Online reservation and phone app were very easy to use. Parking lot easy to find, even in the dark. This was my first time using this lot and I found it simple to check in at the entry gate scanning the code. The screen even welcomed me by my name. A van driver met me at my truck while I was unloading my luggage, and gave me a card with my parking spot location. Very quick ride to terminal. Smooth return process, as well. Great value for this first class service!

Really easy and safe. I've used this spot a few times now and never had any issues! The shuttle to the airport is really easy as well. They pick you up right when you park and take you to your terminal. Bring some cash if you want to tip your driver, they are really sweet and helpful with your bags. Definitely recommend. It's a better experience in my opinion than the airport parking and it's cheaper too.

First time I've personally used a shuttle service for a flight and this place was great! Easy entrance using the QR code in the app, which also gives peace of mind knowing not just anyone can waltz in. When we arrived it was an absolute downpour and we were pleasantly surprised that the shuttle driver saw us arrive and waited for us until we were ready. On our way home the app didn't seem to be working properly to call for pickup but when we called the office they told us where to wait and that a driver was on the way. Overall it was a quick, easy, friendly and courteous experience!

I have been using The Parking Spot 2 as I travel once or twice a month. I love knowing my car is parked in a secure space, I use the covered parking to keep it out of the sun. I love the pick up at my car that is super fast and drop off at my terminal. Return shuttles are quick and there within minutes. Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. It sure beats trying to park at the airport and hauling your luggage on the tram to the terminal! Highly recommend. I usually make a reservation, but it isn't needed.

The location is convenient, the shuttles are frequent and timely and the cost is right with incentives and discounts with an easy to register account. The phone app is also great for checking in and out and for tracking where the next shuttle is located and en route to your pick up spot.

The shuttle van was at our parking spot to take us to the terminal before we had the suitcase out of the car. The wait to be picked up at the terminal was only slightly longer. The drivers were courteous and assisted with our bags. Overall a great experience

Y'all hit it out of the ball park. My flight was delayed (something went boom and the lights went out as we were taking off) so we didn't get in until 2am. I tried to find your phone number to call for the shuttle - could not find it. I opened the app, and it popped up a notice that said "We detected you are near one of our pick-up spots. A shuttle is on its way." OMG!!! Open the app, and it tells you to come get me - how awesome is that?!?!? At 2am on a Sunday morning!!!

It's a good spot for uncovered and covered parking. The shuttles are frequent and the drivers are usually pretty cordial. The app is convenient and there's never any hassle. Can't really argue with that! Bring some cash to tip your driver!

Earlier this month I used this parking service for the 1st time. Entrance & exit were easy to find. The charge, overall, was reasonable for the number of days I kept my car on the lot. I really appreciate how the lot shuttle picked us up right by our vehicle & promptly took us to our terminal, & upon our return, at 1 a.m. nonetheless, it dropped us off right there next to our car as well - and the driver was courteous. I will definitely be using this airport parking lot again! - WELL, I used this parking spot again recently, but wasn't as impressed this time around - The reason is we arrived in Phx a little after 1 a.m. from a multi-delayed flight, I called for the shuttle and waited outside for a long time. When I called the second time inquiring why the shuttle hadn't arrived yet, the person on the phone was not very friendly. Eventually it arrived. Not sure if we'll use this service in the future.

Easy entrance as someone assisted scanning. No body helped exiting and it took a while for scanner to work. Drivers were nice. Biggest issue was I had a flat when I arrived. Ran over a nail there. Check your parking spot before your park for nails. What a pain to have to deal with after a vacation. I will probably take an uber to the airport in the future.

The parking is okay, getting in and out is decent. and getting to the airport is adequate than most places, just good overall. For location and size and what it has to offer, 4.5 stars. My battery once died and one of the shuttle drivers was so helpful in helping me jump start even after knowing i could do it my self.

I fly back and forth to Phoenix every month and keep a car parked at The Parking Spot 2. Actually, using The Parking Spot is one of the most pleasant experiences I have while traveling. Their app works great and the wait time for shuttle pick up or drop off is quite minimal. When I first used their service I was nervous how long the entire drop off process would take. But, from the moment I dropped my car off to the time I was through security and at my gate was less than 30 minutes each time. I do not see any reason why I would stop using The Parking Spot and I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants their vehicle taken care of, as well as a speedy trip to/from the airport.

The attendant tells you where to park and the shuttle comes right to your vehicle to pick you up. It doesn’t get easier then that.

