Saw my first Trustus show a few weeks ago. Rocky Horror. As a fan of the shadow shows and a theatre kid, I was so impressed by the costumes, choreography and the environment in general. The ushers are very welcoming and helpful to guide guests to seats. The seats are the most comfortable theater seats I've ever sat in. I loved my whole experience. I adored Rocky so much I saw it twice. The standing tickets weren't standing. Everywhere in that theatre you can see the stage and feel a part of the production. Small theatre feel with Broadway mentality is what it felt like to me. Can't wait to see what shows are next!

Rocky Horror was AMAZING!!! 10/21/22 Wonderful atmosphere. The staff were exceptional. Th cast were FANTASTIC!!! What an amazing time! Love the comfortable seating and the live band! HIGHLY recommend going!

The usher kind of piss me off. He watched me purchase a ticket literally 5 feet away and said do you have your ticket. I said I just paid. I still need a ticket. The lady from the booth had to come resolve it for me.

Great little theater. Outstanding performance last night. (sat 12th Feb). A lot of lines. Dealt with ease by a great cast. Lots feeling, emotion and singing. A really very well done performance that would have made Jonathon Larson himself proud!

Tonight I went to see Intimate Apparel. This was the only play I have seen others than the nutcracker in the first grade. Wow! It was amazing. The entire production pulled me in from the beginning. The stage setup, music, lighting, the small venue, and even the small audience made this place feel special. Most of all the actors were great. Oh man! Live acting! They were all good. Each actor/actress played their roles perfectly. Fear of sounding ridiculous will stop me from rambling on, but I must say that many of the performers have found their calling. I am eagerly looking forward to coming back for more. My only regret was not giving a standing ovation.

The only reason why I'm not giving this wonderful little community theater five stars is because it's somewhat stuffy which made wearing masks, (which I have NO problem with), rather challenging throughout the entire performance. With that said, these actors put on a wonderful performance in, 'Intimate Apparel' and I very much look forward to seeing future productions. My husband also had a wonderful time a commented on how well maintained the bathroom was. He KNOWS that's important to me.

We attended the Lady Day performance on Thursday evening, it was one of the best theater performances I have ever seen. "Billy Holiday" was a dead ringer for her character Her voice, snd her mannerisms, she truly was "Lady Day" on that stage. Definitely enjoyed the performance. The theater was clean and the customer service of the staff was awesome! Will definitely return for more performances. If you can catch The Lady Day performance you will not be disappointed!

Just saw the Lady Day performance! I have to say it was the best theater show I have ever seen. "Lady Day" was dead on...from the voice to body language! The customer service at the theater was also superb! Will definitely be looking to attend more performances in the future! If you can catch this show....it is a must see!

This is a new favorite spot for me! I went here to see Lady Day, a show about Billie Holiday and her last performances prior to her death! The show was fantastic! I love the intimate setting. Two thumbs up for an outstanding performance by the lead actress, Katrina, and the rest of the crew!

Wow. This evening I had the pleasure of seeing Memphis, and as a first timer, I was slightly apprehensive as to what to expect. Let’s just say that I was blown away. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, inviting, helpful, and informative. After getting a drink and being shown to our seats, we were thrilled to munch on the popcorn and read our program. The show started and I was instantly enthralled. The cast...wow. The leading lady...unreal. Gator? Made me cry. On the way home, my friend and I wanted to listen to the Broadway songs...and let’s just say, the songs tonight were just as good (if not better) than those. What an incredible hidden gem you have established here in Columbia. I will absolutely be back, and I cannot wait to share with everyone how much I truly enjoyed my night out. Thank you so so much.

small theater, but a small in a nice way. Their chairs are very comfortable. The actors and actress are locale people with very good performance. You can save some money if you buy seasonal ticket package. another nice thing about the seasonal tickets is that they do not expire.

Amazingly excellent theatre! The Company performance was top notch actors, dancers and singers all in one! Great band as well. We've been to Plays from Abbeville, NC to Montgomery, Alabama (Shakespeare), but this was by far the most professional. Free popcorn beside every 2 seats that were on a private table. Took my wife and oldest son to see Company. It was awesomely amazing!!!! So much talent on one stage. Loved the actors daring to break the fourth wall and interacting with the audience... Will definitely be back ..

Great performance space and community resource. Nice acoustics and site lines. Chairs are very comfortable and there are ample places to stand as well. Stage is large enough to accommodate more elaborate troupes and performances.

Fabulous theatre! Productions are always professional, unique, memorable...My favorite shows so far- The Restoration of Constance, Rocky Horror, and The American Tailer Park Christmas Musical. Wine and beer available for purchase and complimentary popcorn make it even more fun.

Good atmosphere. Presidential box seats are just really far back seats. We booked last minute so ended up there - still a good show, but get closer up if you can.

They should really consider marking the walkway to seats with lighting strips. It was way too dark in there to find seating. Stepping up and down on the platform is also very steep and dangerous.

My first experience with Trustus was with American Idiot, and I can't say enough positive things. The venue is small in the best of ways. All of the actors and actresses blew me away with their performance. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful live theatre company - the talent that crosses that stage never ceases to amaze me! Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. There’s a bar attached and they have free popcorn (yeehaw!).

First time in their black box section. Very snug intimate space. Saw "Marjorie prime." Take a handkerchief. Very powerful. Excellent cast of four. Short run. Make room in your schedule to see it.

My favorite theatre in town. Always an excellent production to be seen. Great choice for a night out or a Sunday matinee. Don't forget to stop by the bar and grab a beverage to go with the free popcorn.
