Lovely spot in Central Park. The marionettes' show was super fun, my daughters truly enjoyed it.
I recommend to arrive early as seats are not assigned.

We had a great time seeing Wake Up, Daisy! with our 9, 8, and 3 year old. The show was genuinely funny and creative with some catchy original songs. The scenery was beautiful and the puppetry was great. Make sure to get there early to get good seats!

The play was beautiful. The puppets were so cute. The seating was organized where you can see the play from any angle. Young children will totally enjoy it along with the adults.

This place is a great pit stop when visiting Centeral Park! 🏞️ The Swedish Cottage Marionette Theater 🎭 is a cool wooden cottage in the middle of the park. 🏠 This is a great place to relax and unwind. If you're lucky, try coming in for a marionette show. I wish more people knew about this place! …

Very cool location. My kids loved the show and it was incredibly affordable in a monumentally overpriced city.

Fantastic children's puppet theater with clever adaptations of traditional children's stories. Well worth the visit. 45 min shows with no intermission. Restroom on site. Need to buy tickets ahead on line.

Can’t say enough good things about the Wake Up, Daisy! marionette production - it was a very well done ~45 minute performance that had the just the right pace to it. My 3 and 5 year olds were completely engaged and loved the characters/story/marionettes!

Didn’t see a show but enjoyed the sight of the pretty cottage from the outside. There is a fairy tale feel to it, especially in the winter.
