Reviews of William H. Gray III 30th Street
I've been to many train stations and this one I was not impressed. They don't show the gate number until 10 minutes prior if that, they you have to get in line to go down. The train came on the other side than what we were all told so that can be confusing for people who are not used to taking the train. I'm not sure if it was due to COVID but there were not many shops/food venues open. They did have a cute area outside that is normally a outdoor restaurant in the summer with picnic tables and it was set up really nice.
I’ve been to this station plenty of time to get to Atlantic City, NJ and I’ve always had great experiences. The people at the ticket windows are always so helpful when purchasing tickets. And there are plenty of restaurants/places to eat while you wait for your scheduled train as well as a nice little gift store too. It’s also very nice around Christmas when they have the trees up and the decorations.
30th Street Station is a main train transportation hub for Philadelphia and the East Coast. Septa rail lines run thru here and share Amtrak and freight trail lines through out the area. Amtrak Acela and other train companies pass through here. The station itself offers plenty of chain eateries and other stores to accommodate travelers. It was much better before the pandemic and I miss the hustle and bustle of treaveling through here. I also miss some of the eateries especially the bar which I never got to eat at but did stop for a cocktail a couple times. Can't remember the name as I am typing this so if anyone can fill me in I would appreciate it.
I’ve traveled throughout here hundreds of times! I mainly use the SEPTA Regional Rail to get around but every once a while I use Amtrak for longer distances. The station is extremely spacious and easily navigable. I never had an issue with anything here.
Well; the architecture is awesome. The building and its surroundings are very nice. As a visitor, or Amtrak rider, it’s great. However, as someone who lives in Philadelphia; I do have to say that right now the construction going on makes taking/catching trains or trolleys to 30th st kind of weird and even dangerous, as the intersection at 30th and Market st (I think) is totally not safe for pedestrians to walk through, and yet, there’s nothing done about it per usual in Philly. Just have to walk, in the right lane of traffic, to cross the intersection . And then try to find the right place to catch trolleys, which unlike Amtrak or other trains, is actually a whole city block, or further, away from the station building itself…this does not make any sense.
Anyway go for the architecture as I said!
Such a beautiful train station and I felt safe the entire time with the Department of Homeland Security officers on site. We had a long wait (not the stations fault), but we were able to get snacks and drinks if need be, rest our eyes without worry of our belongings, and had clean bathrooms to use. It’s definitely easy to navigate with their many signs and announcements for your trains arrival.
A beautifully preserved classic train station - that about sums up the William H Gray III 30th Street station. It's a great reminder of the grand train stations of old and reminded me of Union Terminal in Cincinnati where I used to live. The main hall is majestic with it's five-story ceiling flanked by imposing columns and the bewinged Pennsylvania Railroad World War 2 Memorial statue on one end. Unfortunately gaudy ad posters take away from the look. If you want to stare at something better than models vapidly shilling scrub suits then you can head into the east hall and view the massive Spirit of Transportation relief set into one of the walls. Plenty of benches give you room to sit down while waiting for your train and there are several shops for food and beverages. I was headed to Camden across the river myself the day I was here and the station provided easy access to the SEPTA subway line that connects to the PATCO train crossing into New Jersey. Overall, if you could ignore the stupidly huge advertisements, the station's classic atmosphere gave you a taste of how train travel must have felt before jet transport took over long distance travel. It was also an interesting contrast to the very modern interior of the Moynihan Train Hall in New York that I departed from.
This train station is not what it used to be. More than half of the eateries are closed (some for a very long time now). They also replaced the neat old-fashioned train information board with a digitized one… the old one seemed to work perfectly well and it was neat. The train station in Washington, DC has more food and drink options, and more of the places are open. The only good thing about this train station is the architecture.
Good selection of food. Easy to read boards for trains. A bit noisy. The Acela lounge is nice
I arrived here from Newark and departed back to New York later in the day. This station is beautiful. De-boarding was a breeze. The signs were easy to follow to the subway. Once I returned you watch the board in the middle of the hall it announces your track and gate and it’s mad rush to get a good seat. A ton of food options as well.
I have not been here in quite some time. Purchased Amtrak ticket, online is best. Although can be done onsite, depending on destination can be a risk, all sold out. Parking was confusing online for me. Is reservation required or is it first come first serve? Opted to use regional rail, parking was free.
