I did not know this place existed and I have been living in CT my whole life, the potential this place has to become the most amazing Arts Center is incredible. I loved it, very easy to get to, great location, friendly staff and most importantly they know how to pick their performers. I was very lucky to see Air Supply here in 2021 at a very reasonable cost. Air Supply was beyond what words could describe, it was magical and it was perfect all the way around. By the end of the show people actually walked up to the bottom of the stage and no one said anything, it felt so personal and every had a really great time. And I believe it happened this way because of how relaxed they were with having people fully enjoy the show with the band. Air Supply is an amazing band, they are one of a kind. I love that they gave yonger people the opportunity to play with them and that truly felt Iconic. Parking is right across the street or out in the street, you just have to read the signs. It was a very inexpensive parking, less than $6

Went here to see Steve Martin and Martin Short show. Totally a wonderful time, very clean. Being a big fella was so happy to find larger then expected seat's. Didn't drink so not sure prices. Town around was worth a walk about but was to cold.

What a nice theater to go to. It was there are plenty of places to eat before the show and parking is right across the street. I thought it was going to be crazy getting out of there but it wasn't bad at all. If there is a show you would like to see you need to check it out.

This is a great, small venue. I saw YES with 1,500 friends and the sound was great. The theater was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, too. What else could I ask for?

Small size venue, creates an intimate atmosphere and you feel connected with the performance quickly. Good sound and lighting. Staff is corteous and they have a small cafe inside on the right side of the entrance.

I saw For King and Country here. My first time at this theater and what an amazing time it was! The area is great with many restaurants and huge mall across the street. The theater is not too large so every seat is a great seat. Can't wait to go back!!

You can tell it is an old building. Everyone was nice. A little sad that the girl in front of us didn't actually get her prize that she won and they gave it to the wrong person. Loved the show. Parking was so easy and cheap. Well worth the drive.

This is a great venue with really good acts coming through. The staff are friendly. There are 2 bars with long lines but it goes pretty quick. There's a pay parking garage across the street but often you can find street parking. Meters need to be fed till 8. A fun place to see events.

Saw Electric Light Orchestra 1/24/2020 at the Palace Theater in Stamford CT. Nice theater with really cool sign out front. There were these beautifully decorated trees on the walk over from the hotel, every branch covered with lights. Nice job Stamford. Pretty cool.

Saw Styx here May23, 2019 with a Meet N' Greet with the band!! 2nd row, right side center, on Tommy's side!! Ended up stalking the bus parked right out front...I found an open door and, they just let me in...I got a face to face, a signature, hug and 2 pictures with Tommy!! BEST NITE OF MY LIFE!! I ain't been the same, since...on a #StyxKick X 5!!!!

Pros: box office manager Lenore wowed me with her email support in seat selection from the Chicago concert. The venue is very pleasant. Con: there was no printed program for the event, but promise of a contactless electronic program on line. After they harvested my email. I got a link to a one page description of the program. Big disappointment. I get saving money, but the "program" had no value. Misrepresentation. For $135 I expect a program. The handicapped seating seat numbers were all wrong, but I was allowed to sit in the seats I paid for after insisting.

Very nice theatre in the downtown area of Stamford. It has a very elegant and classy feel. Can feel very crowded at times. I have not gone to a multitude of shows, but the ones I have gone to were a good experience. Doesn't seem to be a bad view in the place. Facilities were clean. Parking is a pain but that's city life.

Every seat had a great view! My children could see the stage, even from the mezzanine level (age 5 & 2)! Parking was right across the street and very convenient. Lovely venue! I would definitely go to a show there again!

Went to see the Broadway The Comedian and she packed the house as the headliner. The two ladies at the ticket booth was a laugh like the was the opening act. I like being treated with a laugh to start of a great night I had at the palace.

Any time you get the chance get the front or close to from seats. Honestly you are so close to the people showing it's great. If not your type of fun. Mid, balcony seats are still great too. Always recommend checking the place if someone you want to see is coming around town

We were here with my son for a kid's show. There is a parking lot on the other side of the road. The building is visible from the outside, look for the signs. The inside is really impressive. The stage is a bit small, but visible from either direction.

Extremely nice Venue. Easily accessible from I -95. Plenty of parking in the area Including directly across the street at the Landmark Garage which is capped at $3.00 on weekends. The Theater is Beautiful inside, is Handicap accessible. It has Restrooms and a nice refreshment area as well. There are Plenty of shops, (Stamford Mall)Lodging, and restaurants within walking distance. Catch a Show, make it a weekend getaway. Plenty to do.

The outside shell--lobby and ticket area--are generic and modern. However, they, thankfully, have saved the old theater, which is a real landmark. Also, the place is not huge, so there is a feeling of intimacy.

The place is amazing, we were in the mezzanine area, really good concert. The 4 star is because the system they have seems to waste a lot of time, it creates confusion, and even got to experience customers fighting because one of them did not respect the line,and it got bad. I know we all were in a rush, time crunch for the concert, and after making the line we had to do another line to print out the tickets(that's were the fighting started to happen) all ppl got frustated, mad,etc. And then we had to make the line again to get in, then another line to go the the 2nd floor, then get in and try to find out the seats, very crazy night. I got there just in time when the artist started to sign the 1st song(so was lucky to get in just in time after making all those lines) felt bad for other ppl fighting, but based on time I did not intervine,and also it's up to security to do something about it. Which honest did not see any on the outside, only after the 2nd doors -main lobby- a few, but not enough for what was going on that night concert.

Small theater and a great show watching Adam Savage and Vsauce. Took away a star for the overpriced concession stand that only sold small bagged chips you get with a variety pack from Costco. Parking was $3 for the entire time which was a great flat rate.

The Palace is a great alternative to schlepping into the city. I've seen Broadway touring companies, operas, concerts and comedy shows there. I recently brought friends to see the musical "Once". The production and talent were top notch. The box office staff were so helpful (I'll never buy online again). They helped me find the best seats for the price. Then, a few days before the show, they surprised me with a phone call informing me that since the tickets they sold me were now partially obstructed due to a last minute set change, we were to be upgraded. Now that's amazing customer service!

The Palace Theater is a gem in SW Connecticut. We who live there are fortunate to have it and must make sure that it continues to thrive and grow to attract more attendance from more places. The theater is surrounded by good places to dine, within walking distance and the parking could not be more convenient.

The theater is nice we saw Eli Young Band there the other night. However I found the executive director of the theater to be rude. He was running around during the show telling people they couldn't record the band and the songs. I have never been to a concert where this is the case. But he spent the entire show telling people to stop. He was running up and down the aisles. At one point I was sending a text msg (checking on my kids) and he stopped and told me to put my phone away.
