I was part of a choir trip, competing in Nashville. I found the show that they performed to be exceptionally funny, crude humor and all. They think on their toes and respond to the audience in character well. The food was good, if a little under seasoned, but that’s a minor complaint. The only important complaint I have is WHO they choose to interact with. I suggest a “splash zone” or badges that mark you as fair game or not. Some members of my choir are not fond of being singled out do to anxiety responses. It’s not the actors’ fault, they didn’t know, but that’s why the badges are good. No need to question how the crowd will respond! Otherwise, we had a fantastic time here. Really, it was a great night and I highly suggest it!!
In addition, I would like to add that I am in a different choir trip than all the previous posts stating this place was awful. I have a feeling that they’re really trying to get their business going. They will likely improve the set up and all once they can afford to, but first they have to have customers!

My high school choir had a wonderful time at Jeanne’s. My kids loved riffing with the actors and jumping up to be a part of the action. The singing was great, counter tenor fairy god father singing the Habenera... what? How bizarrely funny. Some jokes were crude but nothing you wouldn’t see on dinnertime network television. Food was inoffensive, my half chicken was very well cooked, juicy white meat no crazy seasoning.
The staff/actors were very nice and they even had us sing for them. Maybe that little extra practice and good vibes helped us win first place the next day!

Walking into this dinner theatre with our choir, I was thinking that we would be wasting our time. Boy, was I wrong! The staff were very friendly and made the night memorable. Sure the food isn’t anything special but the show was hilarious. I don’t know how many times my friends and I cried out laughing from the scenes. The actors and actresses were emotionally enveloped into their characters which made for a spectacular show. I know if I were to come to Nashville again, I’d enjoy my night with my family or my friends here.

I came here on a school choir trip and this was not our original plan. Are original plan was fortunately cancelled. I was pleasantly suprised by how good the food was(contradicting most reviews). I loved the humor and found every thing enjoyable. The actors before the show were very kind, I even talked about football with one of them. I talked to belle about the review she left and how others people’s reviews made them feel. Fairy godfather said that last week a choir from Iowa had Coke’s and made an excuse to leave early because students were complaing witch isn’t already incredibly rude. I found one comment from a student who probably thought it would be funny or he actually feels this way about people. A person in the reviews (@ethyn chestnut) who made rude, and arrogant homophobic comment said about the actors. Just because you don’t like how someone lives doesn’t give you the right to be rude when they are trying make their living. Also, you didn’t even go there you heard from your “friends” you shouldn’t be friends with them if they try to slander people making an honest living.

My husband and I most always bring out of town company here. Miss Jeanne and her crew do an excellent job of entertaining us. We always have a great time. One of my very favorite songs that Miss Jeanne has sung over the years is "I'm Looking for Something in Red." So beautiful. The entertainment is clean and fun. The Gimmee Awards is my favorite show there! Hilarious!

Went to the show with a group of friends/neighbors. We had the best time. Laughed so hard I cried. Food was great and the actors were amazing singers. Thanks for a memorable evening!! Will definitely return.

There was so much energy in this performance. The actors were amazing and the show was very funny!! Lots of modern humor without cursing. Food was decent but it was worth it for this amazing show. Would go again!!

I've been up all night with such a heavy heart and I can't even begin to express the sadness I feel right now. I am one of the "horrible actors" at Miss Jeanne's who works 45 hours a week at my "real job" and looks forward to working a side job at Miss Jeanne's because it's the place where I get the opportunity to spread laughter and happiness unto others. I'm always kind, I'm always respectful, and I genuinely work hard to make our guests feel welcomed and loved. We don't pride ourselves in thinking we have the best scripts or the best singing voices...we strive to make people smile and to laugh and to have a wonderful time overall. Our slapstick comedy is silly and out of the norm and sometimes it's not always understood, but it is meant to be fun and a little "stupid". We are also an interactive theater which means we interact with and involve our audience members which means we "get in your face" and are "touchy" which is also communicated to our customers in advance of purchasing tickets. Of the 12 years I've worked at Miss Jeanne's, I don't ever recall experiencing such negative and mean reviews and being so bothered by them. The most confusing part of this all is that there was actual loud laughter coming from the audience throughout the entirety of the show. There were actual big smiles on people's faces throughout the entirety of the show. We were absolutely shocked and dumbfounded by the sudden departure of this group because not once did we ever feel a negative vibe present within the atmosphere. We were clueless because the reaction we were receiving was nothing as you describe in your reviews. Students were gushing with joy, expressing to me how much fun they had and was excited to take their picture with me and they weren't even allowed to take those pictures. Another student ran up to me after sneaking back in the theatre to hug my neck and thank me for a wonderful time. Others found me on Facebook and Instagram and sent me positive and uplifting personal messages expressing their happiness from seeing the show and their sadness for having to leave the show. I understand that maybe it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it was very clear that not everyone felt as negatively as these reviews reflect but unfortunately only the few unhappy students decided to leave a review. All we wanted was to make you smile and we treated you with kindness and respect but in return we were labeled as creeps, weird, horrible actors and several other mean comments were made. I'm genuinely overwhelmed with disapointment and I can't even begin to tell you how sorry I am that you felt this way and that you didn't enjoy your visit with us. I just wish there would have been some communication (because there was absolutely none at all) so that we could have had the opportunity to make things right and that the happiness and joy we felt could have been shared mutually.
I also screen shot every review we receive, both positive and negative. This documentation is not only used as a learning tool for the establishment but also for safety precautions as well. Im happy to see that our employee that was referenced to 3 times in 1 review as the "gay guy" is now known as a "worker".