Easy way to park your vehicle and be taken to the airport with your luggage. This was our first time using The Parking Spot 2 and we will definitely be back again. Parking area was close to the airport, and the lot was well organized, secure, and well lighted and securely gated. The entry was easy with the attendants greeting you as you entered. They told us what row to go to where we easily found a spot to park. The shuttle driver came right over to get our luggage, give us a business card with our row number along with the space number. He went over the pick up information for us and then took us to the airport. On our return, we walked out to the marked area and the shuttle driver drove up as we got there. It couldn't have been easier. Both shuttles were very clean on the inside and the outside as well. The return driver was again very courteous and helped with our luggage.

So simple and easy, right off the 202, they direct you to a row to park in and they pick you up and drop you off right at your car. Amazing AAA discounts. Great app that's so easy to use to check in and check out, and it tells you where to go to be picked up at the airport shows you exactly where the shuttles are, and automatically notifies the shuttle to pick you up once you're in the pickup zone. Fantastic!

I travel quite frequently and have parked at other airport parking lots before, but The Parking Spot 2 is by far my favorite! I love how convenient it is to have an app that I can use to book my stays and scan in and out of the lot with. The staff was super friendly as well both via the phone and in person. I was also surprised at the end of my stay when I was able to grab a bottle of water for the drive home. Out of all of the perks of parking here, however, I think that my favorite is how frequently the shuttles run! With other parking companies, I had to wait a long time for shuttles, but these shuttles seemed to run very frequently with multiple shuttles available. I would highly recommend this parking company, and I plan to continue to use them in the future.

I recently used The Parking Spot 2 for the first time and found it to be very easy to use. I reserved and paid on line, so all I had to do was scan in and scan out. The price was really good, especially compared to parking at one of the airport parking lots (about 1/2 the price). We were promptly picked up and it took about 5 min. to get to our terminal building. Coming home was easy too. Using the app is super easy. The van drivers were friendly, especially the lady who took up to the terminal building. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. You can park in a covered or uncovered area. The covered areas costing a bit more. I would recommend the Parking Spot and will use it again.

We love this parking lot. They have a 24 hour fenced and gated lot that offers covered parking. The shuttle service to the airport is great. Their drivers are extremely courteous and safe, and are always around. They do so much business that you never have to wait for airport pickup for long. And when they get back to the lot they drop you off right at your car. Which is nice if it's late/after hours.

Prices are great (especially booking before hand) and the service is even better. I have used the Parking Spot 2 a few times and never had an issue. I used the Parking Spot 2 last week for my trip to New Orleans and pretty much boarded the Shuttle right after I parked. When I returned to Terminal 2, there was a Shuttle already waiting so I lucked out. My drivers to and from the airport helped with my bags, gave me some tips regarding Terminal 2 and were very friendly. The Parking Spot will be my go to for parking close to the airport.

The airport shuttle bus was ready for us before we even got out of our car in their parking lot. On the way back to the car, we were in terminal 3 so I had to call ahead but they were waiting for us after we got our luggage. This is THE PLACE to park at Sky Harbor! Everything is easy-peasy: from the reservation process to finding your way out & onto the freeway. Covered & non-covered parking. Reasonable rates. Max shuttle bus waiting time was 3 minutes. The driver give you a card with your location written on it,,,so no worries. They take care of you even when you're in a dither trying to catch a flight. On exiting, free bottled ice cold water as a parting bonus & parting shot. Honestly the best. Even the plane crews use this lot!.

I have been using the Parking Spot (both of them) for a couple of years and I am very satisfied. If you are a AAA member, there is always a good discount posted for the Parking Spot, which makes these lots the most reasonable near airport parking. In addition, there is always a person at the entry gate with a greeting, the parking aisles are clearly marked and the shuttle picks you up at your car within minutes of you parking. The drivers are courteous and the shuttles are clean. And, when returning, there is usually a relatively short wait before a shuttle arrives and takes me back to the lot. I will continue to use the Parking Spot every time I travel out of Sky Harbor.

Upon entry staff was very quick and friendly. Shuttle was at my car before I was even ready with my bags! On the return the staff member working the booth seemed very annoyed that I wanted her to process my checkout and not use the new machines they have input. I explained I had a discount through AAA and would be more comfortable and she sighed and put her hand out and did not speak to me the entire time during the process.

Lot is easy to find just off Interstate. As soon as you have parked your car they are picking you up. They load your bags into shuttle bus. Lot is within 10 minutes of airport. Reasonable daily rates. Have never had any problems with vehicle security. We are frequent visitors and use reward points we earn all the time reducing the overall total bill. What's not to like?! We can make a rez, get picked up at our car & dropped off in front of the terminal, you load our luggage on and off the bus, your buses pick up at the terminal every 10 minutes or so and drop us off at our car, it's cheaper than parking at the airport, you give cold bottled water when we leave! And the drivers are really nice! It is SO much better and faster than when we used to park at the airport!

