Reviews of Pike Place Market Parking Garage
Placed just right for the market visit. We felt safe in leaving our truck there. It was clean and well lit and easy easy access to the upper street. This from the author of The Reckoning of Rance. A novel about a troubled modern day southwest ranching family, carrying on and one man's journey trying to hold it all together. I hope you will get a copy and tell everyone you know about it that loves to read. This struggling writer needs it and thank you in advance for getting it. It is out now at Amazon, and be sure to use this garage the next time you visit pike place market.
So busy!!! Waited an hour for Starbucks. And a lot of the shops we wanted to visit didn't open till 11 on. We did everything we could. Was nice to be able to do much in one area.
Very convenient parking garage right across the street from Pike Place Market. Fees are reasonable too according to how many hours to stay there. Easy to navigate and find your car.
Lot and elevators were clean, and if you drive correctly and plan your day right the parking garage isn't that tight or full. We came on a Saturday 🤷🏼♀️ Parking is $4 an hour, which is cheapest I saw of all paid for parking - Pioneer charges 4.50. …
This parking lot is awesome !!!!!
Compared with some parking garage nearby , it is a paradise !
If you go to aquarium nearby , you can 3 hour free parking !!!
If you don’t visit the aquarium, it is still a reasonable place to park your car unlike some other parking garage charging you 15 dollar for one hour and 50 dollars for parking there for 5 hours
Hopefully you saw my post and save your parking money !
Good luck !!!
Incredibly convenient to Pike Place Market. Arrive before 9am and you can park all day for $12-13! I left my vehicle there and walked all over downtown. It was perfect!
It's the easiest place to park for the Market, but the ticket machines have been faulty recently and the closing hours aren't always true. I was stuck outdoors at 1am for 20 minutes once. Be careful.
We had an amazing time at Atrium Kitchen. Chef Traci took us around the market and taught a group of seasoned locals new things about the history of Pike Place Market. The food and overall experience was above and beyond. We will definitely be looking to visit again with another group. We also appreciate all of the hard work Chef Traci and team have done throughout the pandemic years to serve free meals to people in need. The community is well supported by Chef Traci and Atrium Kitchen.
The signs is not really good. Not really clean. Price to park in downtown Seattle is quite espensive, so this place's price is fine. You should go for early birth parking if you have a plan to park long time.
I was pleasantly surprised that there was parking available on a holiday weekend. Price was very reasonable ($4/hour if I’m not mistaken). Very close to tons of good restaurants and venues in downtown Seattle, not just the market.
The price jump after 4 hours is pretty ridiculous, so whatever you are doing needs to be either less than four or more than six hours for it to be worth it. Otherwise it’s great. Central location, super easy to get to both the market and the waterfront. Never had any break in issues, and it’s well trafficked enough on the upper floors that I don’t see that being super common.
This specifically parking garage is the best you can find if you’re a tourist. You’ll never find this garage to be full because it’s practically a secret location! You will feel like a tourist professional if you went here! Highly recommend and you are a few floors away on the elevator to get directly to the Pike Place Market!
Great place to park if you’re headed towards the Seattle Aquarium, since the aquarium will give you a voucher for 3 hours free parking.
However, this place is a MAZE. Directional signage needs some work. It took me 15 minutes to get from where I parked on level 3 to Pike Place Market—and 20 minutes of wandering to make it back to my car afterwards.
Payment signage is confusing, but you only need to pay at one of the freestanding kiosks scattered around the garage if you are using cash. You can theoretically pay at the exit if you have a card on you (or if you are using the aquarium parking voucher), but the kiosk didn’t seem to like mine and I had to try a couple.
If you intend to use the aquarium voucher, simply ask for one at the aquarium entrance or gift shop checkout counter. When paying for parking, first insert your parking ticket and then the voucher. If you stayed over three hours, you can then pay the difference.
We missed the "early bird" special rate of $10 if you park before 9AM and leave before 9PM but the garage was nicely situated for visiting the Pike Place Market area.
must visit when in Seattle. Many quality eateries snd vendors. Much is covered in case of the frequent Seattle drizzle.
Its parking. Close to public market. Cheap if you arrive before 9 am, (all day parking one price) then the rates go up. Clean and safe.
Glad we parked here and not in some of the other areas. It was underground and felt more safe than some of the other parking spots around. Only 4 stars because the parking spots were pretty small. Should really be 4.5 but it doesnt let me do that.
I understand it’s downtown parking, but the cost was just a bit ridiculous. Regardless, my car was not harmed and that’s why I am leaving a review. I did not see any cars broken into, which also makes me feel good about this parking structure. Is it safe to park here, based on my experience I would say yes, however, I heard plenty of stories about parking in Seattle so say a prayer and enjoy town.
