See my Daughter Dance Group Performance their. Beautiful theaters staff was nice and considerate they had refreshments to purchase little pricey but it's a theater I enjoyed it a lot.

Very well located and cozy theater with comfortable seating and good acoustics. Nice and friendly staff. Small in-house shop for drinks and treats. We attended the performance of the Dance Company IT'S BEEN A WHILE DANCE performing The Haunted Forrest. A very entertaining and well design piece by Jackie Nuttall with an unexpected but great ending.

Very nice venue. If you snag a front row seat, the leg room is not great. They stock tasty treats at the concession, along with beer and wine cooler type drinks. Staff were all very nice and accommodating with questions we had.

This is a very nice venue. The acoustics are very good. It seems like a lot of effort is made to make sure no single seats are left empty when venue is sold out. My wife and I are wondering since this auditorium has rows of seatings like many venues- why can't the seats be numbered and sold that way?

Great facility... just very small. Many more people would have loved to view the performance my daughter's aerial studio presented, but no one could get tickets. On the bright side, there's not a bad seat!

Lovely venue. Theater is small enough that every seat would be lovely to watch a show. I filmed a show for JAKS theater company and had a wonderful experience with this place. Great location. Park was super easy just across the street. Beautiful theater and large stage. Love this place.

Great theater! I wish it had free parking but there is a very convenient pay lot right across the street was well as another to the east. There is also some street parking but you'll have to pay the meter (depending on the time).

Beautiful theater with lots of great seats. We sat in the balcony and it was wonderful. The snacks were way over priced, so sneak your own in. ;) We saw Dry Bar Comedy and the sound and lighting felt perfect!

We visited Plan B Theater (within the Rose Wagner) to see "The Cleanup Project". Great performance as usual. A bit weird, but thoroughly enjoyable. Sign up for an annual membership. Its pretty cheap, especially for what you get to see.

I've been performing here for a few years with my ballet studio and the stage is very nice, and the backstage area is spacious and very well put together. The only downside is that the audience area itself is very small.

We attended a performance of ring around the rose featuring ballet west. It was kid friendly and so fun! They had 6 performers and invited kids to the stage to learn some simple ballet moves. It was in the Leona Wagner black box which was small and a great setting! They finished with a mini nutcracker performance with amazing costumes and incredible dancing. We all had a great time!

The dancing was really good for the choreographic festival. The couples dance were very good. Only drawback was having to wear a mask for 90 minutes straight. I understand why but masks get uncomfortable after that long.

Great performance hall- went to see Fighter by Aeris and 90&9. I was in the upper balcony and it was still a great experience. Plenty of leg room- small snacks available- clean restrooms. I also loved the little touches- like how there is a rose shaped spotlight on the curtain before show and during intermission!

We went to see the aerial artists perform on silk cloths, dangling ropes and even bungee springs. Wow what a great performance!! Our granddaughter was one of the featured artists on the silk cords and I was truly amazed.. Strength and agility while pulling body weight both up and twirling sideways and sliding slowly or quickly down. I think of athletes young and fit but these were women in their 20s clear up to their 70s... My guy friends are all former athletes but none of them are as fit and certainly not as cute as this group of ten or more lady performers.. That venue at the black box theatre was ideal. Rose Wagner is a wonderful venue and many excellent dinner choices in the area. Parking is right across the street and affordable.. A Great Date with the wife, who was beaming !!

Friends of ours will rent space for performances and we really love the venue, but give 4 Stars based on the inability of the staff to be very friendly or helpful at all. Seating is OK, but there are no low lights or way to see if you need to get up during the performance, so have a flashlight or cell phone ready. Parking is improved.

This is a delightful medium size scale theater and events center. The Sundance film I saw last week packed the theater and the event went off without a hitch to the public eye. Quality screen, sound and comfortable seating. The center works very well for fundraising events, too.

A lovely little theatre. The seats are comfortable and even I, a short gal, could see the stage and screen. Good sound quality as well. Extra star for having ladies bathrooms with plenty of stalls.

And here we have an amazing place to go if you love to watch performing arts. The dancers are amazing and it looks and feels super professional. It's a terrific place to take your kids if you're looking for an outing.

