I’ve seen this show twice, and BOTH times it was electrifying! The talent that this cast has is like no other. From the aerial performers to the contortionists, these amazing performers are crushing it night after night. I had tears from laughing so hard at all of the jokes, and especially the ad lib coming from “Mason Shiner” (Chuck Wicks). “Violet Shiner” has the voice of an angel, and she is the perfect offset to Mason. Their chemistry goes together like PB&J. I almost think you should see it twice to get the full effect. It’s kind of like watching a movie, you may not get something at first, but if you see it again it makes sense. Give this show a chance and see what the buzz is all about! This is a different kind of show that you may not anticipate, but you’ll leave with a smile on your face. Yes, it has adult jokes and maybe even some pole dancing, but Nashville has needed something like this! It’s all art and pure talent. Very thankful for Chuck’s vision and Nappy Taps for helping it all come to life!

We came down from Cincinnati to visit a local friend for a girls weekend and loved the show so much that we saw it twice in one weekend. The show is filled with jaw dropping talent and comedy so great that your face will hurt from laughing. I loved the cast interacting with the audience before and during the show. This show is a must see!

My husband and I were in Nashville for a hockey game and had plans to leave on Thursday morning but decided to stay and see this show, so happy we did. We arrived about an hour early and hung out in the groovy lil downstairs bar and met some really fun folks before we headed up to the show, to be honest I wasn’t expecting it to be much but it was very entertaining. I would highly recommend going and bring a group of friends and make sure you interact with the cast because they do very well at playing off your vide.

Such a cool evening! Top notch entertainment and something completely different than anything else you’ll get in Nashville. There was tons of audience participation, which made it even more fun. Plus, it’s in a beautifully renovated theatre.

Amazing show with tons of laughs! The venue is super welcoming with tons of character, and very friendly staff. The cast is extremely talented and left me in awe of their abilities. This show is unlike anything I have ever seen before. It is a cross between burlesque, comedy, musical, cirque and broadway. Truly amazing for anyone looking for something with a little variety and a laugh. I would definitely go again! Also, get the moonshine shots, they were delicious!

Wow - what a show!! Shiners was absolutely amazing and exactly what Nashville needed. As local, it’s great to see something so unique come to Downtown Nashville. It has everything - mind blowing acrobatics, singing, humor, and audience participation. My family and I had a fantastic time and will definitely return when out of town friends visit Nashville!

I am a huge Laura Osnes fan, (as she's been my favorite Broadway actress for a long time), and also have been a big fan of Chuck Wicks since he competed on Dancing with the Stars. What an awesome treat to see the two of them in a show together!! The show boasts a combination of Broadway quality songs, interactive comedy show, with jaw-dropping Cirque acts! The cast has great chemistry with each other, and all of them are also great with playing with the audience members. I truly have not seen anything like it and smiled the entire time. Highlights were hearing Osnes sing the show's anthem, Wicks' charming emcee skills, and a hilarious strong man act dealing with a love potion! So fun!!! I would love to see it again!

I have seen this show twice now! YES, it is that great! If you’re looking for a fun evening then look no more! This has it all, comedy, unbelievable acrobatics, a creative and fun lovin story line, and of course some great music! To get all of this normally, you would need to go to at least 2 different shows. The theater is small enough to make it feel cozy and personal. Which means there is not a bad seat in the house! Every act is unique and fun while being extremely entertaining! I absolutely loved every minute of it!!!

Shiners was such an awesome experience! The staff were so accommodating and even helped pull of an awesome surprise for my brothers birthday with a party of 40 prior to the show at The Twisted Wool. The drinks and small plates were all delicious! We then made our way up to the show where we got to enjoy amazing talent—vocals, comedy and cirque performances! They had the entire audience rolling throughout the night! I would highly recommend Shiners for a fun evening out in Nashville!!!

Never been much for Broadway type shows but this show was amazing!! Gives you everything you could want: comedy, acrobatics and so much more!!! Highly recommend visiting the Woolworth for this show plus for downtown Nashville cocktails were priced very reasonably!!

Of the beaten path that is Broadway in downtown Nashville past the Ryman is a little theatre with a BIG show! Welcome to the Shiner Family Reunion at the Woolworth Theatre! Chuck Wicks really "shines" as host Mason Shiner, introducing you to his family, some not Blood-related, and all of their "hidden" talents. That is one very flexible family! Wicks' improv skills keep the audience involved and make the show even more fun! Audience participation is encouraged, but not required. We had the pleasure of seeing two Broadway stars in the role of Violet, Mason's Sister. Yes, we have seen the show more than once. Laura Osnes and Rachel Potter both offered their own twist to the character along with stunning vocal performances. If you don't have a Backwoods sense of humor, and appreciate a little innuendo, this may not be the show for you. It is an 18 and over attraction. It will tickle all of your senses. Your eyes won't believe what you are seeing, your ears won't believe what you are hearing. The $5 shots of Moonshine taste and smell wonderful (And, according to Jo Fix-it, make the show that much better). The most pleasant smells come from the left side of the stage (Stage right). Just trust me on this one. Finally, this show will touch your heart. How can such a BIG show be in such an intimate setting. This Ohio gal has still not quite figured that out. I will tell you this. I have been to Nashville many times. I have done all the touristy things, the bar hopping, the museums, Zoo, etc. This is something new and adventurous! a true Nash-Vegas show to add to your trip. A truly unique experience that will sell out fast once the word gets out. Whether you sit with the rich people in the mezzanine or in the cheap seats on the floor, I assure you that your face will hurt by the end of the show from laughing so much.

My wife and I traveled to Nashville over the weekend from Charleston, SC. A good friend told us about the show & told us they had great food and drinks too. We arrived early enough to find out for ourselves. The theater has an awesome bar and lounge located one floor below the stage and main seating area. The bar tender was awesome. Super friendly and experienced. He led us through the menu and I finally decided on the lamb lollipops and charcuterie. The lamb was super juicy and full of flavor. My wife went with the cheese board. An assortment of 4 cheeses and crackers. She loved it! We both remarked on how much food came on each plate…This was easily enough food to share with a larger party. As the show approached, we took our seats in the balcony. The show was hilarious and nothing like we’ve seen before. I think that’s what made it so great, that it was nothing like we had seen before. I don’t want to give away any specifics…but it had us laughing the entire time! My hats off to the entire cast, thank you! This will be a memory we enjoy for a long time.

A great overall experience and show! This very much reminds me of a residency show in Las Vegas. We need more of these in Nashville so bravo for putting this together and finding such talent all the way around. My wife and I loved the comedy, many talents of all performers in all ways! The variety and how you changed gears all show was great! Definitely worth the price of admission!
