Reviews of Alliance Theatre
Summer Camps have been a hit for 2 years! My kids enjoy this camp and meet new friends every time. Counselors are fun and engaging. Shows at the Alliance are also very fun. Great job!
This sweet theatre is so comfortable and amazing! Not a bad seat in the house, excellent sound and drinks! We saw A Christmas Carol - just awesome - cast, props, effects - the play was simply fabulous!!! We will be back - thank you, from Houston TX
Such a lovely ambiance! We were touched by A Christmas Carol performance. One of my favorites. Comfortable seats and gentle feeling of peace.
Saw a "Christmas Carroll". The play was great. I just wish the seats either had cup holders or didn't allow food or drinks inside the theater at all. Too many distractions from other people chomping down on loud chips and/or rummaging through a cricked up noisy bag to get the food.
Saw "A Christmas Carol" today! It's the 1st time I've been in the Alliance's Coca-Cola Theater. What an awesome place! We had a fairly large school group and everything went so smoothly due to an awesome staff! Kudos to all the actors who put on a full show with intermission for all the school kids. On a scale of 1-10 my 6-yr old gave them an "infinity" rating!
I love this theater. Seems small, but packs a big crowd! You should definitely come check out a show!
We went to a school show to see A Christmas Carol on the Coca-Cola stage at the Alliance and it was AMAZING! I thought it would be cut short due to being a school show, but it was the full thing and the actors/actresses were outstanding. The auditorium was comfortable and beautiful. A very well designed Theater!
What an amazing performance of A Christmas Carol at the Alliance Theatre, Atlanta, Ga! The seats were very comfortable, the cast were so talented! The play had everyone mesmerized! I left feeling a lot of peace and joy.
This place is HUGE!!!!! Lots of theaters and always a variety of performances. We've been to plays before. This time we saw a live performance of a Adam L. McKnight. GREAT musicians!!!!!! Wonderful back up singers. Lead singer is a performer. Told a story of love with music with music.
The performance A Christmas Carol was wonderful. It's one of my favorites and was very nicely done. Finding our way to the theatre from the parking lot was a little confusing. I recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to allot for getting lost.
I've never been disappointed with a production at Alliance Theatre. I've seen A Christmas Carol several times and it's always a brand new show. There's really no such thing as a bad seat either. You can see the full stage comfortably from every seat.
Beautiful theatre and great performance of A Christmas Carol. Some patrons however have no respect for others during a live performance play. Paid good money to see this show only to be annoyed by talking, cell phones, and disruptive noises.
PLEASE stop selling kettled cooked chips and snacks in bags. The family behind us pacified their two children with loud kettle cooked chip bags (3 each). Our entire row complained and was annoyed like a bunch of Karen’s. LOUD crunchy chips and bags throughout the show, even during Tiny Tim’s death scene. $120 a ticket for $12 crowd experience. -1 star.
Parking on the street for $7 . Get there a little early. Very nice roomy clean venue. We saw "Christmas Carol".
The stage was decorated, the costumes were really cool and captured the era, and the actors were believable. We really enjoyed ourselves.
The theater sells liquor beverages . There's a small gift shop with novelty items.
Inside the theater. There was no "bad" seat. The staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of staff around to help.
Kid friendly. There's a couple restrooms. Therefore waiting was minimal.
We will definitely be back for more shows.
My 4 year old has been taken classes for the last 3 months. He says it's the best part of the week. The instructors are so patient and caring. Would definitely recommend the classes to other parents.
A Christmas Carol is new and fresh this year with an entirely different production. Hats off to continuing tradition while creating something vastly unique!
Great theater experience. Quality production and nice theater.
Great place, well maintained and very clean. Great place to bring kids.
The Christmas Carol's is always wonderful.
