainer runs their class a little differently but every one of them kicks my butt and pushes me to go outside of my comfort zone!
The staff at PEAK are wonderful and really push you to get the most out of your workout. You switch from cardio to conditioning in intervals. A great workout.

I like the space and the classes. There is a good mix of different exercises which keeps me from getting bored and the 6 minute sessions motivate me to push myself
I thought the energy here was amazing. The instructor handled a large class with grace and explained the various positions and workout routines clearly.
