Reviews of The Mann Center
Amy C Smith
One of my favorite venues to see a show, and I typically see 5-8 during the season every year. The staff here are helpful, friendly, and polite. There are many good food and drink options, as well as water bottle filling stations, throughout the venue. Plenty of bathrooms are on site, too, as well as multiple places to sit and see the show. The only seating that I wouldn't purchase again is first row balcony. There is a high ledge that makes it difficult to see the stage. It is an outdoor venue, so if I want to sit on the lawn I'll wait until the week-of to purchase tickets, weather permitting. Parking can feel a little crazy (it's in the grass) and you must have patience to drive when leaving at the end of the show. The season is full of a wide variety of acts every year, and I would recommend experiencing something there. There is also child-specific programming during the summer months. One additional note: check the website on bag/pocketbook/handbag policies before each show you attend. It varies by contract with the artist.

The Roots Picnic was the safest cool vibe. The music, the sound system & the bands were fantastic. The food was amazing & the services were good.
Quest Love on the drums was a pleasant surprise.
Security took a while to allow us in & all of the bands were late but I was still happy because the vibe was so nice.
Security was high during this time of mass shootings & I am glad because a mass shooting occurred across town but we knew we were safe.
Joseph Thompson
Pretty cool place! Definitely a nice relaxed venue with plenty of room and beautiful surroundings. Saw AJR here and it definitely blew me away! Parking was way easier than I thought as well! It's free! Just drive up and if there's no more parking spots they'll direct you to park on the grass.

Recently went to two concerts at the Mann. Great venue with lots of food variety at the top of the hill. Get there early as the security line can be long. Lawn seats are a great deal but is weather dependent and you have to get there early for the best viewing We upgraded our tickets for New Order due to the weather and it was amazing! Free Parking is awesome!
Kandace Forster
Awesome venue with a lot of open space. Parking is free and plentiful! Our concert started at 7pm on a Friday night. We arrived around 6:45pm and was able to park right away, no waiting, and walked about 5 minutes to the gate. Lots of people around whom seemed to have been there awhile tailgating. If that’s your thing and your headed to the Mann, go for it!!
Amazing Philly skyline view in the distance that got more beautiful as the sun set.
Expensive food/beverage, however that’s to be expected.
We chose lawn seating and brought a blanket to sit on. Lots of people sitting everywhere and also brought blankets or chairs.
Overall, if you find a chance to go for a performance, do it! Enjoy a summer night!

Went here for a concert for the first time. Travel info the venue is easy with plenty of parking available. Show was amazing and doesn’t seem like there is a bad seat under the pavilion. I can’t comment on the lawn seats. Seems like a very intimate venue despite it being an amphitheater.
Getting out of parking lots , much like most concerts can be a bit of a mess, but location is nice to get on several major roads.

Went to see Tenacious D and was NOT disappointed. I loved the little courtyard with picnic tables and all the food options. Smaller venue, good size lawn area, decent parking. If you're getting there close to the start time of your event it might be pretty packed. I suggest getting there early.
Catherine Austin
Great venue! Was here for the Tenacious D concert in the Terrace seating. Was pretty far from the stage but had an amazing time! Sound quality was great & I was still able to talk to the person next to me in a reasonable manner. Lighting effects were really good and the screens of the stage are in great locations. The only bad part of the whole experience was parking. It's essentially a free for all up in the grass for entering and exiting. Be careful and have a blast!
Evan DeVore
I had a great time. The staff was polite and minded their own business. Drinks were WAY too expensive but it was a blast regardless. Long live The Disco Biscuits
Alan Coffey
Great free-form parking in the fields around the venue. Easy in, easy out.
Food and drink prices were a shock, but water for water bottles is free. Hot night and we needed it!
Brandy Carlisle was great.
It was tough to navigate to the venue even with maps. A lot of surface streets, twists and turns. Getting BACK to I-95 was much easier.
We were also happy to not be in "The Shed". Outside was beautiful - and not as loud.
Dwight Blakney
Attending the Rufus Du Sol Concert and this was my first concert EVER, I must say I had the time of my life here. Everything was just so great. I can't wait to return and see another event at this Center. The Best
A J
Nice open air venue for concerts, good sound system and lights.
Plenty of food stalls outside, parking is free.
It had rained on the day of the concert and no one bothered to wipe the seats, there should be some arrangements for the people to be able to sit on clean seats that they paid for.
Katie Franz
Was at the Mann to see NPR's "Wait,Wait Don't Tell Me". Very nice venue. We enjoyed using the picnic area up behind the lawn seating. The only disappointment was the sound system. We were seated in row NN at the right side of the stage. The volume was fine but it was very hard to understand what people were saying. It must of been fine in the center because that's where most of the laughs were coming from. I will have to listen to the broadcast on Saturday to hear what I missed. Mann staff are awesome!

Great performance venue tucked into Fairmont Park in West Philly boasting quality outdoor acoustics and an amazing lot scene. Ample amount of covered seating sections including a large balcony, sprawling general admission lawn with huge real time viewing screens, handicap accessible, and $17 beers. General staff and security is super friendly and very helpful on all fronts.
Susan K
Wonderful concerts. Parking isn't fun. Allow for extra time. The parking attendants need more appreciation and for Pete's sake, listen to them!?
This is a very hilly place and not best for those with disabilities. Please call first to ask about accommodations.
Mrs Bill
5 stars for excellent acts booked and generally a stress-free, beautiful spot to enjoy the Philadelphia skyline and great music.
Arrive 2+ hours early if you want to park within 1 mile or purchase VIP parking which is limited & sells out quickly.
Harriet
Parking lot is a nightmare with the rocks and stones. Venue is beautiful. Hadn't been there since it was Robin Hood Dell. Staff is professional and friendly. We ate beforehand because the prices here to eat or drink are horrifying! Restrooms are very conveniently located. Concert (Roxy Music) was absolutely fantastic and so much fun. Leaving the venue, not so much fun when people have no idea what lane they should be in.
James
As a place by itself, it has a certain level of calm and quiet that is quote unique for such a huge space that can accommodate more than enough people for a concert. The food can be quite pricey for nearly 20 bucks for 1 drink and food but the customer service provided is perfect. The staff were genuine and considerate, however do not go through 52nd station take an uber or lyft, unsafe especially if you dress up for the concert itself. However they offer a train ride back to center city so that did work out perfectly.
Bill bonhage
My favorite venue in Philly. Free parking is great compared to $50 other places. Seating is decently comfy. And even the worst seats have a good view. Only thing negative is limited consession choices.
Natalie Cellini
This is an awesome place to see a concert! My family and I attended the Hoagie Nation music festival. The atmosphere is great, the venue is very clean, and the staff members are friendly. The sound was great for the concerts. The view of the city behind the venue is really cool too. I'll definitely be coming back for more shows in the future!
Ruth Anne Wood
It was a great concert venue with under the pavilion, on the grass and dancing by the stage options. Time flew during the 5 hours we were there with 3 opening bands and 1 headliner.
Manda Saurus
Favorite venue in the Philly area ! Beautiful, grassy lot with shady spots to enjoy tailgating in the summer. Inside the venue is very clean and the lawn has great views. Lots of food and drink options. Free water stations and mister fans.
Osaurus G
Absolutely love this venue. Great layout and lots of facilities and food. Parking isn’t great, but manageable.
Jean Leisher
I came to the Mann for graduation. I was pleasantly surprised to see it in such good shape. I had my very first concert there something like 25 years ago so I brought a lot of memories with me.
George Hutchinson IV
The Mann is the best place in Phila to see live music. Props to the architects!!! They really knew what they were doing when they designed & built this amphitheater using wood. It really provides AMAZING acoustics. Feel the vibrations..... When getting sears, be sure to get the Balcony or Boxes up top. Enjoy the show
Chris
Was here to do lighting and sound for a private party with the band Tommy conwell. The people here and staff were friendly, kind, helpful and all around great people.
The band was awesome. There is an awesome view of the city skyline from the tents at the Mann center.
Tommy conwell is in the baseball hat in other pic.
Dan Levy
An historic venue in the outskirts of Philly. This was our first time at the Skyline Stage. A great place to grab a blanket and listen to good music. But with no video boards, if you're not tall, get close, or chances are you won't see much when everyone stands up
D Stet
Great venue, nice staff. Can be a pain to get to/from, but that's to be expected with city venues. Beautiful view of Philly if the weather's right. Philly Pops did an amazing job, as always
Laura N
*No bags allowed*
This is a great outdoor venue in Philly. I wish there were more options for public transit or shuttle to get there. Food and drink prices are typical of any concert or event venue (expensive). You can bring in your own food item (1 per person) and an empty water bottle and refill it. Blanket or low folding chairs are okay for the lawn for Main Stage shows, no chairs for the Skyline Stage.
Dan Curtis
Great venue. Security guards are super friendly and all of the venue staff were helpful. Always happy to see it when our favorite band has this place on their tour schedule.
Cedric Bridgewater Jr.
Roots Picnic was a fun event. It was our first time attending. So much great music and beautiful people!
Jasmine O'Conner
I actually really loved the venue and the vibes it presented, but if I had to say one not so good thing about the location it would be about the sound system. Depending on where you were sitting for Roots Picnic, it was really hard to hear.