We recently visited the alliance theater for the Harry Potter Orchestrated Concert, it was amazing! We absolutely want to come back for future events much like this…
#magical
Minus the parking garage confusion, we had a great time seeing Trading Places. The good ol days of gaps in seats for safety is long gone (le sigh) & everyone wasn't masked so be mindful of that if you have issues there
You must show proof of vaccination or the results of a negative Covid test no older than 6 hours to enter. A photo of the vaccine card is acceptable. I had to show my ID as well. Love the setup of the theatre. Went to see Darlin Cory and it was a great show! Nice atmosphere, nice seats. The renovations are really nice. My seats were in the left balcony and I loved my view.
We've seen "A Christmas Carol" at the Alliance every year for almost 30 years. Great way to celebrate the season.
Great show by Kristina Kuzmic at the Alliance! Small intimate audience area makes you feel close even in the next to back row. We parked in the Arts parking garage ($18) and it was a short walk to the theatre.
Great value for the price. I will come back for sure! Next to the Arts Center train station, so expensive parking can be avoided. Ticket price is affordable, nice play and a very decent remodeled venue.
The Alliance Theatre was a wonderful experience. The theatre is beautiful and wonderful acoustics. Not a bad seat in the house, in my humble opinion.
As an actress or a patron of the arts the Alliance always leaves me wanting more. Classes with Sharon Foote are always a joy and although I didn't like him initially the other male teacher whose name I can't recall grew on me as well. The performances for kids are always a great way to expose little ones to theater in a fun and interactive way.
The new Coca-Cola Stage At Alliance Theatre is an elegant shining star added to Atlanta’s art scene. The curvature of the rich wood design is intriguing. There is an intimacy with the stage from every and angle and individual seat. The acoustics are mesmerizing once you realize there are zero microphones. Ever After was the perfect opening musical to showcase Its fine qualities. Bravo!
The staff was great. The play out of this world.
The theater itself was amazing. The stage, sound, and lighting was impressive.
Atlanta's largest professional theater. We're so thankful to have one! They do their best and sometimes deliver incredible productions.
Went to see A Christmas Carol. We absolutely loved the show. The actors, theatrics and the theater was absolutely phenomenal a MUST SEE!!!
Great comfortable and clean theater when here to see The color purple I would definitely return for other performances
I love attending plays at the Alliance theater. It's nice and spacious. I don't feel crowded.
Perfect, beautiful second year in a row! The Christmas Carol is a wonderful production! 🎄 …
The show was Amazing and any set in the place is an Awesome spot to see the show.
We watched A Christmas Carol here and it was great! You can see well from anywhere in the theater. Audio was great. They had a 3D stage which I thought was very cool. All the actors were wonderful and they even had decent priced drinks!
I hadn't been back in the Alliance Theaters in many years. The Coca Cola Stage makeover is nice. Cozy, intimate but great view and sound. Not a bad seat.
My favorite theatre in Atlanta! The productions are top-notch at Alliance Theatre, from their Broadway-bound musicals to their children shows to their studio theatre plays and especially to their holiday productions. You’ll love spending a few hours here.
Great theater! They have great offers for community groups like BBBS.
Beautiful place to see a show. Wish they had healthy snacks.
The Christmas Carol is a great play put on by the Alliance Theatre. I have seen them preform the play at the Cobb Energy Center and at their home, Alliance Theater. I much prefer the Alliance Theater venue. It is smaller, but that only means that every seat has a great view.
I have been there to watch A Christmas Carol. It was wonderful experience to see it with my daughter. Everyone one should see the show.
Uses free library passes. Enjoyed it and the restaurant nearby. The concession was expensive with limited items. Parking is confusing.
Saw "Trading Places" this evening with family!!! Had a Fantastic Time !!! Great Job Kenny Leon and the Alliance Theater team !! Billy Ray Valentine RULE ✊🏽 #BRAVO #BRAVA …
Enjoyed the Trading Places musical. Nice theater with unique design, comfortable seating, and cool a/c. Recommends but does not require masks (as of July 2022).
Took wife and daughter here to watch Trading Places. Good show with very talented cast. Will be back again. Only negative is cost of refeshments.
It was wonderful!!! ALL the actors was on spot on. It was fantastic to see a Black girl as Valentine!!! You go girl!!!