Kind of expensive to park. We got totally turned around between the two garages. They could do a better job with signage. Great location, though.
Good location with easy access to the market and there is always availability. While I do park here often when in Seattle. I have to admit, I have had a few troubles with this parking deck. From kiosks not functioning properly to broken gates causing backups. I've never experienced anything criminal...more along the lines of annoyances. But would still recommend and hopefully you run into no troubles.
Super convenient to Pikes Place Market elevator takes you right up! Garage was clean spots are a little tight but that’s to be expected. $4 per hour is what they charged at the time of this review.
Easy in and out parking. Recommend paying in the garage, per the signs so exit is easier. Just take parking ticket from car dash, pay and retain stub for exit.
There’s a reason why so many tourist come here, the experience here is phenomenal! The open market atmosphere with many vendors selling their custom made trinkets and gadgets, it was an absolute wonder. From the fish show, to the habanero jam, Pike Place market has so much to offer.
For those oyster lovers, head over to Emmitt Watson’s oyster bar you will not regret it!
Also, make sure to grab a beef and onion piroshki.
Parking here will take by elevator right upto the Pavillion and the "craft line" at Pike Place Market. You're able to pay with cash at the P6 kiosk. There is also a kiosk at the ☆ level ( Western Ave)
Please pay before you get in your vehicle.
Pike place is a place of it's own! Once you cam find a place to squeeze in to park...you're good. Don't be on a time limit!
I mean it's supposed to park your car but 24 bucks for 4 hours to me seems like all but highway robbery. That Seattle for you though. I've definitely noticed San francisco, Los angeles, New York, and Seattle are just the worst for abnormally high prices on just everything especially parking. However very well located and I feel like my vehicle is safe there.
This is crowded but really cool to visit. It is a unique place and should be on your bucket list too visit at least once
Great place to park. Before we parked there we looked around at other lots and they were charging $12 an hour. But we pays $4 per hour for the first 4 hours. You really only need 3 hours to see the sights and eat and not feel rushed. Was a nice experience. Close to all the attractions.
Final gate does not accept cash. That is not marked anywhere except at final gate. Exit wasn't the easiest to find. Turns and parking are tight. Make sure you pay before getting in your car to leave, or else you will be charged the maximum amount electronically.
Always a fun place to walk through. Eclectic atmosphere and wide variety of vendors.
Nice parking garage, I think you’re better off getting here in the morning rather than waiting until lunch time because of the crowds which means less parking.
Despite there being security, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES IN PLAIN SITE IN THE CAR!
The garage has some tight turn radius’s, because you have to leave the same way you came in, the people entering don’t seem to consider this and come flying in. So be mindful of that when you enter. 😉
This parking garage has reasonable pricing especially if you’ve ever visited any place in Northern California or any other large cities.
Really Awesome! A must visit especially if you like fish.
I came here on a Friday morning (about 7) in December, so during one of the least busy times, both daily and yearly. That being said, there was tons of parking available when I was there. I was driving a compact car, and it was relatively easy to get into the spaces. If you have a larger SUV or truck, it could be challenging to get into a spot, especially when it's crowded. Also the signage can be confusing, but you'll figure it out eventually.
The location is very convenient, not just because it's connected to Pike Place, but it's also a nice midway point between the upper and lower edges of downtown. So you're only about a 20 minute walk from everything.
I would highly recommend coming here before 9 if possible as you will get an early bird special that is a great deal for downtown parking.
The location is super convenient, but convenience comes at a price, $4 per 30 min to be exact :)
If you get in before 9 am it's pretty reasonable for Seattle parking. Depending on where you park it can be kind of a maze to figure out how to get to the market or down to the waterfront, but it's in a great location for both.
Have been coming to Pikes Place for over 30 yrs! Have watched it change and yet stay the same. Always a “must” go to when in downtown Seattle!!! Never change!!!!! Please!
Good price, small time increments. But the turning radius needed to get around the corners is really tight! But the location can't be beat.
Love the fresh flowers and seeing all the men purchase them for the ladies! Great choice of foods and cute shops. A lot of beggars singing for money which was annoying.
Convenient spot to park in downtown but a bit confusing inside. Quite pricey too at $4/hour, but I guess that’s the price of convenience and downtown access. Lots of spaces but also lots of cars, getting out was also not too great because there’s only one lane to get out. Elevators were pretty fast though!
Good place for fish lovers. You will find every kind of fish here, dont miss the traditional culture of fish throwing here.
Good place to park. Space is tight but it worked.
This place makes enjoying your time at pikes place very easy. However, Some of the spots are designed so tightly that my passengers had to get out before I parked.
