There was a huge line of cars going to the convention center for the Emerald City Comic Con so we took the empty left lane on the freeway exit. This was the second block on the left. We pulled in, grabbed a ticket and parked on floor F. The elevator worked to get us down and we walked 4 blocks to the convention center. Walked back at the end of our Saturday and found the payment machine in the elevator lobby on the first floor. That's when I noticed I could've gotten the ticket validated. The sign said something like $60 for 12 hours, but we paid $16 for 11 on a Saturday. It's an odd layout and the turns are rather tight if you have a long vehicle. Otherwise it was an expected experience.

I have parked here for several months while working downtown. I have never had a problem finding parking or my car being tampered with. A couple weeks ago a truck got broken into on the level I park at. My best advice is don't leave anything out in the open. Don't leave anything in your car you can't easily replace. It cost $18 for 6-8 hours or so.

1yr edit: they've been incrementally raising prices over the last year. No longer a "deal" to park here. Especially when there are other garages within a few blocks that you don't have to drive in circles to the roof for $16 all day parking. Not sure why they raised prices, rooftop parking is usually full by 7:30, the garage itself never fills up. I'll be parking elsewhere for cheaper from now on. Long drive to the top for the early bird parking deal, but you get up to 12hrs, best deal I've found so far for daily parking.

Large enough and conveniently located in downtown district. Using the parking service online one can lock in a good rate for reasonably guaranteed parking. Has security on site but still says they are not responsible for any issues with your car should they arise. I felt safe parking my car there.

Nice circular ramp setup for easier search for space. Spots are fare size for passenger and small SUV. About 39 minute walk to Century Link Field. Seems safe. $10 after 5pm or book online $11 3:30 to 10 which is pretty good value.

Do I love this? No. Twice now the payment machine hasn't been able to read my ticket. You always have to go a few floors up because the first few are reserved. But I can always find a space, and it's straightforward to get to the elevator. I've also never had a break-in or anything questionable. Pricewise, 0-60 min is $10 and it goes up from there.

Stayed a the Ace parking facility on 5th & Seneca. Easy in and easy out. When paying I did not know that machine would print receipt which I need for work voucher. Live out of state so I contacted the garage the following day and the attendant looked up my charges and emailed me a copy of the receipt. Was not expecting him to be so pleasant and accommodating. Nice job Ace Parking!

Easy in and easy out. Every floor is close to the elevator, clearly labeled signs are everywhere, and the parking stub encourages you to mark and remember your floor and stall number. You pay before you aproach your car, not as you leave in your car; remember to take your ticket with you as you leave your car.

I'm not from Seattle (just visiting for business) and I had no idea where to park. Luckily I found this place. Easy to navigate, only $17 for 12 hr parking if you arrive before 9am, and helpful staff. Plus, it was right next to my destination!

An old style garage with narrow slalls. The location is prime but exit is messy and takes forever to exit. Modern garages are bit different. The place is safe and well lighted.

Decent parking, close to the library and many other downtown amenities. Kind of a confusing layout, however, so pay attention to where you’re going.

Garage is 24 hours and has an attendant. It's not cheap, maybe a little higher than average for Seattle garages.
