The studio is very clean and accommodating. Jay has a different approach than any other personal trainer I have worked with, you’re not just a paycheck to him. He genuinely wants for you to be the best you can be, and he will find a way to get you there! All of his workouts are tailored specifically for you and your needs… my Being a little on the older side… sometimes workouts have to be adapted for my unique needs. His prices are competitive and he will work around your schedule. Jay DOES NOT disappoint!!!

My fiance and I signed up with J about a month ago, to get in shape before summer hits. This is the first place I actually feel comfortable working out, and I really enjoy the variety of workouts as well as how he customizes each exercise. He pushed me to do exercises I didn't think I could do - and now I can do those exercises with confidence! I can't express how great of a feeling that is. Thank you, coach!

Private, Clean, & comfortable personal use gym. Jay is a great trainer who takes the time to cater to your specific needs. I started seeing results within the 1st month. During the summer Jay offers group classes outdoors, “at the park”, that I really enjoyed. 1st session was free. Like taking a test drive, it gave me the chance to “try before I buy”, which was nice to get an evaluation, a road map to get me to a better fitness level. I felt as ease from the beginning. Jay is a national accredited trainer and nutritionist. I definitely recommend. 5/5 stars, give capital fitness a call, and become a healthier you.

I came to Capital Fitness very out of shape and looking to get back in shape. I meet the trainer, Jay twice a week and have gotten good results so far. Although I still have a ways to go, I have already swapped ten pounds of fat for ten pounds of muscle! As a trainer, Jay is patient and attentive to my fitness and nutrition needs, and makes sure I can do the moves without injuries to myself.

Jay is an awesome trainer. He focuses on functional fitness and will get you in the best shape of your life. I love working out, and have no problem going to the gym, but have found it nearly impossible to get the same intensity and efficiency of workouts by myself. Going to physical therapy twice a week to recover from a torn PCL. I wasn't progressing in PT so I did some research for a personal trainer. Capital Fitness was one of the top few on the list, did a consolation with Jay and I felt like it was the best fit. We sat down and talked about my injury and where I want to be. He listened and has exceeded my expectations. We've already made more progress in knee strengthening in the month i've trained with jay than i've been in PT for a few months. He's super insightful and has answered every question i've had! I really love the one on one training, he makes it feel like a safe space.