They might be doing some work on the structure at the moment, so I had difficulty actually exiting properly.
Parking spaces are compact and the main roadway is narrow
Super easy to get into and it’s a pretty big parking garage, but gets full pretty quickly during peak hours so would recommend checking out a bunch of other garages in the vicinity as an alternative
Parking prices were absolutely bonkers, though the garage was surprisingly clean and well-managed. It wasn't busy and there are a large selection of parking spots to choose from. Pike Place Market is directly across from the garage and shouldn't take you more than a couple of minutes to walk.
The proximity to the Public Market and the rate are great. The clearance says 6'8 but my SUV with a roof rack did not fit, although it fits under other 6"8 signs, so beware. There are only a few oversize spaces.
Very Clean and Easy to spot. They do close the elevator in a certain time due to covid19.
Parking! Not much to say. Location was good. Price was $4/hr for the first four hours. I was able to pay at a self-service kiosk instead of fumbling at the gate. It was easy access to the shore and to the market. If you need a place to park your car, this may just be your place!
This garage is ok, it’s always been cramped, but the slow elevators combined with COVID and you better plan on a hike! If you are going to Pike’s Place, just walk your way up via the stairs on the outside or if you are going down to the pier, just work your way down. The elevators are not worth waiting for. Also, they don’t have enough prepay stations so the line to get out takes a really long time.
Good place to park and even being a city parking area price was not outrageous. Those with full size trucks be aware parking is Tight ans may require a few multi point turns to get into a space.
We used this parking garage both days we were downtown on our recent trip to Seattle. Rates are only $4/hour for the first 4 hours before it counts for a full day. Lots of spots and couldn’t beat the location. Safe and secure.
The price is fine, but they are lacking a little signage to and from the elevator system. Also, there is some confusion on their overflow garage signage. All in all, these details are not insurmountable, but the elevators could be much cleaner and kept up a bit more. But the location and price make it all worth it.
Parking is tight here, but they will put up a sign to signal the garage is full which is helpful. Pricing is high which is expected. Tickets are easily paid using machines on each floor of the garage.
Price is very good and best place to park for Seattle activites
Super awesome place to park! Lots of space, and very secure. So much that I didn't realize you needed your ticket to swipe back in! Despite almost getting myself locked out (lol), it made me feel way more confident in the security of my vehicle and belongings. Definitely parking here from now on!
What they're parked felt really secure and safe security walking around doing their job at Pike Place and the police officers riding their bikes downtown I felt really safe in that area but at nighttime it could be a bit Shady daytime is perfectly fine all the arts and crafts and efficient cheeses that are up there an amazing
Less of a park, more of a vantage point. There are no bathrooms, picnic tables, or playgrounds (unless you go down the hill) Definitely one of the best, most iconic views of Seattle, and if you're lucky, on clear day, you can see all the way to Mt. Rainier - seeing that mountain never gets old.
It's located in a residential area, so be conscious of noise, driving speed, and street parking - there was plenty when we visited, just don't block any driveways.
Small & very crowded. Don't drive a large car you won't be able to park. Spaces are very tight and narrow.
Place is as busy as ever! Always make a stop here when in Seattle. Guess it just makes me feel at home. Interesting finds every time I visit. This time believe it not, produce and at reasonable prices.
This is easy to get to and right off the ferry. Usually have alot of parking and is pretty affordable. Street parking is a nightmare in this area and we've never had a problem with our car or things getting stolen. It offers direct access to pikes market and all the great things around pike. Come off the elevator and right into the market!
Super convenient parking garage. I always find a great spot, always feel safe and we can just walk up to Pike Place Market or on Alaskan Way for all the shops & restaurants. Fairly priced.
Got a voucher for 3 hrs free parking. That didn't work. Parked in the red apple level. Found blue apple but had a heck of a time finding the red level when we came back. Close to everything we wanted to see
cheap and easy parking for when you just need to do some quick shopping without the worry of finding a space to park
Can't complain at all: the location of this garage is perfect. Its right next to Pike's Place, the waterfront, and only a few blocks away from the convention center. At this point, I've gotten used to parking costing $20 bucks when I visit Seattle, so no complaints at all. Plus: Never had a scratch, or a break in in my car.
A very nice place, plenty of parking for a fee once you take the stairs or the elevator you will be viewing the pike market stores there is three floors. You will enjoy the varieties if artisan artist and their products are si special for all occasions made with love.
Convenient parking right under pike place market. Can't get any closer than this, tight, but able to accommodate trucks and large SUV's. Not recommended for lifted vehicles.
