They have two locations for parking. This one is only $10 for 24 hours and the other one Ocean Public Parking (not the garage) is $15 for 24 hours. The lady on the phone was super helpful and was able to find the closest locations to us as they also manage many other lots in the Portland area. Literally saved us $$. Otherwise we would’ve had to resort to garage parking which is $40-$45 for per day.

Nice location for the narrow gauge railroad. Only one rate, 15 dollars for 24 hours. Little confusing when you enter the parking lot on what and where you should go to pay.