I drive for a local senior center and we get access to special performances. This one was incredible. It reminded me of listening to abstract jazz. Very abstract!! Love going to these because of the actor/audience interaction.

Stunning theater, directly across the street from my residence. From ballet performances, to Utah Film Center Events, plays, musicals, symphonies, and awards ceremonies, I adore the fact that I can always hop across the street and see world class fine arts here. Plush, comfortable red seating and box seats make the main theater the premiere attraction. My favorite event is Beer and Ballet, by Ballet West, held in late summer.

I was here for a Utah film festival event and it was beyond amazing. The seating is wonderful, the staff is accommodating and the acoustics are phenomenal. I would definitely come back for another event or performance!

Nice, intimate and cozy theatre. I watched a movie here during the Sundance festival. The only thing that’s a bummer is that it has small restroom for women - there was always a LONG line. For a theatre that holds 500+ capacity, the facilities (restroom) should have been bigger.

Went for a Sundance film. Comfortable seats, well organized. Smooth experience. Parking available across the street, about 6 dollars for 8 hours. Be prepared to be asked for spare change as you walk to the theater.

The venue was clean and inviting. It felt small, but I can see how that could be a good thing for some people who want an intimate experience. A few of the automatic faucets weren't working, which is the only non-positive thing I can think of to add.

Went and saw MATILDA the musical. Super cute, was missing some key parts of the movie, and not a fan they used the word Stupid so much. Also condoning kids who read were the downfalls of this.

The place is beautiful and nicely laid out. I think the pricing was more than I was expecting so that left me a little bit disappointed. But it was very pretty inside very attractive and the activity that we were taking part in happened to be quite good. I think it was just a price on that through me.

My husband and I just attended 40 Years with Pat Bagley. It was great! It is a very quaint, little theater. It's very personal and there's not a bad seat in the house.

Very intimate theater and pretty good location. If you show up too close to performance, parking is a problem but there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood if you arrive early and want a quick munch.

Sweet intimate setting. The sound engineers struggled a bit, but they got it fixed quickly. The seating had ample leg room and the seats themselves were comfortable. Hidden gym in Salt lake City.

We went to see Octapella. It's a group of guys that sing acapella. It's a very good show and is family friendly. They have a lot of interaction with the audience and thus make the show inclusive. The auditorium that we sat in was small and this added to the interactive atmosphere.

But I was trying to have the microphone so I can say some few words but the lady was having the microphone she looked at me and walked away. The ushers where very professional and polite. The technical staff definitely knew what where are doing as well. There where no problems and every part of the experience was seamless and enjoyable, from beginning to end. If you have any doubts about the quality of this astablishment then I'm confident to that you can put those doubts to rest.

A beautiful venue, great space, clean interior. Used for everything from The Sundance Film Festival to performance art, music, and other multimedia art. Parking can be difficult. Arrive early or take a cab, or a ride-share.

Rose Wagner theater is the public's theater. A place of dance and drama. Beautiful theaters and practice rooms. This is where we go to support art and the arts. Many wonderful performances and shows. Highly recommended.

The space itself is quaint, cute and dare I say.... intimate. I have attended 2 events hosted by NPR there and enjoyed them both; movies with Q&A afterwards.

I love Rose Wagner. The seating is perfect, never interrupting the view and the acoustics are beautiful... probably my favorite performing ars center in Salt Lake.

I watched a Christmas concert here. The theater is beautiful. Its rather small, which makes every seat feel close to the stage. I was in the very back row but had a wonderful view. The balcony is designed to make it feel more personal. The most difficult part was finding a parking lot close by that wasn't already full. Christmas time in downtown Salt Lake makes for miserable parking.

The theater has lots of good seats, and some that are simply too close to the screen and too far to the side.

Was attending the theater to watch Sundance films - the upper balcony smelled like literal feces. It was so overpowering, and constant, that I had to breathe through my hands or my shirt. Even applied some lavender oil underneath my nose and that overpowered it! Ended up getting evacuated during Sundance because people were too weak to withstand the horror movie we were watching. Oh well - pretty venue, just fix that feces smell up on the balcony okay?