I almost don't want to review this place because I think it's a great secret! This is one of the best and we'll priced parking garages near pike place. We use it as a hub to go to the market, but it is also easy to then walk further downtown or to the warf. The first 4 hours are something like $4/ hour then it charges by big blocks of time, but still very affordable. Seems to get busier in the afternoon.
I walk through here to get an elevator up to the Market from the waterfront. The spaces hold cars (one to each space). The elevator worked with no glitches and was free. I do not know about prices for parking as I have no car. I'll be back for the elevator which I am told also goes down.
We got there just before 9am so got the discounted parking. Clean garage. The evacuation map signs were blank.
Aside from the western exit being blocked, we didn't really have any issues getting in or out. We were there on a Saturday and figured it would be a struggle to find parking, but ended up pleasantly surprised.
Good garage, spots are a little small and the lanes are narrow so if you have a big car watch out. Reasonable prices. Remember to take your ticket and pay before you exit.
Very tight parking spaces and very crowded. If you have a big truck or SUV this lot will be difficult to use, but it can be done. You may be better off with a different lot. There are several around the area. The location adjacent to the market though makes it a very attractive choice. Bring your ticket with you as you will need to pay at one of the machines as you are ready to leave.
Very convenient if you're visiting Pike Place. Also a cheaper option if you're going to the Fairmont. I parked here for 4+ hours and it was $24. Remember what you have parked! Can get confusing as there are 2 sections, blue and red. Pay attention to the color, vegetable/fruit, level #. Please pay at the machine PRIOR to existing. Gets very annoying with people trying to pay at the gate.
Easy and reasonably priced parking
I recommend this place if you are only gonna be at Pike Place or surrounding areas for a couple hours.
Prices are high, but you are right there at the market.
It can be busy, but we were able to find parking.
Caution: Make sure you are parking in the correct lot! If you park in the Market Place parking garage, that lot may close at 1:30 am but the gates and doors shut well before then, requiring a call to security to release vehicles.
Great downtown parking lot with $5 weekend evening rates. If you are planning a Saturday night out in the downtown core of Seattle this is the place to park.
Pretty tight parking but very conveniently located to the pike place market. Prices for parking varies depending on day/time, so check it out at the entrance before going in. Make sure you pay at one of the kiosks before leaving, though I believe you can pay with credit card when exiting. As of this writing, only the kiosk on level 1 will accept cash.
Get there early for safe weekend parking at a reasonable price for the first four hours.
Convenient, fantastic location, overpriced (obvs), and tough to navigate inside with tight turn radius for bigger and smaller vehicles. Nothing more, nothing less. Seems secure, but wouldn't leave my Rolex that I don't have on the dash. It's nice that this is provided, cause sometimes you need the option. Importanter now that Seattle has decided that everywhere is only a 2 hour parking timeline for the street in this area.
Great place to park for the market! Would not recommend for larger cars! Very tight spaces! Reasonable price for downtown!
Easy to get into cheap all day parking, elevators for easy access.
The location is convenient but getting back to your car can be a pain. People had trouble getting through the door by the main car entrance thats facing pike place market. There is another entrance down the road near cutters seafood restaurant but we had to call security to find that out. Also, the parking ticket we got from the machine was faulty so we had fun dealing with that...
Relatively cheap parking considering the steep prices weve come to know in Seattle. Great location not far at all from the Market itself. Seemed well lit and didnt feel wary of leaving the car unattended.
We didn't know what to expect, but everyone said we should go. It was very crowded and if there was something you wanted to look at it was a struggle to get near it. It is a unique flea market, but at the end of the day it's a giant flea market.
The market itself was fun, but we bought fish at Pike Street Market and it was bad by the time we got home. We told them we lived in Spokane and they said they would packaged it correctly for the long trip home. We spent $100 for fish that was bad. I was going to cook it the day after we got home and I had to toss everything. I will never go here again when I called and let them know the fish was bad I was hung up on. I will never buy fish here again it was $100 down the toilet and I will tell everybody I know not to ever buy fish here again.
Very smooth to discover and lower priced! Plenty of parking. Close to pike Place inside taking walks distance. There wasn't an awful lot site visitors whilst we parked there so it turned into quite an awful lot ideal.
A must visit if you are an out-of-towner visiting Seattle. If you are a local - its fun to visit a few times a year. beyond that - I say there are better local markets to visit. However, in a few years this place will be amazing - I've seen the architectural drawings of the new park area etc... It will be amazing. I can't wait!
An easy walk from the Fairmont Olympic hotel this is an iconic Seattle place everyone should experience. Highly recommended. Don't forget to taste the smoked salmon.
