The shuttle drivers were great, and I have no complaints about the parking lot. The problem is with Cashier #1067. When I checked out he told me that I need to have everything ready. (reservation, credit card) I asked how I was supposed to know that, and he said "there is a big white sign there". When I told him that I didn't have the printed reservation, he seemed put out that he had to look it up on the computer. He is seriously lacking customer service skills. I would of otherwise given a 5 star rating.

Overall good experience. They will overbook for the holidays and assume that you’re okay leaving your keys in the car so they can parallel park your car and move it around however they want. We weren’t fond of that idea as they also leave the keys in your car the duration of the time you’re gone (Concerning to us). This is something that can be communicated beforehand and said upfront so it’s not a surprise upon arrival. After expressing concerns they did figure out other arrangements for us. Jeremy, our shuttle driver to the airport was awesome and very helpful! Thanks!

I’m enjoying the service, as a monthly member the price is reasonable. The staff is always available to assist with car issues, rapid pick up from parking space and as assisting a safe on time shuttle ride to the airport. I definitely recommend this business if one is traveling and in need a place to park or store your vehicle.

We are BIG fans of being able to order and pre-pay our parking for the airport. It makes our trip planning so much easier and it's cost effective too. We have had ZERO issues with it. In fact, one time a tire on our vehicle was flat and the service person who drives through was able to fill it with some air so we could get it to a tire repair company asap. They are the BEST!

We parked here Christmas during all the rush and we are so happy we found this place. The shuttle picks you up at the vehicle and drops you off at it as well. Drivers are so friendly we had Nate both ways bring us and drop us off. He was kind, professional and all around awesome guy!! I think we found our new spot for parking!! Thank you!!

Great experience when departing, but our return driver, Brian Marinoff, drove recklessly. He came in hot when he came to the courtesy area at terminal 4, then would quickly change when almost on the bumper of another car without breaking, would turn into parking lots without breaking adequately and mind you this is all without any seat belts for the passengers as this is just a shuttle bus. His drive driving safety needs to be addressed now. All for groups of travelers on the shuttle bus were just making faces and commenting about his unsafe driving. I was going to leave a five-star review until we have that experience with him on the way home. I wish I remembered the name of our young driver when we were departing he was extremely polite and drove very appropriately.

We utilized the parking for 5 days. The location was great, but man at the check in booth was beyond rude. I believe his name was Dennis (according to the driver). He refused to answer any questions and told us to just go park in aisle 5. He forgot to tell the driver anyone had come in. When we finally walked to find a pick up, the driver had to do the paperwork for our covered parking that we had reserved. The check out person was very friendly and courteous, but I think Dennis needs to find another job. He was extremely rude and obviously hates his job.

They said they come to the pick up area every 10 minutes. Waited for 23 minutes and a truck finally came. The Parking Spot company trucks came 3-4 times before this company came. Will try the Parking Spot company next time.

These guys are great. Picked up my bags, walked outside to find two shuttles waiting at the courtesy area. The eight of us boarded and were dropped off at our vehicle. I will be using the only locally owned parking business in Phoenix every time. Support Local!

My husband originally paid for another location but it was full. The number that was posted was Sky Harbor Parking. It was only a few minutes down the street, but when it's 2am it's little frustrating but the lady at the front was very nice and very helpful. Once we got back into town our vehicle was fine no issues.

I was based in Phoenix for work and traveling a lot and I heard about this place on the radio. I became a monthly subscriber and would leave my car at their facility for a few weeks at a time. I can't say enough about how great this place is. They have excellent customer service and great staff members. I hate airports and therefore always try to minimize the amount of time I spend there, and with this place I could park my car 10 minutes before my plane started boarding and easily make the flight. No hassles, just quick, efficient service. 10/10 would recommend.

We parked in the East Economy lot and it is easy access to terminal 3 and 4. Just a quick ride on the shuttle train for a few minutes. Much more convenient than having to drive further in to main parking or drop off areas. Overall great experience and reasonable cost, will always park here when flying for less than a week.

I have been parking with Sky Harbor Airport Parking for over 20 years. Drivers and parking lot attendants are always friendly. I have never had any issues with them and appreciate keeping my truck in a safe, well lit, well numbered lot. I even signed up to their sky club a few years ago and have a key card that makes checking in and checking out a breeze - and they always give me a great/affordable price. I recommend them.