Eric Montoya
Ok I went to see hall and Oates here yesterday and I was very impressed by this venue. To start with, parking was easy with their helpful staff and the parking lot was ample. It was hoagiefest and there were food trucks and cocktail stands and TREJOS TACOS! They ran out of tacos fast but that has nothing to do with Mann..2 stages of music and once again a courteous staff inside that was all ready to help. No matter what your seat is under the main enclosure there is no bad place to sit....they implemented a no paper money and no physical ticket rule which took a little getting used to but this is the world now. My only gripe is all the steps lol....it's like climbing the great pyramid to get to general seating from the main stage. The bathrooms were spotless and hand sanitizer stations we're everywhere..exiting was a breeze. Thank you staff at Mann Music center for making our first time to a concert in 2 years an amazing experience.😊
zachary mcmullan
An amazing venue. Was really glad I got a chance to see some folks perform here. Loads of space inside and out. Look forward to seeing another show here. !!!
Christy Gilroy-Reynolds
Absolute shout out to the awesome ladies in the box office yesterday who helped me with getting an extra ticket when my babysitter fell through. We had been looking forward to this concert for TWO YEARS, and it turned out my 3.5 year old loved it, too. Thank you!! We had a blast and made an awesome family memory. Venue was also amazing. Great place for a show, great people, and a great mission for the organization overall.
Suzanne E
Amazing sound from the stage and the skyline view is superb. Free parking! Unfortunately Live Nation had seriously bad responses to the couple threatening everybody around them, and pushing a young lady and her mom. The supervisor (O'Brien) knew the couple and just told them to calm down. Extra security followed the supervisor's lead since he was employed by the venue. The saving grace was Joel from Live Nation made our night with his friendliness and knowledge prior to it starting. We wish he had been on the barrier!
Anthony Muzzi
Great place to see a concert. Lawn seats or reserved seating. Acoustics are good. Highly recommend. Parking not the best.
phil hough
Great night at The Mann watching The Struts. Great live band, and great to get out and see live music again under the stars. Great view of the nightime city skyline leaving the venue.
Margaret Millisky
Beautiful venue. Great views of stage. Sound system is awesome.
Leah Jones
I wanted to love my night here for The Struts since they are my favorite band, but the crowd made that impossible, and security did nothing about it. There was a couple behind me causing extreme disturbances (including vaping right into someone's face and telling her that she hope she got asthma from it), and security supervisor O'Brian did NOTHING about it because this couple were his friends. Philly locals tell me this kind of stuff happens a lot with this couple and this guard, and it's put me off coming to another show in the area (I live 6 hours away).
I do want to comment on Joel from Live Nation, he was the BEST guard there, and I wish he would have been on the rail. He made our VIP experience at the beginning of the night amazing!
Erica Stubbles
The venue was beautiful. The bathrooms were pretty far away from the Skyline stage which was a little inconvenient. The security guards were handing out free water cups which was very nice, that's something I've never seen at any other venues I've been to before. I would rather see a show at the stage that's covered rather than the skyline if I do come back to the Mann.
Olga Leonova
The Mann center is always nice place to visit a specialty when weather is nice and your performance ends with Fireworks! Perfect sounds, happy people, clean ... All good
Melissa Joy
parking is free, drinks are expensive, but they have a water filling station which is a lifesaver during hot concerts!
Cindy Angela
Beautiful view of the Philadelphia Skyline. Nice venue for an outdoor concert in Philly. They have 2 stages: the Skyline Stage (lawn only) and the TD Pavillion (seated). I much prefer the Skyline Stage — Bring your own picnic mat / blanket and enjoy some live music / performances!
There are water refilling stations everywhere and parking is free.
Amber Webster
It was just a great show. Love this venue.
Bob Burdalski
Saw Van Morrison. Great show. Great venue. Great night. Parking is a nightmare, and the food & drink are insanely expensive.
Dan
Amazing venue! Have watched multiple concerts at the skyline stage and main stage. Love the set-up and being able to walk around the entire venue, while still enjoying the music. and FREE PARKING is always a +++
Buddy Gripple
Excellent time here. Friendly staff. Good parking. Good vibe all around.
Will Vorhaus
Amazing venue that's easy to navigate, offers a great experience for food and beverage, has covered seating, uncovered seating, and lawn space. Acoustics are INCREDIBLE and the shows extremely enjoyable.
There are also awesome views of the city from the grounds of the Mann Center
Heather Saeger
Great venue! We were there for a concert tonight (2nd time) and the staff was so friendly and personable and made us really feel welcome. I will come to a show here anytime.
R James
When the weather is agreeable (I don't care for heat and humidity) and you pay for a good seat, the Mann is beyond comparison!
Yvette Sienkiewicz
I think this is my favorite concert venue. Parking is free. The employees are helpful. The sound is incredible. The city skyline of Philadelphia at night is beautiful. The view from any of the seats is great.
Jennifer W
One of my favorite venues in Philly! Amazing view of the skyline of Philly. Easy to get to and parking is very easy. Some great names too (we saw Leon Bridges and Odesza and they were incredible shows). Diverse set of stages and areas. Plenty of restrooms between the stalls and porta potties. Haven’t tried the food yet but the drinks are nice and large albeit pricy ($18 for an XL seltzer). The picnic / lawn area is wonderful. They let you bring in picnic blankets and stadium regulation clear plastic totes.
Jim Cipar
I doubt that there is a better music than venue in the entire us. Every evening has beautiful breezes coming from the wooded hillside and the sound system is extraordinary.. Just whatever you do don't buy a ticket for the upstairs upstairs loft area. Hot cramped and uncomfortable
Leanne M
A marvelous and massive concert venue that is totally worth going to! If a band you love is playing here, definitely check them out. Any seat is good, really. Most of the seats are covered but this venue is usually rain or shine, it was actually drizzling when we were here. We saw Vampire Weekend here and got lawn seats. Yes, lawn seats are so far away but you still can see the stage. On top of that, you can literally sit, stand, or dance anywhere on the lawn. The crowd was amazing and we all enjoyed ourselves!
Dan Cassidy
Despite it's name, women ARE, in fact, allowed in.
Great venue, nothing bad to say about it.
Dina Pope
This was my first time there and it was awesome! I went for the Games Øf Thrones live concert experience. The venue is so nice, the stage is a very good size and the first part of the audience is covered. There are vendors as well. I think depending on the events, they may have more stuff around. I highly recommend going there!
Rob Landon
Recently saw a show at the smaller "Skyline" stage. The lines for concessions weren't too long, and staff was very friendly. Leon Bridges sounded great! I can only imagine how great it would be to see an act on the main stage with the Philadelphia skyline as part of the backdrop!!
Chera Adams
All the "seats" even standing room was a good seat to see the show. Very clean, EVEN the bathrooms! As for us jersey girls who are used to seeing shows in Camden this was a huge plus! Can never find a clean bathroom in Camden's E center or whatever it's called this month lol Parking was free too, I'm used to paying $40-50 a show. Camden should take some advice from the Mann! The parking ends up costing more than the ticket it's outrageous!
Holland Love
The Mann is always such a great venue. I love the free parking, clean and relaxed environment.
terry Berkery
Beautiful Venue.. Sound system perfect. Food and drink prices .Not A Killer. Just one thing Worng.. Too Many Step's.. having two bad keens I'll have too look at the seats before I buy a ticket Next Time.. it really needs a sliding board to get Down and a people mover to get back up..
Jennifer
Nothing better than an outdoor concert, under the stars, in warm weather (during your birthday week)! So much lawn space to spread out. Two big screens made sure we'd see the band. Lines for everything (entrance, restrooms, merch, food & drink) moved very quickly. Getting out of the parking lot took some time but no more than 20-25 min. The lights in the trees at the top of the hill are beautiful. Quite a few chairs and picnic tables under them. Be sure to check your show for what you're allowed to bring, most don't allow outside food or beverages (not even refillable water bottles.) No purses larger than a small clutch or it has to be clear plastic (not sure why anyone would own a clear plastic purse? Saw a bunch of them however, ha!) Overall a great experience. Reminded me of Wolf Trap outside of DC.
Karina Torres
Great venue! The staff members are super helpful and kind. The facility was clean. It can get hot because the facility is outside and there are very few fans. I would suggest bringing a small handheld fan.
Upon arriving, parking is free and they will direct you to park on grass. The line to enter can get long since they have bag checks and metal detectors that can be time consuming. The food is priced like most entertainment centers. I was just disappointed that when we went in mid August, we had to wait awhile for nachos we ordered. We went to a concert where about half the actual seats were not bought according to the system. Yet, there were a lot of people occupying those seats that in the system were empty. No one checking this out. I would assume these were people who bought “lawn” tickets and took advantage of the fact that there were empty seats. Also the Rita’s line is quite long. Get there early if you think you might want a cold dessert.
Karen Bowman
From the time we entered the parking lot every employee was extremely pleasant and helpful with directions! The venue and the bathrooms were clean! The food and beverage selections were good and never long lines. The security staff (not an easy job) was very helpful and pleasant. The grounds and views are beautiful! We saw an amazing sunset! We saw an amazing show! The Mann Music Center truly treats you like a guest! Thank you!
michael sharer
Awesome venue, the sounds really bounces off the wood structure. PNC center and bb&t are similar in ways but the atmosphere in the park, cool breeze and amazing sound makes this one of my favorites. Definitely considering a season pass . Only flaw was the line to park, where we entered it was 2 people and one lane and one credit card machine on the road. Fix this and be flawless
Mark Henkels
Glad to be going to concerts again here. Well run and clean. Great venue to see your favorite artist.
YagurlChele
Awesome event for BalletX...and the view was even better, see the rainbow!!
Nicole Weaver
Our second time seeing a taping of WAIT WAIT DON'T TELL ME at this location. A great place with a really atmosphere. We love the open air amphitheatre. Would love to see another event there.
Matthew Babcock
This is a great venue! Come yearly for the Movies @ the Mann series and it’s always a great experience. We usually sit in the lawn section so we can have an nice picnic during the movie while listening to the orchestra. The view of the Philly skyline is amazing. Parking is free and pretty easy to access, although leaving seems to take a while. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Food and drink are pricey, but seems on par with other venues. Everything was clean and the grounds are very well kept
Aaron Brodsky
Awesome venue. Great lineup of shows. Cool grounds and architecture.