Really nice parking garage and not bad prices. We spent 2-3 hours and spent $10-$12 I believe. It felt safe and there were a lot of ways to get to it which was nice because we never felt like we were going to lose our car in some confusing garage
I love the Pike place market you can find damn near anything you want there I don't even know what to start with with the type of items that they have I mean everything light off the water good for you Athena's great to stop in and have something to eat but sellers everywhere else in The Pike place Market then you can always watch the throwing of the fish 😁❣️
I was able to easily find a spot without driving around the garage too much. $4/hr for the first 4 hours. $24 for all day.
I always feel like my car is safe here. I see security guards walking around all the time
Usual downtown parking garage, perfect location if you are heading into Pike Street Market. Stays open after market hours.
Easy parking. Not cheap but not the most expensive.
So much construction going on, that you can't afford to miss a turn. No guards in sight, I would have preferred to visually see one while we drove around. An easy walk to Pike Place Market and Alaskan Way. Walking is quicker than driving.
Super cheap and convenient. Not sketchy either. We paid $5 to park from 6pm-11pm. Was confusing to get out because the entry we came in was closed. Took a few mins to get out but we made it out.
I'm not sure if I paid more then the surrounding parking areas but this was absolutely convenient to Pike's place and the piers. Most importantly if your going to be there all day which you should be it's price is comparable and easy.
Parking was easy, affordable and paying was a breeze. The parking lines and direction arrows need to be repainted but other than that, seemed great. Right off pikes and the boardwalks.
Excellent parking. Walking distance to Pier 55 and Pike Place Market. Pretty cheap! I parked a car from 8:30am to 6:00pm on Sunday. That was just only 15 bucks.
Like most places in the city I wouldn't know what to do without a short vehicle. I had no issues finding parking, but for some reason it took a while to find the elevator up. Not bad rates for the convenience. I'll use it in the future.
Reason I nably priced, nicely located. NOT RECOMMENDED TO LEAVE YOUR CAR ON HIGHER LEVELS AFTER CLOSING TIME. parked on the 4th floor and came out to a smashed window after leaving it there till we got done with dinner. The security staff was great and very helpful post incident but it gets a little sketchy after dark apparently.
Super easy access to the market. Parking was $21.00 for 4 - 6 hours. Expensive, but it easily worth it on a hot day. Arrived at 930 to find ample parking still available on a weekday.
Good food, in around pikes place
Great location, not too expensive. Near to the Pike Place Market & the Seattle waterfront. Lots of spots, multi level structure. Access east side on Western Avenue, west side off Alaskan Way.
A must must do experience for the family and a great place to pickup fresh seafood and unique gifts. The area is surrounded by cute boutique shops eateries and the gum wall
Park here if you're going to pike or nearby, no questions.
Come early if you wish to find a parking space without having to go in circles
Such an awesome experience to be there and also to see the gum wall in the lower alley just down the stairs. I wasnt able to get any good pictures or videoes but just take my word. Its awesome
Elevator wait time is a lil long, but what you’d expect for a busy, parking garage on the weekend. Parked on the 4th floor where it wasn’t so busy and not as many cars
the line is drawn in such a way that very few places remain between the cars
Parking in Seattle is crazy. I was happy to use the parking garage. It was so convenient and clean. The location allowed us to take in the market and surrounding shops at our leisure.
Overall good parking for downtown.
-1 star for a homeless guy sitting inside.
Parking underneath the pikes place market. It's not expensive, you just have to be patient with so many pedestrians before you enter the garage.
Oh my gosh! This garage is so confusing. Make sure you pay very close attention to.where you parked. We were lost and walked in circles for 90 min. Finally after asking multiple people a woman who worked at one of the shops helped us. Apparently there is a new and old section. But similar numbers on the same floor.
Nice and close to Pikes Place. Cost isn't unreasonable. Only downside I saw is that the parking spaces seem pretty small. Makes for a tight fit getting in and out of the car.
ICONIC OLDEST MARKET IN THE COUNTRY
Closest parking to Pike Market we have found. This is very convenient to the market and restaurants in the area. It is up hill from the Seattle Museum and Aquarium but convenient to both.
I'm reviewing a garage, what has my life come to.
It was clean? Parking spots not too small? Easy to get around. Good access? :)
Didn't even know this was here! Super conveniently located right across from Pikes Place and the pier is along the other side. It was $24 to park for the entire day, about 10am to 8pm.
Great parking.... just so overcrowded that our vehicles hardly fit.... luckily others seem to be courteous and careful not to bump into you the few times we have squeezed in here.
The views were awesome overlooking the water . And the smells from the fresh flower was amazing..and the fish mongers were great to watch when throwing fish around
It's a parking garage. I parked there. It was amazing concrete. Well painted lines
Amazing great prices. So close to pike place. Just crossed the bridge. Parking is safe. Had a rental car and it was taken care of.
