Good as always and cheap. This SmartPark location is really good. I was there is the evening during the week day and it had a lot of parking slots even on first level. I think it has 5 or more levels.

For a smart parking location, you are stuck to pay with cash or stripe credit cards. Bit old fashioned considering we’re in America but it’s not surprising! Recommended by our hotel but as I’m leaving the states I don’t have cash and a ‘unsupported credit card’ Please upgrade your systems.

Amazing place to park when visiting the waterfront, especially the area by the cherry blossoms since it's right across the road. Can get very busy tho, due to being right on the waterfront. But it's affordable

The surrounding area is not pleasant because of the homeless population, dirty sidewalks and the rise in crime but SmartPark at Naito and Davis is secure. They have helpful staff, regular foot patrols and the price is reasonable.

Kept my car here for 4 nights over the weekend and zero issues. Very reasonable rates.

We park here whenever we go out and leave our car for more than a couple hours. The lot is always monitored and open all night so there’s no need to rush back. Spots are a little bit of a tight squeeze but with my Toyota Tacoma I’ve managed to make it work every time.