Michael Showver
Pretty impressed by everything at this venue. Very organized when it came to parking and personnel guiding you and how everything was run. Everywhere was clean and the bathrooms had plenty of stalls and were very well kept and clean. You could hear the band very well and had a good view no matter where ya sat. Will look forward to the next event.
S. Clark
Saw Leon Bridges on 8/13 at the Skyline Stage. This was my first time and the weather was a really great time! However, while the beer and cocktail booths were close and many, the food booths were few and very far between. It would be nice to have food and non-alcoholic booths closer to the stage.
Aminah Small
It's a nice venue that's located outside but there is a roof and there are fans on the ceiling.Just make sure when you come don't bring a backpack or a purse they will make you purchase a plastic bag for $10.
Chris Nalepa
Main stage is an amazing place to see a show. Not a bad seat and very comfortable. Seen two shows on the back lawn fully outdoor area and was not at all a fan.
Jess Gorczycki
Love events here. You can bring a cooler! I like sitting under the roof. Great acoustics.
Andrew Capone
Absolutely love the Mann!! Always quality shows and great views.
Lindsey K
One of my favorite places to see a show. The open air, beautiful skyline, and never feels overly crowded.
Brynn Ann Ditsche
Great place! Beautiful surroundings! Saw Toy story by the Philadelphia Orchestra here and it was AMAZING. Great sound and views from All over the vicinity. Would highly recommend.
Chefdave123
They moved the concert from the Skyline to the pavilion because of the impending severe storm. It made the night so much more enjoyable with no worry of lightning or getting soaked! Very professional staff.
Dave Trudeau
Our first concert at The Mann and the staff and facility were excellent! We needed ADA parking and seating, and the staff from parking to main gate and box office to the ushers were extremely helpful and professional. Can't wait for our next show!
Kevin
Fantastic outdoor venue... higy recommend Pavillion for the sound quality and view. Grass has limited view of stage but there are good video screens. Balcony has good visibility but no circulation when it's hot. If your willing to walk, Park in the outside parking lots for faster egress
Megan Neil
We love going to the Mann center! Such a great and fun lawn section and just overall vibe for concerts. Parking is kind of odd but free and it usually doesn't take us too long to get out.
L. Hand
Saw Ledisi with the Philadelphia Orchestra for her Ledisi Sings Nina tour. Great show and glad I did not miss it! As to the Mann, it’s a good venue for an outdoor concert. The Mann is partially covered, so if you buy a seat under cover, you have protection from the elements. Nice selection of food and drink options, spacious, and relaxing atmosphere. I only wish they offered more events of interest me, so that’s why I give 4/5 stars.
Michelle Gregory
Was a great place only 2 things. They charged me $10 for a plastic bag to dump the contents of my purse in because my purse didn't fit inside oda square drawn on paper and taped to the table! Ridiculous! Then we walked inside the gates and they were charging $13.25 for a beer!!! I'm really not sure if I will go back there but cudos for having 3 Doors Down, they were awesome! Seethe not showing was also a real let down.
Richard Caswell
Went to see van Morrison. Concert was suppose to start at 8. Thousands of people were still trying to get in. The Mann stops selling alcoholic beverages at 9:15 and they were out of food by 9:30. There were a lot of abnoxious and drunk people . Had to park half mile away. Concert ended without encore. The group never came back out. There certainly a lot of under the age of 21 walking around drunk with drinks in their hands. Hope for a better time at next concert.
Ryan Weiss
I had an issue with some tickets I was expecting in my email but couldn't find. The staff at The Mann Center went above and beyond with stellar customer service. They are a wonderful example of how to assist a customer and ensure they become a lifelong customer. I wish I could rate them 10 stars!
Corinne Villegas
Tears for Fears we're great! Garbage opened up for them and we're also
terrific...the Mann is one of my favorite concert venues...the acoustics are awesome and it's surrounded in nature.
My youngest son & I attended it together... we really enjoyed ourselves!
Peter Babel
We saw The Dispatch on top of the hill here, towards the back of the lawn... Strange that they didn't use the amphitheater and the lawn area there, but it made the experience more private, so we can't complain. Food trucks and (expensive) drinks were everywhere and even if you sat on the hill, overlooking the gorgeous Philly skyline and huge, reddish/pink moon, you could hear the music in the background loud enough. I'd definitely come back.
Koba Khitalishvili
A beautiful open space concert hall with amazing views. Great place to go with a group of friends or a significant other. They have food there, though I would recommend either eating prior or bringing your own.
Danny
I went her for a concert but had to sit in the dirt. I had a grate time i even drank some wine It had a fireworks but i was taking a dump so I didn’t get to see those fantastic fire works. The picture is of bugs i saw but didn’t know.
Kelly Doran
Great field parking. Venue was nice. Hate the hard cut off at 10:30pm for noise.
Nancy Gooley
Really nice venue when you get there. Very comfortable seats, lots of legroom. But be warned, on a high hill and dirt and grass walking, if limited mobility it can be a challenge.
Chrysanthe Spais
Concert got moved from Skyline Stage to TD Pavillion, which I thought would suck, but General Admission under cover worked just fine! Seats if you wanted them, grass for blankets. Really- still real grass...not dirt! Didn't even need a blanket. Beer, of course, super pricey. Restroom attendants ROCKED- kept things moving! Large screens added to experience.
Goddess Frigga
Great venue. Nowhere a bad seat. Soind quality was excellent. Lines were long but not unmanageable. Give yourself at least an hour and half to get through parking.
James Cook
Van Morrison in concert! Two hours of Van & his big band. He looked good, sounded good and sang/played both old and music.
Mann Center, never fails to entertain. Good collection of drink and food vendors to choose from.
John Stirling
I'd give the Mann a higher rating, but for the food & drink options. Limited options at very, very high prices. $8 for an unremarkable slice of pizza; $14 for a can of beer. The venue itself is great for music though.
Kenneth Gross
Very nice venue for summer concerts. Sitting under the pavilion hearing The Philadelphia Orchestra, the sun is down after intermission and a cool breeze comes with the second half of the program... fantastic stuff. Very nice skyline view from up on the hill, lawn seating is not bad for certain concerts. Solid place.
Charlie Tranen
Such an incredible venue. Friendly staff and easy to get around.
Tiffany Perks
I just went here for the first time to a Harry Potter concert. The orchestra was amazing! They played every part flawlessly at the right moments. I imagine this being incredibly difficult. We sat up top in the balcony. The only downside was there was no ventilation here what so ever. It was kind of suffocating being so close to someone on both sides and there not being any ventilation up there. Next time I'll be sure to get a seat either outside in the chairs or below. Other than that, great great place. Clean bathrooms and they also have concessions and quite a few bath rooms. The staff were also accommodating with helping us find our seats!
Andrew Henrickson
Amazing Venue with even more incredible employees. I cannot recommend the Mann Center enough
Jenni Butler
Beautiful, laid back outdoor venue. Parking is easy and there are lovely grassy areas to picnic before a performance. No matter where you are sitting, be sure to walk up to the lawn area to take in the amazing view of the Philly skyline!
Rich D.
I love the Mann center, I have one serious issue though, I was in the handicap seating area because I have asthma from covid, and the new smoke machine blasted me right in the face, and kept blasting smoke out right at face level into the people's faces. I was tempted to climb up on the machine and aim that smoke release head up so that it would blow the smoke straight up instead of right in people's faces... it's surely a hazard to people's health, whatever it blows out...
I'm not really sure where I should direct this comment, I'm hoping that someone from the venue reads these comments...
I had a great experience other than that on Sunday night, the staff is excellent, the service is excellent, and the venue is excellent!!!
Hopefully this will be addressed by the venue managers and I'm looking forward to coming back for several years...
Thanks!
Laurie Devino
Beautiful venue and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
Lindsay Music
Great outdoor shed....love summer concerts here. Two different venues. Skyline stage is a nice place. Easy, relaxed atmosphere. Main stage is also really nice. Just more people. Philly skyline looks like you can almost touch it.
Shawn P. Barnes
Beautiful ampitheater with a unique wooden structure covering the seating area. My wife and I attended our neice's graduation from Drexel University there. One thing I recommend is making sure you have everything you need from your vehicle since re-entry was not allowed, at this event anyway.
Dave T
Awesome place to see concerts. I have been there twice now. The Struts last year and Tears for Fears yesterday actually. Fantastic shows. The Mann is a mostly outdoor large multiple stage concert event center. Really cool place! Nice and clean, well maintained. Parking usually FREE. Wow!!!
Siobhan G
The acoustics are amazing! Definitely recommend for any concert.
L Pierce
I had a great time at the recent Ledisi and Philadelphia Orchestra show. The music was absolutely amazing, there was a slight breeze, and it was a beautiful evening. The restrooms were clean. The only thing I could criticize was the costly vendors on site and a few members of the orchestra appeared to want to be somewhere else. As the camera panned the orchestra a few members seemed bored. They were definitely not into the music. The guitar players, the gentleman on keyboard, the drummer, the guy using chains as sound effects and the horn section were perfection. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Eric D.
Attended the Roots Picnic this year. It's a nice spacious pavilion and was pretty easy to navigate and find parking. 3 different stages at the Roots picnic was cool.
Luis Yuncosa
I congratulate the Live Nation staff in this Tears for Fears event, they behaved to the fullest with people who have problems with disabilities, they were attentive all the time, they were attentive if I needed anything and that you will really enjoy the event, I congratulate them, very good organization from you
Michael
The Mann Center is a great venue! It's in a pretty seedy neighborhood, but it's on the South end of Fairmount Park which is an amazing(and VERY large)park. Along with the Dell East, they are the two best outdoor concert venues within a hundred miles!