Way to busy on a Saturday. The place was packed and hard to get around. There is no shortage of tourist Nick nacks. Find the less crowded hidden gems away from the market!
Very cool place!
The garage is dated and dirty, but you can't beat the location right between the Market and the Waterfront. It's also reasonably priced for a couple hour stay.
What CAN'T you find here? Historic place with so many different vendors offering food, souvenirs, and everyday decor. I visited long before I lived in Washington state and can tell you that even as a resident I will visit when I have the chance.
Wish I had a lot more time to see everything!
This is a convenient place to park given it’s proximity to the markets. Usually has spaces available compared to other lots in the area. The prices are reasonable.
It's a Downtown parking lot, which means it's cramped, and not exactly a super excitable experience. Unfortunately, this one also misses the mark by not having clear signage inside the garage. When I was trying to leave it was very difficult to figure out the exit signs. Yes, eventually I made it out and it all made sense, but while actually trying to drive out it was slightly confusing.
Lots of parking spaces and pretty quick to get in and out, depending on the day.
Now days it's just a big giant tourist trap. My father grew up in Seattle I went there with him many times. It's just not the same. It's one big giant commercial style tourist trap.
Great access to Pike Place! Easy in and out. Convenient places to pay. Felt pretty safe and secure. A little on the pricey side.
Easy access with lots of parking in close proximity to pikes place. Wasn't too expensive either.
This is a must for anyone visiting Seattle. Every time I visit, I stop by the various vendors at Pike Place. So much to buy, so little money! Even if you don't end up buying anything, it's nice to just walk around and take in the scenery.
A cool place to say you've been to. The line is insane, but if you love Starbucks I believe it's worth it.
Great to park for quick stops. A bit hard to get in and out of. Seems kind of scuzzy and small spots but it didn't bother me for a short trip.
Not the cheapest parking you can find near the market but it's not sketchy so you can feel a little more safe about leaving your car there while you shop
Convenient to the waterfront and aquarium. It's a climb up the hill to the market. No elevator in the garage and the stairwells are pretty gritty.
Fun but really touristy. Felt like I was at the Puyallup fair without the rides. Nice that they allow your dogs tho.
Lots of parking spots. $4 an hour up to 4 hours, then $24 for 4-10 hours.
Amazing parking with an amazing price tag. It’s so close to pike place market and the elevator takes you directly to it. Best parking if you’re in the area to visit the market!
Parking spaces are small and if you're over 6' do not jump. Got a small car and average height people? You're good to go.
Love all the new space!! Great connection to directly walk right into the market from the elevators or swing down to the wharf. Cannot beat the price either!
Convenient parking for waterfront and Pike place market. Prices comparable to other parking garages in the area
Even if you don't buy anything, you should go to experience all of the sights, sounds, and smells. It's a beautiful piece of history.
Best parking option if your going to the market. The price isn't to bad when compared to other options. Have always been able to get a spot.
This is a fantastic garage. I have an over sized truck and the staff assisted me in finding a spot. Pricey by my standards, but everything to me in Seattle is.
Worth it. There are many places inside to park, and it's right by the market so you don't have to walk very far. Definitely your best option.
Absolutely love this parking garage gets you up to the market place and down to the waterfront area!!
Always a good fun time to look a loo and maybe pick up a few things if you need some flowers, local goods or fresh fish great spot
Quite overpriced. Convenient to Pike place market, which isn't that great.
Great place to park if you're sticking around pikes. We get in early so lots of spots to choose from. An early special for parking.
I park here every time I'm in downtown Seattle and have never had a problem. It's cheaper than all the other parking garages and they always have spots available.
Easy to find, easy in and out usually, peak hours are not too horrible even. Great views, even from a parking lot
Way to over crowded to enjoy, just want to get what you need and leave. The places I did purchase from were great and food is delicious.
Great place to park, central location, with easy access and departure. Parking before 9 am and leaving before 9bpm on Sunday has a great deal.
Great spot to park with reasonable rates for the area. The even offer some parking for vehicles over 6’8”. Very tight stalls however.
So grateful we found an easy place to park Pikes market was so fun place to tour.
Good parking place is provided, otherwise it is difficult to find parking in this area.
Great parking if you need to go to Pike Place or want to take a walk along the waterfront.
Its a nice walk around this area of the downtown. Spent a couple of hours here walking around, purchasing things from various vendors. Must go, if you are in Seattle.
Aquarium will validate your parking with admission.
The $5 night parking makes getting to nearby events a breeze!
Parking garage near Pike Place Market. The internal speed bumps are needlessly rough but otherwise it works as expected.
