Great place to watch some live music! Lots of lawn space if you want to go that route. Plenty of places to get food while you're there, or lots of good nearby places as well. The sound system is pretty good, with a good speaker arc that hits all areas in the theatre space. Gets loud if you are in seats so brining some ear plugs would be a good idea if you have sensitive ears. A great view of the stage even from the top row of seats if you aren't sure where you want to buy tickets for!

Came here with my daughter on 5/14/22 for kiss concert. There is a rooftop on the lower levels as well as outdoor seating in the lawn section. The venue is a nice size, there was plenty of staff members to help you find your seat. I would recommend this venue.

First time here. We saw the Morgan wallen and hardy concert. It was easy going staff, and laid back which made it nice. Everything was smooth from parking to the entry of the actual theater. Drinks were alot but thats definitely expected for the venue. We were in the stadium, lawn seemed super packed. Glad we weren't there. Overall everything good!

Xfinity Theater is a great place for a show... if you have vip options for seating and parking. It's a well designed venue for live performances and the sound, sounds great. Bad stuff: concessions are insanely overpriced and leaving seating area is very congested once the show is over.
Michael Thibodeau
I wasn't even a Kiss fan, but my best friend convinced me 2 years ago to go to a show. After the concert was canceled two years in a row due to covid-19, we finally got a date. Mid May instead of late July. Anyways, I had a blast. I have a disability and was treated with utmost respect from the staff. Couldn't have been better. Just wish I knew the words to the less popular songs. Kiss fans are hardcore.

Our local shed. Commonly called the meadows. Have great seats near the soundboard. Overall the acoustics are wonderful. The waitstaff is always super friendly.

One of my favorite places for concerts!! I have enjoyed the General Admission simply standing, and also assigned seating. I think I would rather be comfortable than standing for hours. As for the concerts, they are always great, everything is very smooth, from parking, to entering! Very organized and clean venue. Just a great place to enjoy amazing music. It’s unbelievable how huge it is.
‼️important piece of information, NO bags, purses or cross body bags are allowed. I had to carry my keys, phone and id in my pocket. So prepare accordingly.

Wonderful Staff. Great food in catering. The house manager always takes good care of us when we're here thank you again. Chris Brown Production and Tour bus Leasing.....

Black Crows & Dirty Honey-
Had a great time. I was not on the lawn, everyone on the inside was very well behaved.
It was really, REALLY nice being able to see live music again. (I was about to crack)
Drink prices were totally UNREASONABLE!!
(But the description of water was hilarious) I would have liked to see more non-alcoholic beverages available.
$40 to park! Yikes!
We had no problems getting in there, admission lines were long but it didn't take too long to get inside.
Restrooms remained pretty clean throughout. I'm wondering if it was due to the fact that it was mostly an older crowd.

Top notch venue. I saw Dead and Company here most recently to a packed house. Everything was smooth I could see the stage from the lawn and boy do the acoustics sound great. This is one of the biggest amphitheaters in the country but sonically you would never know that as it sounds intimate despite the 30,000 capacity.

I loved it went to see a show here and we picked the garden area. You can bring your own chair or rent a chair for $10. But do know there is a great amount of stairs you have to walk up before you get to the open area. This should really be on their website for people that have a disability.

It was a great time at the Xfinity Theatre. The concert was Wu-Tang Clan, Nas and Busta Rhymes was a surprise entrance. What a crowd love it!!! Sad that Method Man wasn't there to support his Clan. Maybe next time..
Cathy Gallery
The handicap accessibility is awesome! There are plenty of stands to buy drinks and food. I was pleased to see a purse/phone/cup holder in the women's bathroom. That really says a lot for how this venue feels about women's safety. Round of applause!!!
Arthur Larm
Great concert! Venue staff overall very helpful and courteous. Concert-goers were friendly and good natured.
Venue is nice. Lawn area had many dirt patches unfortunately. Drinks are crazy priced, but as expected.
Lindsey Smith
Great venue, went twice in one week and both experiences were fantastic. Concession are over-priced, but that's to be expected. They usually have good food trucks inside the gates, but the description on the website doesn't match who's there. Only real downside is that both times I went there were people smoking.

I love going to concerts here besides the parking lot being outrageous its a great place to go for concert. You are able.to get free parking if your willing to walk.
Matt Brooks
I like going to this place. But you need more than 5 or 6 metal detectors. The line to get into the show on Sunday was foolish. The sound is decent but it's not quite as good as great woods in Mansfield. I've seen several shows here over the years and I'll be back again at some point
Paul Pancio
One of the best concerts I've been to in a long time. Willy Nelson was fantastic as was everyone else during Farm Aid.
Morgan DiBacco
I’ve been here to tailgate and go to concerts for years now. I typically always get lawn tickets but I splurged and bought seats for the first time for the Jonas brothers- my middle school favorites!!
John P
I've posted before but this is a great Venue for a concert except during the ones where there's more drunks than the staff can manage. But those are few and far between.
Mac Alward
I have been seeing shows at this venue since it was called the Meadows Music Theater. You can call it whatever you want but it will always be "The Meadows" to me. Always a great time had here.
Kara
The concert was fantastic and a great place to see a show, especially on the lawn. However there rules are very unclear as to what is and is not allowed in. Plan on having to pay to either check your bag, even small ones are get totally ripped off if you buy a clear bag.
Daniel Brinsmade (Danny B)
I saw nas Busta Rhymes and and wutang here last I went and it was an experience!
Peter Brytowski
Extremely good sound. And even the lawn is a preferable place to sit. The audio on the lawn is fantastic, and with three huge top quality LCD displays, you can always see the action.
And we loved the more open feel than regular seating.
Adam
We went to see Nas, Busta Rhymes and WU-TANG, we were in the section 200 row M and these seats were a bit pricey but well worth the price for the right performances and it was my 15 year old daughters first big concert so the cost of the seats was well worth it. Plenty of bathrooms and space to move around. We had a great time and the only issue I could say anything about was getting out of the parking area as they didn't have anyone directing traffic so it took over a hour to get out of the free parking area, but if ya want you can pay for parking before you get into the venues area and after a short walk you could get out quicker. If it's free it's for me.
Hasan Fogle
Nice theater. Has a good time seeing Wu, Nas, and Busta perform. Looking forward to going back.
jeff davidson
Good sound, vendors are good and prices are industry standard and a friendly staff. Place is outdated and getting out of the parking lot takes a while, so I recommend bringing enough to tailgate twice
B.j.
Decent outdoor/indoor venue. I've been to a lot of shows here. The sight line is good from everywhere but the bottom of the grass hill. The sound could definitely be better. Overall a good place to see a show.
Mandy
Huge venue! Stairs suck but did find out there's a bottom entrance and ended up getting great seats. Saw BSB John Mayer and I think the radio 104 big day off here
H.E. R.
Even the cheaper seats were good. I was in the 400 section. The lawn is pretty far so only good if you are ok watching the concert on the screens. Any paid seat inside is worth it. The acoustics all the way to the sides are off (mixed for those directly in front of stage)... So bring some earplugs so you can get rhythm and base no matter where you are seated. Beer was scary expensive. I was expecting $10-12 dollars but upon arrival was shocked at the $15-20 price tag on drinks. We stuck to the water fountain. I hate to be a cheapskate at a concert, but I could attend another concert for the price of two beers. Easy decision for me. Easy in and out... Not too long in traffic after the concert. I parked in lot before the theater thinking it would save time and money, but pretty sure parking at the venue would have been the same. I'll have to try next time and update my review.

Great views everywhere. Parking is a bit of a challenge for bigger events
Tom Melillo
Great sound even on the lawn for an outdoor venue. Easy to get to but tough to get out of the parking lot. Beers and food are pricier than most venues. Small water is 12 oz bottle for 5.00. Tip: bring an empty water bottle as they have plenty of free water fill stations. Chair rentals are 10.00, nice low beach style chairs with cupholders and you don't have to bring them back to the booth. You can bring your own chairs, they have to be the beach style or kinds that fold into their own carrier. If you are on the lawn sit halfway up so that you can see over the heads of those who have seats but are standing up (see photo), otherwise you'll have a hard time seeing the act on stage and will be watching a video screen all night. Too high up and you are at the roof level peering through.
Lauren Ostrofsky-Pepe
Nice venue! Can't see talent from the lawn area without the screens but overall it is a good venue. Prices for beverages are outrageous, even a bottle of water was $5 or $7. Good plus, you can bring in a sealed water bottle and there are free refill stations. For lawn seats you can bring beach chairs or a blanket to sit on. If you forget, at the concert we went to, they were selling blankets for $20.
Jimson Lima
Great outdoor venue. I like that there is plenty of shade and a lawn area for people who like to relax in the back. There is free parking on site which is very convenient. I wish there was more standing area instead of seating so people have more room to dance. The food and drink are also very expensive which is a big downer. I hope they bring in more shows in the coming years.
Seagulls On Fire
This is a fun place to go to see a concert! We got away with parking for free down the road, so maybe you’ll get lucky too! They have a lot of snack and drink stands throughout the venue, but be prepared to spend over $5 on a drink! The lawn section was very spacious, and they even let you bring in chairs and blankets.
LaVicke Quincy Jones
Got free tickets to attend a fencers here. Easy drive from the city. Parking was a nightmare since I had to park about a 15 walk from the theatre since the other lots filled up. Theater is a huge open air place which allows for a lot of people to pitch out in the grass. I had great seats closer to the stage. There were interesting eats and good drinks. Can’t complain!