I love this place!! Long live the Mann!
Dan Fields (The Ride Abides)
Summer stage is great but very crowded for a sold out show. Food and beer lines are really long. That said, it's still a really fun/nice way to see a show (if you get decent weather!). Regular stage (with seats or lawn) is a really nice medium size venue. Traffic off 76 is horrific but that's not their fault.
James T Alexander Jr
I am slightly handicapped painful to walk use a cane swollen hip makes it hurt to sit in normal seating. They went above and beyond to assist me an my companion for accommodation for Pet Shop Boys and New Order concert. Complete opposite of previous nite in Cleveland at Blossom for NIN Ministry and Nitzer Ebb where they gave no consideration no care and left you to figure out what to do and made things so difficult and painful. To the security to the guy at the Mann stage left entrance entering the gold circle double his pay he is awesome
Reed Fleming
Great venue, nice staff. Longer lines for beer / food, but typical of any other venue. Bathrooms clean and plentiful.
Heather Roth
Not bad for a concert venue. I wish there was more of a lawn view for the size. Easy to get to and great staff.
Liz Foose
Beautiful location, the seats are generously sized so you never have to bump against your neighbor and the acoustics are wonderful
Eric Frost
This place is amazing to catch a great show outside and still have some covering. The place was amazingly clean and well run.
ag. aliss
Good luck with the traffic on the way back. Getting an Uber is also not a solution. Recommend to walk as far as possible and then get a car.
Noel Abejo
Great place for concerts during the warm months. Great view of the City skyline. Parking easy, venue is clean.
Jessica White
What a fabulous venue! It was all so clean. Patrons and workers alike were all so courteous. No overflowing trash or nasty toilets. The grounds were beautiful, the beer choices were beyond the typical, and the acoustics were above comparison! I laid on the grass and listened to beautiful music wash over me. And what a view of the city! It was a magical night!
K Bull
The Mann Center is the best outdoor venue in and around Philadelphia. It's been resurrected into a well managed venue with great performers and fantastic drinks & food.
Tyler Glavocich
Amazing venue with a lot of space to move and groove. Saw Haim there this weekend and it was fantastic
Dillon Browne
Love it or hate it, it's the Mann Center, a special and sometimes challenging place to see music. Security can be wildly intense at times, which is honestly pretty understandable. This past weekend tho, security was very chill, traditional live nation professionalism.
Drinks are good and easy to get. Sounds from the seats and Pitt can be hit or miss, generally not good from the lawn. Really depends on who is mixing the sound but it can be a difficult venue to get everything right.
Still, it's beautiful, and when the sound goes right, really amazing. If you've never been the the Mann, absolutely check it out, and if you have you already know what to expect. Legendary north east venue when it comes down to it.
Keli Smith
A movie, outside, with a live orchestra? Don't mind if I do! Last night we saw Jaws. Last summer we saw Jurassic Park. The movies are byo cooler and snacks. We also discovered they do a picnic basket for two for $40, so we'll have to check that out next time. It's just a really fun way to experience a movie and an awesome venue in a beautiful park.
Katelyn Inman
Free parking and gorgeous views of the skyline
Fern Krieg
Great show venue, comfortable seats, open air, helpful staff
However:
PARKING SITUATION IS AWFUL!! Free parking but cannot park close to venue. Have to walk long distance to and from car...and finding my car afterwards in the dark wasn't great either!! Even those taking ride shares had to walk to Parkside Ave or Belmont Ave.
Adam Roberts
Best place to see an outdoor show. Grab a seat if you can, the wood walls sound amazing.
Patrick Oleskey
My favorite place to see a show in Philly. The thunderstorm added to the ambiance. This show was Vampire Weekend with the excellent blues/rock group Kingfish opening.
Jim Messina
A great theater. Can't wait for the show!
Petrina Brennan
Always a great venue to see a concert. Absolutely Awesome show.....ridiculous getting inside to park tho, but free #RobertPlant #AllisonKrauss #WMGK
#4FreeConnect3
Ron Frierson
At the Roots Picnic 1st day I lost
my mini binoculars on the lawn with about 20,000 people watching concerts and doing what you do at a Roots Picnic. I came back the next day, checked the lost & found
and they actually had my glasses!!!
Some beautiful soul found them and turned them in !! Luv My City!!
Thanks 😊 who ever you are
Alexandra Fiorenza
Great venue. Beautiful view of the city. I paid for parking ahead of time not knowing what to expect, but could have parked just as close for free.
Titilola Lakeru
I love the "Movies at The Mann" performances and tonight was Toy Story with the fabulous Philadelphia Orchestra playing the score live. The acoustics at the Mann are excellent no matter where you are seated. The weather was perfect but you always want to check the forecast and dress accordingly since it is outdoors.
Alex Rupple
Great venue for an outdoor show. Not many bad seats in the lawn
Christlopher Brandimarte
Attended The Mann Center recently for Drexel University Graduation Ceremonies
Facility was warm & cozy, and the acoustics were very good during the commencement exercises.
Kara Martin
Fantastic experience! Great staff, free water station inside, great show! I'll definitely be back!
Lady Eagle
went to the UniverSOUL Circus had a great time. Concession is way too expensive.
Bolu Jackson
One of my favorite places in PA! Some amazing artistes at very affordable rates. Shout out to Philadelphia orchestra for their breathtaking performances.
Brittany Jones
Beautiful venue but vendors were not prepared for the crowd. They ran out of alot of food and beverage items prior to the show starting which blow my mind because the prices were insane
22.00 for a small adult beverage!
Greg Papazian
The best venue in Philadelphia for a concert! Great amenities and friendly staff
Adam Dyer
What a stunning venue in a great location in Fairmount Park. Put it on your list of places to see a concert (or movie sometimes).
david romine
This is a good venue to see music. You can get cheaper tickets by sitting on the lawn (bring a blanket). But it's hard to see the performance from that distance. If it's hot the real seats can be uncomfortable.
Will W
Went for a children's band event this week that opened for Ballet X. The space itself is great. the event was a bit disorganized and vendors were exceptionally high and the merchants were not very accommodating. Concessions were tasty though. I would go back just to see if the customer service experience changes
Ed Tomlinson
Bonnie Raitt was a FIVE-STAR act - however everything else was a 5* s--t show. Getting in was awful, we turned off I76 on Montgomery Ave at 6.05 pm - barely made it to our seats by 7.30pm. Made us park (in a "VIP" parking lot!) way up at the back off St.Georges. There was no soap in the men's washroom at the top of the hill, the "Craft" beer stall is no longer there, the selection of beer on offer was poor and the prices high, in large cans and no draft selection. We had aisle seats (DD 218-221) but there was a camera person just in front of us, blocking half our view. A kindly usher re-located us (THANKYOU). Getting out was a nightmare - took an hour to get from where we were parked to I76.
Garry Simmons
Memorial day with the Philly Pops. Great free show. Even a downpour didn't dampen the great atmosphere!
Mark Hinkel
We were there 1 week ago, facility was great, security worked well, it would just be nice to have the parents of young children pay more attention to them...try to interest the little ones so that they are entertained and quieter.
Rosie Dear
Brought my grandfather in law. Great wheel chair and disability assistance. Stuff was really helpful with parking and guidance to our seats.
Jeffrey Mullen
Outstanding venue with excellent views of the Philadelphia skyline. Friendly and helpful staff.
Burning
Amazing place for concerts, though super hot in the summer
Gerardo Talavera
Cool venue with multiple set ups. Would like to know why the Sky Line didn't allow for chairs. Maybe it was the artist's choice.
Matthew Davis
Wild hearts tour, skyline stage. Great show. Staff was friendly, nice spacious venue, incredible view of Philadelphia skyline
Andrew Glose
An amazing view, experience and a perfect summer picnic. Highly recommend if you're in the Philly area. Also, if you've seen the film before leave 30 mins early you'll thank me later
Matt Sullivan
First experience at the Mann was this week for the Tears for Fears show. Pretty awesome venue with the open air concept. Venue itself was clean and well maintained. Food and drink prices are on par with other venues. Parking felt a little chaotic and getting out of the parking areas was a slow process, but parking was free, so I'll take that tradeoff. For bonus, there is a really great view of the Philadelphia skyline from this location. Will definitely consider seeing shows here again.
V Jag
Really nice venue. Free parking. The best acoustics I have heard at a venue.
Erin Flaherty
Nice outdoor venue. Drinks and food are expensive and mediocre as to be expected. Bring an empty plastic bottle (clear) into the venue to refill inside
Rick S.
The Mann center has really turned into an amazing live music venue! Or it’s been a great venue and I never realized it....either way if there’s a performer playing the Mann that you’d like to see then don’t hesitate grab a ticket and go!
Tom Cordrey
Very cool venue, though it can be hard to see depending where you are on the lawn. Great view of Philly. I wish I could see more shows here.
Bret Faunce
Amazing. The best outdoor Venue in Philly
Zachary Nycz
We got to see Velvet Negroni and Tame Impala here, and it was our first time ever coming to the Mann Center. That being said, we had a small bit of trouble with the way things were organized. The parking was a bit confusing, but workers helped us find our way easily. Once we were inside we tried to find our friends who came in a different entrance, which we didn't know existed at first. Then we had to find our seats, which was probably the worst part. It was quite dark and the seats weren't marked very well, also the rows were pretty long so we had to walk past a good amount of people to get to our seats. All that being said it was still a beautifil venue with very helpful workers and the show was amazing. I would definitely see more shows here in the future.