Lots of laughter and adult humor. 😂 Love it! 💘 💐 …
Great playhouse for kids plays. I’m excited to continue to take my children there and expose them to theater!
A Christmas Carol wqs a fabulous ahow with a sophisticated set. Annual tradition
The Toni Stone play was a great performance whose story needed and deserved to be told! The Coca-Cola stage renovation looked great.
It's a lovely space with decent legroom, which matters to me because I have long legs. Prices fairly typical for regional theater.
Love the Christmas carol
Great venue, parking is not as smooth as I would prefer.
The Alliance Theatre is clean with a warm atmosphere. All the greeters were friendly and pleasant. The bathrooms were very clean which is always a plus for me.
Went to see The Christmas Play with family and we loved it. We've seen the play many times before but we loved the new version this year. Always a joy to visit the Alliance Theater.
Fantastic renovation! Beautiful and interesting and pretty much every seat is good to see the stage.
Their Covid-19 safe"under the tent" series has a magnificent start with a re-imagining of Ashley Bryan's "Beautiful Blackbird". My daughter and I ADORED the show! It was way too short for me, didn't want it to end. Loved the call and response, costumes. And even in the front row, the music wasn't unbearably loud. Great system for giving attendees bathroom access. Our chairs were dirty for some reason, but another audience member let me use a wet wipe- no problem! Easy digital ticket scanning entry with no wait. Would return in a heartbeat. Loved every second!
Such an awesome intimate theatre. Love the look and feel in there too. Great sound and if you want a great time... Go see Darlin' Cory. Fantastic show.
Beautiful renovated space. Seats were very comfortable with plenty of space. We were attending Ever After and even though our seats were far right our view was not cut off at all. The staging of the performance was fantastic. Excellent show for kids and adults. Look forward to future performances in this great space.
Had an amazing experience with my family. Saw Ever after with my mother in law and hubby .
My 5yr old son loved the performance!! We went to go see Knock! Knock!! Wonderful performance!! The actors kept the audience engaged!! It was Fun!!
Great facility. My son takes acting classes there. The diversity on the types of classes is good. They've out together a good curriculum and it isn't too expensive.
Good cultural art center in Atlanta. I have seen about 10 plays and performances at this theater and they have good production quality with good scripts and creative stage works.
Thanks to both JoJasmin Lopez & Margarita
Kompelmakher for all of the work they put into the event Darlin' Cory! On September 14th getting all of the different organizations the opportunity to come view the great facility and the wonderful actors! Really enjoy the show, looking forward to coming back!
Fabulous theater! A great place to catch some high quality shows at a good price. The theater is relatively small so every seat is a good seat! My friend and I sat in the back row for one show, and we were thrilled with our view. Food and beverages are very expensive. Parking is also a cost, we found it cheaper to use ride share. Note that many shows don't have an intermission.
Great venue, theatre layout, seating. Staff is very nice too.
We were there to see Toni Stone. The play was very provocative but necessary. I was happy to see such a mixed crowd
Great Theatre for the whole family! Love all the classes and opportunities to expose young children to theatre. I love bringing my nieces here.
Tonight we experienced an amazing adaptation of Dicken's Christmas Carol. The renovated theatre is gorgeous. A wonderful experience!
Had a wonderful time today, even my husband enjoyed himself. Will be returning!!
This was the first time I've been to the Alliance Theatre in years and it is just as amazing as I remembered. There isn't a bad seat in the house and the theater itself is beautiful. I had such a great time that when I got to the lobby after the show (Ride the Cyclone - you should definitely see it if you can), I immediately looked to see what the next show was and when. I can't wait to come back!
Very nice facility to watch a show.
Christmas Carole was a magical experience at this venue!! I would go back in a heartbeat. Beautiful, cozy theater and parking lot that was easy to access!
Great place to see a play. Really not a bad sear in the house and the seats are quite comfortable. Excellent sound and lighting too.The bar and the lounge area are great.
One of the best regional theatre companies in the US. Have seen some great shows that ought to be on Broadway like ‘maybe happy ending’ & ‘Becoming Nancy’. The new Coca Cola stage has great sight lines & amazing acoustics. Their black box space is excellent too.
