A few months ago I posted a review about my dissatisfaction with the Greenbrier location not having a trainer. Now I would like to update that review by saying kudos to the manager for listening and standing by his word and hiring a trainer. Torrey is awesome and knows his stuff. Other than that I was, and still am pleased with the cleanliness of the gym, friendly staff, and atmosphere.

I really enjoy PF. I just wished it was more tailored to weightlifting and not so much cardio. It's a good beginner gym very clean and super nice staff. But expect more cardio equipment than anything else

The price is just right for what you’ll get at this gym. It is clean and has a ton of cardio equipment. Just not enough weight training equipment. I can’t believe they don’t have a scale at the gym. Friendly staff members and clean overall.

Unfortunately I have to go late at night and there is always someone begging when I leave out the door. No matter how close I park to the door I'm always approached. They need security in the parking lot at night and I would feel safe leaving. Otherwise the gym equipment works and at night there is enough room to spread out and have your own personal space.

I’m in Atlanta for a week. This is one of the most cleanest and the most friendliest staff I have encountered since my membership. I’ve enjoyed visiting this gym but the break ins into cars has gotten so out of control that going back just doesn’t make sense. The gym has totally neglected to provide any type of security to make guest feel safe. I literally stood in the window and watched as a white, Dodge pickup truck pulled in with three males with ski mask on who hopped out their vehicle and made an attempt to what believed to be a “smash and grab”. After running outside to stop them, they pulled out a gun on me. Did I call the police? No. What’s the point. Just be extremely careful or visit the Westend mall instead.

All of the Metro Atlanta planet fitness is closed at 7:00 p.m. on the weekends, which is weird because it seems like everywhere else. The gym is 24/7. But this gym is pretty good. I guess some of the equipment is starting to show its age though

I'm big on customer service so I give them an A+ in that category. I like that they are still following the distance and sanitation rules, and keep the facility clean and organized. There's something for EVERYONE! My favorite is the massage room. The only thing I would put on my wish list for this particular location is a Sauna room; otherwise I'm very happy!

I exercise at this gym in between my training sessions. I'm there about three to four times a week. This gym is clean, the staff greets you at the door and has no problem answering any questions. The environment is laid back and you can work out at your own pace without any distractions or interruptions. Everyone wipes down the equipment after they finish their workouts and social distancing is practiced.

The location is good. Some of the equipment could use some love. They had plenty of cleaning supplies to wipe down before and after use. However, if you are a guest prepare for a lengthy sign up process. Just ridiculous and the staff had not work around and didnt know much. Otherwise good.

I recently had to change from the Mableton location to this one after a recent move, I was a bit weary because I grew up in this area and it was nothing to be fond of in my memory. But when I transferred I was pleasantly relieved to know the staffing was just a professional and the members were just as kind and courteous. The only minor difference is that there was not a personal trainer I could find for advice and not all of the members were wearing mask even though it was stated on the doors before you enter, overall I would just take away one star for that because some of those things are not controlled by staffing. Otherwise it’s a decent place to get in shape and stay healthy

This gym was a pretty good Planet Fitness. These gyms are always very clean, bright, and well-managed. The employees are nice. Their rules about not slamming weights can get a little frustrating when you're dealing with 80 pounds in each hand, but it's just part of their no-intimidation policy. Overall, a great place to work out :)

Facility is nice, bathrooms are clean, music is louder than most PF and has a real gym feel, not like some of the others that feel like an elderly fitness center. Only concern is the signs to lock you car door and hide all valuables. But I haven't had any issues.

This club has come a long way! When I first joined approximately 10 months ago it was unclean and agents were rude and unprofessional! However, it is now a 180, very clean and staff members are helpful, kind, and professional. They are under new management and it shows! The many times that I visit this gym, I find it to have the machines that I need to use. The treadmills are plenty. As are the stationary bicycles. As far as the weight machines go, they have a variety of them aimed at working out different parts of the body. For the most part, the machines are clean as they advise that after using the equipment, you wipe them down with the sanitizing spray and paper towels that they provide and have set up throughout the facility. I visit two of their gyms frequently and find this to be consistent in both places. They provide assistance as well if you need it. They provide different exercising programs as well. Lockers and showers are available to use as well. I feel that this gym is worth the money.