T dubbs
For an outside venue this place is very nice. Theres booths set up outside with different snacks and lots of variety of drinks. There's also a spot inside with more vendors. The sound of the bands anywhere u are in the venue is good as well. Saw Tom Petty here back in the day and just recently went to a festival. Nice place
David Gyure
Theatre was very organized and handled the event exceptionally well. In this case there was a tornado warning that went into effect with large storms in the area after the show had started. They brought everyone inside the building until the storms past and restarted the show. The way they handled this was perfect. Sound and show were also great as expected but the overall handling of a crowd this size during a weather situation showed how well planned the event team was.
Tammy Griffin
It's really a great venue. Parking can be rough so get there early. I left the Jason Aldean show a few minutes before it ended to avoid the traffic getting out and it worked out fine. Overall the staff was very helpful and nice and rhe venue was clean and was updated compared to my last visit quite a few years ago. Plenty to eat and drink but be prepared for a hefty price tag.
Joe Loschiavo
Nice place to spend a summer evening at this amphitheater.
Mike Emmons
Good acoustics in the venue. Pavilion seats are ideal for inclement weather, but a fun time can still be had on the lawn. Shorter season due to New England weather. Could use updated screens.
Jana Ziolkowski
This is a really great venue to see a concert. There is ample free parking available at a very short walk. The only issue here is the outrageous prices on their food and drinks. Twenty dollars for a hot dog, fries and a soda is insaine... Plan on being stuck in the parking lot for about an hour when you're going to leave.
Matt West
My 8 year old daughter and I attended FarmAid yesterday. Considering the scale of the event and current labor issues, Xfinity did an awesome job. The venue was well run and their staff was professional, courteous and attentive. Concessions and bathrooms were plentiful. I've been to venues all over New England and this one is superior. Thank you to Xfinity Theatre Hartford and all of your wonderful employees.
Rachel Newman
Great venue. Be prepared to climb a hill if you're on the lawn. Sealed water bottles were allowed, it would be nice if the venue provided some water source to refill other than buying cans of water.
James Sanders III
This venue was awesome. I had a chance to see one of the best concerts on Friday. Wu-Tang and Nas along with Busta Rhymes!! I would go back in a heartbeat. Not a bad seat in the house.
Maria Pampillonia
Saw Dave Matthew band. Excellent show. The venue was great, being on the lawn you could see the band on stage and on the many screens up above. We did not have to wait in line to enter the venue and not at all Claustrophobic.
Dominique Torrence
Had great time. But the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Seriously
Jessica Hamilton
Parking was a bit confusing so we had to drive further away from the venue and luckily found free parking at a local business lot. I think because it was Sunday evening and all the businesses were closed is the only reason we were able to park there.
Besides that, we were able to get in pretty quickly. The venue had multiple vendors for snacks and drinks. We were able to access our seats with no issues. Bathrooms were clean and there were multiple bathrooms throughout tye venue.
Tiffany Schmidt
Section 600 is amazing. Good food. Expensive drinks. Good venue.
Mike
Very impressed how organized it was getting in showing proof of covid shot or neg test. You'll spend serious money on food, merch and alcohol. Knotfest was awesome!!!!!!
nunya bizness
Always a fun place to go. Very friendly staff. Had a blast.
Rebecca Z
Lovely staff and really great experience! Felt very safe... Which is hard to feel these days 😔 …
Vinnie Borzillo
Not as good as it once was. Food and drinks are ridiculous. Place is dirty and as I was sitting in my seat which was the first row after the pit, there were mice and rats running around my feet. Not cool.
David Ess
Venue ITSELF is great! Awesome acoustics, decent seating, but getting OUT of the place is a nightmare. Definitely worth paying extra for VIP parking.
Danno
They really need to streamline their entrance process, more access points definitely needed at this venue. Having to wait in line for an hour with a ticket just to get inside a venue is kind of ridiculous in this day and age, even with security protocols. Get it together. Hartford!
Matt D
Had the most amazing time at the xfinity theater for the Tom Petty concert on June 14th! So let's get to the point. I see negative reviews of people complaining about parking, driving and space. We planned and bought our tickets back in February. Paid a little extra but was so worth it because we bought VIP! We arrived at the theater at 5:30. We had VIP parking although we took an Uber that made it stress free and extremely convenient! We were allowed in 30 minutes before everyone else and had no line to wait or stand in. The VIP area was beautiful and clean. Our own personal bars, live music and able to sit down to be waited on. It was relaxing and ordered from a pretty decent menu. Plus they were providing fresh cigars if that's your thing. At our leisure, we decided to head to our box seats and comfortably and patiently wait for the show to start. We had our own comfortable seats with space and a nice little button to press for our server. She was great and extremely quick! 5 minutes before the show was over we ordered an Uber. Took a nice walk on such a pleasant, memorable night to meet our Uber driver a few blocks away and made our sweet ride back to our hotel. The entire evening and night was seamless. To the negative reviews.. You should probably plan. Leave early to get there early. You should expect the worst if you don't plan and show up late. If it's someone as big as Tom Petty you should know it's going to be chaos. Plan, spend a little extra and you'll have the time of your life. My picture will show us at the concert in our seats with practically nobody around. We had the time of our lives and zero stress! Thank you xfinity theater! Our experience was great!
Bonnie L
Nice large theater. A lot of options for snacks and drinks. Section 300 was amazingly close to the stage and all staff members were polite and helpful.
The floors were a bit sticky from spilled soda and snacks but no bugs!
Devin Delaney
Easily the best outdoor venue in the state, possibly the best large venue overall. It's always a phenomenal experience even back on the lawn, as the sound projection is ideal and the large screens give you a great closeup view of the action, with dynamic live camera angles. It's all the fun of the GA pit without the crowding! I've often had a better time here than I have at big venues in nearby states, like the House of Blues in Boston.
Ashiah James
This was my 1st time coming to this theater and I enjoyed myself it was a open doom so the breeze was blowing in and it was so cool with the warm sun that was outside my kids was there to watch the Encanto show on August 19, 2022 the food and drinks are pricy but they loved it our seats got upgraded from lawn seats to indoor and and even though the stage is small and the arena is not as big it was still beautiful. At night when you can sit in the arena and still watch the show and see the stars behind u it's beautiful I will recommend anyone to go to this theateryou will enjoy yourself. The show was good but could be better I wish they did live instead of letting us rewatch the hold movie and sing alone. But it was a sing along show. My kids didn't care it was the highlight of there last summer break.
Jamel Nounna
Sound was great, concert was great, a new at venue to see a concert.
Mike Catanzaro
First, parking was horrific. Unless you showed up for the 7pm show at noon, the traffic is awful. The unbelievable thing is, parking was free, but I would gladly have paid to not have to park a literal mile away in a parking garage and walk the sidewalk with overgrown bushes, trees, and littered with cans and Lime scooters people abandoned. There were drunk people running around puking and couples fighting after the concert. That's not the venue's issue. It was just a really chaotic scene all around.
Peter Jancik
Great concert venue, free 🆓 parking 🅿️👏🤘🎸👍 …
Blue
Went here for Warped Tour 18' awesome spot. Hope theres other big shows like this in the future. R.I.P. Warped Cross Country.
Donald “BuD” Grant
I enjoyed it overall with a few exceptions. Pros:
*Handicap accessible from parking to seating.
*Fairly large lawn space where lawn chairs are allowed and rented.
*You can bring in your own water and food. Food must be in a gallon ziplock. No coolers
*Projection cameras for the lawn, but with enough of an angle to it to be able to see the stage as well.
*Covered actual seated area for a price.
Cons:
PARKING. If I have a ticket I should be able to park at the venue and not have to walk over a four lane highway to get to the venue. Parking at the venue is available if you arrive about 2-4 hours early. You can also get VIP parking for a huge price. And private parking lots offer for a price as well. Cheapest I saw was $15. This is ridiculous IMHO. Not everyone that is unable to walk far has a handicap plate.
* $$$ I guess that is the biggest part of the music industry in the digital age. suck them dry at the show. Covered seating area tickets are more than double the cost of lawn seats or more. Rent a lawn chair. Buy anything. Park your car AT the actual venue. Sit in a covered area in case of rain..or close... or actually ON the stage for some shows... But it will cost you a bundle. Upgraded area is bountiful and lawn area is not.
*Security is lax on the lawn. Smoking is permitted. So is underage drunkenness apparently. I moved my blanket three times and still ended up having a sleeping drunk teenager who was previously wrestlefighting his friend right next to me AGAIN. CT people use hateful words too, regardless of who might be sitting right there.
*Unless this is a kid specific show, do not bring them. Too many drunk people doing stupid things ruin the fun for others. Kids would just be out of place and possibly hurt.
*Trash everywhere. Fries, beer cans, nachos all over the lawn. Gross people in CT.
Danie Yell
Had a great time at both concerts I've been to here in the last couple months.
Robert Papp
No bad seats and the lawn seating is perfect if you bring a chair or blanket. Also the house bottle wine is well worth it Dark Horse Chardonnay was amazing at $38 a bottle
Kyle Schwartz
Called beforehand and they said it'd be okay to have a camera so I bring my camera bag. Get to front of line and they say has to be a clear bag. I figure okay my bad, get to back of line and after 15 min I get to front and they say no detachable lenses.... Okay. I go through a third time after being in line 20 plus minutes with just my camera and a single lens on it, I'm let through. Then I go through second security area and they say no professional cameras. It's literally a canon with one lens on it. Why say you can bring a camera if you can't. They at least let me in and out through a special door so I wouldn't have to go back online but the lady was pretty rude about the whole thing. Pretty frustrating.
dale engler
Great place to see a show ! Inside seats are quite comfortable & the lawn seems to be tiered steep enough for viewing the show as well . The amenities / vendors look very good , especially the outside ones . My only negative would be the main parking lot . Very city like with no greenery like the PNC Arts Center for example .
