This venue is just amazing! I saw Trixie and Katya on Tour in March 2022. The place is so beautiful inside. It may look like it’s and theatre but it’s well conserved on the inside. The lights and the attention to detail is incredible. The acoustic is great too! Awesome experience.

I was there, most recently for Hamilton, but have never been disappointed in the theater itself. The architecture is beautiful and the history has been very well preserved. My only complaint is the small seats, but again, they've maintained the history - seats included. I can't wait to support the theater again at the next show.

We went on a backstage tour of the Paramount Theatre. The volunteer hosts were super friendly, and you could tell how much they loved this theatre. The hosts explained subjects that I otherwise wouldn’t have appreciated, like how special the automated piano was back in its time.
So many parts of the building are still impressive today. However, if you look around, you’ll see details that are out of place – modern furniture, Pepsi machines, cords, and some decorative items that aren’t period appropriate. If the theatre gets the budget, I think it would be wonderful to update items like that so that everything visible fits with the period look of the building.

I've always loved the Paramount! The building itself is pretty old, BUT the only thing this fact does for the venue is add charm to it. There really aren't many drawbacks to the building being as old as it is, and I honestly prefer shows that perform here more than I do other venues. The sound and acoustics are still outstanding, the lighting displays are on point and creative, and the sophisticated opera house vibe immediately invokes a bit of excitement when you first walk in for a show.
As long as you're not expecting brand new comfortably spacious seats or other modernized experiences, you'll love this place! I included pics of the recent Tori Amos show to give an example of the awesome lighting effects, and the BEAUTIFUL architectural details on the ceiling.
(My seat was in literally the very last back row of the venue, for reference)

Such a glamorous ornate theater venue! Visit this historic, beautiful, and meticulously crafted building, and I guarantee you'll have a fabulous time. Love the decor and style of this space. Will be back for more shows and events at the Paramount in the near future!!

Historically humbling venue with an almost museum-like feel that's truly awe inspiring. Every comfortable seat has a clear view of the stage and the acoustics are incredible. Hands down the most beautiful venue in the state of WA. *Photos: Deep Purple, 2019*

Beautiful theater. All the details in lobby and theater itself are gorgeous!
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Won tickets through the Hamilton App and it does not allow to select wheelchair seating, but hey HAMILTON! From the wonderful Marc who mans the entrances who made sure my questions were answered and connected me to the right floor manager for help. The event was naturally sold out but because I could transfer an usher wheeled me in early (my wife was very thankful for that as it has it is down slopped) and then helped me to my seat and stashed my wheelchair. During intermission another usher checked on me and after the show got my chair for me. All the time making me feel like a friend. The only thing is the wheelchair bathrooms had no employee standing outside after show so lots of folks who either didn't know where regular rooms were (stairs to get to) or whatever were lined up to use it.

Paramount Theatre was a great place to see the musical Moulin Rouge. The seating was comfortable, the decor was nice done and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the line to get inside was clear across the street. Each time the line could move up, the staff had to ensure that cars didn't try to run people over as they crossed. Once inside, it was not clearly marked which doors to enter for my seat. The staff was very good at directing people where they needed to go, but it backed the line up significantly (each person had to ask a staff member which entrance to use, unless they had been there previously and was familiar with the set up). I will be attending a concert there next month, so maybe it will be more organized (I will do another review).

An absolutely beautiful and stunning venue! It adds so much ambiance to the show you’re seeing, and it adds to the experience! All seats have a good view and it has great sound as well!

This is a gorgeous theater. The interior is incredible. It's a great place to see musicals and also great for concerts (they take the chairs out of the floor for better viewing/dancing).