Alison a GREAT teacher. She gives constructive criticism, in my opinion which is good. As soon as you come in you are given an introduction from the teacher. You don't sit in a chair just to hear them talk, your are actually performing. The staff is very professional and helpful, everyone greets you with a smile. All questions that you have are answered on the spot in details. The prices are VERY affordable.
Marta is a excellent choice for commuting to Alliance Theatre. Once you get off the train you walk to the escalator or stairs, go to connecting breezeway and get on the elevator, and across from there is the entrance to the building. No need to go towards the street. I didn't know that going, but leaving I when this way. Safe way if you're taking evening classes.
I’ve seen a couple performances here and it’s pretty cool. A lot of them are free and free for veterans when you show proof of service.
1st time here. Venue was amazing. Show was even better. Trading Places was a fantastic show!
Awesome ! My daughter takes acting classes at this location and we cannot say enough good things about it. Thank you Ms. Elaine for a wonderful six week session!
The theatre overall is extremely nice and always well kept.
I couldn't get into a play about death due to a recent loss
Attended The Leopard Tale. It was a high energy production with ballet and urban dance. Very diverse company. Enjoyed it
Good performance. Tough to get an entire life story in 2 hrs but story does a good job of it. Actors were great.
Great local theatre company! I have seen about 4 plays this year. As a member of the high museum, they always send out discount promo codes for 20% off. After I used the first one last year to see the Christmas Carol I was hooked. I will be seeing it again this year in about one week, and I cannot wait. I also made it out to the Misummer Night’s Eve performance that was at the botanical gardens. It was such a neat idea, and such a great rendition of the play.
Other performances I caught were Ride the Cyclone, the Wizard of Oz, and Small Mouth Sounds.
Ride the Cyclone was probably one of the best plays I have ever seen. The synopsis is that a group of high schoolers in a chorus class are at a fair and plummet to their deaths on the cyclone. Then a fortune telling machine that is about to die will save one of the students. Everyone gets to tell their story, and they must vote unanimously on who will survive.
The Wizard of Oz was a children’s production, but I took a friend who is a die hard fan of the story. Even as adults we had a great time. They were very creative with the method of creating all of the characters with such a small cast. Of course the townspeople double as the characters in Oz, as they do in the theatrical version. However, in order to portray versions of the munchkins, they actually used little characters made out of tin cans. I thought it was amazingly creative, and fun.
Small Mouth Sounds was an interesting concept. Typically in theatre there is a bit of overacting involved to get across the emotion. This was a completely silent production where a group of strangers on a silent retreat were forced to communicate and somehow express all of those emotions without using words. Therefore, there was a lot of over acting. By far one of the most unique plays I have seen.
Just saw Maybe Happy Ending debut in Atlanta at the Alliance Theatre. This might be one of the best musicals I have ever seen. The concept seems so simple, but touches you emotionally on such a deeper level than expected. The set design and incorporation of Jazz and technology into the performance were also just amazing. It's a must see for all theatre lovers.
A Christmas Carol was an amazing experience!
I love that they have productions especially for young children. Their Theater for Very Young is amazing if you have a really little child, and we sat through a more traditional play based on a children's book at the Hertz theater and that was amazing too.
I love to support the arts. Live theater is my fav. I try and catch 2 shows a season at TAT. 1 of the 2 always being
"A Christmas Carole". Nothing can beat
"This boy is Ignorance. This girl is Want. Beware of them both, and all of their degree, but most of all beware this boy, for on his brow I see that written which is Doom, unless the writing be erased. Deny it!" That is just fantastic! Holds true in todays times.
I love this theater most people do not even realize it is there, because it is thought to be a part of the High Museum. This theater is a lot more intimate than the Fox, but not too small that you cannot enjoy a major production! I was able to see the Color Purple here a few years ago and it was great, the intimate stage made us feel as if we were part of the play. I absolutely adore this theater and I love the location considering it is convenient to both Marta, and great nearby restaurants. While you are there take advantage and cross the courtyard and check out the High Museum!