Eric Tucker
It was great to see it back open, at full capacity and people enjoying live music again. Great venue great show
Drew Nye
concert was good for lil baby and chris brown but seeing people blackout and have to be brought out in wheel chairs is a bit insane…. (what should i expect ik ) also have no elbow room so if small spaces freak you out this may not be your place.
josh e
Awesome venue. One of the biggest amphitheaters in the country. Been going here for 15 years. Seeing a concert at any other venue seems insufficient compared to here
JAY REALZ
Awesome venue outside seats are big and enough space for those around you you can hear the artist clearly
Victoria Rivera
First time there and I have to say has a great lawn to watch the shows from they have indoor seating as well and different food options free parking for events also
kelly williams
This venue is really nice. I thoroughly enjoyed myself at the XFinity Theatre! My girls & I were chillin'... we had a good time, while watching the Wild n Out show, we enjoyed some gorgeous weather on top of this hill carpeted with lush green grass. Everyone working there was very friendly and professional. The parking attendants were very polite......all of them. Several of them even took the time after I parked the car, to tell us if our lawn chairs & blankets we brought along were the acceptable size👌🏾for inside the theatre.... basically saving you a dejected walk back to your vehicle to put away any unacceptable items beside they were not allowed inside.
Inside the venue it was the same.. friendly attendants who were eager for you to have a good time and be safe.
Ok, Ok... you already know... so yeah the food & drink prices were absolutely nutso!!!....absolutely nuts!....but you know.... you go out with your peeps knowing that ahead of time. Also I purchased my tickets for this show off of Groupon so I saved a few coins there.... when you go, just enjoy yourself knowing you have money on your card to spend cuz they don't take cash anywhere in there.
Kate Reynolds
I love this venue. I've been several times over the years and it was great to get back. They've made some upgrades to the lawn seating, added more food and drink stands. I usually get seats at the back of the Pavillion so I can walk around the lawn if the weather is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of bathrooms so short lines are the norm. The food is decent. I highly recommend this venue for concerts.
Kraig DeMatteis
Outdoor amphitheater with sweeping lawn seating in the back. Outdoor arenas don't have the sound fidelity of indoor theaters, but that's the sacrifice you're willing to make. Nice views of the stage, great TVs to show the action if you're too far or on the lawn, and KISS had a laser-sharp screen behind them for their show (I'm also amazed they didn't burn the place down). Multiple concessions stands around; water is Liquid Death cans, so kids can feel like their parents drinking a tall can. If you have mobility issues, it's a lot of walking around, but ramps and stairs. I was concerned with the light rain that people would slip on the tilted paved ground. But, everyone survived.
Parking lots are confusing, getting out is tough, but worth the extra $$ to tailgate in an upgraded lot. Port-a-potties are your primary restrooms in and outside of the theater, so prepare if you're squeamish.
Annie Fleck
Was there to see Green Day, had lawn seats but that wasn't a bad choice at all despite the light rain that started halfway through, vendors were curtious. The big screens of the stage area were wonderful additions to help all us on the lawn really enjoy it as if we were front row.
aaron
Nice venue to see your favorite band, but $15 beers and $5 pretzels are just a bit too pricy!
Tiffany Remy
Always a great time here! BSB were AMAZING!! Great drink selection, getting pretty pricey though.. $22 for a regular sized mixed drink is a little ridiculous..
Dan Hall
Everything was pretty smooth no problems bathrooms weren't bad and the line to get beer wasn't bad either:-)
K Hispanski
One of the best venues I've been to for a show. Not a bad seat in the house including the lawn! Reasonable prices all around as well.
Kyle Caruso
Prices are high but always expect that, been here about 35 times. Most of the time shows are always great. Can't really complain unless you have to park down by citgo, you will be there atleast an hour after the show.
Stephen S
Awesome place to see a concert. I especially like the lawn seats...very inexpensive, makes a lot of concerts more accessible. Only problem is that parking can get pretty tricky. There are a decent amount of parking lots, but some of them aren't particularly close. Just be prepared to walk a decent distance from car to venue.
Meghan
Great Experience with my teenage son seeing a show. However, the acoustics do not compare to that of the newer Hartford Healthcare Ampitheatre. Also, I am quite baffled as to why they do not wrist band those over 21. They will serve a 21 year old two beverages, then the 21 year old can walk away and hand their under age friend a drink with alcohol officers having no awareness.
Over all the facility is clean, well managed, and brings great talent to Connecticut.
Bonnie surdam
I have attended quite a few concerts at this venue and would normally give a five star but this last concert was chaotic. Three different check points before you even got in and you were herded like cattle. I was only person wearing mask as far as I could see. Hopefully nobody was sick. On a positive note though the place was clean and sanitizer was everywhere.
Matt M
Nice outdoor venue. Had GA (lawn seats) for Farm Aid 2021. Parking was super easy in/out. Easy to navigate. Staff was helpful and plentiful. Could have had more frequent cleaning / sanitizing of port o potties. Lawn seating was generous. Let us bring camp chairs/towels. This venue did require proof of Covid vaccine or neg. test 48 hrs before entry.
Mark A. Bibbins
Clean, spacious, parking is good but too expensive $40.
Also, the food is expensive.
Heidi Dion
Love the setup here. You can't have bad 'seats'. The way the hill goes up, anywhere you stand you can look down and see the band and watch on one of the huge screens. They claim free parking, but it's a mile away from the venue, so plan on spending 30 dollars, and not only are you close, but you can stay until after encore, and still not get stuck in any traffic at all.
Eliel Mamousette
This is an open air theater with a covered seating section. The acoustics were great. Seats provide ample legroom for the tall.
Katy Mitchell
Theatre is pretty big. Has the lawn which is outside tickets for cheap and regular seats for good prices. Has tons of options for food when you first walk in and drink/snack stands on the lawn. Only problem is the prices of the drinks and food.
Karen Gilbert
Wanted to give a shout-out to Tony at Xfinity Theatre - we had pit tickets, my husband was feeling claustrophobic and asked for another area to sit and he accommodated us with seats.
Thank you! Jason Aldean was great and our experience at the venue was awesome.
D'Andre Winder
Went to see WuTang concert. They need an upgrade for the sound system for the lawn seats. The video wall on the right needs to be replaced. I still had a blast despite of the AV challenges.
Karen Reis
Went to see KISS on May 14th. It was a great concert. They don't allow blankets or chairs for lawn seating but they do rent them. If you go to see a concert there just look up the guidelines first
Corey Oakes
Great venue, expensive drinks tho… lawn in decent shape. Stairs need to be redone
Joe Piskala (LST)
Caught Willie Nelson playing, and Phil Lesh ( the Grateful Dead ) was even there too earlier today !!!
Jack Rucigay
I want to give a huge thank you to the security at Xfinity Theater (specificallythe 2 awesome people working the floor, stage left from Mansfield). They went above and beyond to help me. I am on crutches, and they went way out of their way to assist me and help store one of my crutches before the show. I give you my sincerest thank you, I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help those in need :)
Katherine R
Parking attendants turning people away when they were tons of parking spaces left in the parking lot.
Keith Liebman
DMB was awesome!!! 12 years since my last show and they are just as rockin as they were in the 90's!! The Theatre has had upgrades as well and it was all around a awesome time!!
Dead Doll In Wonderland
Great venue and sound but PLEASE revert to previous bag policy and improve bag checks. I went to a show with a small crossbody only to be forced to check it for 5 bucks. While others brought in bags bigger than mine that weren’t clear. Yet they allow you to bring a lawn chair in a big bag. If you guys can allow that, you can allow different bags.
Derek Scott
Awesome place. Loud enough the way a concert should be. Plenty of food. Plenty of beer although at 15 bucks with tax and tip it's expensive. I'd definately go ba k though
Luis Ferreira
Nice venue however parking is a long walk from the arena. They were not allowing any purses or bags so despite my wife having a tiny purse she was still not allowed to go in. Had to walk all the way back to the car which was a big pain. Food and drinks are very overpriced. Guess its to be expected but will always lose a star in my book
David J Niedzwiecki Sr
First 3 lower sections are the place to be to see the stage. Lynyrd Skynyrd was Awesome.....
Caleb Thermer
Thanks xfinity for a safe, fun summer concert experience! My significant other and I were able to enjoy 2 shows this season and we had a blast. Everything was clean, and sanitized and never had a problem with concessions or bathroom lines! We will be back next year for more rock🤘🤙 …

As a diabetic they gave me no issues about needing to have a bag of my supplies on me. I stepped aside at security check and within 2 minutes was on my way. Like everything else...any food or drink is outrageously exspensive, but their staff was all wonderful, fun and in a good mood after dealing with a bunch of metal heads! Bathrooms stayed acceptable and even the portapotties weren't completely gross! One of the best places to see a live show in CT!
Ian
Great place to watch a show. Skip the lawn, get a seat. Hartford doesn't make it easy to get in so be ready to walk
Cathy White
Just went to a show. Parking was no problem, getting inside no problem, the staff that helped use were great! The problem was there was only water or soda. What about people that don’t want alcohol, not everybody drinks booze. It’s summer time what about lemonade or ice tea. 16.00 dollars for a cocktail! Crazy! Asking for a tip after paying 16.00 for a drink, I feel bad for the servers, who can leave a tip at those prices.
Joseph Ball
The wu tang show was amazing. Fantastic venue. I would recommend seats, as the lawn can get crowded.
Eric Cleveland
Sound was very good! Guess they have trouble with their monitor's the pictures had a lot of broken up pixel squares .
William Miles
Great venue's always & even greater staff
Sebastian Fortuna
Always a great concert venue. Leaving the parking lot after can be a hassle. Otherwise, it's a great venue.
Kimberly Rossi
I was disappointed tonight - there seemed to be alot of underage individuals drinking. Also one of the jumbo screens in the 800 section was not working. When I asked I was told that it hasn't been working well all season....
