I like it for Blues games. Easy walk to the arena, decent price. Not bad in/out as game parking goes.

Good rates for parking and close to courthouses or City Hall so much better than a parking meter plus cheaper if you have to park for 8 hours or more, last I paid for full day was 7 dollars vs 13 or more at a meter. Supervisory staff is great

Ok as far as garages go. Cheaper than those a little closer to the ballpark. Also faster to get on the hiway out of town.