MasterCard and Visa only, so make sure you've got the right piece of plastic first!
Easy to find and park. No many handicap slots though
Good location to all the action. Close to the pier and the market. Price was reasonable too. Can get lost a little with the levels but we figured it out.
This is a wonderful place to visit. You can find just about any kind of food there you can imagine. The prices are a bit high but the selection is wonderful.
Parking is reasonably priced and there is always parking available when I want to visit the market and the docks.
I've always found parking at this garage when going downtown. It's relatively inexpensive and it seems to be safe. It's very convenient when visiting Pike Place.
With Pike Place being one of the most traveled destinations around the world. A multi-level parking garage with hundreds of spots saves you lots of time!
Great place to park when visiting the market or downtown. Really reasonable rates and within walking distance of most everything.
You can put your car inside of this building while you walk around aimlessly.... for a fee.
This is a great place to park. Staircase right up to the market. Super close and convenient.
Maybe not the easiest to get in and out of but great location. If you go early parking is cheaper than anywhere else I've been.
Amazing place! Just loved it!
Fantastic price, immediately found an open spot right inside the garage, elevator didn't smell like urine.
Well-maintained; great staff.
Clean, nice and convenient. Be sure to have credit card to make it easier to be able to leave parking lot.
A little confusing of a set-up, but super convenient and the park voucher program is great!
Large garage, decent price (for the location) and parking spot sizes.
This was the best price that we could find to park. Only 4 $ per hour instead of 5 $ or more.
Great location for waterfront or the market. Parking spots are very tight though and the place is getting quite grimey.
Parking lot can be confusing. They need more signs on how to get up to the Pike Place Market. Good prices
Great place to park while visiting downtown Seattle. Easy entrance and departure if visiting Pike Place Market.
Don't leave valuables in your vehicle, have been warned by locals... no bad experience and nothing to say about it... it is a parking lot, no special about it.
So crowded, tight spots, location is good
Trying to get out sucked! But other than that good location for the market. Spent $8 for about 2 hours.
Great parking options right in the middle of great restaurants and the aquarium.
This is a very convenient parking garage right next to pikes place market. There were many open parking spots on the lower levels.
SOOOO AMAZING!!!! WENT BACK AGAIN TODAY!!!! AND GOING BACK AGAIN SOON!!!
Really busy and cramped parking deck, but prices are still much better than some nearby surface lots. Can't beat the location.
Free parking on Mother's Day was a major plus, and it wasn't crowded for how close it was to the market
good, only a short ride on elevator, lets you out into the market. but a bit pricey
Cheap, plentiful parking attached to the market. Bring your ticket with you, you have to pay on the skybridge before you get back into the garage.
Awsome place. Loved every thing. My daughter Amber showed me the best in Seattle and this place was great.
Its a parking garage. Tight parking and a little difficult to get in and out due to the city streets being busy, but this is high density downtown Seattle, pretty much the standard.
If you've got to drive downtown this is a great spot for visiting the market. Easy to get to the water from here as well.
It's usually too crowded, but the price is better than the other parking spots around.
Good spot to park for the market as well as going to the waterfront.
Safe place to park your vehicle and you can’t beat the location for Pike Place Market!
Great location just hard to get in and out. Must go early to guarantee your open spot.
Parking here is pretty convenient and relatively cheap. It's my go-to spot to park when I visit Seattle.
Least expensive place we could find to park downtown for under 4 hours. After 4 it's a fixed $30 for the day.
Easy to find but with traffic it can be difficult to get to it and it's a little on the spendy side but it's as close as possible you can get to pikes place
I'm not sure this is a great parking garage, but the stairs are fun to climb!
Easy, secure access. Lovely area to shop, dine or just walk and take in the sites.
Yummy clam chowder here.
Convenient parking garage for walking string Pike Place market. A little pricy and somewhat dark on the lower levels are the only issues.
Tight parking for a full sized SUV but manageable.
Great parking location for walking along the waterfront and visiting Pikes Place market.
Easy to find. Easy access to the market. Pay with credit card at exit. The machine does NOT take cash.
Clean and easy access to the market. It's costly, but what parking isn't costly in Seattle?
Good place to park while visiting Pikes Market. Pay to park on the way out.
Best parking for the waterfront or Pike Place Market
What I appreciated, a lot, was the elevator and that hour 1-4 are only $4.00.
Good parking selection, but very tight quarters. Difficult to find the exit if unfamiliar with layout.
If you want to really enjoy Pikes Place, I suggest going early in the morning and on a weekday.
Could be bigger to accommodate more cars. I can’t imagine trying to park here on the weekend!
Great location, but high price ($17 for two hours), and significant urine stench as you exit to market.