HomeSlice312
Oh my god, I just went to the imagine dragons concert and wow! They were amazing and the seating was great. I would 100 percent recommend this stadium
Kristofer Gilman
Not a bad seat in the house. Ridiculous rules though, your wife can't bring a small purse in but you can bring in folding chairs, blankets, food/water, etc in a larger bag.
Cheyenne Olson
Over all this venue is a very nice venue and we enjoyed our concert experience! Well worth driving 3 hours for. The lawn seat section is on a good slant making it very easy for everyone to see. The staff was all very friendly. I felt safe at this venue. Although food options were minimal once you were up in the lawn seat section, you did have the option to walk back down to all the vendors where there was more food options available. I personally felt the food and alcohol prices were standard for any large venue. My only reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 was the lack of organization with the parking lot while leaving. They have a lot of different roads blocked off for the exit traffic from the concert. Unfortunately most of the roads are the way our GPS were trying to take us on and it took us a while to redirect. Just be aware the waiting time after the event is a little long. We didn't even bother trying to leave the parking lot for at least 40 minutes.
Karen Saylor
Great venue !!! Sound was terrific!!! Dead and Co put on a wonderful show there !!! Clean and neat stadium as well !!! Getting in to park is horrendous!!!!! If you don’t have to drive take an Uber !!!
Sean Chenery
No bad seats. Lots of food and drink options. Free parking only took 5 min to get out of and back on the highway 👍 …
Lonnie Edmond
Well run and organized. Only complaint would be ridiculous vendor pricing and inadequate parking. If it had rained, parking would be disastrous. Take a lesson on pricing from Mercedes Benz stadium in ATL.
Meg Powers
Went to slipknot knotfest last Saturday. Concert goers were required to have a vaccine card or negative covid test, that way me and my loved ones could enjoy the show without worrying so much. I've been to many events here and this is probably my favorite venue.
Stephen Schuler
Great venue, lots to do besides the show. Concessions are really good also.
Ivan Borja
Pretty cool venue, lawn seats pretty far away, otherwise all other seats have decent views. If you are willing to walk about .75 miles parking is free. It is not too far off of exit 50 on (84) making it easy off easy on for return trip. Crowd was well behaved.
Mike Lapite
Went to see Luke Bryan a couple weeks ago. He put on a great show. Dealing with the rest of the experience was a challenge.
Tony Nave
Show was great but watching screens from the lawn seats was no different than watching at home. Good experience though just not my first choice. Trying pit seats next time.
bryan golba
The venue is ok, nice. But there was a big issue inside. They don't accept cash. Only dept cards. I don't have a debit card, so I couldn't even get a water. So the night sucked.
charles maxey
Pricey drinks and food but, the concert itself makes up for it!
Jay Kenney
I really like this place. I want to give it more stars. But getting in and out is such a disaster. Especially if you ride share. It could be better organized. With that being said, it's a fine venue. Pretty large too. Lawn area is even massive.
Dan Que
First time there saw Alice In Chains and Korn! Incredible show! Nice sounding ampetheater. They handle the large crowds well
Erica Cedeno
Had a wonderful time went to see Counting Crows 25 year tour it was wonderful, they 2nd time seeing the Counting Crows....
The xfinity theatre had enough security around. The only thing that sucked was the price of everything there was a bit over priced...
Andrew Jalbert
This place was so enjoyable. It was the cleanest place I have ever been to. Every spectator was respectful with picking up there trash and abiding by the rules. The lines were well aligned going in. The food and drinks was reasonably priced. $5 is a good price for a bottle of water. Parking was a breeze and not far at all. I went to the chance the rapper concert. 90 people were hospitalized. Which made it so much more enjoyable. It makes you come out of there feeling strong that you made it out okay.
Harold L Harris IV
Alanis Morrisette Concert was AMAZING! Garbage opened for her and only landed to a great show overall! We definitely did not leave disappointed. Such musical talent and artistry! The venue was well appointed too! Food, drinks and souvenirs were plentiful. Clean and well run facility!
Jen Hayes
Theater was great. The Chicks were awesome! Security didn't let my daughter bring in her little fanny pack which was ridiculous
Bill Paglia-Scheff
On site parking- there is a free lot but it fills up fast. Parking near the theater on the grounds is 40$. Handicap accessible is free at this lot. Off site near by runs 20 - 30 bucks. Everything inside is ridiculously normal high priced. The theater setting and seating is great. The sound is great. The video and screens, not so. The show were saw, Chris Young and Chris Janson was just amazing and country.
The live nation people that work shows are simply put, extraordinarily nice, friendly, polite and helpful to a person. This is one of the most amazing things about going to a show here.
Santos Figueroa
Pretty badass concert
KROWNVYBESCO
Great venue and friendly staff. The food was overpriced but overall an awesome experience
Justin Costable
Great venue for music, lawn area will become a little muddy Midway through the concert when it rains a day before, paid parking is worth the money. Went to see imagine dragons and was surprised to see how many younger kids came. No issues with rowdy concert goers, security was very good. Prices for food and drink were very pricey. Prepare to pay or eat before you come.
Joe Malinn
Great venue. Only downside was that I purchased parking in advanced only to find out that they overbooked, and I had to park about a mile away and walk up. Yet to get refund.
charlie tolmie jr
Great venue for warped tour. Very large but they do a good job of making the music sound great.
dresser175c
Saw Iron maiden Saturday night. Nice place. Plenty of parking. No traffic problems leaving but we did park in the lot about 1/4 mile away. Only 2 complaints...beer and drink prices are absolutely freaking insane...15 bucks for a can of beer. Also the staff needs to monitor the seating better. I paid almost 300 bucks for my 2 tickets. The two seats to my right were empty. Sure enough two sat next is. One had a seat ticket the other had a lawn ticket but figured it's ok to take the seat. One got up to use the bathroom and couldn't get back in. Then another guy came in Who bought the seat near me...screen shotted his ticket to a friend who had a lawn seat and used that to get into the seating area and stand directly in front of me during the show.so glad I paid for a seat....why the hell did I pay 300 bucks for two tickets when I could have bought a lawn seat for 60 bucks and just walked into the seating area ?
very UPSET CUSTOMER
Nice. Place. But I'm from new york. They shut down at 11pm on the dot. I will not come back
Alexandra Valentin
Liked the place traffic and parking was crazy always go for the parking closer to the venue
mike heltzel
Great concerts, great service and great times!
Leslie Lowry
Sound system was fantastic. Security did a great job. Jason Aldean concert was the best I've seen there
Kirk Vanallen sr
Had a great time watching the nun horror movie really good really recommended movie is off the wall the Warrens are the best I got there book autographs everything demonology pretty cool😃😆😆😆🤗 …
Maryjfly
Awesome! I've seen tons of shows here..all the way back to the very first concert they had when it was the meadows..lollapalooza 90 something lol. You can see anywhere from the lawn. You can bring in a clear purse or backpack & unopened water bottles. Leave your regular purse home. Beers are 13$ for tall boys, no cash accepted..only cards. ALSO BRING YOUR COVID VACCINE CARD
Sarah Josenhans
Absolutely amazing! I've always had a good time every time I've seen a show here and I've been going since it was the meadows. Finally have gotten to experience VIP treatment and absolutely amazing too. Great staff. Great sounds quality. What more could you ask for? Only complaint... drinks are down right insanely expensive!!! Make sure you pre-game enough 😆 they've also stopped allowing reentry so no more back and forth from the parking lot. Be prepared and you'll have fun
Amanda Schunk
Went to see Luke Bryan concert, parking was a mess but the theater itself was great. Great security, great food and drinks.
Talia Goldin
I recently went to XFINITY theatre for the first time for FarmAid and have no complaints. The security line went quickly, staff were friendly, food was fresh. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but I feel like this is always something venues struggle with during shows and at least they had real facilities and not just port-a-potties.
Bigfoot Is Right Outside
I've been to well over a dozen concerts here for 20 years or so. I'll always call it "the Meadows" regardless of who's name is on it. It's a music venue, and everything is really expensive, food, drinks, you name it. All gouged to ridiculous prices. They'll even sell you a chair for $20, and it can be left on the lawn to be picked up later.
Peter Theodore
The show was cool the place is dirty . Bathrooms are disgusting the staff is generally nice
LOTUS Lucidity
Went to see The Heart Tour with Sheryl Crow. We were ushered into the VIP line for immediate access inside, mainly b/c our friend was on crutches, lol. The staff was really helpful in accommodating our group to stay together. Once inside, we decided to reserve our spot on the lawn furthest from the entry section. There's much more space to breathe and has easy access to the food & beverage stands on that side. Anyway, the concert was Awesome!! Had no problems hearing or seeing any of the singers on stage.
Dave Kirk
As a music venue this is a good place to see a live show. Okay.... let's talk about being robbed. To have one large 24oz beer I think it was $15. If my memory serves me right, that makes it $0.62 an ounce. So? You say don't buy it?... Doesn't one large beer at the beginning of a concert seems reasonable? You are kind of a captive audience. So back to the math. Same beer at a package store $3 on the high end. That's $0.12 an ounce. Maybe it's to keep irresponsible people from drinking a pile of them? I don't know but I feel that around $9-10 is the max. And then the food.... Nope... I'm not getting into it.
Rejected Space
I went to my first concert here and it was amazing. Even though if you don't have premier parking you have a long way to walk, the experience overall make up for it. Plenty of food and drink options, and a ton of seats. So there's a better chance that the show you want to go to won't be sold out.
BR225
Lots of room to spread out on the lawn. Simple to get in and out. Decent restrooms for a concert venue. Not hard to get your car in and out. Free parking available. You can definitely bring kids here if you want. Overall, a great experience.