Always a great time. Clean venue and let’s not forget about the clean bathrooms.
I'm here on spring break with my little girl and decided to go to the theater for the young. Money well spent! My toddler loved how interactive it was and didn't want it to end. Parents take your small children here.
Beautiful. Brilliant. You just cannot get this experience anywhere else in Atlanta. Too notch writing, performance, and design. When is this lady time you can say that you were DELIGHTED. A sense of wonder and delight every time, leaving me grinning like a little kid.
Love the theatre and the Christmas Carol show. Excellent performance, cast. Keep being great.
All I can say is.......wow!!! I saw the musical play, Ever After last night and the theatre is amazing!!!! The play was awesome too!! But great location, parking all around and the space is very accomodating!!! Season ticket holders we will be!!!
This is a great place to go and watch different types of plays of all kinds they have pay's for adults scary funny Happy loud the whole family can go there you would definitely have a great time they also serve food there which is good from hot dogs all way up to steaks and Fries this is a great place to take your kids on Saturdays or Sunday what to get your mom and dad out of the house they will really enjoy this it's also connected to the High Museum of Art you also have the museum a pictures across the street so if you have an Atlanta want to go to the alliance theater please check it out the grounds are absolutely gorgeous I just love the way they have the Christmas decorations enjoy your day and visit the alliance theater in Atlanta Georgia the food is terrific
Beautiful renovation of the main stage. Comfortable. Good sound. Great talent
We attended a performance of Ever After at this location. Beautiful facility, amazing service and ample parking (provided you purchase the parking pass ha!). The play was wonderful and the space was intimate yet fitting for the work.
New Coca Cola theatre is awesome. Intimate but not crowded. As a long time patron I am so excited for the future. "Ever After" is done sooo well. Don't miss it!
Enjoyed the performance. Dickens never gets old. Wonderful acting. A must see every year. Seating is tight if you have long legs.
Longtime supporter of The Alliance Theater, and for good reasons ... quality plays, quality actors, quality stages, seamless parking, entry, and exit process with great volunteers ... every time 🙂 …
Took my granddaughter to see 'Toni Stone' at Alliance Theater. She enjoyed her first professional stage play!
Absolutely magical! Wonderful staff, easy to find. The show was breathtaking from the set to the lighting to the theatre itself and of course the talent. I will go back any chance I get.
Brilliant from the beautiful and thoughtful stage and props to the wonderful actors! We had a great time!
Great facility. Wonderful plays.
Saw The Christmas Carol. Felt like a broadway performance! So thankful for the opportunity to see such a talented group of actors. Costumes and set design were astounding! I am hooked.
Goodnight Tyler, Awesome! My fiance and I enjoyed ourselves! B.J. Tindal, evoked so many emotions in this dramatic, tragic, yet comedic show! The death and quest of Tyler brings up a less thought about perspective in a very controversial issue. He maintained a perfect balance between the tragedy and comedy. The Alliance Theater was nice! A great date night!
I love the renovations they completed on the theater. I will return for many many shows. The acoustics in the new theater are perfect and the seats are great now no matter where you are.
The performance is very well done and the actors are amazing to watch. Had a wonderful time going there for a field trip. Everything was neat and organized.
The Alliance Theatre is one of my favorite theaters in Atlanta. Great selection of plays and wonderful ushers. Love that they have a bar and concessions as well. Its easy to find a place to park and overall you will have a great experience.
While I can't wait for the remodel, this theater puts on great performances. I've seen three shows here this year and I've always been happy with the sight lines and sound from my seats.
One of the best, underrated performing arts venues in Atlanta. I had a season pass a few years back and enjoyed all of the shows that I went to see. All of the shows are originals, so this is always something unique!
I took my son to a free on camera workshop. The instructors were nice and friendly.
The inside looks really nice and has a great atmosphere. I will be signing my son up for acting class.
