I am fast approaching age 65 and have been working out at Inspire for over 10 years. Keith has been my personal trainer for the entire time. I like the small gym atmosphere and the ability Keith has to come up with workouts based on my physical needs and sometimes limitations. I can honestly attribute my continued good health and flexibility to Inspire. As an update, four years later, I'm still at the gym singing the praises of Inspire Fitness and it's owner Keith. I am fifty and have been a member at Inspire for 3 1/2 years. I love working in my yard and found over the past few years that I didn't have the strength or stamina that I once did. I decided to join a gym, looking for personal training so I would be accountable to someone. I had been a member of many gyms, but didn't go on a regular basis. I knew accountability would be crucial to my success. I thought initially I only wanted to workout by myself with the trainer. I decided to try the small group personal training and found that I prefer to workout with others. One of the best things with the workouts at Inspire is the variety, every workout is different, never boring. Working with small groups is a great way to stay motivated by challenging yourself against others in the group. I have met many wonderful people that I now call friends. Keith, Kelly and Jordan are wonderful trainers who know how to motivate and keep things fun. I would highly recommend Inspire Personal Fitness. I can honestly say that I am in the best shape at fifty than I have been at any earlier age, and I have always been an active person. Stop by and give it a try! You will be so glad you did.

Enjoying my sessions with the trainers in the 6 week challenge. The 45 minute sessions are VERY doable, there is a good variety in the workouts and the other students are as encouraging as the trainers. I went to the FITT workout and it was challenging and fun. I did things I’d never done before like the Battle Ropes. The classes are all small enough that I received individualized attention, correcting my form when necessary and giving great positive feedback so I knew when my form was correct and safe. Combined with proper nutrition and 4 workouts my first week, I lost 5 lbs and my mood and energy has improved. Best gym experience with a gym ever due to the personal touch of Keith, Melissa and the other amazing trainers. Almost want to keep it a secret but I believe in paying it forward!! Great stuff!!

This gym is one of the best gyms I have been a member of. I did a fitness challenge here and the instructors made me feel at home. It was really nice that I would walk in and they would already know my name by the second or third time I came to work out. The work outs are very challenging and if you want to push yourself even more the instructor(s); Keith, Craig, Kelly and or Jordan will help modify the exercise. I feel as if there is no judgement at this gym and people of all ages come and we have fun getting into shape with each other. I am glad that I have become pare of the inspire family!

Inspire Personal Fitness has been my first experience working with personal trainers & I am loving it! I was the proverbial "couch potato" when it came to getting any exercise done - a busy mom with 2 small kids who was doing good if I could just eat properly, definitely no energy to attempt working out despite numerous exercise DVDs and memberships. Keith, Kelly and the trainers at Inspire have motivated me to actually get up in the mornings and work out 3-4 times weekly. They've pushed me just hard enough to actually start to see results but never beyond what I know I can handle. It's been great to have their expectations keeping me in line with the commitment I've made to getting in shape and feeling good about myself. I really appreciate their careful attention to making sure I'm doing exercises correctly to minimize injury & maximize results.

FIrst introduced to Inspire via a free workout they hosted. I enjoyed it enough to join and really appreciated the "make it your own" workout format that meets you where you are physically and encourages modifications so that you are moving the entire time to reap the benefits of the workout. The owner and group of instructors I spent time with were all friendly and the gym is small enough to be known on a first name basis, if that matters to you. It really is the type of gym I liked being a member of.

Great gym with a wonderful sense of community. Classes are challenging, but you're encouraged to modify movements as needed to fit your body and ensure the best/safest workout possible. Trainers are friendly and very knowledgeable - they are super encouraging when you're struggling to find that motivation to finish that last set of burpees, and monitor movements for everyone in class to minimize any risk of incorrect movement execution or injury. Highly recommend inspire personal fitness!

I did the six week challenge. Great experience, great coaching. I am 55 years old and have never done a fitness class like this before. They will work with you where you're at and help you to get where you didn't think you could go. I went down in size and weight (5.5 lb) and I am able to do exercises now that was a disaster for me in the beginning. I will definitely continue with this gym.

The best part about going to Inspire Personal Fitness is that you're surrounded by "your family." Visit their website to see their logo and that's you standing in the middle with coaches and other members surrounding you with their support and encouragement. I'm 70 years old and I've been going two to three times a week for nearly 1-1/2 years. While I'm always thankful when the hour is over, I leave feeling more than the warmth of the sweat. I've been at member at Inspire for 18 months. This gym has a variety of classes from early in the morning until evening and they work with people of all levels of fitness. If you have no idea what a kettle bell is or what you might do with it, the trainers will carefully teach you to exercise free of injuries. If you have ouchy knees or an old sports injury, they will adapt the exercise to your level. If you are a fitness buff, you will find plenty of variety to keep you interested and progressing. It really is like a fitness family with members of all ages who cheer each other on. I have learned something new from each of the trainers I have worked with and have total confidence that they are current with the latest developments in fitness but able to break it down for their clients.

This is a great place to work out. No TV's. No screamers. No judgement. Nothing to distract you from the short 30-45 minutes it takes to give your body the workout it's actually craving. The trainers are there to welcome you into the "sweat space", teach you good technique, and encourage you to finish strong through that last set. The hardest part for me is just showing up. The easiest part is pulling on my old jeans again.

WOW!!! I have to write this review. I don't write many reviews; forgive me if I ramble.... I've been here once. This past Tuesday- I'm a 43 year old jack russell terrier puppy on krack who became sedentary and out of condition the past six years. I came here to change things up a bit and holy buh-jeezis I was grinning ear to ear as the session progressed from strength and mobility to rapid fire muscle twitching coordinated chaos! There were eight of us there, all different levels. Keith and Danielle(?) we're our coaches/trainers that afternoon. They corrected my form a couple times, pushed me a little bit then pushed me harder. I loved that they watched all of us; they made sure we were working just out of our comfort zone enough to feel it without being uncomfortable. I go back in tomorrow morning to sign up and become a part of the group. The weight station is even exactly what I was looking for! No pretentiousness. No bunnies or rats; just people like us working on becoming better for our own individual reasons while being where we feel we belong. See you soon!
