My child has attended camps and also loves seeing the professional shows here... he always asks if he can see them again! NCT is safety-minded and the teachers are caring. I love seeing his creativity sparked!

My son, 3.5, and I went to Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star. This is part of the Snuggery Theater for the very young. It was his first play, and it was wonderful. We both really enjoyed it. It was interactive and the actors were fantastic! The lobby had toys to entertain the kids while they waited for the play to start. We will definitely be going to more plays here.

Llama Llama Red Pajamas was a fun little play. The little ones were engaged and had a wonderful time. Only drawback is now the Llama Llama Red Pajamas song is stuck in my head.
Totally worthwhile.

Wow! Kids and I were very impressed with the sponge bob musical. Great singing, set design, acting, and casting. Overall production value was similar to Broadway rather than community theater. Very fun experience for kids and not overpriced. Free parking is amazing. I only wish they did not require masks as I believe this is an out dated policy.

We attended a school field trip and they did an amazing job of keeping the kids entertained throughout the show. They also did a great job keeping the kids organized during arrivals and dismissals. I can't wait to take my kids to another show again! The staff was very friendly, helpful, kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this as a great outing for families.

I’ve been bringing my kiddos for some years now to the NCT productions and camps. We have enjoyed every production, even the Snuggery series. They have never disappointed and the actors are very talented. They think of everything to keep the kids entertained even before the show begins. We saw the SpongeBob musical today and I am amazed every time. Still wishing they would do Pete the Cat because Covid ruined the showing of this production in 2020. Don’t hesitate to check them out if you’re wondering whether you should go to take your kids.

Took the kids to watch SpongeBob and we loved it. The facilities are beautiful. They even have craft stations for them before the show. Got lucky and found parking at the event.

Im not sure why it never occured to me that theater in a performance town could be good but I was genuinely blown away by the production and skill in todays performance. We saw the Spongebob musical and it was absolutely delightful. Looking forward to seeing more !

NCT is a first rate theater program. Their shows and camps are really fun and engaging. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

4 starts for the show and the interactive set up for Baby Shark.
I'm not giving 5 stars, and I feel like they deserve only 3 stars for the experience I had following the show.
The worker in charge of checking people in was courteous before the show, after--I made a purchase at their gift table and then sat in the lobby. I couldn't believe he asked me to leave because another show was starting and people would be arriving.
Okay...how am I in the way when this is literally and empty lobby except for me and my son?? I've never experienced this before at ANY theater. Do better. Talk to that guy about customer service.
Anyway, I left--offended and sat in my car looking for close breakfast options near by (that is what I was foing in the lobby until he asked me to leave) literally 20 minutes in the car and no show or people coming into the building at all.
I would just say to NCT, a lobby is made just for the purpose I was using it for. I was not loitering. I was a paying customer with a 2 year old in a stroller.

My kids loved the presentation of The Little Mermaid!! It was fabulous, and they accommodated our group very well

Went to see the little mermaid with my son's and some friends. It was wonderful! The actors and actresses did amazing in their parts. Everyone played their parts so well! We loved Ursula she was my favorite along with Sebastian! My boys were amazed at the two gentlemen who played the eels "Ursula's pets" they said that seeing them was the best part of the movie. I can not wait to take them back to see another show!

We loved the performance! It is difficult to find entertainment for our 1 1/2 year old, and this was perfect. The actresses were great, and they really get the kids involved and keep their interest. We will definitely go back any time we are in Tennessee.

Went to a production of twinkle twinkle Little Star in the snuggery. It was fantastic, they had toys to play with beforehand and flexible seating in the theatre. The rules were lax so we felt comfortable with our kids moving and whispering. Plus, they loved the play! The two actors were fantastic and the interactive portion was great for my little ones!

Our son is attending the Fall camp and it is very well done. We like to attend the presentations they give also - they out a lot of work into what their presentation and try to get the audience involved.

Return the sender was by far the best plays we have ever been too! It brought us to tears in love with the performance. This was our first time here at the Nashville Children't Theater hopefully will be back soon for another performance.

This show was absolutely fantastic. The actors were incredible. The singing and music was on point perfectly. I enjoyed this experience so much but there was one negative. The downfall was my almost 1 year old got accused of crying during the performance when she was actually singing, squealing, and clapping along. She wasn’t even making any noise when we were approached. We got told there was a comfort room, which I would have been happy to go to if she really was upset. I thought this was a children’s theatre, which means to me that all children would be accepted. I was so happy that she was enjoying it so much bc this was for her birthday and my other daughters birthday. This happened not even half way thru the show, so the rest of the show I was trying to make sure we weren’t bothering anyone, but I feel that this may be our last time at the theatre. This was our first experience here and I have taken them to many other shows, including tpac, multiple high school shoes, and our community theatre, and never have felt so unwelcomed in a place. Again I want to say that I loved the show itself but how this instance was handled I do not feel was professional.

Absolutely loved the show, The Little Mermaid. We took our daughter for her 4th birthday and she was mesmerized the entire time. The Q&A afterwards was fascinating and she liked learning how the boat moved along the stage. This was our "test" to see if our daughter could handle theater performances and now we know we will be back for many more shows! Thank you for a great memory!

I took my neices to see the Itsy Bitsy Spider. It was so good! Better than I expected. The actresses were so engaging and patient with the children. They kept all of their attention so well. Definitely a go-to for parents/caregivers with active kids.

Went on a school field trip. The staff was well organized and informative. The transition between the first showing and the second was incredibly smooth. The seating was comfortable, and even from the far side where we were sitting, the view of the performance was not lacking. Look forward to return trips.

Nashville Children's Theater has been a popular place as a field trip venue for the Schrader Lane Childcare Center classes for over 20 years. We love this place. The experiences provided for children each year are priceless. Never stop.😊

My family and I had an awesome experience at the Nashville Children's Theater today. This was my first time there and it won't be my last. Thank you for a wonderful venue to watch great plays that are kid friendly.

The play was excellent, as the plays have been since the 60's. The subject matter of "Secret Soldiers" is more suitable for middle school and higher.
Sonya Walker
My son who is 11 years old and I went to see the play Auntie Claus. The performance was amazing and my son really enjoyed it.