Saw Sierra Boggess in “Ever After” and it was indeed a fabulous show! Seen many broadway productions and this one is next! The music was well written, lots of dancing, fun, comical scenes, costumes were amazing. Sierra was a perfect fit for Danielle with a voice that will blow you away!!! What a spectacular performance by all! The alliance theatre is beautiful, I will be back for more shows. “Ever After” WILL make it to broadway! Only an experienced food critic would think otherwise, Ha!
Wonderful theatre in midtown Atlanta. Fantastic plays. Great casts. Productions are top notch
The place won a Tony for gosh sakes!
The remodel is beautiful. So happy to be able to enjoy the arts live again
I saw BY THE WAY, MEET VERA STARK. It made me cringe. And it made me laugh. It’s a glimpse into a moment in history - American history. But, I don’t think this play could be more contemporary. Of course, racism still does and will always exist in some form somewhere. But, Lynn Nottage delivers that ugly truth with a sense of humor and poetry that seems fresh, like we’ve come out on the other side. I remember watching Arthur Treacher embrace and comfort a tearful Eartha Kit. I was too young to understand, but still I could feel this raw emotion clashing with the bright circus colors of The Mike Douglas Show. Vera Stark is about the different roles she played in life and on the stage. And maybe that we all do that. I loved the play. But man, I loved the production from the very first moment. Especially the first moment.
Most professional theater company in Atlanta. Often the pilot for shows that hit Broadway or national tours. Of course, sometimes a play or even a season can be a bomb. But for the last few years they have been quite strong.
Loved "A Christmas Carol" High quality production and magnificent acting. My family and I are impressed
This Tony Award Winning regional theatre is easily the best in town and one of the best theatres in the country. Producing relevant, groundbreaking work, the Alliance Theatre is fearlessly changing what we think of as theatre. A MUST when visiting Atlanta.
I took acting classes here ounce and the director/teacher there was nice and respectful. I've also seen plays there with my granddad and it was a great experience. If you can, you should take classes here.
A Christmas carol was wonderful. And the theater is a perfect venue, not a bad seat in the house
I went here Christmas 2021 to see a performance of A Christmas Carol. It was the best version I have seen!
My husband and I visit this place every once in a while as there are wonderful plays. There are always many other visitors. Their emotional reaction to the performance is as worthy as the performance itself, at least for me.
Glad to be back with live theater!
A Christmas Carol was amazing. Great cast, costumes and set design.
Wonderful staff!! Theater is great! Will definitely attend in the future.
Kids loved their classes here! Staff was so nice and we will definitely bring the kids back every summer!
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra was fabulous. The auditorium is nice, nothing fancy. It's the music that counts anyway, and that was simply wonderful.
Great facility that offers superb performances. Staff is organized and friendly. I'm not from Georgia, yet I visit here frequently because of the overall quality of literally everything they present.
Great productions and very professional setting. Best quality is the diversity of the shows produce at this newly remodeled theater.
Awesome play of the scrooge! Loved it!!
Wonderful experience .Great for groups.Walking distance from art center Marta.
I always enjoy seeing wonderful performances here.
Baton Bob and I have enjoyed many experiences in this beautiful city of Atlanta. But Christmas at the Alliance Theater is ranked at the top of our list of favorites!
Beautiful renovation of the theater. You need to go see...
The new staging and capacity (a little reduced seating) just enhances the theatrical experience!!
Newly renovated Alliance Theatre. Marvelous acoustics. Comfortable seats. Stellar casts. Great performances. 5/5 stars
Theater for the very young is the perfect place to take toddlers and small children. Unlike most plays, they get to interact and just be kids.
The show was beautiful Binas six apples I definitely recommend it.
This is the most beautiful theater I have been to in a while.the atmosphere was great and the host we're excellent the twelve-eighty cafe was delicious my husband and I saw candide and it was amazing I couldn't stop laughing and crying and laughing and laughing some more, ok some of it was sad but I so recommend the woodruff arts center to anyone it has something for everyone
Excellent theater. It's tucked below the main building, but I believe you can walk straight in from the parking garage, as well. Great shows!
Great place, just saw a great show.