Che Sa sa
Awesome staff and great atmosphere!! Nice and open space !! One day i hope to perform there.
Kyle Kate Dudley
This is a beautiful venue; not a bad seat! Awesome sound too.
Ken Baum
Great venue for outdoor shows. If they could only fix exiting the parking lot.
Kathleen Cannon
First time there great venue. Will be returning. Such a beautiful setting!
Joe Kersch
This was really a great place to see a concert! Sound was good, and the whole place is clean and pretty well organized. Parking is in fields, but it was plentiful and easily located next to the venue. I will definitely be back.
Kevin Crawford
My favorite venue in Philadelphia. Wonderful outdoor atmosphere and a stunning view of the city. I always look forward to attending events here. Always think ahead and decide if weather is a factor of your choice of lawn seats versus pavillion seats!
Shirley Gottshall
The Mann is a clean beautiful arena to catch a show. The staff are super friendly bathrooms were incredibly clean food delicious and they offer comfortable seating with a good view from anywhere. Enjoyed my night immensely
Todd F
We had a great time. Was there 5 years ago for a concert, but this time it was extra special. My son graduated from College and they had the place in beautiful condition and the staff was extremely nice. Photos to be added.
Brian O'Gara
Forgot how great a concert venue this place it,easy in and easy out ,even the people directing traffic were very friendly. Great views and it sounded great. Take the time to hike to the top and take pics of the city .
John Baum
My favorite outdoor venue. Great staff and parking is free!
Keegan Orr
Wonderful venue for music. Unmatched views of the city, great atmosphere, plenty of space. I love the Mann!
Tessa j
We attended Le Fete(foobooz) outdoor picnic under the tents. It was an absolutly wonderful experience. It was not overly crowded. The entire coordinating staff event planners, wait staff and entertainment were exceptional. The appetizers,5 course entrees each paired with a specialty cocktail, wine and beer and deserts were delicious! Lets not forget the evening weather just happened to behave!
Ashish Patel
Great venue. Should bring better talent and use the amphitheater. In sound quality this rivals Red Rock, but can improve ambience and talent
Michael Israel
Always an enjoyable experience. Excellent acoustics. Need to have better traffic control from private and Philly police to move things along smoothly
Gabriel Bey
Very fun experience 😄 will Do the Philly Drive in again. Thank you Eventbrite T-Mobile and M&T Bank for making this possible …
Colin Bosler
What a neat venue! My first trip here and I was really impressed by the layout and nice aesthetic look. There's marble statues, plenty of grass and open air and multiple seating options. Parking was free which is great but getting out of the venue after the show was very time consuming. I don't think the roads have been adjusted to compensate for the high volume of cars.
Nichelle M.
Attended The Roots Picnic 2022, it was an absolute blast!! The only issue I had was the sound system for stage 2 where all of the main performers were, it was horrible 😫. There were numerous sound checks, and at one point it was said that the bass needed to be turned down. Luckily though, I was close enough to hear some of the performers clearly and that made up for it. Will definitely be returning next year. Imo not a place for children, because the outfits were questionable 🤔 😂, people had small children, like infants and toddlers there, use your own judgement in that area, ijs. But other than that, bring a big blanket, find a spot in the shade, sip your drink and enjoy the show!!
T Costello
A lot of people forget about the mann center with covid and live shows shut down for a long time. But over the last few years I have been seeing more and more quality lineups here. Definitely worth checking out the website.
Quentin nietz
This place was incredible. The view was stunning and the atmosphere was to die for. It is currently the best venue I've ever been to.
Jon Peters
Beautiful outdoor venue. Closer to stage there is a roof to cover crowd. Back of venue is open surrounded by trees very relaxing atmosphere.
L L (FoodieNomad)
Beautiful concert venue with an amazing view of the city sky line.
Keith Hollander, DDS
Live nation sucks. Limited the size if purses to 4x6. Then what? Throw away your too big purse. What if u took public transit. No bag stand to hold the bags during the show. "It on our website" such bs. Really took the edge off the $150 tickets. Never again
Deevs
Saw King Crimson there. Great show and a great night to see them. The Zappa Band opened for them.
Bryan Liesner
Beautiful outdoor venue! Decent concession stands for food and drink. Adult beverages too if you are so inclined. I've been here a few times, all seating has a nice view. Acoustics are great here, it was designed properly for music.
Francine Anjos
Great space. Concert there is amazing
Cait Long
Great outdoor theatre. There are stadium type seats and then also lawn seats. You can bring food and beverage in or they also sell. Lots of parking. Bathrooms.
kparso
Always a nice place to catch a performance with cool sunset views over the city and free parking for bonus points. Of course, weather can make a difference depending upon where you sit. Enjoy!
Ryan Mann
I love this place. Beautiful venue and views. However, I have to say, whoever is in charge of traffic management, shame on you. I went for a concert few weeks ago on a Friday. Everywhere you went were cones. Entrances were blocked with cones. Traffic ended being a mess. Cars were in different lanes, cars making K and U turns so they could try somewhere else. Just a ridiculous mess. We finally put the window down and asked a worker and they literally stated let me move the cones for you. We just don't want all the thru traffic.
first of all. stop. just stop. if that's the way you're going to handle it fine. BUT AT LEAST HAVE A WAY FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT and know to put the window down and tell them we are here for the concert.. the concert was to start in 40 minutes, the parking lot was nearly empty because NOONE KNEW HOW TO GET IN. Please fix that. Workers everywhere, Cones everywhere. No communication!
David Cunha
Great outdoor amphitheater for concerts!
Lynn Platow
Awesome show. Not a bad seat in the house.
Gabi Wojcik
Interesting parking situation, but the venue is absolutely beautiful and the acoustics were perfect! Loved seeing my Big Time Rush concert here :)
Patrick Anyanwu-Ebo
I watched the Dell West (Mann Center) being built as a preteen and have witnessed it morph into an extraordinary outside entertainment venue. All that it has now did not exist back then but over the years it has grown and stands apart from many other venues I have visited across the country as well as overseas.
Cory W. Johnson, CPA
The Roots Picnic was epic! I highly recommend this business.
Jeffrey Martinez
Wonderful evening with friends, listening to Jackson Browne!
Diane Evanosky
Had an Awesome night on 6/15/22 with Bonnie Raitt 🎸 …
Alex Borrello
Food was quite expensive but the venue itself was great. Would definitely see another show there.
leellen kimmel
Great time seeing Rebelution, kid friendly. Beautiful view!
Jared Huddleston
The BEST view of the skyline is from the top of the hill at the Mann Center. The TD Pavillion was built to be the summer home of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and this is one of the best places to go see a show in terms of sound quality. LOTS OF WALKING. THE ENTIRE PLACE IS ON A HILL.
Sara Parente
The BEST venue in Philly to see live shows! It's absolutely gorgeous and easy to get to as well.
ShazFCS
Great Rise Against show! Sounded awesome, good setup, great sound, great scene! Highly recommend!
Jamie Aston
Killer spot for summer concerts with easy access to Philadelphia.
David Blye
Saw Bonnie Raitt at the Mann on 6-16. Weather was great...almost a bit too cool and windy. The Mann Center is a great place to see any live show. They have beer, cocktails, food and great viewing of the show no matter where you are sitting. Sound quality is typically good, but it is an outside venue and so it's not always perfect. Wish more people would get up out of their seats and dance these days. Everyone is like COVID zombies just staring mumbling and wiggling in their chairs instead of getting up and feeling the music. Trybthe Mann, you'll like it!!
unknown resistor
The venue is wonderful. The Mann has evolved from the days of Robin Hood Dell to a well run arena. The show last night ( "Wait wait don't tell me...") was totally worth going. The staff is well informed. They are also polite and courteous. The concessions are pricey, but I noticed that many people bought things. It was a good experience.
Pete Mason
The Mann Center is an excellent place to see a show. Biscuits crushed it!
Judy Jones
Great place for a show, clean bathrooms and great view of Philly skyline!
Rick Hurd
Staff was very friendly and professional. Facilities were very clean. Sound system excellent. And Jackson Browne put on a phenomenal concert.
Kim Bergendorff
Great venue for a show, wish I lived closer. Lawn seating available, can bring in food, not sure if you can bring booze in but it is available there
LM
This place is gorgeous. Well maintained, clean, and an all around great venue.
Xolotl Xolotl
The venue is beautifully located in Fairmount Park with stunning views of the Philly skyline. You can choose seating that is covered and close to the stage or relax in the outdoor areas which include a terrace area with seats or you can spread out a blanket on the Grassy viewing areas. Our event included a second stage on top of the hill and lots of food and beverage options, including food trucks and mini cocktail booths. Sounds system was excellent and parking was free and convenient.
Super fun and romantic evening outdoors. Great venue!
Rick Shirk
The Skyline Stage is very nice. Great sound.
Food and drink is quite pricey, but typical for a venue setting like this. Masks are required currently, but they certainly didn't seem to care at all about enforcing it. Same goes with their smoke free campus signs, nobody enforcing that sadly.
Mark Gray
The venue itself is great! Great sound and views of the stage. Great setting in a beautiful park with tons of history!
Getting inside is a challenge though. There is no signage of where to line up and instead just a huge meandering line of people. Without knowing, we ended up in the wrong line twice (once at the direction of a live nation employee).
David Burnett
Love this venue! Great outdoor lawn seating as well as bleacher seats. Nice food and drink options and the cleanest bathrooms you’ll ever visit!
David Ramil
Awesome concert venue. Acoustics are good and great variety of seating options.
Cj Pritt
This place was awesome... Lauren was our contact person and she knocked it out of the partk... The food and atmosphere was great
Ato Pi
Awesome location you're not always directly in sun during day performers.
