Excellent service. Friendly. Courteous. Did overnight parking for a week and each time I picked up and dropped off the car it was fast, smooth and simple. Not a single damage to the car. Locked facility at night which ensures extra protection to your car from break-ins. Hands down would use again. 100%

Bar none the best parking in Portland. Stayed at the Paramount only 200 yards down the street for a week and needed a place with in and out privileges that was safe. Everyone who works here was very professional, really friendly, and helped me park my car into the tight spots. The place is well lit, clean and I always felt safe. I highly recommend them and will always use them when I come back for business trips.

If you need parking in the area seriously don't even think about going anywhere else. Incredibly friendly and professional staff. There are always more than a couple employees around and for downtown Portland, and this is the biggest plus, I feel safe here. Parking costs what it costs. It's parking in the center of a large city. I pay monthly and don't think twice about it. 10/10

Fantastic lot. No issues with waiting that other reviews mentioned, always promptly met when arriving. Garage ramps were no more narrow than any other city garage in Seattle or Portland. I really appreciated the closed, staffed, well-lit parking at a very reasonable $20 for overnight. Highly recommended.

Do yourself a favor and park here instead of anywhere else! All the other places we attempted were sketchy and terrible to try and make work in a big truck. This parking garage is super safe and the staff made our experience painless and easy. Plus $20 for overnight parking is an amazing price for such a great spot. Never parking anywhere else is Portland. This was a bit far from our destination but we thought it was more than worth it to park here and Uber to the hotel.

So happy we found this garage while staying in a hotel nearby! It's secure and monitored, with very reasonable overnight rates. Staff were so friendly too! I wouldn't park my car anywhere else downtown.

I love parking here. I have been parking my big yellow Jeep here for about 6 months and I can tell you that in that time I have never worried that someone is going break in or bust a window. The guys who work there are very nice and it’s nice to know that for all the hours they are open someone is there in the Garage. I can’t recommend it enough.

I love parking here. I work in downtown and feel like this is the safest parking garage I've found. The individuals that work there are so friendly and helpful. The garage is a little hard to navigate, sure, but paying attention to the lines and the directional signage isn't hard, either. Just saying.

Only place in downtown Portland that I felt safe parking at on my trip. Monitored 24 hours with extremely helpful and courteous staff. Don't let the low rating on Google dissuade you, you're much better off parking here than anywhere nearby!

Safest place in the area to park your car (as it is monitored 24 hours), it's the most reasonably priced and the staff is pretty friendly. Although be careful on your way in/out, the road is fairly narrow.

Even though they gave us wrong directions, the tenants are very nice. When I come back to Portland I will park here again. ...and everything is just a walk away.