The drivers are helpful and respectful. They are quick. There is a very short wait for them to pick you up. We enjoyed covered parking during our last trip. It was a nice benefit to get into a car later in the day that was not roasting in the hot sun. I have used them for many years. Never had a reason to leave a bad review. I park there whether taking family or business trips. Looking back over more than 25 years, it is amazing to me that I have never had any issues. Nobody's perfect. But these folks always seem to deliver.

This location has excellent customer service and great people who work for them. I park my car here every time I have to fly out of Sky Harbor Airport. They are affordable and convenient. I have never had any issues with my car even after leaving it for a least a week there. The shuttle service is always on time and the drivers are always friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone who prefers to hop right in their car after a flight.

Paid for covered but was notified at drop off they overbook covered and could cancel if I wanted....like I had time to find another covered long-term parking 90 min before my flight. Was refunded difference which was expected. Other than that all was fine. Would have been 5 had I gotten the covered spot I was allowed to book.

I’ve been using Sky Harbor Parking for a long time...even before they were Sky Harbor. They’ve always been consistent and reliable in their service. The drivers are very helpful with luggage...even helping put it in the trunk if you ask. Of course, I haven’t liked it when they raise prices but over the course of 20 years, prices are bound to rise! And I believe they are a bit lower-priced than most of the other parking places.

It doesn’t matter where you park your car in the lot, your car is secure. I always felt safe retrieving or parking my vehicle. The day or night crews are friendly, and ready to assist customers. I've been parking with Sky Harbor Airport parking for 15 years. I've done everything from an overnight to a two week stay and have had the same experience regardless. Shuttles are always available to pick up and drop off. They've done a great job to build on their service and spend $$ in all the right places to better serve their customers. I've never had a dissatisfying experience and I will continue to use them. The staff are friendly and cordial as well. The recent technical upgrade with app is a great way to continue improving.

Excellent parking arrangement. Van was at our parking space within 5 minutes of parking and at airport within 10 min of calling for pick-up. They had a special area designated for larger trucks(we have a 1-ton dually) with adequate space to maneuver. Van Drivers were very pleasant and put our luggage in and out of the van. Parking attendants and cashier at checkout were also pleasant and helpful. This was our first time using long term parking at the airport and if we ever need to leave our truck again Sky Harbor Airport Parking is where we will go. We will also recommend it to our friends.

I really love the fact that I showed up early in the morning I believe it was 4:30 a.m. The shuttle was waiting it was easy to park and I was off to the airport. What I didn't like is when I returned @ 9:30 pm there were no shuttle present. I did whatever it said on the back of the card, waited for about 15 minutes and then called the number on the card to see where the shuttles were. I waited about 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and when it did the guy gets off and says "Oh it was a lot of traffic on the other side of the airport" hmmm. I was the only one on the shuttle so that's not acceptable. I'm sure I will park here again and give it another try it definitely won't be a third strike though. I have zero patience for incompetence.

I use this parking lot every time I travel. There's is hardly ever a wait for a shuttle and I never have to worry about my car while I am gone. The prices are reasonable and I always know what the charge will be before my trip. I have used them for the last 3 year's and will continue to use them. They’re usually really good. Most drivers are friendly. More often than not they’ll pick you up pretty quickly from the terminal. Lately, however, they must be short of drivers. 15-20 minute wait to get in a van to depart the lot isn’t uncommon. Beware: some vans will leave you waiting in the lot because they also drive for a nearby hotel and an other parking lot. Well priced for people who pay for monthly parking.

These guys are reliable and in the 6 years I have been parking there (work for the airline), I've not had any damage to my cars. The average time I have waited at the airport for a van was about 3 minutes. The drivers are also safety conscious instead of acting like a NASCAR candidate.

The facility is good ..but the people are fantastic. They have a good system that keeps things flowing. As a result You'll be picked up very quickly after you park. Also if you want to help Grandma with her luggage you can park there for free for 2 hours..ride over to the airport with Grandma ..see her off, then ride back to your car. Free.