A Kelley
Awesome night. Saw Diana Ross . She could do hours of just her greatest hits and still won't be halfway thru them all.
Tom
Great venue for a beautiful summer night, but only the front half of the seats are under cover and can be hard to move around if the music moves you. Upper Skyline stage has no seating and is a pretty big climb up a lot of steps, so bring the light folding chairs! Great view once you've made the climb.
Shelby Kennedy
Good things: the venue is beautiful and comfy and the bar and facilities looked nicer than average. Bad things: getting a Lyft was confusing because of the way the entrances were blocked, and there was a lot of echo in the sound. I could only understand about 60% of what was being said on stage while sitting in the balcony. Several folks left as I was leaving. But still, on a beautiful night with the right musical event, I think this place would be wonderful.
Christian Ryan
Might be the best venue in Philly. Unique environment for sure and the security is always reasonable at the Mann. I love this place a lot
Quintin Brooks
Went to my first show at the Mann. What an awesome venue! I had seats in the lower level. The seats and sound were great. When it got a bit hot I took a walk up to the lawn and watched from there. The sound and views were awesome there as well! The lot scene had a bit of a shady feel but nothing too crazy for Philly.
Mike Blankemeyer
Still one of best outdoor venues
Joseph Tell
The World is Not Enough by garbage was fantastic the weather made the evening magical people around me were friendly outgoing I had a free flavors Rita Water Ice and a soft pretzel excellent excellent the only thing that would be recommended would be an upgrade on the chairs they're a little old and uncomfortable more leg room is needed I can't wait to come to man music center again thank you for providing a wonderful venue
K B
Awesome bands and weather for Hall & oats and the Squeeze and more.
Ryan Downey
Beautiful venue to catch a concert. The hill has a nice view of the city if you go up to that part.
Jack Haigh
Beautiful venue with incredible sound!
Joni
I hadn't been to the Mann in a long time, but Robert Plant & Alisson Kraus were there! We opted for Rita's water ice on a hot Sunday night. It is credit card only now~~no cash. Place to tip, so I tipped 20%. I set my water ice down on a counter to the left and the female employee began yelling something about flies! I also can't remember the last time some stranger YELLED at me. Anyway, seats were fine. Moon was bright. We were all friends from 40-some years back.
Christopher Miller
Great outdoor venue. The parking was easy, the staff was awesome, and the drinks / food was good.
The Tribe
This is a great venue. There is plenty of seating in the amphitheater and the bathrooms were clean. It is also close to nature trails.
Patrick Moulds
I love the Philly skyline in the background. It’s a great outdoor venue. Parking isn’t bad. It took some time to leave, but it wasn’t terrible. The acoustics are what they are for an outdoor venue.
Gary Golub
Can be a challenge to get to with traffic and park roads. Comfortable seating but subject to the whims of the weather. Experience may vary greatly by the entertainment.
Spliffington TheThird
Great venue for outdoor music.
PS bring bug spray.
Kim Carter
Warm, friendly, laid back atmosphere. One of the best venues in Philly to see a show!
Wendy Griffith
Beautiful venue for concert..would be 5 stars but getting out was a little disorganized
Dan Madonna
Great open air venue and views of tge surrounding skyline but horribly long lines for anything and waited 30 minutes to order 2 things and waited another 30 minutes to get them since the expediter didnt have my order somehow, need more then 3 food trucks for the entire venue
Janet Sunderland
Had a wonderful time at the Mann Center.
The staff went above and beyond to help you out. Loved the lay out of the place.
We are definitely going back. Great place!
Tim Orenbuch
Beautiful venue for all types of performing arts, but most shows are music. Everything from Philly Pops - Allman Brothers - AJR - Philadelphia Orchestra doing live soundtrack for classic movies - Bonnie Raitt. The tickets that have a seat are under cover, but there is a big General Admission Lawn area for all shows. Season is April - October.
Marie (PurpleShark)
Great place to see a show. In fact, it is the only outdoor venue where I'm willing to see a show. The sound is perfect and every seat is a great view.
Sabathians Jones
The park was beautiful no trash there and we saw the musical center as well.
Andre Alexander
A lovely place and event. The concert area is shaded with fans. So that helps on hot days.
MindySue Fry
What an excellent place to see a show! Cocktails! Food! Great seating! Customer service is out of this world!
Charles A Seawright jr
The roots picnic was a blast even though I was working the event, there was light distraction from people but otherwise everything went smooth.
FRANK CUMELLO
Excellent place to see a show, not a bad seat in the house. Or you can sit out on the lawn and enjoy a picnic. 2022 season starts in April Season is almost over.
Joseph Riccardi
Actual place to see a concert. Me and my wife seen Josh Groban very nice show excellent facility
Robin Johns
Beautiful venue. Ample seating of varying choices. We were able to bring in a picnic and beverages for our particular show. There is also a special tent for dining. Reservations needed. Several food stands and alcohol to be be purchased. Look forward to returning.
Chris Capen
Besides the " Alcohol Enforcement " guy who has a terrible attitude and ruined an event that I paid $800, the rest of the staff and venue are great. If you are from out of state and want to drink alcohol, don't count on it. They have no idea what a Virgina DL looks like so they called it a fake. Great otherwise.
Carter
Always an awesome experience. Friendly staff, cool views, not expensive event tickets.
Eric Ness
Fun venue. Outdoor setting gives a unique experience compared to shows/concerts inside
Steph Williams
Awesome venue, gorgeous skyline views. Almost like a mini music festival with food trucks and vendors.
Yvette Gordon
In my entire life here in Philly I never saw the view from the Mann it is absolutely gorgeous! I so enjoyed the GOTV event it was good food & politics. Thanks Senator Hughes Happy Birthday & my favorite dream girl Sheryl Lee Ralph Hughes much ❤
Linda Marrero
We saw Star Wars; Return of the Jedi with the Philly Pops. We really enjoyed the whole experience. I am thankful we paid for premium parking.
Maria Cervantes Garcia
Visited during the 4th of Juky concert. It was well organized. Sufficient seating. Comfortable seating. Stage, sound, and lighting were great. Offered concessions. Only dislike was the parking, they mostly have grass parking. During/after a rainy day, the parking is muddy. It was difficult to avoid getting shoes muddy from the car to the venue. Other than that, the place is great.
Danyelle Hord
Amazing venue with a view of center city skyline, sun setting in the background. Highly recommend.
dmsweeney67
Was a wonderful experience. I haven't been there in 37 years! My daughter and I went to see the Philadelphia orchestra and the entire time there was so positive! The grounds were perfect, the staff was extremely helpful and nice ,and the sound and performance superb. My daughter and I will definitely return soon for another performance 🎭
Neisan Sabet
Event staff were very helpful and professional. They made the parking very easy and managed it perfectly. They quickly provided wheelchair and aid for those needed it.
Cheridy Bell
Great venue for a crowd. Expected it to be super hot but the air circulates well throughout. The stage is located well and most seats seem close. I highly recommend seeing a concert here. If using uber, plan to exit the compound first and expect to pay surge pricing.
Corbin Witmer
Beautiful venue where the lawn seats may actually be better than the real seats.
RobertLee Daughter
Universal Souuuuullll circus was amazing! We didn't have the best seats but we loved it. It was nice and warm cozy
TOM
Great place to see a concert on a beautiful June 11th night, led by: The National. Fantastic venue!
Stephanie Slapin
Fantastic, smaller venue for shows
Abraham Calvin
Great venue and awesome bands / line-ups. If you’re under the roof your seats should be great!
John Randazzo
Similar to PNC Arts center. OK sound, but view from outdoor seats in the rear is not good (bring binoculars) and youll6be looking a large projection screen for most/all of the show.
Patricia Cutrona (Patty Ann)
Incredible and convenient parking options. Inviting environment with a beautiful evening to top it all off. I'm not going to talk any stars for this but I just want to say that they could have had some security measures placed due to the nature of the crowd. I didn't think they expected it to be what it was
Marisa IDK
The best venue! Be aware that even if your show allows chairs/blankets they are strict about bag size current as of 8/20/21. No purses over 4x6 inches
Isis Rose
Lovely venue! Great views of the city! Staff is wonderful.
Jonathan Williams
Fantastic venue, sound is great, seating comfortable and easy to get around.
Michael Kaloudis
Visited Jack's Pumpkin Glow by the Mann and it was really cool.
J. Florre
Fantastic venue. Staff is always professional and friendly. Clean facilities with a good attention to detail.
Melanie Ernest
Beautiful venue! Every seat is excellent.
Tim Weik
Here to see Cake and Ben Folds tonight the breeze it quite nice on this hot day.
daria luchnikova
I Always have a blast when I come here! They have the NICSEST staff I've ever met! I've never felt so welcomed before.
david adler
Another great venue to see music. Free parking and great view of the Philadelphia Skyline.

Overall this is a nice place to see a concert. The acoustics are good, and most places have a nice view of the stage. If you are on the lawn, there are big screens showing the action.
A lot of strategy is needed if you're to have a good experience here. I'd recommend planning to arrive as soon as the gates open for whatever show you're seeing. That's usually 6pm for a 7:30 show. You will have an much easier time parking, getting concessions, and so on. By time the place fills up, it's a long wait to get anything to eat or drink. You can also spend a long time trying to park, as others have noted.
Their ushers and security need some better training in crowd management. At the show I attended, lots of people were frustrated by others stealing their seats or standing in aisles obstructing foot traffic. There wasn't really anyone around checking tickets, keeping aisles clear, etc.
The balcony area gets quite warm so I'd advise against sitting up there unless you like to baste.
M Ames
Great venue, very spacious sitting, great environment.