Klang xx
The venue was good, seating ( getting to find your seat ) was a little confusing. Great concert, KIZZ, parking not bad, VIP.
Paul Scheu
A hard venue to move around in. No regular sized beers only 19 Oz's and above, which for most people means it's warm before you finish it. Long walk in from parking lot. Show quality is very good however.
The Mighty Quick Games
The lack of security is wild, but other than that the theater itself is usually very nice looking and the staff is respectful and accommodating.
Gary Kolarcik
Nice place that's pretty clean and appears safe. VIP parking highly recommended! Have been here a few times and will be back. Prices are very high for food, drinks and memorabilia. It is partially Outdoors so beware the contact high. The smell of marijuana was strong from beginning to end of show. Very Loud also, especially if you sit up close to the stage!!
Joseph Kennedy
Farm aid was amazing. Great venue. Beer was very pricey - $16 dollars. I would have like to have have the option to leave and walk around the town during the day but there was no reentry. Staff an volunteers should do a better job of keeping the walk way clear as it was very congested when the bigger acts came on stage. Staff was very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had.
John Roth
Open air venue. Much better organization to get people through the gates for Alanis' concert.
The availability of full assortment of beverages was a bit disappointing.
Overall, been here many times and will continue to visit for future events.
Holli frances
Other than slipping in vomit (from many people over-drinking) and catching a free high from all the weed smoke it's a good time. Staff is really nice, some too nice if you ask me. The last show I attended there were a ton of younger individuals throwing up and passing out and staff should have removed them but didn't. :( besides that the setup at this arena is my favorite in ct. Drinks are very pricey but you get that with any venue. The free parking is a big plus but is a nightmare to get out so extreme patience is needed
Roger Billharz
nice venu for a summer concert
Aaron Johnson
Venue has changed names a bunch of times. Parking and traffic getting in and out of the venue can be problematic. Show up early and pay attention to all of the bag rules as the women's purse rules are restrictive.
40 dollars to park in the easy out lot was convenient.
Also chairs are available to rent for $10
Lisamarie Gadue
The concert was amazing and our seats were great
Mike Makoski
I've been going to concerts here for over 20 years and it's always been a great place. Unfortunately that's shown its age of the last few years and also is extremely expensive when you want to get food or drinks. Sound is always amazing here, the lawn is great and the seats are actually very comfortable.
I'll continue to go to concerts here for another 20 years and always enjoy them.
Richie Bonilla
Awesome 🤘 It's worth the drive 🚗 …
Emily Herron-Clark
Love this theater. Not so giant to you feel overwhelmed. Lawn setting still has great view. Loved that during set changes that they offered a DJ to keep the crowd entertained. Off site parking 1mile + away...but free. Maybe a shuttle would be a nice offering.
Kirstin Hoy
We had lawn tickets which was fine, you can bring your own chairs/blankets or rent. However the parking lot when leaving is a complete MESS. Took over an hour to get out, no attendants directing people when leaving.
Jonathan Searles
Great place to catch a concert. Free parking nearby. Easy in and out.
Evan Shaw-Mumford
A good venue. We have seen a few concerts here along with a high school graduation ceremony. Our best practice for parking is to park a mile away from the venue and walk over to avoid traffic. During my last experience, I was disappointed with the security. A man in front of us was acting in a way that made us really uncomfortable and when I reported the incident, it was ignored by staff and security. A survey was sent to me after the event and when I brought up my concern again, it was ignored again.
colin asby
Just love seeing show's here...have never had a bad time here...the Korn on 8/10 was just totally amazing... TOTALLY AMAZING....
Dysteny Brague
Went and say Brad Paisley. Really like it. Would go again
Gary Benoit
A very nice venue to see a concert. From what I can tell, there isn't a bad seat in the place, including the lawn area. But just be aware, the food and beverage prices are pretty steep.
Cindi Gardner
We flew in from FL, sitting in our hotel, checked to see what was happening in the area and bought Earth, Wind and Fire tickets for that night. Easy parking getting in and getting out was so quick. We normally pay a minimum of $20 parking in Tampa each time we go to concerts. It was wonderful to have no charge for parking. The seats were wondeful (K105 and K106), the women's bathrooms were so clean and there were enough stalls for us with no wait time. We had the ability to take in an unopened water. This was wonderful! The food selection was good, we felt safe at all times and would highly recommend this venue. We did this once before for Bruno Mars ticket at this location and had the same great experience.
Xander “lonebyrd” Leins
Great venue! Easy to get to. Free parking wasn't open when I got there so I tried parking across the road but it would've been a long walk. Ended up paying $40 for parking right next to the theatre. Also the men's room was not kept clean
Savanna
Awesome place where you can see lots of different concerts. There is good seating and there’s a good view of the stage almost anywhere you are in the theatre. I enjoyed my experience here and would return for another concert. It was a little hard to get in and out but that’s expected at a concert since they’re usually busy. Luckily there were people guiding cars towards parking spaces and helping everyone get out safely. I recommend this place if it’s near you and you’d like to go see a concert’
Shellz G
It's been a very long time since I've been there. Chris Brown show was superb. I was excited to see him live. Only thing that bothered me were the restrooms, but its expected at concerts. Drinks were overpriced but the staff who work there were nice, they made it easy to find my seat and made sure everyone was good.
John Mauceri
They have great bands, it is a large venue, parking can be difficult. You need to get there early to park closer or pay a fee to park close.Getting out of the parking lot can take quite a while. Food is pricey and alcohol is really expensive! The video screens are poor quality! There is poor air flow down front, we were there on a hot night and we were dying from the heat . They have large fans, from the ceiling, blowing air in the middle aisle, which was nice, but did not reach down front or towards the back of the seats, they need to add more fans!
BessieMaeLou Bell
No concert, covid vaccination site. The people working the clinic were very professional. They do a great job with distancing etc. Only drawback is a long wait depending on what time you get there. Check in to vaccination waiting area was about an hour and I got there right as the crowd started. When I left, the line was into the parking area and tons of people were coming. There is plenty of handicap parking, but if you have trouble standing for extended periods of time, you may want to go somewhere else unless you make disability accommodations.
Christopher Michael (CASPER)
No matter where u sit u can still see everything.. They also got BIG SCREENS everywhere
Andrew Renzoni
The venue wasn't bad at all- i've seen quite a few shows here.
The traffic is the problem with this venue. Get here early!!! The last time we (tried) going here we were stuck in absolute gridlock with nowhere to go and nowhere to park and walk. We were actually in the same spot stuck on a bridge by the venue for almost an hour. We missed the whole first set and most of the second set of the band before we got close enough to park and get in. We ended up not going to the show- figured it wasn't worth it to catch a couple of songs before the end. Very unfortunately, the band was Tom Petty and the Hartbreakers on his 40th anniversary tour. Tom Petty ended up dying after a few more performances. I'm still upset about it.
All the times i've been to this venue the traffic has been horrendous. Like I said, the venue itself is great- plan ahead for the traffic...
Update.....
We caught a show here on Sunday night.
The traffic and parking situation is worse. There was no good signage and no direction from event staff. The police detail was visibly frustrated with how the traffic was being handled. It was an absolute mess. At least double the amount of time you're expecting to get to the venue.
nancy monteiro
Loved the concerts I've been to there this last trip was extra special. My mom was up from FL and their handicap parking and the access to the theater were aces not to mention the staff. Glad you had more people trolling for obliterated kids. Not as many drunk idiots thoroughly enjoyed it.
Mark Hatfield
Great place to see a concert. Wish they had more food options like slices of pizza. And beer prices are $15-17. To expensive. Staff and security is always friendly and feels safe.
Jaki S
Cheap lawn tickets. We have fun when we go, but that's because we create our own fun. Bathrooms are meh (as to be expected), drinks and food are overpriced (as to be expected)...sound system and screens are decent though. Not terrible as far as venues go
Chuck Palmer
Enjoyed seeing Phil Leah and Willie Nelson there. Weather kept the crowds down so exiting was a breeze.
Mo Alhusseini
The Xfinity theatre was heavy staffed which is great! Staff is super nice about when I was not sitting in my seat. Very run done looking though, old place
Kathryn Mayer (K8)
Outdoor area is great. Stage and seating area is dated. Sound was okay. Screens and videos were embarrassing. Security is inefficient, checking tickets each time you leave stage area. Wristbands go a long way, for over 21 and admittance.
Greg Burnham
Country shows are hard to beat. . Anyway. Parking is a little pricey to be in the mix of things but over all great atmosphere. A mix of people was surprised it was kinda slow . But the grounds were clean will attend more offen
Shininglite Dani
Drinks are $22 each for a cocktail with 2 shots and one shot is $12 but u KNOW it's weaker and not worth it. Water and beer expensive. Was over crowded but I didn't mind...reminded me of the ol' days of a grateful dead show
Michelle Pruitt
This was my first time at this venue, it was fun but I was amazed by the amount of drunk kids both inside and out. During the concert you could see on several occasions in the parking lot (visible from the lawn section) ambulances that were called in for drunk people. I will say once inside it would have been very difficult for an underage person to get served.
Zak Brunelle
Every time I've been to the xfinity theatre for a venue it has been an enjoyable experience. Ticket prices are always agreeable, especially for lawn seats. Beer is cheaper than expected, food a little pricier. Overall a great place to see a show, and if you're early you get free parking!
Joshua Murray
The best experience I've ever had it was for my 1st corn concert and they gave me upgraded pet past tickets when I only had lawn seeds because my friends were disabled and they wanted me to be able to help them out better. Great staff great customer service will be recommending and definitely going back as soon as possible
Brian S
Nothing beats LIVE music. Feel the energy, listen to your favorites or something new(it may become a favorite). See the shows you love before they are not around or not touring. This is a great location to see anything, don't miss out. Plan on tailgating (part of the fun) both before and after the shows, avoid the traffic and enjoy yourselves. Read the rules, they allow short chairs for the lawn, empty water bottles which can be filled inside and food if it fits in a clear 1 gallon bag. Be considerate, this place is here for everyone to enjoy, and part of their pricing goes towards continuing to keep this place functioning.
