SAFE. CHEAP. Instead of $25 valet at the Hilton, where you have to wait 5–10min plus tip every time for them to bring your car when you need something. Fort Brooke Garage is directly behind the Hilton —within walking distance off the main roads under different buildings walking thru a tiny plaza w/different offices, restaurants & retail shops. The garage has plenty of spaces —they are a bit smaller even for a compact car, so watch surroundings (as always) when parking! Security officers & cameras are present. Stair & elevator accesses are located on both the North & South sides of the building. Rates: (may vary depending on the day) according to Tampa.gov are 2$/hr up to $12. During events rates are a flat rate $20+ NO CASH CARD ONLY

It's a parking garage folks. The only issue I found was locating my car since like a lot of other parking garages there are two sets of ramps. I think the place would greatly benefit from better signage.

Huge parking garage with several levels and a lot of parking spots. There are elevators and stairs which make it convenient. The price is fair, comparable to other lots in the area. It is a quick walk to the convention center. You will pay around $15 for an event like Comic Con. A great deal considering the uncovered lots cost more and your parking outdoors. Credit or debit only on exit.

Good, convenient parking for downtown Tampa that is near the river walk and trolley. It's within walking distance of the arena and other attractions. Beware it does have a low ceiling something like 6'8.

Location is perfect for access to all of downtown Tampa. Monthly & daily parking available, and even special events are reasonably priced, all day for Gasparilla was $15.00!

I came on Saturday, Tampa cities parking fine fee website wasn't working so I had to come down in person and put the payment in the dropbox. The garage straddles a street and Southside has an elevator for the south side of the street and the north side has an elevator for the north side of the street. Signage was not plentiful but I did find the parking department on the north side of the street. Sorry for the rant LOL. The garage was decent the systems for getting in and out worked and for a City garage it wasn't terrible. If I had to come on a weekday and didn't know exactly where I was going it would be unpleasant.

Parked here while we went to the Christmas parade. There was plenty of room and the elevators were clean. We went to Riverwalk all day and then a restaurant right next to this parking garage. When we left, the machine said I owed $9.50 so I fed it a $20. It gave me $10.50 in dollar coins! 😂😂😂 …

Ever since Channelside garage started price gouging Lightning fans I started parking here. Garage is well lit, on many occasions I've seen security guards making rounds. Usually pay under 7 bucks per game which is crazy cheap considering the lots across the street are 15.

A pretty big parking garage and it can get confusing which garage you parked in so just remember your floor and section when departing. Reasonably priced and easy in and out. Parking spaces are decent size and the design is relatively easy to navigate.

Good parking garage. It is huge. The price is reasonable. It is connected to to the Hilton hotel. For some reason the checkout credit card machine is frequently broken.

Parked there for a lightning playoff game in 2018. No problems, fair price, but took us a while to get out of the garage and thenTampa afterwards...

Better to park here during the Gasparilla Distance Classic than risk getting your car towed from a lot with ambiguous signs. Live and learn

Very confusing floors not marked clearly as to north or south. Finding car was no easy feat!

Reasonable rates. I didn't see the entrance at first; it's in the middle of the garage in the little road that goes through it.