Michael DeMarino
Me and my buddy went to the Outlaw Music Festival on Sep. 11th and we had a great time! Before we got there we picked up some "Mama's Pizzaria" cheese steaks, (only 5 minutes down the road, Awesome!) and we chilled out in the parking area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the scary security as we entered the venue. Once we were inside, it was totally chill. I told my wife that when something pops up for us to see their, we have to go!
Nicole Rolo
The Mann has some really great performances. The lawn is lovely but be advised there are lots of steps to just about every seat.
Lizzie Beez
Excellent acoustics. Beautiful view from the hill. Really nice venue. Prices are wack though for food and beverages.
Danielle
I attended Welcome American! BEAUTIFUL performance by Cam Anthony and JYSD
Pam Bateman
Beautiful venue. Went to see Grease with Philly orchestra playing music. Staff friendly, helpful, and fun.
Scott Bemis
Saw Avett Brothers there, my first time there. Place is awesome. Will gladly go back to see another band. Great view of the stage, great acoustics, shorter lines for cocktails and restrooms that i've ever seen at a sold out show. Tailgaiting outside, we didn't know, next time we will.
5 stars because 10 isn't an option
Katie Lane
Beautiful facility, great concert! Parking was fine getting in but rough getting out. Plan to sit a while!
Everett Gillison
One of the first live concert we attended post pandemic- the Fourth of July Concert by the Philly Pops. Great time, fun Concert and the Mann Center was up to the task. Really helpful employees who welcomed the crowd and helped when needed. Looking forward to another event!
Jimmy Delancey
Willie Nelson n Brent I think 2011. Brent Cobb returns Thursday 7/14 . Its gonna be awesome. He doesn't disappoint.
Jessica Heady
I saw SugarLand here and it was the best time of my life! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rebecca Wilt
Beautiful venue with good acoustics. The lawn portion is quite far away from the stage, however, so if you want to be engaged in the concert, sit closer.
Just Febeh
Went to the Mann center for the Roots Picnic it was amazing and i hope the concert is held there again this year.
Killer McCormick
Great outside venue with great views as you listen to great music.
The views from the restaurant are the best...oh the food is good too.
Rodney Pratt
What a perfect venue for this type of show. NPR was great! Also parking was easy and got to see a great view of the skyline. Thank you Mann Center for hosting the event during challenging times 😷❤️ …
Alyssa Hedges
I have been here for multiple events and it is a pretty great venue all around. The only possible drawback is if you park too close and leave at the end, there's going to be a decent wait to get out of the parking lot. Other than that there is not a bad seat in the whole place. The way that the entire seating is placed into the side of the hill is so cool too! Not a bad place for any type of concert.
Derick J. Sager
Great venue! Nice upscale venue in center city. Lines for drinks and food were very short for such a packed show. Beautiful and classy theater type seating.
J Davis
What a fantastic venue. It even RAINED and no one left. Not a bad seat and the acoustics were great.
Lisa Richburg
The performances were great. The heat in the amphitheater was very uncomfortable before, during and after the performances. The concession area was better to get cooled off, with fans that blew water out and cold refreshments.
Christopher Day
We had a terrific experience at the Mann. They were smart enough to plan ahead for weather and moved the show from the Skyline stage to under the Pavilion. Staff were all very friendly and respectful. Certainly looking forward to more shows there.
Ritesh Shah
Great experience at the Mann!
Came here for a summer concert and it’s a perfect outdoor venue when the weather cooperates.
Located away from all the CC action, it’s a nice spot with open area to perch yourself on with a chair or blanket, and they also have a covered space with seating provided. The arena allows for BYOB so pack appropriately so you can imbibe while you enjoy the show!
I was there to see the Philadelphia Orchestra perform some of Broadways biggest hits accompanied by some great singing talent from Broadway! The singers and orchestra did an incredible job and the acoustics the arena provided were great for the show! I was seated in the covered space, which was nice since the humidity was THICK! It felt like it may rain the whole time, but the clouds held off for the evening. There are ceiling fans in the covered area which provided a nice respite from being sticky - circulating the air well and providing a comfortable environment to enjoy the show.
Plan ahead for street parking. It is tight, but it can be found! It’ll save you the $25 for parking on site LAWN parking - no thank you!
Outside of my orchestra experience, the center really can put on a show for any crowd. They play outdoor movies during the warmer months here (with live band playing the soundtrack of some great classics - like Star Wars and Harry Potter!) Also artists from Ashanti to Vampire Weekend all have upcoming shows at the center.
A great open space to entertain many a crowd! Looking forward for my next trip back here!

I love this place. Always a good time. Easy in, easy out. Free parking.
B. C.
Great venue! Extremely clean and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful!
It is the only place around where the staff approaches customers to see if they need anything. An experience you can't find anywhere else!
Simone Collins
Great outdoor venue. Parking takes ages though; allot time accordingly.
Bill
This was the 1st time I went to the Mann and sat under cover. The acoustics was great and the outside seats are still well protected from rain.
Colonel Austin Collins (MAC)
Nice except surrounding areas. Be aware when leaving or going to events.
Thomas Doyle
Food and drinks are ridiculously priced, outside food would make the experience a little better. The food is overpriced bar fare, beer selection is terrible and too expensive.
Eliza Kuc
Mostly friendly staff, beautiful outdoor venue, ceiling fans were able to keep us cool on a humid mid May night.
Thejonnyt Experience
absolute best place to see a phish show the whole park is a party and inside crew is amazing
Rich Allen
Great atmosphere. Friendly crowd.
Highly recommend.
Lisa Matkowski
Beautiful venue
Steve Caceres
Mann Center was great — very spacious and security was tight. We were in town to check out The Roots Picnic
Tony Lewandowski
Great place for a concert with many stages.
Justin White
I've been taking trips there yearly since 2018. Was glad to be back after 2 year hiatus due to pandemic.
Carolyn Bates
We sat on the lawn. Wonderful sound and with the assistance of the screens placed strategically around the venue we saw the orchestra and the conductor. We could enjoy the breeze and our picnic dinner. I would definitely sit on the lawn again. The only drawback was the gazillion steps we climbed to get there.
Christy Leathers
Travelled from Texas, to attend the roots picnic. Great venue, would love to attend more events here.
E Ferrel
Skyline stage was cool, Hella stairs, friendly cool staff and I would go back. Because of Covid, masks are needed and only clear bags, wrist purses, 1 sealed bottle of water. Great venue, check policies Because of changing times with Covid.
Mike V
Love the place! My only complaint is that security/the ushers don't request that people sit down. So people who buy these expensive seats up front often can't see because people just stand the entire time. Last time I went (since everyone in front of me was standing the entire time), the seats in front of me had an extra person standing with them who hadn't paid for the seat.
Other than that the place is fantastic. It sounds great, if it's spring, summer, or a decent fall day then it's awesome. Food is great, they bring in food trucks. Have plenty of bathrooms. I've seen many regular concerts and symphonies, and I plan to see many more here.
Rich Inzana
Exceptionally clean venue, food trucks for food and consessions for drinks, more on the pricey side, but all venues are. Standing room only or bring a blanket to sit. Alot of stairs! But there are paths to avoid the stairs.
Jai William
Saw the UniverSoul circus. First time, it was a great show.
Brandon Chandler
Beautiful venue, bathrooms were very clean despite a large crowd.
Denise Smith
Awesome time singing praises to Jesus with
For King and Country, Lecrae, Cain, OM53,
Sorensen!!!
Lennon Turner
This is great facility. The amphitheater has ample amounts of seating and the sound systems and visual equipment are state of the art. I attend the 2019 Roots picnic there and they setup multiple stages. Very clean facilities and easy to move between sections of the park.
Wayne Tarapilli
Hadn't been to the Mann in years... We were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the staff.
Dana Foust
Pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of this music venue. Had an emergency and they let me go back out to my car twice unlike most places that do not allow re-entry. Drinks were pricey but the entire staff was incredible from the bar tenders to the bouncers. Outdoor pavilion type atmosphere with phenomenal views of the city skyline. Everyone in attendance seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Jay Kong
Awesome place, very safe. Great entertainment.
Thomas Mariano
Staff and venue are surprisingly excellent. Highly recommend this venue... it's the staff they are great.!
Jimmie Sanders
Always a great venue. Cordial and pleasant staff parking, Concessions etc. Parking, entering and leaving was easy. Altho, parking was $25.00!!!! But that's life in the Big City.
Didn't do formal dining this time. Not sure if it was available. Last time was two years ago. Was very disappointed with both quality and price.
However all in all, always a very enjoyable experience. Loved it. Only gave it four stars b/o the food. But that's really not that important. 5 Stars!
Jeani Cassidy Hober
One of my favorite places in Philly on a summer evening! Nice view, great acoustics (in my experience), friendly staff, expensive drinks... I love sitting on the lawn with friends.
Peter Hall
Great show tonight. But this venue has the worst, most lawless traffic in-flow I've ever experienced . Missed the show opener (who we wanted to see) while sitting in an endless slow procession waiting to pay the $25 parking gouge, for the right to park on a muddy stretch of grass .,. I could go on. The venue itself is great. Plan to arrive 3 hours early, I guess
John Verret
Great place to see a show. The seats are not to close together, and it is easy to park and get into the venue. We had seats in the middle of the house which offered a good view of the stage.the box seats offer individual seats, if that is your thing, and there is also a pit area.
Karen Pflug-felder
Great programs! Parking identify but leaving the venue is crazy!
Cherry Shen
We had a blast at the Fourth of July orchestra concert.