Reasonable paid parking; though it was a bit difficult to find at first, but driving by the area and on the street, you will notice some sign saying parking around that area.
My favorite part of any trip to Seattle. Great to people watch, eat a meal, or do just about any kind of shopping.
Decent price... wish it had more tall parking.
Best prices in the area, unless you drive an SUV and will have a hard time fitting.
Ill be parking here from now on when i visit the market. Good hidden secret with a great price and location.
Misplaced my parking ticket. Parking dude didn't charge me. Thumbs up for understanding parking dudes!!
Extremely tight but close to everything.
Beautiful and iconic!
So convenient!
It's a good place
I love the market. Parking in the garage is a convenient way to access Seattle.
The receipt kiosk wasn't working properly, but the parking area was nice.
Wow! I can review a parking garage! Ah yes.. well, I like having a place to park and I like garages.
This garage is a bit twisty and disorienting and could be better lighted but it is super convenient and close to the market!
Great place to park, access to aquarium, pikes place market and lots of food!
I LOVE the cost of Early Bird Parking! 😉 …
Not bad for Seattle parking. Better than the Republic lots which tend to overcharge.
Awesome place to enjoy a sunday with ur family lots of goodies for sure
Not a bad place to park your car. Confusing between red and blue sides!!!
Love this place. They throw fish around what more can you ask for?!
So easy to use...and marked well to get you in and out of the market easily.
Market for tourist, fast food, local giftpurchase, clothing and farmers market. place of tourist attraction.
Spaces are really small to park... other than that it was okay 😊 …
Parking which can be easily identified from traffic. Easy entry for Pike place market !!
Not really a place to visit with small children, but the murals and gum wall hold their attention
Lots of hobos on the ground level. Law enforcement is clearly lacking. I suspect the city council is to blame.
We had to park bear the top but great garage
Very very expensive rates for parking in Seattle. Prime parking location to get to the market though.
Reasonable parking rates.
Easy parking. Rates are okay. $8 for 2 hrs.
0verpriced parking, dirty space.
really want to go hear some day. love seattle aka the rainy city
Use the elevators here to get from Pike Place Market to the waterfront and piers.
A little pricey. Parking down the street is worth the block walk to the pike place
It was a convenient place to park next to Pike's market.
visited around new years, great place to kill time!
Expensive parking lot. Convenient for Pike and water front access
I park here all the time when I'm downtown. Its a bit roughed up but its reliable.
It's really close to pike place, however i saw a pimp outside the garage. I wish I was making this up, but I am not.
Pay attention to where you go in. There are two parking structures connected, so finding your car can be confusing.
You have to get there very early to get a space. Check the times for early parking.
Wonderful place good prices and fun to walk around
$5 evening parking after 5PM, close to pier 59 for dining, sightseeing, etc!
Very narrow be careful if you have a full size truck.
Convenient but I paid 24 bucks for 4 hours.
Some of the garages are difficult to get back into, must use specific entrances and pay stations
Not enough parking...over priced.. but love it..
Very secure, easy access, right at Pike Place Market.
The Close parking you will get to the market and the piers area. Expensive!
Unique how to explore the market and find pawn shops food Bank more
Centrally located but a tight fit for large cars and one of the more expensive garages.
Easy in and out, clean, well lit and reasonably priced.
We went up just to see Hwy 99 being dismantled. nearby bar helped
A classic tourist spot. Great vendor stalls & shops. Buy the flowers!
It is one of the lowest price parking near the pier, only 3 blocks away.

Close to the aquarium and Pike Place Market. And,Only $5 for an evening.
Cheaper than most parking garages, but close to the action as well.
Secure but a little spendy. I guess that's how much "piece of mind" is
Best early bird parking rate in the market area
Right by pike place market, good walking distance and easy to find.
Good place to park even on busy days
Great parking, allways has spots open
Good place to park, when you are visiting Pike place
I like that my minivan in but the price of parking is outrageous
Excelent place to Buy sea food.

Secure, easy parking downtown.
Safe and convenient to the site's of Seattle's waterfront.
Clean , easy access to all the places I wanted to be.
It was very easy to find a good spot for the day.
Parking is difficult around the market, if you can find it, expect to pay the price for it.
Loved this vacation 2019
Super crowded but great shopping.
OK to park, sign said they were "full" but wasn't even half full
Good parking, but remember that parking anywhere in Seattle is going to be expensive

Just a parking garage. A lot of homeless people in the area when we were there.
Perfect parking garage. Everything you’d want
Confusing, but good service. Did the job
Easy parking relatively cheap by the market
Best price, right between water front and the market.
Had a great time here with the family.