Planning a trip out of town includes parking a vehicle. When we travel we alway park at Sky Harbor because it’s convenient, comfortable, and affordable. The shuttle from the lot to the terminal is very quick, we were dropped off a the correct door for our flight and our baggage was left at the curb. Upon our return we simply when to the designated spot we were told to go to, and we’re promptly picked up, taken to the parking lot, loaded our bags into the car, and proceed to the checkout, paid our bill and proceeded to travel home. This is my go to place to drop off my vehicle and get transportation to the airport. They have a secure lot and the prices are reasonable. I have done this a half a dozen times now and my vehicle is always the way I left it. You only have to wait a couple minutes before the shuttle is picking you up at your spot. The drivers are always friendly and they get you to where you need to go fast.

I am rating Sky Harbor Airport Parking high because of their shuttle service, which is reliable, fast, and the drivers are always courteous. I have never had to wait what I would consider a long time for a pickup, and quite often they come by the airport right after we go outside to get the shuttle. I shopped around, and their prices are competitive. I signed up as a member and get a little better pricing. Can't go wrong with them.

The folks at Sky Harbor Airport Parking are great. You are picked up almost immediately at the parking lot. The drivers are courteous and helpful. The coaches are clean==sometimes a bit chilly, though. Join their rewards club if you travel a lot. You get points toward free parking, and you get out of the lot right away with your " own key card", and the charge goes to the card you have on file, and you get an immediate email with the charges. Rates are fair. See if you are eligible for any discounts. Cheaper if you book on line, as opposed to driving up and parking. They do a good job. Thanks

We were so happy to see the same shuttle driver when we were picked up at the end of our vacation! He smiled and asked if we had a good vacation and asked how our new grandson was doing. We gave him our parking reminder and he laughed and said "I remember your family and your red truck". He was so fast, friendly and helpful (he even helped us load our luggage into our truck, instead of dropping us off and driving away) We asked the man at the exit booth what his name was but he didn't know. He was an unexpected pleasure at the end of our vacation and very long travel day.

I utilized Sky Harbor Airport parking a few weeks ago. I was immediately met at my car for pick-up and transport to the airport. The driver was very nice and helpful. Upon my return, I only waited a short time at the airport for the shuttle. I was dropped off right at my vehicle and since it was night time and I am a woman that was alone, the driver waited for me to get in and start my car to make sure I was safe. I am not sure about these other reviews, but I would definitely recommend this place. The attendant that I checked out with was friendly as well.

I use Sky Harbor Airport Parking almost every week. They are reliable, safe, and convevenient at a great price. The drivers are generally friendly and helpful and they have a good rewards club that earns points for parking redeemable for parking cash. They pick you up and drop you right at your car. I rarely wait more than a few minutes when I arrive and at all hours. They always accommodate me when I'm running late and zip me to the terminal. This a great service. I forgot about the e mail, but unexpectedly, I did need to fly to Denver for a few days and used their parking facility. They were kind enough to provide me with a discount on my parking charges. Very impressed with the service of Sky Harbor Airport Parking. I had an early flight to California and left my car in their lot for a little less than a week. There were covered & uncovered options, both of which are in a secured lot. I loved that the lot was not crammed with tight parking spaces and the lot was paved with not alot of potholes. If you've driven in Phoenix....you know what I mean. I was able to take the courtesy shuttle to my terminal and the pick up to return to the lot was a breeze. Unfortunately, while I was away my car battery decided to die. A shuttle driver by the name of Matt was able to come help me get it started. I was extremely grateful as it was 11:35pm when I arrived back. A+++

Everything was great... nice people, quick service, etc. The only thing we weren't thrilled with is we got there and the lot was full so they were packing vehicles in like sardines so we were asked to leave our vehicle unlocked and the keys under the floor mat! At this point we really had no other choice. Then when we returned, our vehicle had been moved and the keys were just left laying on top of the floor mat for anyone to see! It seems to me that anyone could have driven away with our vehicle after paying the $20 we owed for parking. The service was good, but we may be looking elsewhere next time... or using Uber.

This place is the best. The staff are super nice and helpful. The drivers will take you right to your car and help you unload your bags. They are willing to answer questions and accommodate you to the best of your ability. They provide a shuttle service to the airport, completely free and relatively speedy. Plus the rates are cheaper than parking on site by about 3 dollars a day, more with coupons.

