Board30 is a wonderful studio. Everyone is so friendly. I love how you can work out at your own pace. There is no pressure to do any workout harder than you feel necessary. It is truly a full body workout that keeps me motivated to do more each week. All of the instructions are wonderful. I usually hate working out, not anymore. I wake up excited to go workout at 5:30am!!! I can shower at the studio and get on with my day. Love this place!

Board 30 ABQ is awesome! The classes are challenging but give lots of options for various abilities. There are SO many class times throughout the day- which is super convenient. Deanna and all of the instructors are so welcoming and encouraging. I never feel judged. The gym is always clean and comfortable. But, what I love most are the people! There is a wonderful sense of community and you feel like you've known everyone for years.

The owner & staff are supportive and the workout intensity is tailored by you depending on your fitness level all while getting the guidance and push you need. I love that I can get a full body resistance band workout that fits into my busy schedule. I never feel out of place or intimidated like I have in other gyms. Albuquerque Board30 is amazing. It is so fun, a great workout and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I’ll admit I under estimated 30 minutes with bands, but wowza was I surprised. The time flys by too. I leave sweaty just like I had an hour workout with weights, but without the strenuous impact. It works amazing for connective tissue disorders and moves lymphatic fluid. All moves can be easily modified to meet your mobility and fitness levels. If your wondering if you should try it or if it’s worth the money IT IS!!

As a male in my late 40s starting a new health and fitness lifestyle, I tried Board 30 and loved it! Its a full body HIIT workout in 30 minutes that incorporates cardio, strength training, and flexibility all in one session. The classes allow for all fitness levels that let you work at your own pace. All the instructors are super awesome that have their own style and routine that make it even better. 100% recommend!

I recently started going to Board30, its a new workout that I have never tried before. This is a great place for everyone, at all levels. I have been a member of Board30 for almost two years, and I love it. I am thinner, stronger, and more fit than I’ve ever been. The classes are a full-body HIIT workout, with both strength and cardio. Each class is only 30 minutes long and there are many classes to choose from throughout the day. I don’t need to convince myself to go to Board30 (it’s only 30 minutes, after all); I look forward to going and feel wonderful afterwards. The owner and staff are wonderful and there is a real sense of community.

Class #76 this morning after about 3 months. I am really seeing an improvement in my core muscles, which has paid dividends skiing and cycling. I lost 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks and another 5 pounds thereafter, which makes everything in life easier. Unlike cross-fit, no injuries and limited opportunity for using bad form that leads injuries. You have complete control over the amount of resistance, so everyone is doing something slightly different. Between improving my balance with Jen, aerobic blast with Jenna, hard core work with Danika, humbling shoulder work with Alaina, and a good but wiped out exhaustion with Deanna, this has been the best thing for me after not doing enough during Covid. I look forward to the morning workout and find it easy to make the trek to Board30.

Great resistance workouts with cardio. Great heart rate fluctuations too. Workouts target entire body. I was reluctant to go because I thought it would be all women, not the case, there are guys as well. Beware of "Jen"s classes, she has a love affair with "burpees". :(

I have absolutely loved my experience with Board 30. I’ve always liked the energy of fitness classes and after allowing my workout plans to falter for the past two years, I starting searching. Board 30 popped up in my Facebook feed and I was intrigued and visited the website. I was pleasantly surprised that we had something so unique right here in Albuquerque. Although it looked fun and challenging, my first question was whether I was too old. I sent a message and the owner, Deanna, responded that I definitely was not too old and encouraged me to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. The atmosphere is welcoming and the workouts are adaptable to all fitness levels. The resistance bands are amazing. I feel that every major muscle group gets a good workout and I can tell that my core strength and my balance are improving. My plan was to attend twice a week, but instead I try to attend as many times a week as I can. The instructors are attentive and motivating. Overall, I highly recommend Board 30 to anyone seeking to improve their fitness and health in a non-judgmental and positive environment.

Board30 can be for anyone regardless of fitness level. I joined two weeks ago after a family member talked me into trying one class. I hadn’t exercised in over 8 months and was worried I couldn’t keep up. The class was challenging but manageable. I like it because it’s only 30 minutes of intense full body working out. After few classes I noticed my confidence improving. The place is extremely clean and the owner is very friendly and professional. The instructors are excellent as well. I’d highly recommend anyone who wants to improve their health and or fitness to try one class. It’s all resistance bands (looks easier than it actually is) and all exercises can me modified so anyone can participate. I’ve taken my 14 yr old son a couple times and he likes Board30 as well.