Using the Parking Spot 2 was a great experience! I created an account online and pre-paid for my parking. The daily rates were already good but I received a discount for pre-paying. The app had a code to use to get in/out of the gated parking lot. The shuttle met me immediately at my spot and gave me a card with my spot number and detailed instructions on where to go in the airport to meet upon my return. The ride to/from the airport was very quick. I've already shared my experience on my Facebook page! I will definitely use this service again!

Convenient location minutes from the airport! GREAT pricing for what you get compared to parking at Sky Harbor (PHX)! I enjoyed that pre-paying and getting a AAA discount gave an even better price than the already affordable rate. Using the app was easy upon entry and exit. Love that the shuttle picks you up right at your car and whisks you away to your terminal and then drops you right back off at your car on the return end. The bottle of water is a nice touch on the way out. I could see this being especially handy in Phoenix during the summer! I joked on the way out, "what, no cookie like at Double Tree?" This was the first time I've used this parking lot because we don't travel very much. I was a bit frantic getting of the plane and not having my car readily available to get to. I called the Parking Lot people and they happily told me I was in the wrong location for the shuttle pick and advised me which door I needed to be at. Once we got to the right location the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes and the driver kindly took our luggage so we didn't have to lug it into the shuttle ourselves. It didn't take long to get to the parking lot and once we did the driver drove us directly to our vehicle so we didn't have to wonder around and find it. When we went to check out the attendant requested a coupon which we didn't have so he then took 50% off our fee since we didn't realize they had coupons. They had fantastic service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing to keep their vehicle safe while traveling!!

Great off-site parking for the Phoenix airport. Easy in and out to 202, check in and out is super fast now with their app barcode scanner. Cost is very competitive and this cheaper the earlier you make your reservation. Very fast shuttle to pick you up and drop you off. It's probably only a 10 minute shuttle ride to the terminal, if that. And you can grab a few bottles of water at check out which is always appreciated for our return drive to Flagstaff. Highly recommended!

I've never done paid parking for a trip before, but The Parking Spot made it so easy! I used an app on my phone to check in and out, and saved some money by pre-paying online. Parking here cost less than Ubering to the airport and back! The staff were so friendly, and the shuttles are frequent enough that I didnt have to wait for one when I arrived, or when I returned. My return flight was delayed by an hour due to weather, so I was concerned about incurring an extra fee at check-out, but there were no problems, and no fees! Easy, efficient, and the only parking I use in Denver and Phoenix! Everyone knows the Phoenix airport is spread out and off-site parking can be a challenge, the Parking Spot makes it a breeze. You get dropped off in an accessible location for sky cap service, or you can go check in at the counter. On your return, it's super efficient... the buses run frequently and get you to your car safe and sound. Made my reservation online, showed URL at the gate. The crew instructed me where to park. All in all, it was pretty simple. No worries about trying to find your car or how to find the right parking garage at the airport. When I checked out, the attendant at the gate gave us two water bottles for the ride home. It was 109 degrees in Phx at the time and the car registered 125 degrees (road surface temp) so the cold water was very much appreciated. I will use The Parking Spot 2 from here on out. I will tell all my friends about it too.

I tried the parking spot 2 because I'm tired of paying the always rising fees at the east economy lot at sky harbor. The shuttle driver picked me up at my car loaded my bags and dropped me off within 10 minutes of parking. I returned home caught the shuttle in less then 5 minutes and was back to my car in 10 minutes. The shuttle driver dropped me off at my car and unloaded my bags. I grabbed a couple free waters from the cooler at the exit. Gave the lot attendant my coupon and I was out of there for way less than the east economy lot.

Using The Parking Spot 2 in Phoenix Arizona is extremely efficient for someone like me. I live in Sun City West. I just have to travel on the 101 to the 10 to the 202 and get off at 40th street and I am right there. Usually their shuttles are behind your car shortly after parking ready to help you. The shuttle drivers have always been very helpful not only with my bags but with their information. The pickup after your flight is over is exactly what you want it to be. It is on time, fast and the drivers assist you in locating your car. A cool free bottle of water might not seem like much to some people unless your in Phoenix and it is 115 degrees. They give you one as you leave their gate. I will use them again!

The "covered" parking is a joke as it only blocks a TINY bit of sun, no matter which spot you're in. Dust, rain, everything else (including sun) still hits your vehicle. On the other hand, it's fairly cheap. I usually park at TPS 1, but wanted to try this one. Wouldn't do it again.

The Parking Spot on Van Buren in Phoenix has been my go to parking for over 10 years... They are always VERY fast to pick you up right at your parking space when you arrive or whether it is covered or open and always have multiple vans to pick you up when you return from your trip. The staff is very friendly and polite and the vans are always very clean and in good repair.