Unfortunately it is 7:35 am on Saturday Jan 25. And people are leaving because no one has opened the doors. The lights are still off on the inside.

On a scale of 5 Stars I would give the gym 3, the staff 5, the overall experience 4. The gym needs more free weights, maybe a sauna room. I was told I can't bring my gallon of water in the gym but you have a gallon of tootsie rolls on the front desk. I was also told I can't grunt I have to be quiet when I lift weights. If you do your reviews PF lets you no everything up front what to expect. No this gym is not better than Golds or LA Fitness but I will give them credit it's a great gym with great customer service. I have recommended at least 10 of my friends but I make sure to tell them all the details of the gym before they join.

I like this location. I’ve been going since they first built this PF. Lately I’ve been seeing some sketchy people though. I don’t know if they are letting homeless people use the showers or if they are employing people off the streets to clean, either way it doesn’t look right. Fix it please.

It’s been fun. I have been coming here for a year. I just switched to a gym that’s near my home. It’s like a 7-10 drive 💛 I’ve never had anything bad happen to me here. My things have never been stolen and my car was never broken into. I always parked in front of the cameras. I wish there were more showers, changing rooms and I wish they were opened a little longer on the weekends but it’s ok. I would recommend this location if you live near by.

For a $10-$20 per month membership, I admit I was a bit skeptical about this gym, thinking that it would not meet my needs in terms of equipment and workout options. I was wrong, and pleasantly surprised to find out the contrary. It is well laid-out and a very clean facility, with pleasant and attentive staff. Great benefits for the cost.

This morning I went to the gym and the guy working the desk attitude was horrible. I literally spoke to him and he just looked at me. This particular guy is always rude whenever I come in but he is the only one with horrible customer service. The rest of the staff are always nice and helpful if you need them which is one of the reasons why I joined this gym. The sad part about this is that I think the person I am referring to maybe a manager here. His attitude is a problem and will eventually turn people away to another location. Or another gym. His demeanor comes off as he doesn’t want to be bothered with the demographic he is around it’s very obvious. Once my contract is up I will be relocating to another gym.

The morning staff is polite and welcoming. Mornings are never too crowded. However, need more free weight lifting machines and at least one more leg lift machine. Other than that, I’m satisfied.

There are so many TVs it's hard to concentrate on your workout. They have lots of equipment and a good 30 minute weight circuit. The equipment selection does not include good bikes or rowing machines; it's all pretty standard. They offer free pizza and bagels throughout the month, which seems a bad idea for a gym. If you have any admin or billing issues they make it hard to resolve them.

This is a Celebration of Awesome Customer Service 🎊🥇🌠👏🏾 I’ve passed by this location so many times but recently I stopped by and wanted to see if this facility has what’s needed to help me with my personal fitness goals, aka obtaining more lean muscle gains🤘🏾 I met the representative, Mr. Isaiah, and almost immediately I felt like I was in the right place ✅ The atmosphere is really welcoming and with Mr. Isaiah’s wealth of knowledge on the facility and services offered, I felt really comfortable with investing in my health here. Rounds of applause for the great service that this facility is providing and for the impacts of achieving and maintaining good health, this is an excellent way of contributing to the community!

This is a very clean facility which is one of the main reasons I came from LA Fitness -Camp Creek. Only reason I did not give a 10 is the hydro chair / bed machines frequently down. Hope they get that resolved soon.