Tracy Ketcham
We are from out of state and this was our first visit. We upgraded lawn seats, not really knowing what to expect. It was fantastic! Lawn chairs are provided with the upgraded lawn tickets. We had a bit of a snag when checking in for this, but they were fantastic and had me sign into my Ticketmaster and scanned what they needed to get us moving along. Really liked the venue! I would travel to see shows here again!
daryl vitiello
Nice place to watch concert. We sat on the lawn could see an hear everything no prob an was comfortable for us.. plenty of room.. we got a hotel an used uber to get there an back was super easy.. only draw back was pricing for drinks an food way way too high. Eat before you go in..
Besides that was great time
Jodie Petruzzelli
Best place in Connecticut hands down to see a concert! No bad seats all great people and even if its crowded everyone is so relaxed and having fun you don't even notice! Just saw Tom Petty and Joe Walsh we had lawn seats and had the best time!! LOVE THE XFINITY THEATRE! So much fun! Highly recommend!
Vince Edwards
I've been to several concerts at the Xfinity Theatre and the facilities and staff are great. It's easy to get to but it can be a walk if you don't want to pay a ton for parking. The outside food vendors are diverse and interesting but the prices for beer are unnecessarily high. (I guess that's what you pay when you go to a concert.) I will say that the service and amenities are pretty consistent across different concerts, regardless of who's playing.
Andrew Antropow
Great venue for a live concert. Parking can be a little challenging if you don't get the VIP parking pass. Lots of food options inside. Place is huge, I was told the lawn area can seat 20,000. Very friendly staff.
Corey Staves
Went to the Heart concert this past Saturday. It was so hot!!! It wouldn't have been so bad but when you got up to the area where you go and find a seat they wouldn't let you in. They keep moving the line in closer so people weren't in the sun. So for a good 45 min you stood there with it being so hot as people were sweating and hoping no one passed out - to be told we can't let you in until the Fire Marshall says it's okay! OK I get it any other time but it was over 100 degrees and to have people standing there was horrible and poor judgement on the FM part. I only saw 2 cops near down near the seat section and they should have been walking around because someone in the law section i was in was smoking pot and I'm sorry but what you do on your own time is fine but I don't want to be smelling it the whole time I am there. I didn't pay to smell pot all night. The beers are way over priced. Love the free parking and in and out was a breeze and also how clean the bathrooms as most places the bathrooms are never that clean, only thing is they should have a light in them. Overall experience was great
Kate Anderson
Once you get there the experience is great but BE FOREWARNED!! Hartford cannot handle the traffic in their infrastructure so plan to leave HOURS before you want to be there. It took us 2 hours to go 1.5 miles!
Local Guide
Absolutely love this place! I've never been here before and was happy to see the plethora of food and drinks available. I went to other concerts at other venues and they had hardly anything. They even have free water refill stations. Very clean indoor bathroom. Clean lawn area. Very nice employees. They had a huge free parking lot, which was nice. Thanks!
Timothy Drew
$60 for parking after waiting in line for a half hour, not cool. The show was great.
John St.John
Great venue, tough to get into, tho, leave early. And the prices are way out of line with reality.
Niko L
Good times! The drinks were pricey but the place was pretty cool 😎 …
a b
Nice, large venue. Usually a very friendly staff. The lawn seats are actually a great value, save for the one time a speaker blew and they failed to turn it off for the entire set. Lots of great vendors, easy parking & entry.
bonnie piccolo
Parking is awful! The earlier you get there the farther away from the venue. There is quite a climb also to seats. Once in the venue it depends on where you are sitting on how strongly the rules are enforced. If you get lucky, and the ushers dont think they have strictly enforce staying seated rules, the music or show will take you! Lawn seats are great, big screens accommodate the lack of up close enjoyment. As in any venue it is all in what you can afford. They do accommodate for handicap and wheelchairs. Most of the ushers are understanding. They have a way to go understanding e-tickets. Acoustic 's are good. Everything is expensive. But seriously, you are there to soak up the vibe and see a show. If you let that be your focus the other stuff falls away. (Unless the usher spends all their time reminding you that dancing is dangerous, relax! I dont even get impaired, let me freaking seat dance!!!) Lemmings in and lemmings out like anywhere. Patience required.
Oh they do this really good thing with instant upgrades and discounts for upcoming not sold out shows. Keep your eyes out for them.
PaulCRothstein
Used to like hhis place but Live Nation has screwed this up big time, ridiculous lines getting into lots, ling wsits to get in and very poorly staffed, unless of course if you want a beer
Dennis Smith
Excellent place to see a concert. They allow outside food or drink inside but there are plenty of choices if you don't bring your own as well! The concert was amazing. My only complaint is that the parking lot is about a mile away from the venue
Michael Volpe (Volpes Visisons)
There is a VERY VERY steep hill to move from the concert to concessions.
Leaving was quick.
Staff were helpful.
Willie Nelson sang some sweet songs
Gregg Trésgees
This is an excellent place to see shows. Most important, you get to enjoy live music outdoors! Free parking is always available, and responsible tailgating is permitted. Police and security are professional and respectful. You can bring in a bag or backpack (subject to search and size limitations), a blanket or lawn chair, your own food, and a sealed or empty water bottle. The staff here try to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Drink prices are a little steep: as of 2019, price for a domestic 25 oz. can is $13.75. Some concession stands are staffed by volunteers raising money for children's cheerleading or other non-profit organizations, so your cash or credit tips for them go towards a worthy cause.
Jess Treanor
Seen phish with my pops and son! Was shocked at the $50 bucks to park but besides that it was a nice place
Michelle Valdina
Not enough bathroom options. Especially by the lawn seats. A lot of confusion and chaos upon line up, to get into the venue. Failed to inform you about bag sizes. Apparently, you cannot bring a bag in that's bigger then 8 inches.
Andrea Bommarito
Not impressed that drinks where not very accommodating to seating. You had to go to the lawn to fetch a drink.
Krista Mitman
The best concert experience I've had. I'm fond of the fact that they are eco friendly and use locally sourced foods. I'm really pleased by the fact that they had quite a few bathrooms and even staff to keep the line moving throughout. The prices were high, but you get what you pay for.
Addy McGee
Loved loved Hardy and no issues with the venue! Parking and leaving the area was crazy.
Trevor Corliss
I loved this place!! There were many places to sit and relax outside of being at your seats! There are indoor and outdoor places to get food, drinks, snacks, merchandise and bathrooms. Easy access to and from the bathrooms and they quite clean all the time! Not a bad seat in the place and prices are INCREDIBLE! I mean incredible! Don't pass up an opportunity to visit the Xfinity Theatre this summer! Lots of great bands playing!
Jeff Holdwright
Awesome place to see a concert. Saw Staind and Korn on 10/2/21. Going to Knotfest on 10/9/21 not a bad seat and the lawn is good too

Drinks are over priced, lawn seats are too far away to get a decent look at anything with your own eyes, one of the jumbo televisions had many broken pixels and off colors. This style of theater has a lot of echo, if that bothers you, don't get lawn seats. Plenty of security and the lines go quickly and efficiently.
Pete Lenox
Great venue with good people working there. Been here a few times. When children are present Live Nation provide free earplugs for the kids. And the sound is always good. A good sized field for dancing. The only negative is the parking lot is all gravel with tons of broken glass mixed in. It's been like that for years and no signs that they will improve it.
Matt Root
Great venue for a show (as long as you're in the seating area rather than the lawn).
Lisa Richey
Love this Venue! If I only had one major complaint its that marijuana is everywhere. The smell of it is so overwhelming. I have asthma and it is so bad I have a hard time breathing. Been there 4 times now on the lawn, in the preferred lawn area twice and in the seats just as bad no matter where you sit. But I still love the place for a good concert. No smoking would make it a perfect!
Melissa Rocke
Nice set up. I was here to see the Dead and Company. Ive been to the Xfinity many times. Located right off the highway so easy to get to. And the bus/train station is less that 2 miles away.
christopher sowle
Food was wayyyyyyy over priced. I mean hell a bottle of water was like 5 dollars and it was like 9 bucks for three chicken strips. But the place was clean and the concert my girl and I saw was awesome. I'll definitely do it again only not waste money on food or drinks.
misty blue
Had a blast. Parking isn't as bad as people say considering it holds 70K people. Have always enjoyed this place to see concerts. Korn was my first time being right up front and wow....great time for sure!
Angela Britton
Always a good time , great line up this summer!
Naomi M
I've only been to a few summer concerts at this venue but it's pretty much what you'd expect in a XFINITY Theatre. Bathrooms are almost always gross so I avoid using them if I can. Terrible place to get caught in the rain especially if you have lawn tickets. There's mud everywhere but if your free spirited it's fun to dance in the rain. Tickets are always reasonably priced especially if you buy them early.
Mark Baran
Luke Bryan (7/16/21) - great show & a nice venue. My one complaint was the lawn seats took over the walkway separating the lawn & the pavilion & we couldn't get back to our seats.