The atmosphere and performance weee stellar as always. The play "Goodnight Tyler" was riveting in resonated with the audience in a positive way. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿❤️❤️❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ …
I always enjoy visits to the Arts Center especially the New Jazz artists series sponsored by PBS. The Rich Auditorium has great acoustics.
Saw comedian in Coca-Cola theater
Great theater!
They have the best shows. Easy to get to; easy to get tickets and parking. No issues with them. Ushers are knowledgeable and are friendly.
This theatre is nice. The seats are a bit old but the building is well maintained and always clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Becoming Nancy is an excellent play to see before it goes to Broadway. The issues focused on in the play are relevant in today's world.
Amazing place, I've been there for acting classes for my son. Parking is expensive but you can park outside and use the park mobile app and pay only $4 for 2 hours.
'Everybody' was a wonderful play!
Kid has attended both their on-site and satellite acting and writing programs. We've attended a few of their theater productions. Always a treat.
We had a wonderful time watching "Seize the King" tonight. The Alliance always puts on a phenomenal show!
Cautious about COVID- required proof of vaccination or negative COVID test, masks during performance
Enjoyed the MAC annual meeting here and got a back stage view/tour of the theater! Awesome space.
We saw a Christmas Carol. The show was great and the stage was beautiful. Very nice venue.
Beautiful theater! All of the seats are good. Can't wait for the season to start!
Nice theater, not too large so most seats have good view of the stage. Parking can be a bit of a pain.
The theater is excellent with really good productions. However, the seating is NOT comfortable for tall people.
A great place to enjoy arts with lil kids
Love this place so much! Every production I have attended has been wonderful. A must do even visiting Atlanta!
Came here for a preschool field trip. The play was awesome and since it was during the day, no one complained about a bunch of 2 year olds running around!
Saw EVER AFTER at the Alliance. Wonderful play! Incredibly talented cast. Highly recommend this place
Great venue, Amazing performances, fantastic people
The newly renovated theater is beautiful. I don't think there are any bad seats.
I have been working on and off for a year now. The renovation is absolutely beautiful. A must-see destination in ATL.
Conviently located, parking available, access to elevator, surounded places to eat and great host.
Beautiful theater, awesome shows from talented playwrights and gorgeous view of the city skyline.
Trading places was very good ..BRAVO!
The LED lights hit different, that spinning room thing, and I loved how they would minimize the scene with the lights just right
Go see Bina's 6 Apples. It's great, and she's amazing!
Maybe Happy Ending was great ! I appreciate the story line expressing the importance of human emotions.
A wonderful theatre! The sound and view of stage is great no matter where you are sitting!
Saw "Ever After". Really good cast. Theatre has been recently renovated. I think for the better.
Fantastic experience with a plethora of great offerings. Friendly and accepting staff make the environment feel comfortable and inviting.
Play was great. Theater Company there, just okay. A lot better Theater Offerings in Atlanta, besides the Alliance.
This is the best theatre in Atlanta! The fascility is very nice and spacious and the staff are very family oriented.
One of the best locations for Theatre in the South East. You might even see ME on the stage from time to time.
Intimate theater, nice rennovation, not a bad seat in the house.
Simply superb! I would definitely recommend.
Five stars and two thumbs up!
I always come here for field trips. Its really good. The plays I've watched are amazing.
Great experience, go see the production "Scrooge".
Love this Theater! A Christmas Carol is a must see for the holiday season.
I saw "maybe happy ending" and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! I 100% recommend visiting!
Great acoustics. Very clean. Great staff.
I always enjoy the shows here.
Seats in the balcony are the best
Outstanding venue, convenient to public transportation, safe and an array of excellent productions.

Terrific venue for plays and the symphony.
My kids love the classes. They learn so much and meet other kids that like the same things
My son took acting classes on the weekend. It was a great experience for us both.
My grandson was the tin-man in a play all of the kids were GREAT!
This place is the perfect theater. We enjoy coming here.
Loved the experience, One of the best toddler shows.
Excellent local theater with a good variety of topical plays.