I read the reviews and was shocked to see such petty grievances about staff performance, too many televisions, locks, restrooms, the lack of a sauna and more free weights! Complaints about free bagels and pizza and candy machines! Really!!!! I have not experienced any of those issues except the sauna but I (and anyone else) can do that at home. In fact, I prefer my own personal sauna experience at home so that should be a non factor. I was unaware of the pizza and bagels but that should be viewed as either an incentive to lose weight and get in shape by staying away from the pizza and bagels or as a way to treat yourself AFTER a workout or even as a way the facility management is showing appreciation for their patrons. It isn't mandatory for patrons to indulge in those treats but people coming into the gym after a hard day at work and in traffic might appreciate those treats so I say keep the pizza and bagels. Yes, there are a lot of tv's and music and they create noise, which I prefer. I mean who really wants to work out in a library or mausoleum? I thrive on that noise but it doesn't bother me because like 99.9% of the people there working out......I being my own music. The tv's are fine so that other .1% complaining about tv's should probably get onboard. Those complaining about lack of equipment had to know what they were getting into when they signed up. Didnt you do a walk through before joining the gym? The fact is, with new amenities comes an increase in price of membership so for the very reasonable and much appreciated price for which I am charged every month, what do you expect? If PF is not for you then consider joining another gym with more amenities, wierd hours of operations, a higher monthly fee or workout at home. It has been my experience that the staff here is courteous and professional. The facility is clean, well laid out with ample equipment to serve my needs and it seems like those working or around me are pleased as well. I was once a member at another PF, joined another gym that was closer to my home but now PF is once again near me and I made a great choice by rejoining. Can't beat the price and location. They earned a solid 3.5 stars. 2 reasons why they don't get 5 stars is because a.) They have a sign posted in the weight room defining what PF defines as a "lunk". The definition is derogatory to me and others like me because some of the "definition" pertains to me. I am not amused and it seems like reverse bullying for which I have little to no appreciation for and it takes away from an otherwise positive gym experience. B.) I recently arrived to the gym around 8am. The first thing I saw was broken auto glass window on the ground as if a vehicle had been broken into. I certainly didn't expect that......not so soon but I do know the area. Seeing that kind of dashed my thoughts about using the gym anytime after dark between 7pm and 7am. This also has a hand in why the facility earned 3.5 stars.

Just canceled membership 😔 Thanks for you response, however, childcare services at other gyms are offered to families that want to become or remain healthy... and not automatically charged. Its unfortunate to discriminate against parents that have small children. We don't mind paying for those services.

It's no only convenient to get to but the Crew is very nice and is always avail when needed, the trainer (Bryan) is very helpful and ready to assist in any workout concerns. Greenbrier's location is always clean and has up their game while reopening during the pandemic. Everyone should love coming to Greenbrier's location for a good workout.

This Planet Fitness is my sanctuary away from home. Lots of cardio equipment, for good heart health. Also various machines, free weights, and apparatuses for anaerobic exercise. There's awesome booths for total body enhancement, tanning, and when you're in need of total relaxation there's massage chairs, as well as hydro massage beds and chairs. Although I must say the hydro chairs tend to be down quite often.

Used to be a member, overall great and clean environment. I cancelled my membership in June and I was charged for the months of July and August, it is now the end of September and I have yet to receive my refund and every time I call to talk to the manager he is never available. Really Fed Up!!

I've never been in the place but I've walked by it before and it's very nice clean the parking lot is very big and spacious and enough room so customers and civilians to walk by and easy to catch the bus in his convenience stores There is close by and it's very very interesting I like it and I will recommend it to anyone

4 stars because I dislike the hole free pizza and bagel day every month it's not a good idea for the idea of it being a gym where we are supposed to lose weight 🤔 also I dislike how soooo many people are signing up for a membership knowing they won't be going there for more then just 2 months smh there's just too many people there. Also please get rid of that big bucket of candy in the front ITS A GYM!!!!!

The sign outside says open 24/5- but that's not right - it is 24/4 with 12 hr Sat/Sun and 21 hr on Friday- to me it makes no sense that on weekend nights it isn't open longer...very disappointing...

I’m new to plant fitness but so far I haven’t had any issues or problems here everytime I walked in I was spoken to by plant fitness members one of them gave me a Tour of the place told me where I needed to go showed me each area and there restrooms were always clean they had someone in there almost every few minutes cleaning just to maintain things my only issue it’s and this it’s not with the workers but some of the other customer old guys would be looking at me all day and some would follow me I felt very uncomfortable 😣 but I do understand everyone it’s trying to work out I’m hoping so but other then that I will be back