Rachel Beckwith
The concert was great, except Alice in Chains had to leave the stage by 11pm, which cut their set short. The venue left us feeling like we paid for VIP and didn't get it. The restaurant/bar area was very clean and set up well but THE SERVICE WAS ATROCIOUS! We had a waitress who clearly did not like her job and spent more time sitting with another employee than taking care of the 1 table she was assigned.(anyone who went to this show knows how empty the venue was) We had to ask for our check. The waitress had to be retrieved from taking a phone call on her cell. (she was retrieved by her boss yelling her name at the top of his lungs!) The food was actually really good though. Close to the end of the night we went to the VIP bar. We had the great luck to have her as our bartender too. I asked for ice with my drink. She actually had to go to the water cooler to retrieve a plastic cup to put the ice in. It's a bar, where are all your cups? Again, no smile and bad attitude all around from this lovely lady. It's too bad one bad apple spoiled our VIP experience. As a retail manager, I understand how important customers' experiences are. This waitress would not be working for me, that's for sure!
Roger Bailey
We saw Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum. We had seats under the cover. Nice venue, really not a bad seat anywhere. It was loud. I would go again to see a concert here again, but will bring ear plugs next tine.
Mike Hetrick
Great venue to see a show. Awesome sight lines from the lawn and the sound was above average out there as well. Security in and out wasn't bad. They also let the lot scene happen for shows without policing things too much.
Emily H
General Lawn seating is awesome for a good, fun concert experience as long as you don't mind people setting up close sometimes and don't want to see the artist on stage super close. There is no need to buy preffered lawn either, seems like a rip off to me. Large arrangement for actual seats and good prices with some pretty cool artist. Overall staff is pretty friendly and generally helpful. Concessions are on the pricey side, but you can expect that from most venues. If you sit on the lawn bring some blankets or low beach chairs, makes it a lot more comfortable. Parking can be a pain if you don't go VIP but if you show early enough you have a chance to snag free parking on behalf of the theatre.
Renee Ferri
We went to the Tim McGraw concert we had a great experience nice family time out food is very very very expensive and security is really stupid
Kathy Musiak
It's super clean and walkable from Downtown Hartford. They have a lot of screens pointing to the lawn. The sound was also high quality. Beer was like $17, but what else do you expect from a venue like this.
Anthony Maiello
Theater was very clean. Not a single bad view in the place. Staff was friendly and lots of options for food. I wish I lived closer as this place is one of my favorites for concerts.
Tony Lee
Juice Wrld and Ski Mask the Slump God were here and it was awesome, but the crowd gets a bit crazy if you're on the lawn, watch out for flying bottles (sometimes glass) or fights erupting on the lawn. Have fun, but be careful!
Buffalo Todd
As someone who has become handicapped between the purchase of the tickets and the day of the show, they took really good care of me, helping me navigate through the crowd with my medical equipment and ran a shuttle back to my car after the show. They made something that had the potential of being difficult and painful to easy and painless, thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Shane and Tony.
Andrea G
Loved the show, getting into the venue was quick and easy, and though the drinks are kind of costly, they are made well and generous portions.
Whitney McGriff
Went to the Wiz Khalifa concert and the staff was so friendly. We had lawn seats. The crowd got crazy and started throwing bottles. We told the staff we didn't feel safe in our seats and the moved us all the way to the front! We had a great time. Thanks!
Klaudia S
Was there for FarmAid. Although staff was friendly the venue was a bit over sold so the wait for bathrooms and beverages was entirely too long. Spent a good portion of the festival in line for the bathroom with no view of stage.
Michael Taricani
Nice venue for concerts with indoor and outdoor seating. Had a period of bad weather and staff instructed all lawn seat patrons inside until it was safe to return outside. Patrons and staff were all polite.
Michelle Bychowsky
Great venue. Wicked Awesome show!
P.L Chipman
Had VIP tickets including parking for Little Big Town and Miranda Lambert. The easy access of VIP parking is awesome! Little Big Town rocked! In the VIP seating there's a call button for a server who will supply you with a menu and bring the items to your seat. Great experience!
Karen Delmonaco
We went to see Lynard Skynard, I'm disabled or as I like to say a challenged individual in any case I needed my wheelchair for this venue. Parking was just crazy & I really should have been there at least 2 hours early, I couldn't park in the handicap area, no spots were left. The distance from lot to venue was FAR & once inside it was the same. If you have issues walking PREPARE yourself. There was so many people again be prepared to get bumped into for sure.
Andrew Bloom
Very helpful with our accessibility needs. Fun place for live music
Danielle Hauslaib
This theater is always easy to navigate and has good sound. Because of how large the crowd is it isn't always spotless, but I expect that because people can be careless. I highly recommend VIP or Premier parking.
Post Indie rock
Cool venue, I guess, but grossly over priced drinks and idiots who continue to pay will ensure prices stay the same or continue to climb.
Stephen Weber
I’m giving 4 stars only because the traffic leaving this place is insane. They need better traffic control here. Otherwise great facility! Good concerts and decent priced drinks/concessions. Would love to see some more GF options for alcohol though.
Jason Simmons
Went for October fest and had a great time. The band, pizza and all the vendors were great. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with.
Holly Swiatek
Best concert! Love Breaking Benjamin 💜🧜♀️ …
Jose Martinez-Oneill
Haven't been in this theater and I turned up I like it pretty nice
Tracie Bickford
Great place to see a show. Nice venue. Only bummer was parking lots opened up late for the crowd (Dead and Co.) that was here. And they kicked us out immediately after the show. It would be nice if there was vending after the show in lot.. Food before traveling.
Kyle C (KC)
Great venue. Fun in the seats or when you bring your own for the lawn. Sneak in your booze because the drinks inside are extremely expensive. Like crazy. 20 bucks for a frozen alcoholic lemonade
Jonathan Gonzalez
Best kept secret about this place is VIP Motorcycle parking is $10. So if you wanna get in and out and you're not tailgating yourself I'd recommend taking advantage of it. It's a little hard to find information online about it since they don't advertise it well enough. I had called the theatre to inquire about motorcycle parking.
Kelly B
I have admit. I was a bit disipointed during our last visit. We had handicap sleeting so we couldn't see the stage and the main TV screen was not working properly and had a large green spot. We missed a large part of the show. Also the paved path to the area is a steep hill. Not at all convenient with a wheelchair.
Joyce Lima
Awesome acoustics. Always fun concerts and shows.
FRANCISCO BALLOU
Korn and Staind were awesome. I was surprised how awesome the sound sound is at this venue. Great place to see an act. Will go back for sure.
Tricia Smith
It was pretty clean. People disregarded the no smoking signs. The lawn had more space than I thought. It was good. You can see the artists from up there. They also have screens. Thwres only a tiny bit if the stage you can't see. Bring a blanket or shirt chair. It was colder than I thought but ok otherwise.
Chip Brian
Enjoy the facility. Really great space. Nice people. Great show
Aj Limongelli
Went for knotfest. The staff were very efficient at parking us on and offsite and getting us through the security clearance quickly and effectively for such a large event
Missy B.
This place has really expanded, since the last time I was here, about 12 years ago.
Greg Kirby
Fun outdoor concert venue that hosts a variety of shows throughout the summer. Drinks and food available inside the gate, and at the back of the lawn section--pricy however, with domestic beers starting at $12. Watch out for lawn ticket 4 packs of tickets for some savings. Shows are rain or shine if you're in the lawn.
Casey Hines
Parking is horrific. Once you finally find a spot and walk a hefty pace to the venue, you're ok. Sound quality is ok, pretty average from the lawn. Having said that, there is smoke space in the lawn to spread out, and you can bring your own low chairs. Beer is hideously expensive. Really needs some work.
Bonnie Alvelo
Great venue, lawn area for handicapped is nice to be in an easily accessible spot. Also parking for handicap is close and free. In a storm they moved us inside out of dangers way with severe lightning.
Travis L (138)
Parking, access, and facilities were all clean and a breeze to access. Staff seems friendly and adamant about safety and accountability of seats. Overall positive experience. Like any venue similar to this one be prepared to shell out a significant amount of money on alcohol.
JULIE HALL
Saw Jason Aldean,Luke Combs the shows were excellent and sound perfect the weather outstanding . But most of the crowd must have tailgated all day young and dumb who drinks to much shouldn't be allowed inside. Families go to Country Music Shows too.
A young girl who sat behind us drunk and could not keep her head up. Did she enjoy the show. We were worried for her and us not to puke on us.
But by far a excellent place for shows just please watch the young people stop and drinking outside . So everyone can enjoy the show
Patrick Walsh
Lil Wayne and Blink 182. Snack and drink bars overpriced and slow. Show was great though.
Mark Stone
It's out in the middle of nowhere but they have a HUGE gravel parking lot that's free. Don't be late or it will be full. Go early and tailgait with 500 other concert goers.
Rob Bennington
Saw Iron Maiden her this week. Sound was fantastic. They allow you to bring in empty water bottles and fill them at their free filtered water station - which was awesome. The Venue was a 15 walk from the Hilton.
Donna Florenzano
The show was great, the alcohol cops were antagonistic, rude, demeaning.. I'll go see music but I won't send my cash on drinks there. Cashier's sell you two drinks and the wannabe cops surround you and it's all hell.
Gisela “Gig” Zboray
Saw Jason Aldean here. The crowd was young and drunk. Only witnessed one minor scuffle. Parking was $40 (not free like their website says) and an easy walk. PortaPotties we're plentiful. Not many food choices. Neighborhood never felt scary.
ellenobrist624
The venue is very nice. ADA assistance leaves much to be desired however.
Mike Silva
Farn Aid was a blast! Great to support the people that put food on our tables! Outstanding musicians in a great venue.
Natasha Blackwell-Shire
A lovely and large venue with plenty of seating.
Outside the stage area there are multiple food vendors for all your fast food needs (hot dogs, burgers and fries, and the like). Porta-potties exist outside the stadium, but there are real bathrooms inside the building.
They seem to always have a medical team on site as well, regardless of if it's Warped Tour or a big name band on tour.
As a Type 1 diabetic, I've also never had any issue getting my medical supplies through security. Most often they do a quick bag check while I explain what I have, them they wave me through.