Sky Harbor Airport Parking is always our choice of off-site parking when flying out of Phoenix. It's easy to reserve a spot online, we're directed to an area to park when we arrive, a shuttle bus is almost always ready to pick us up right at our car, and it's just a short ride to the airport. We've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle back to our car when we return, even if it's in the middle of the night. We've used their service for years and have never had an issue. Cost is very reasonable and much cheaper than parking at the airport.

I have been parking on a monthly bases here for almost 2 years. Sky Harbour Parking is very close to the Airport. Fast pick up and drop off. My waiting time has always been less than 5 min. Drivers are friendly and courteous. The only downside to Sky harbor parking is that the parking spaces are a bit tight with not a lot of space to pull in and back out.

I've used Sky Harbor Airport Parking before. Ease to make online reservations. My reservation was in their system when I arrived. They have always had a van available to and from the Airport and you usually don't have to wait long for a van at the Airport when you return from your trip. Recently I've waited in excess of 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. That's too long. All the other park and ride shuttles have came and went twice before 1 of these shuttles show up. Parking at the East Economy lot is very easy and reasonable at $9/day for the open parking. The lot is usually pretty full so younwill likely need to drive all the way to the end of the lot to find parking, They do have shuttles to drive you back. We always walk. It is very convenient to check your luggage there but only if it is within 2 hours of your flight. We were off by 7 minutes so we had to take our luggage with us. Boarding the sky train there to Terminal 4 is very convenient.

I have had great experience with Sky Harbor Parking in the past, but when we returned the Friday after Thanksgiving our car was blocked by another car(they park cars in the through lanes when they fill all designated spots). The van driver had the keys to the car but didn’t know how to start it. The guy working the pay booth had to come start and move the car blocking us. We were stuck for somewhere 10-15 minutes.

This parking lot for the airport has plenty of parking, vans are always traveling back and forth getting you to the airport in great time, they have reasonable prices, and offer discounts to law enforcement as well. Just show then your ID at the gate when you leave to get a discount. I generally fly about once a month and have never had any issues with this parking lot.

We arrived 10 minutes after pickup time and the hotel manager was kind enough to take us to airport as we would have been late having to wait another 50 minutes for the shuttle. Amazing parking lot! They make it easy. Pull up take a ticket. They tell you which row to park in. One of their buses comes and picks you up at your car. The driver will give you a stub with the row and parking spot where you are leaving your car. They take you to your turmal. When coming back. You wait for the bus in the concierge area. Buses come often. No long waits here! The driver will drop you off at your car. When you leave, you pay. I'll be doing this from here on out.

So we had to leave the car key with a lot attendant with no idea where it would be parked over the next week. Upon returning and finally finding our car, it of course was unlocked with the key just thrown on the mat, not hidden. A heads up would have been nice so that we knew of the oversold situation before we arrived at the lot would have been much appreciated.

JC was very prompt to pick us up from the Sundance lot, which was perfect as it was a fairly hot evening. He delivered us directly to our proper drop-off even with the limited information we could recall of our flight. JC demonstrated safe driving and courteous demeanor. More drivers like JC!

This is the only place I will park long term at the airport. They are super quick and friendly shuttling you to the airport and getting you back to your car upon your return. They usually have a deal on groupon as well :)

I usually park here when I go to the airport, its cheap, never had anything happen to my car, but customer serivce is hit or miss. Last time I was there, the guy wouldnt drive the shuttle all the way back to my car because they parked the cars in too tight, and the lady at the exit was ridiculously rude, so I probably won't be going back to park here.

They pick you up very fast. Phone pick up request very reliable. Problems with the cashier system hold me there 20+ minutes to get out of the parking lot. Not good at 11:00pm.

We typically go between Sky Harbor and Blue Sky parking for our out-of-town travel needs. We noticed on this recent trip that Sky Harbor seemed to be rushed and the driver taking us TO the airport seemed to be in a bit of a bad mood. We did not receive any card or tag from the driver telling us who to call or where our vehicle was located at the lot. I had to basically look out the window to find our car, and it was dark and raining so it took a little while.