Awesome studio! Fun and challenging workout with modifications offered for various abilities and levels. Very welcoming and knowledgeable instructors! This place has totally changed my perspective on working out. It was difficult getting back into a gym, working out in general, but Deanna and the team were so welcoming and encouraging that it boosted my confidence and made me feel comfortable coming every day. I did a 50 day in a row challenge before my wedding and I’ve seen significant changes in my body and overall health. I love this place, the fast workouts and the strength and endurance I’ve gained. The resistance bands are challenging at first but easy to use and definitely easy on the joints and body. The workouts in general push you enough for a good burn but you get through them just fine. I could go on forever, but do yourself a favor and at least do a class. You’ll fall in love!

I've been to lots of gyms in my life. This one is by far the most unique. What I like most is that I can get a full body workout in 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes. Each of the trainers have their own specialty areas and bring something new to every class. It's quick, fun, and effective. I can feel myself getting stronger every day. The gym is always immaculate. I love that I get to use my own board and personal space to do my workout without any equipment sharing whatsoever. I highly recommend Board 30.

I have often been intimidated going into exercise studio - feeling like I wasn’t part of the clique, but Deanna and all the Board30 instructors are welcoming and super helpful. At first I needed a lot of modifications to get through the class. The instructors have been more than open and definitely non-judgmental in offering those modifications. I’m improving every week and can say without any hesitation that this is a great studio offering a great workout for anyone at any fitness level.

Board30 is a fantastic workout spot. I really appreciate the owner and her coaches. The classes are adaptable to the individual level, which is great. I do a lot of CrossFit and high intensity training, and this was still properly exhausting. It’s Pilates-esque, which is also great for balance and core strength. Board30 is a new kind of workout for any level of fitness. All of the trainers have their own unique flair and experience that makes each class new and exciting. After only a month of training at this gym, I have seen a decrease in knee pain, better range of mobility, increased muscle tone, and a new found love for incorporated cardio. If you are looking for a positive philosophy in heath and fitness mixed with a fun 30 minute workout, this really is the place for you.

This is a great fitness studio and I recommend it to all people of all fitness levels. The workout is fun and challenging, and you can choose how challenging you want the movements to be. Kat was my instructor, and she offered our class a variety of ways to accomplish each set (easy mode, medium and hard). There were lots of different types of people, some who were brand new (maybe even getting back into fitness), and others who were regulars. The environment is welcoming to all (myself and another man were in there), and very positive and uplifting. The workout itself is a blast! I had fun jumping using the bands to assist (this helps with balance, you don't need to worry falling over because you are holding onto handles that are attached to bouncy bands). I also loved the lunge punch combo! It's so fun. There is a large variety of all sorts of movements you do, and it definitely is a fully body workout. You are working your triceps, biceps, back, lats, core, hamstrings, quads, you name it, it's getting worked! I also loved how the bands helped us with pushups. I was caching some air on some of my pushups! I LOVE this studio and class and can't WAIT to come back for more!!! Also the instructor Kat is a Doctor of Physical Therapy -- and has an outstanding sense of humor and positivity about her. Very motivating!!! I don't know where you will find a better value in ABQ than this - and have more fun in 45 minutes! I also love at the end how you get a nice cold towel with eucalyptus smell...So rejuvenating!!! 10/10

I have been going to Board30 for about a month now and I have experienced several different positive results.
First, I am seeing results in my muscle tone and endurance.. this has especially helped me in my yoga practice to hold poses longer or try more advanced poses like a handstand.
Second, I go to the noon class and this has helped with the mid-afternoon slump I used to get, that is when I would start to snack or crave salty foods. I no longer get those cravings.
Third, the instructors all have various ways of challenging you and each one brings their personality. It defiantly makes the class go by quickly and I feel accomplished at the end.
Overall, give this place a try, once you do, you will be hooked too.

I accidentally entered Board 30 attempting to go to Planet Fitness and I am so glad I did. I love that the classes are cardio geared but also limit strain and stress to the body by utilizing bands. I’ve taken two classes one week night and one weekend class with 2 separate instructors.
The class it’s self is pretty self paced with lots of available modifications for comfort and skill level. There are about 5 or so exercises with 10 second breaks in between each exercise. This format not only makes the class go by quickly, but by the time the instructor says last exercise I was in disbelief. At the end of each class you’re given a cool down towel. It’s a pleasant refresher at the end of class and again, it doesn’t feel like a workout until the next day.

Board 30ABQ classes provide a quick overall body workout that is also enjoyable! Resistance bands & straps are attached to the board on the floor, the wall & overhead which allows for a variety of ways to work out & sculpt your muscles. Each of the exercises is done for 60 seconds and set to great music! And the cool down at the end is relaxing!