There are multiple screens set up so if you're far from the stage (ie on the lawn) you can still see them performing.
As for parking, they have a large lot for free parking, which is great! However there are also always off site (and unassociated) businesses offering paid parking (usually about $20).
All in all, it's a very nice and accommodating venue with a lot of options.
L M
Always a great time! Very courteous and helpful staff. The Doobie Brothers and Santana concert was amazing! Thank you very much for bringing such great, quality entertainment to Connecticut.
curley curley
The egress and ingress are horrible. Parking is a nightmare. The gouging at the concessions is extraordinarily greedy.
Dead & Co played a great show.
K
Loved it here
Best place any seat to enjoy watching your show
Josh Bittinger
I've been here several times for Spring/Summer concerts. The venue is a standard outdoor theatre experience with covered seats closer to the stage and a big grass hill behind. The steps up to the top of the hill are rather treacherous and slippery when it rains as are some of the other hills in the space. The event parking is terribly coordinated, so expect to sit for hours as you try to exit (not to mention sitting nearly as long to even get into the parking area). We've sat in the "premium" lawn area each time, which is literally just inside a small, white, plastic fence on the hill. It's nice to have seats, but the additional features that are promised are either non-existent or underwhelming. The beverage cart is just somebody standing inside with a cooler with the worst beer they have for sale. The separate entrance for these upgraded seats just doesn't exist. The last time we were there, a drunk guy just started peeing in the middle of the premium lawn seating area, exposing himself to everyone around, including children.
Justin Donini
Amazing venue!!! Easy access to seating or pit, with friendly staff. Great sound in all areas of the theatre and viewing is easy.
Kelly Derosier
Best concert ever!!! HOOTIE AND THE BLOWFISH!!!
Ashley Winward
My go-to concert venue, I'm probably here once a month for a show or event. The facility is clean, the people are friendly and the music that comes through is always amazing! Also it's always an added bonus when the grilled cheese truck rolls through!
Michele Lento
Great place to see shows! They make it super easy being cashless and it’s an easy place to get around.
Diana Rose
It's a great venue and it has a really nice set up, fun like a fair, not stressful, not super long lines. Beer and drinks are ridiculously expensive. $13-$25 each
Timothy reganelectric
Excellent show, great venue!!
Jeff Blum
I've seen some great shows at this venue. It has some of the problems with prices that all concert venues have, but other than that it's a great venue. The negative reviews of the theater seem to all be things that have nothing to do with the venue itself. It's not their fault that the band sucked, or that their equipment fails. If everyone's drunk, fighting, and lacing their trash around, it means the band has jerks for fans. I have never seen the underage drinking people are claiming is so rampant. As for the complaints about the sound, bands bring their own sound equiptment, so that's on them. The stuff the venue actually controls are fine
Jill Guzman
Free parking is great but be prepared to walk to theatre. Drink prices way too high. Seating is good and the lawn area is worth the cheaper ticket prices
Julie Convery
Great outdoor venue to see concerts. The vendor area is more open and easy to navigate then the Xfinity Center in Mansfield. The only problem is no porta potties in the VIP parking lot and you have to pay $35-$40 to even park there.
Ty Waterman (BKS Photographs)
One of my favorite places to photograph concerts at!
REBECCA La Forest
Went to Xfinity for the Wu Tang and Nas and Busta rhymes concert and it was great
Andrew Taylor
One of the few larger venues in CT. Parking is a nightmare and can run you between 20$ for way on the outskirts to 60$ by the actual building. EZ Exit parking is pretty convenient and gets you out fast at the end of the night. There are a lot of regulations (no open water bottles, no camping chairs or folding chairs) that get unreliability enforced. Food and drink on the inside is crazy expensive--20$ cocktails, 15-17$ for beer. 38$ for a bottle of wine. Consider bringing your item. Bathrooms are available as portapotties with a wait.
Tom Schneider
Any seat in the pavilion is a great view. But the fun is out in the lawn, which is even better now they have added beer vendors and outhouses along the perimeter
Amanda Roberge
The drinks are over priced considering we already paid a ton of money for the tickets. I feel they are just money hungry here and that sucks $23 for a drink is outrageous. But they keep the place clean.
Kas
Attended farm aid - good venue for this type of event.
Richard Blanchette
1st time I was there saw Tim Mcgraw
Very impressed with seating and acoustics
Would go there again
Edison Martinez
Great place for concerts, parking is a little tricky sometimes and some of the lots overcharge customers.
Debra Michnowicz
Great place to see an event. Prices just so expensive inside and they don't take cash.
Lynne Tkatz
First time to Xfinity Theatre, was very impressed with everything. Great seats (saw G-Eazy), clean bathrooms & grounds. The only thing was that the food & drinks pricing was a little on the high $ side. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience there.
Kathleen Knott
Went there for my 1st covid shot. Very well organized and the staff was excellent. Lots of walking though, so if you use a walker or a cane be prepared for that.
Fred Howard
Went to Zac Brown yesterday and loved it! The amphitheater is exactly what you would expect. Overpriced food and beer at the entrance and a huge, interesting crowd that is great for people watching. Seats are easy to find which is a plus. Parking and exiting the venue (+surrounding areas) can be a hassle when there is an event but that is to be expected. Definitely recommend carpooling in to take advantage of the HOV lanes and save on parking. Other than that, Xfinity definitely gets the job done. Thankfully, the concert was amazing so my experience was that much more enjoyable.
Walter John Ziemba
Nice facility. Food and drink options, expensive, but that's the way it goes. Free parking. Not easy to get out when the event is over. TV screens on the sides of the stage not very big or clear.
Kelly Mann
Sounds was crazy good from the center seats for sound check to the left side of the stage for the concert.
LK Garner
Nice venue for a concert. 4 stars because the food offerings were limited and they serve Pepsi (boo!). Hopefully, the will create a Lyft/Uber designated area. Currently it's a mess.
Debra Wilson
Been coming for years ......I love the performers. The venue tends to neglect obvious things....section 400 on lawn has needed a new tv screen for as long as I have been coming. The hotspot ladies bathroom has a very large spider web with a resident spider from ceiling to bathroom stall! The ladies in charge need to pay attention!!!
William Bergeron
Great place to see a show ,parking a little crazy.
Fransisco Orengo
That was pretty awesome, good experience! My 2nd time in life to see Iron Maiden playing in that stage. First was in 2006, & now. Saturday, August 3. 2019.concert was pretty awesome 🤘💀🤣👹🤘💀. …
Marlene De Tambriz
fantastic the best for concerts
Steven Jones
The lawn seats aren't too bad. You can bring in your own chairs without much issue. Only downside is smoking is allowed.
Derek Hill
Fantastic venue to see a concert. Whether you're indoors, or roughin' it in the lawn, it's always a great time. Definitely a younger, wilder crowd in the lawn so if that's what you're planning on, be prepared.
Sam S
The only reason I’m doing 3 stars is because of the canned water. I’m sorry, I DO NOT AGREE. Water belongs in a cup. That is all.
John Ferrucci
Great venue. Just bring your wallet if you want to but a drink LOL. Spend the extra money and buy seats. Otherwise well run, helpful staff and clean.
Jim
This place is a S show. I've been to 6 shows this summer and unfortunately five were in the lawn. Being in my 30s now, I can't do the lawn here anymore. It's underage (and of age) drinking everywhere. I've seen more physical and verbal altercations, make out sessions etc etc. If it rains, forget it. Parents, do not bring your young children with you to a FGL or ZBB concert. They should be home on a Friday night and not exposed to drunk 18 year olds. All of this was fun when I was 20 but for parents out there, I feel bad if some of these kids belong to you. I think Fox News said, it's ten o'clock do you know where your kids are? More like, do you know how wasted they are? Otherwise the venue is decent. Parking can be tough but isn't every concert venue? Go to Mohegan for a more relaxed setting.
Andrew Graceffa
Good appeal only because its the only major nearby outdoor venue around southern CT. Lawn seats are atrocious (poorly maintained lawn and very muddy) and the whole theater needs a major facelift. Tip: purchase the VIP parking, totally worth the extra $10 for close access.
Matilda Fishes
My only reason for giving 4 stars is the 1.5 mile walk after the concert to get to my UBER. The traffic was TERRIBLE and the cops had so many streets blocked, there was no way for UBER/LYFT to get in. I'll avoid this venue for that reason. Very disappointing after such a great concert.
Jared Slota
A concert venue outside of Hartford with decent acts. It's like Great Woods awkward little brother, but with better parking. Food trucks provide a variety of alternative meals. The stairs heading up to the lawn area are comically long and would be scary in a buffalo stampede.
David Geer
So many excellent memories over the 15 years i have been going to concerts at the MEADOWS! Pregame in a parking lot naturally, as nothing is cheap inside and just sit down early-ish for a good "cheap" dry grassy seat and enjoy the show. Miss you Tom Petty!
Carol Lauer
My favorite concert venue! 😍 tailgating is the best. Tons of parking. Worst part is the line to get into the venue. …
Matthew Cavaliere
Went to the Wutang Clan X Nas New York State of Mind Tour. 10/10
Kyrstyna Texeira
My absolute favorite and go to for concerts especially suring summer months. Affordable lawn seats just Pre game before in surrounding parkinglots and you're set for maybe only a few drinks inside since they're pricey
CSC SERVICES
Another GREAT DMB show at the Xfinity!! New England weather, but nothing an umbrella couldn't fix🙂 …
Joseph Kenney
I have been to the Meadows (its proper name) many times in my life and the music has never been an issue. My only gripes ate that parking is always a nightmare and if you're on the lawn, there will be pillars obstructing your view. Word to the wise.
Linda Thorburn
Very large space. Seats were comfortable and ample restroom facilities. Range of food and drink vendors was nice.
