MONONONOThe staff are polite and provide deep and good information. The line is not as long as Times Square, so it saves a lot of time. However, don't forget to check the theater tickets on the website or app first. Some plays are sold at Times Square but not here.
Ramiro Calace MontúMuch faster than Times Square. It’s allocated in a beautiful part of Manhattan so go walk the neighbourhood after/before getting your tickets ☺️

Chrissy RandThey open at noon. We got in line at 11:15 am and there were only a few people ahead of us. By the time noon rolled around they needed to start a line outside. Get there early. We got off Broadway Jersey Boys tickets for the 8 pm show. Phenomenal!

Mrs SimsWow! What a difference from the Times Square location! It only has three windows, but the line went fast. The employees are as professional & friendly as the Times Square location. This location is inside - out of the heat, cold, or rain. And if the line is long, and you need to sit, there are tables & chairs by the entertainment stage - as long as you have someone in line with you to take turns sitting!
Before we got to the window to buy tickets, Joey moved up and down the line fielding questions. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Jackie was nearby, to help if Joey didn’t have a quick answer. When we got to the window, Carol was helpful, friendly and quick. We got the tickets for the show we wanted for a price we could afford: 7th row center orchestra. Perfect.
This was our first trip here, and we’ll return several times this weekend!
Kathryn TuttleOnly way I’ll purchase show tickets is through the TKTS booth! Small line at 2pm here, but moved along quickly. You can’t beat paying balcony prices for center orchestra! We priced every other “discount vendor” and we got the best deal here. Staff was extremely helpful from the moment we got in line, offering to answer any questions we might have, till we completed the purchase. 👍🏼
