I unfroze my membership and have gone back to swimming, using the gym, and meeting with a trainer. This has been very rewarding. The equipment is very well maintained. There is sufficient space between different pieces to avoid infection transmission risks. The entire facility is very clean. The Staff, upfront, trainers, and managerial are top notch. The (male) locker room is also clean, at an excellent temperature, and again, not crowded. This is a great place to make part of your life, either initially, or again.

Nice and relaxing gym. Great facilities and support staff. I've been a member since August, 2021. It may cost more than the average health club, but it is well maintained, people are friendly and supportive without being obnoxious. Plus it's not a Planet Fitness where it is simply a meat market and club atmosphere.

This gym is a wonderful gym, exceptionally clean, state of the art equipment, multiple classes for just about everyone's ability. Professional staff and highly trained and motivated trainers to help us achieve our desired goals. Indoor track, warm pool, sauna room, and hot tubs, Massage therapy and wonderful trips to New York and other Spas. I've been a member for 15 years. I have tried other gyms in between but nothing comes closes to Lifebridge Health and Fitness. Love this gym! Love the people! Love my fitness!

It may be crazy expensive, but I love it. I enjoy the gym, the classes and the sauna most. They have everything I want in a gym. I wish it weren’t so expensive but I justify it because taking care of your health is worth it, and the sauna is awesome. I really love the diverse equipment and classes they offer. Today I did jujitsu. That was amazing. I love that it’s right next door & I can get a quick workout in and get on with my day. I’ve been going for many years now, & I’m likely to continue - unless they raise their prices... in that case, I will be forced to look elsewhere. It would be really nice if they gave their members an annual discount during the holidays- just a recommendation ;)

My experience at LifeBridge since it reopened has been great. I’ve been taking classes that are great workouts. At the same time social distancing and sanitizing between classes is taken very seriously. I’ve felt safe taking classes. Getting to do group exercise has also been great for my mental health!

I have belonged to Life Bridge Health & Fitness since they opened. It is a wonderful club to belong to. There are many different classes to take and there is a wonderful pool. It is also nice to have a walking, jogging, and running track in the facility - this way I can walk inside during cold and inclement weather. I enjoy relaxing in the steam room. The locker rooms have been upgraded, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the free coffee is a bonus!

I have belonged to this facility for several years. Over the past two years, I have experienced great tragedy in my family. Being able to use the workout equipment, pools, steam room and sauna, whirlpool, classes and to develop relationships with other patrons and staff has played a valuable part in the success of my grief process. I actually look forward to gym time. I am currently doing some level of workouts mainly in the pool, but including classes and equipment up to six days a week. And I am enjoying seeing my body slim down and benefiting psychologically from the endorphins that are released when I work out. The membership is worth it. Join us!!!

While I love this facility, it's very pricey. I go to swim 2000 yards 5 times per week. I love the pool and the pool staff is great! I was unable to swim in a lap lane last evening because they have not replaced the broken lane marker. Why would they not have a back up lane marker in a place that is that high end? When my Army sergeant son and Air Force daughter are home on short leave, they can't work out here. Life Bridge would not give them any kind of a reasonable deal. It hurts me that they are not military friendly. My kids just need to stay in shape to continue to defend us. Planet Fitness is military friendly and offered them their facility. I love working out here, but they do not take our concerns seriously. I have learned to not contact them. They truly do not care.

I love the staff, amenities, locker room, the space to workout, the guest. It’s a dream gym for me. Whirlpool, sauna, steam room.. what else can you ask for!! Never crowed to the point where it’s no fun. The guest are friendly it’s like a family gym. I will never change my gym. I only wish they could stay open til at lease 8 on fridays and Saturday’s.

This rating is specifically for one of the trainers / yoga instructors. I spoke with Tammie Z. after 3 weeks of debilitating back pain and having just had a bad experience with a chiropractor. She manipulated me and showed me stretches which within 10 minutes, I went from barely moving to feeling like I could go for a run again. Numerous times over the past year, she has patiently guided me either directly in passing between her clients or indirectly in her Sunday yoga classes. The difference in my moods when I attend her class vs when I skip it is noticeable not only to me, but the people I interact with also. She is truly an asset to LBHF and I encourage all members to try one of her yoga classes. My personal favorite has become the Saturday class that she recently started teaching – truly a phenomenal experience. Her weekend classes are ideal for ending one week and resetting yourself for the week ahead. Tammie alone makes the cost of admission worthwhile.

I started as a member in the 80's and then became a part time employee for 30 years and now back to a member. I have experienced both sides. I couldn't be happier. Love the gym, staff and members and the activities they plan for us. State of the art strength training equipment. Abundance of cardiovascular machines and a great pool, therapy pool and jacuzzis. Clean lockerooms. Oodles of classes to fit all sorts of fitness levels. Long hours to fit almost everyone schedule. While there are other great gyms, I choose Lifebridge. Separate programs like Parisi, for families as well, to enhance everyone's fitness level. Great daycare room so you can get your workout in. Massage therapists are great plus there's more.. Come check out great deals, no obligation, come get and live healthy!

I truly enjoy working out at LifeBridge Health and Fitness in Pikesville. The gym is always pristine, the instructors are awesome, and I enjoyed a great experience with my personal trainer, Mia. There are a ton of class offerings and I receive constructive criticism when I'm holding a pose incorrectly and constant motivation need a little help to continue a tough set. I haven't found a better gym in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Its been thirty days since I been coming here and already I feel a lot better. The pool is warm and the environment is great. The thpyist is very knowledgeable and patient. I really enjoy this gym. It's a part of Life Bridge Health where I think it is, or was, really designed to help people who need physical therapy, such as the elderly or someone who was injured. But it's really a gym all the way around because it has every machine you can think of , it has a steam room and a sauna, and a swimming pool. They even have a little coffee and tea when you first come in. There's always parking available. I used to belong to the gym maybe in 2015 or late 2014 and they were always helpful

I love the classes at LifeBridge - spin, step and Body Pump. The Masters Swimming coach, Stacy, gives challenging workouts. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've been a member since 2001 and look forward to many years to come!