It's has a historical building feel, that is dimly lit. Although when the sun does shine, it lights up. Police and dogs walking around keeping it safe. One side has a few eateries. But tables and chairs were removed. There benches in the main area to sit .
On this day trains were moving on-time. The challenge is once on the platform, where does one stand? This train had business class with assigned seats and coach class no assigned seats. It'd be nice if the platform track had that labeled.
Worth Exploring!
Over all this station is fine but the red cap service is disappointing. I watched them be rude to several travelers while waiting for my train. One of their associates was yelling at an elderly lady, who needed to grab her bag, to sit down in the chair they had. There was not kindness, empathy, or attempts to help her with what needed to be done. I watched several interactions like this. One woman with an arm full of bags and a toddler was seeking help and rudely told to sit down and someone would come to help. The assistance never arrived. She struggled with a sleepy toddler in town down to her train with not assistance with her bag. I was very disappointed to see the lack of service offered by the red caps. The rest of the station seemed well managed with helpful and overall polite staff.
Great location for a train station, it is calm with lots of space, grand open ceilings remind me of ancient temples. Lots of food restaurants make it even better, easy transfer from Septa to Amtrak, with additional Septa lines in the subway and on busses, employees are very friendly.
I had a great experience it was clean and the indication was clear and precise , it was in the evening and there are plenty of people to ask in case you are lost
I've lived in Philadelphia 13 years now and honestly can say that I've never departed from this gorgeous, historic train station, until most recently when I traveled to the Atlantic City. I took some time to examine the interior adorned with decorative high seiling. The architecture of this building is simply breathtaking.
Very clean and easy to navigate the station, even if you've never been there before. The help desk lived up to its name. Don't hesitate to ask staff for any help or to report any problems or potentially dangerous situations.
So sorry this is a little late. Big Thank You to all the Security and to all the employees that work at this huge station. I had to stay inside this station over night recently, waiting on a train to Johnstown. These guys that work in this building rock. Thank you for keeping me safe.
Philly’s railway station with fantastic hall.
All the things that a train station should be. When you travel through 30th Street, you feel like royalty (in a democratic kind of way).
This is a real nice train station to visit no matter who you are, such as a commuter from the suburbs, as a vacationer about to start your journey by train, and as a railfanner looking to add to your impressive collection. All the staff are very helpful in showing folks the way around, and it's relatively easy getting to where you need to be. But, I must warn you if you're railfanning here, please be careful. Being one of Amtrak's top 10 busiest stations comes with a lot of security. I haven't had any issues as a railfanner, but in a world like we're living in right now, you never know what could happen. #watchyourbackrailfanners
They need to stick to the times on tickets, they board and leave early too often. They REALLY need to accommodate the disabled and eldery, they make them stand in the lines for up to 45 mins, they should be sitting and boarding priority first, it's sad to see them struggle to stand in line. Clean. A lot of public safety. They should have more tellers and at least 1 person at the information desk to help people.
Picked up the Amtrak Cardinal 51 route here. Clean, friendly workers and cafes to have a coffee before you board
If it's a nice day go out on the market street/30th side and sit in the awesome swings!! Inside the lovely station (a smaller grand central ) they have the old information sign that flips through the letters and numbers and makes that nice clicking sound every time it changes. Very nostalgic. Probably won't last too much longer in this electronic age. Women's bathrooms were both clean, I checked out the ones in the food court and in the station. They are doing work on the facade and the interior so maybe it will be even nicer soon.
The rest of the country needs this transportation system desperately !!! One of the biggest reasons for living on the East Coast!Amazing Amtrak, buses and subway transportation. A complete A#1 ❤️for the East Coast Hands-down!! Since I usually have luggage in case I don’t come back home ha! I take Amtrak roomier for luggage! This is the changeover station where you can change trains from Philly to many places such as New Jersey, Atlantic City, New York and others farther north. On a good non storming day, Amtrak is fast, clean to bring luggage onboard, friendly staff assisted me to get my suitcases onboard for a 2 week trip. This is the train to see the underground of the area the murals no one can see the backroads and colorful graffiti. My train 🚂 obsession enjoyed the ride and the sites! Videos above. One of the best parts of my trip is seeing the underbelly of the various cities fascinating!
Beautiful station right in the middle of everything! You can show up a couple hours early and go see some sites and also good restaurants all around the area +
AMTRAK & SEPTA have done a remarkable job of improving the 30th Street Station from what it was back in the 70’s and 80’s. It’s remarkably clean and comfortable. There are ample sources of food and places to sit. The station is well lit and you feel relatively safe passing through the station. Information boards are easy to understand.