Julia Quay
Great show, but the experience was dampened by the outrageously unfair parking situation. Sat in traffic for over an hour within a quarter of a mile of the venue while staffers collected the $25/car parking fee. Not only did they cause a dangerous traffic back-up, but we missed part of the show we paid good money to see. It would be one thing if we were running late or even without ample time to spare. We planned to be seated for an hour before the show and were still late because of this mind-blowing inefficient money grab. Shame on you, Mann Center!
lisa m
I love this venue. Parking was free on the grass for our event & was a short walk to get in. It was clearly marked & directed by staff. Leaving was a little chaotic as no one directed you back out, but with patience & courtesy from all drivers, it wasn't too bad. It was packed seating on the lawn but still enough room for everybody. Restrooms are conveniently located up & down. They had a water bar which I loved because I drink a lot of water & bags buying expensive bottled water. You could fill your own bottle or they provided cups all night long. Staff was great about restocking & keeping things tidy. It was a nice friendly crowd. Great view of Philly skyline.
Mike Gecht (SanibelMike)
Perfect venue for a spring and summer outdoor concert. Acoustics are wonderful and state of the art. My only issue is the lack of a paved parking lot given the $20.00 fee. Additionally, they need to upgrade their restrooms and wipe down the seats.
Benjamin Reynolds
The most beautiful venue in the Philly area, hands down. Plenty of room to walk around, great food trucks for big shows, and a spectacular view of the city.
kevin kessler
Great venue and staff! Perfection!
Todd Pavela
Dangerously steep stairs. Not ADA accessible.
Kylie S.
Went here for a AJR concert. This was a nice place very clean. Didn't have much of an interaction with staff but overall nice place!
Edward Kunitz
Absolutely love the set up of this particular venue and the sound is right there with wells Fargo which is enclosed!! Insane!
Diane Harris
The concert was great. We are still talking about it. My problem was the broken chairs we were assigned to. They were literally tilted and coming out of the cement. I have a spine injury and 2 other sisters are living with serious health conditions. Falling could be detrimental to us. Please replace all the seats as they are old and dangerous. I will say this, though, your staff was great. I give them 5 stars. The male usher directed us to much better seats just in time for Jill Scott to sing. I love her music and would love to see her solo in Philly. You always have great performers lined up. 😊
Noelle Florek
Happily, I went to two shows in September at the Mann. It t remains my favorite venue in the city. It's quaint, has great sound and the screens are good quality. It has an authentic good vibe... not a manufactured one like some other outdoor venues nearby.
Anthony Ordile
Amazing concert venue with pricey but good drink options. Even lawn seats are great because you can roam all around. Balcony was also a pretty solid time. Can't wait to go back.
Keith Newman
This is one of my favorite venues in the city! In the years I've been going, they have revamped the aesthetics, sound system, and landscape but kept the original feel of the open air setting.
The staff, many I can recognize for several decades, have been staples at the Mann. I'm looking forward to a concert I have there tonight and one next month. The E! Center or whatever they are calling it this week will never get the same feel to it
Tammie Kennedy
Fantastic concert and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful
Jay T
the Mann Center is a good place to see a show, there are two stages here one is standing room only and Outdoors one is under a bans shell covered. I Saw The Decemberists here recently and while the show was not my thing, the venue was nice. I also saw Sammy Hagar here and while the show was fantastic the venue was also very nice. They have a few food vendors around including ones that sell water ice and ice cream and of course beer and wine it's a great place to see a show. I also saw the XX here at the other stage which is general admission and standing room only. When they have those kinds of shows they have a food tent which is Big with seating. You will enjoy your show here. Please click 'like' if you like my reviews...
Heather Fox
This venue is fabulous. Been coming here since I was a kid. The lawn is great for the summer .movie series, they allow picnics and I think kids are free. It's always reasonably priced and I love coming here. Forget Camden, The Mann gives you the most gorgeous view of the Philly skyline.
William King
One of the great outdoor venues on the east coast. All seats in the first 3 sections are excellent. The grounds and concessions are great and the parking is easy. If you are coming from out of town, turn on your Google maps, since it's no where near any highways.
Tami N.
Awesome time seeing Blue October. More bathrooms would be nice though!
Michael Shaw
Great venue. Great sound. Enjoy the Crescendo with your concert. Great food.
Doug Harrell
Great venue to hear a musical concert like MC Hammer .
dave eagen
Very disappointed in the security staff. 1 they were smoking on the main concourse even after there were signs up on all the video boards about a smoke free campus. 2 we went to them twice about drunk obnoxious people sitting in wrong seats and they never did a thing about it. 3 one of the guards gave some guys sitting in front of us and a few seats to the right a Marijuana cape pen he found on the ground then brought the same guys a joint from his private stash. Yea guard 5254 we saw you.
Stacey Murphy
Spectacular venue for amazing open air show. All employees are smiling, helpful and happy. The bathrooms are very clean and are attended by employees at all times. Fantastic views of the Philly skyline. Superb traffic control making for amazingly easy emptying of a fully sold out event.
Maddi Maier
Only reason I gave it a four is because I had to sit far in the back barley being able to see anything. The audio was fantastic though.
Christine D
Awesome outdoor venue to see your favorite musician(s). Covered pavilion seating as well as lawn seating. Great food options with various and unique food trucks as well as standard fast food options. Sound is great. Never disappoints!
TJai Downs
Jasmine Sullivan and Jilly from Philly!! Amazing performance. We had seats on the lawn which a ways from the stage, but it did not detract from enjoyment of the show! They had big screens, and the sound system was cool. Drinks were unnecessarily high. I spent $22 on a vodka & cranberry cocktail😕 …
Jayson Cosgrove
Cool venue because you get to be outside during the show. The size of the venue makes it that you don't get a good view of the artist unless you get really close seats. Drink prices are outrageous. All things considered, it's decent but I wouldn't actively seek out shows here unless no other choice exists
Raichl Davenport
Acoustics are amazing from any angle. I was lucky enough to get a seat under the pavilion (even luckier that I won 4 tickets from free through their drawing). Staff was very polite and helpful. Can't wait for another show!
Hannah Miller
This place is beautiful. I saw the Harry Potter movie live Orchestra here with my family and we loved it! I recommend buying seats under the roof is you're buying them in advance. They cost more, but if it rains (which it did) you're literally covered! If you want to buy lawn tickets, see if it's possible buying them closer to the date of the event, so that you know the chances of it raining or not.
Rebecca L
The manager and staff were so awesome, nice and helpful! I attended the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra on August 2nd 2018 and it was splendid! I was expecting to be inside of a building instead of being under a dome tent like enclosure, though it was a nice first orchestra experience! Bathrooms we nice as well. I would come here again.
Regina
Went to see Ledisi… Great show!!! Staff is very friendly and easy parking.
Lori Roberts
Love this venue for the Roots Picnic, but chairs should be allowed. Everyone cannot stand or sit on the ground all day!
Matt Zelonka
Great venue great sound. Be safe and enjoy the night
Maureen LeStrange-Polsky
Great venue for shows. Sufficient concession stands - because you don't wait long for service you don't have to miss the show to get food/drinks. Same for bathrooms - clean and plentiful. Getting out of the parking lot was a smooth experience.
Megan S.
Went to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire with the he score played live by the outstanding Philadelphia Orchestra! They have other movie nights that are great for the whole family. I'm currently in a wheelchair and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I look forward to going again.
Matt Soslow
Great outdoor music venue. While only open during the summer / early fall months, they do offer a great variety of acts. There is usually traffic getting to the venue but parking is pretty close. Sound quality is also really good.
Gabba Polly
the most beautiful experience I've ever been at. I went to the Kingdom Hearts 3 Orchestra performance there. Although the weather was very muggy and it was raining, I had orchestra level seats right in the front.
The most beautiful experience was watching the concert being performed, and fireflies lighting up the entire room. An experience like no other, the best part of this Amphitheater.
Raymond Clark
Mann Center was absolutely incredible I take my nine-year-old son with me to participate in this amazing activity he was overjoyed having an orchestra play to the Black Panther movie was absolutely amazing it's an experience I'll never forget
Linnetta Simmons
Love the Orchestra and the inside seats....Also enjoyed the movie Grease and the music with the Orchestra!!
Krista Richards
I love the Mann Center. My husband and I frequent 3-4 concerts every season. The acoustics are wonderful. But there are a few things to be wary of!
#1) Parking is all on dirt and grass and it costs you an arm and a leg. Plan at least 30-45 minutes (sometimes longer) to exit. If it rains, you will be walking to your car in 5-6 inches of mud.
#2) Do not buy a gift card for the Mann Center! Redeeming it is very painful (instead of typing in a code to apply it online, you need to call and wait for someone to call you back, you are unable to purchase tickets for seats that you can see available through the online portal). When you finally connect with someone, they are still unable to tell you where your seats are, you just have to wait for the tickets to show up in the mail. And while this is hopefully a fluke, I recently received two sets of tickets for the same event and my credit card was charged twice... I'm still trying to get this sorted out. Just use the standard electronic portal, it's safer.
Elizabeth Zodda
From the Tchaikovsky spectacular to more modern performances, there's a lot to love here. I've often packed a picnic for myself and either enjoyed it on the lawn or on the picnic tables at the top of the hill before moving to my seats. Parking is seldom a problem if you arrive early, which I recommend if you want to picnic. I fully intend to take advantage of the Crescendo dining option as well some day. I can't wait to see it all after next year's renovations!
Costas Gav
Not able to see the performer, unless you have 1st row tickets. They should have more big screen TV'S especially on the upper side levels. Parking is chaotic, especially when you are leaving, no direction... Robert Plant was great..not the place so much though.
Tina Medkeff
Great venue and sound. One caveat, eat and drink before you go because prices for food and drinks are just ridiculous.
Robin Pollard
My daughter got a job there. So I haven't been to the Mann. They have shows, it's in the park, so there's parking. Great place to go
Shelly OBrien
Lawn seats are just wonderful. Will have to come again!
