Pisgah Cross-fit is inclusive, accessible, and every coach is encouraging and dedicated to making you feel like you belong. From day one - I have been supported along my fitness journey. Sometimes I get a personal text "You coming today?" AND I always get a "You're killin' it" on my way out the door. The physical strength and endurance I am learning at Pisgah is transcending into other parts of my life as well. Their motto is spot on - Better Than Yesterday!!

Pisgah Fitness pushes me to my edge, but never over. It is an AWESOME community of people that make tough workouts super fun. The coaches are very friendly, and are always vigilant to make sure you're keeping good form. I have a real fear of injuring my back, and this close oversight by all the coaches has ensured that I've remained injury free. I've been to some gyms that are super competitive and not welcoming because of thisPisgah is the exact opposite. Members are people of all levels of fitness, and everyone encourages each other. I think one of the coolest things Pisgah does is offer free workouts on Saturdays to anyone in the community. Giving back to Asheville is part of the gym's ethos! Come workout with us and find out for yourself!

CrossFit Pisgah is the jam! Very welcoming to new members! Head coach Daniel does a fantastic job with programming the workouts so that people of all fitness levels and abilities can get a great workout. All the other coaches are friendly and knowledgeable as well. Give it a try and within a few months you will see improvement in your strength, mobility and general health. After three years with Pisgah, I am stronger and fitter at 40 than I have ever been in my life.

My husband and I stopped by the box while on our honeymoon and had a great time. The owner was very nice and welcoming, and the rest of the members were as well. We stopped by on a Wednesday for a Partner WOD. Gym has all equipment you would need, and programming is easy to follow along. Would definitely visit again.

CrossFit Pisgah is awesome! Being new to CrossFit, I needed a little extra guidance. Everyone makes you feel super welcomed and they explain every workout to you. Most importantly, they focus on technique. Quality over quantity!

If you like working out with friends and having a supportive fitness community of different ages, body types, and skill levels, CrossFit Pisgah is a great place to check out. The coaches are all rad and the location is RAD (literally). I've made some of the best friendships and best fitness gains in my life. Double win! Come join us!

CFP is an amazing community of folks with a great team of coaches and a talented and kind owner/head coach. Fantastic, challenging workouts (with the guidance and assistance that you need), nice facilities, and lots of great extra stuff (nutrition, mobilization, etc.). I can't recommend it enough!

When I first came to Pisgah I had previously been at another gym for 2 years. I went to one or two classes at Pisgah and I knew I'd found my "home". Even though I had been at my other gym for two years I'd never felt at home there. The community at Pisgah is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I've been an athlete my entire life and experience the close bond of being on a team. Pisgah is bigger and better than any team I could've ever dreamed of being apart of. We might not be the biggest or prettiest gym in town but we're by far the closest and strongest bunch around.