The only recommendation would be SEPTA’s Market St. Line underground directions. How to find the subway could be improved.
Big, clean and well-organized station. Metro station from/to Downtown is just cross the street.
Spacious and beautiful. Plenty of waiting space. Easy access to local transportation and sights.
The terminal is very classy. The place was clean and pleasant to view. Signs are posted to help travelers move from one train to another or signs to leave the building. If you come to Philadelphia, take the train. It's much more comfortable than taking the bus.
Everything is clearly marked so it's very easy to figure out where you need to go...and we've never been there before. The Food Court seemed a bit sad and outdated. Several things looked closed either permanently or for reno. But that didn't stop us from getting a breakfast sandwich from Jersey Mike's and an iced Espresso from Pret.
The train station was clean and well organized. The ticket sellers, security, PPD were friendly and knowledgeable. The gates were clearly marked as was everything else.
This train station is located very conveniently to city and interstate I 76. It is easy to manipulate in, has many eating places, seating, restrooms, helpful information center plus Amtrak office.
People can say whatever they want but it's a Philly landmark in my book. No problem going there on my trips into Philadelphia.
Stunning architecture! This is a major train/bus station. Well decorated. Good location. Friendly staff. Restaurants, restrooms, sitting areas available. Beautiful garden outside with swings and sitting areas.
One of my favorite travel destinations in Philadelphia PENNSYLVANIA. You can have a sense of the old world way of transportation. When cars where not the most popular way of transportation. I love this place because I know I have total equality and protection because I am a transgender woman. The place gives me a warm feeling even in the coldest winter's night's. Spend some time soaking up the historical ambience..Be one with humanity at the old 30th Street station.... #huggsacrosshumanity
So I took a trip out here today at the center city 30th Street Station and it reminds me abit of New York city some of the spots out here also plenty of historical stuff to take pictures off and it's a cool spot to walk relax and enjoy the day.
I got down outside the station first at the Mega Bus stop and the station is so prominent that I did not need any direction to reach. There are ramps for access for the disabled. Surprisingly there are plenty of eateries and sitting places outside the station. The ambiance is cool inside the station.
♿️ This place has:
Yes=Ramp access.
Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance.
Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet.
Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Seating.
Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Parking.
Using the regional rail lines mainly. Despite the smokers on the platforms the staff keep them very clean! Thanks to all the support staff at 30th Street Station.
Easiest Train Station I ever used in the U.S. Hassle Free, mice helpful staff, restrooms, shops, restaurants & on time trains.
Pros- its a pretty cool looking place
Cons- got detained here
It really doesn’t seem like it but the police there ARE 100% paying attention. keep that in mind
Clean station. No issues when we went. Plenty of places to eat. I know we hesitate taking the train because of the available times but anything that saves you from the 76 traffic is welcome!
Beautiful historic building
With its age it could use some updates like the bathrooms.
The shop by the ramp between Septa and Amtrak has the best prices of you are looking for snacks or sandwiches
Even if you are not taking a train, this is a really neat station to visit. The neoclassical architecture alone is impressive, along with the WWII Memorial inside the station.
Beautiful Art Deco building, comparable to many of the grand train stations in the world. The central artwork in the building is an eye-catching bronze statue called Angel of the Resurrection, commemorating the railroad workers who died in the Second World War.
Nice railway station. But they tell you the track 5 to 10 mn the train departure so be ready. Otherwise there's a good Wi-Fi
Amtrak terminal in Philly is beautiful old building. Functions well as a train station and is nice for the architecture. Great and easy starting point to get to NYC or DC. Maybe could have a few more amenities.
Excellent! An imposing edifice of neoclassical architecture , this is one of the iconic sights of Philadelphia, Its very convenient and iser friendly, Amtrak and SEPTA trains to every corner of US of A. A must see sight in Philadelphia.
I come out of this station a lot. Always more than clean with many helpful faces. The red caps get my heart though! They work very hard to help and be of assistance
Beautiful architecture, easy to navigate and access trains. Lots of taxis right outside. A decent selection of coffee and snacks to choose from. Plenty of room to sit and wait if needed.
Wow them bathrooms are cleaner then mine good job love to travel and have a clean public bathroom so thank yous
A nice transit station with great historical facts and figures and a nice ambience. Although the food court could use a few more options, it was overall a nice experience.
This station is well maintained. There are quick service places to get food as well as a convenience shop for things you might have forgotten to pack for your trip. They have made some good updates in the past few years.
Prices of magazines l, electronics and food a bit high. Beautiful layout and structure had great conversation with 3 separate workers.
Easy to figure out where to go and have a great convenience store for train snacks and souvenirs, even if it's a little pricey.
We lived the historical high ceiling
Departures are well organized
Help desk is helpful
It is not cold at all in winter times
Easy commute
Semi-decent food choices. Clean bathrooms. Useful shops for travelers. An area to get out of a car without being rained or snowed on. Easy connection between local and national lines. All you want from a major train station.
Nice place if u have the upgrade to the metropolitan lounge.
Hermosa!
30th Street Station is an archetectural gem of depression era, 1930's, design. I especially like the glass wall of 7 walkways that cross one end of the building. It looks like an ant farm for people.
In the warm weather months be sure to take advantage of the outside courtyard, that has tables, live entertainment and games like mini-golf.
Great station. I felt safe and sound. Nice police presence. Great options of food and drinks and small shopping. Nice place to meet people and travel. Kid friendly. Wheel chair accessible. Every one is wearing maske and social distancing. Keep up the great work.
Although we’re still in Pandemic status - Amtrak is abiding by social distancing guidelines. Only a few shops open and not a lot of traffic, but steady
Clean, fresh, airy and well managed station. They only need a properly audible public address system. Please get one from Harman Kardon, Boss or Bang & Olufsen. Thank me later 😀 …
I am 81 and had a bit too much luggage with me. I managed to drop a case and fall over it by the beautiful Christmas Tree in the evening. on Dec. 12. Many people came to my aid, including the Red Cap on duty. I had been making my way over to him but he yelled that he is coming over to me. He came with a wheel chair and insisted I sit in it as he carried my luggage and pushed me. A very nice woman named Jasmine came over to see how I was and ask questions. Then the manager came over with more questions. I assured them I was just fine. They, of course, made a report. I would like them to know that I really am fine, just a little black and blue on one leg. Not hurt at all. I thank them and the passengers who came to my aid immediately, helping me up.
This person Damon Glenn on the floor is superb with his customer service not only he helped and guided me but while I was waiting for the train, I saw him approaching ppl himself and guided them,
I normally post food reviews but this person is 5/5 motivated to guide passengers by his observation not even needing to ask him for guide.
Roomy station with easy connection to Septa Regional Rail. Amtrak customers can use their same ticket to ride Septa Regional Rail for free. Ask one of the attendants in a reflective vest for assistance your first time. The food options could be better but the old architecture makes it difficult not to love this place.
Large clean transportation hub with food places and rest rooms.
Your stop into downtown Philadelphia! Dont feel bad if you want to grab a bite here, the market hall isn't shabby!
Beautiful building. Taking the train to Baltimore. Ricarda our attendant was awesome! TIP: order tickets 2 weeks in advance- half the price.
Beautiful art-deco architecture! The station is easy enough to navigate and obtain taxi or rideshare services. However, table seating is still not available at the restaurants that offer it, forcing travelers to eat at the benches in the waiting area.
Beautiful architecture and convenient shops & restaurants. Had coffee
Fairly clean and normally it’s not incredibly busy.
Beautiful building and style.
Big, clean, spacious, lots of food choices, clean bathrooms, adequate security,
This train station is one of the most beautiful train stations I have ever been to. Philadelphia train station is very clean the staff that works in there are very professional and respectful and wearing their mask. It is in a commercial area and mostly safe lots of pain handlers in the area though. If you do not have to take a train it is a must stop to go look at the architecture of this building period and they awesome view of this downtown City.
Convenient, functional and architecturally interesting train station. Convenient food options, books/newsstand and room to relax
Really nice space with great seating. You can also get a bite to eat.
If you are traveling first class you will notice that the waiting area has been nicely remodeled again.
Wow neat build and staff are helpful to travelers
Very beautiful station love the night views
Always an interesting place. Not all food vendors are open but Dunkin Donuts always fits the bill.
Personally I think it’s disgusting you people complain about homeless people in your precious train station that brings enough money in one day alone to help them. Sad. It’s pretty in here tho :)
Huge train station! The staff is very helpful and boarding is very easy once you figure out where your train is from the loads of gates. There is any kind of chain restaurant you can think of in here, plus a convenience store and a bar, all in the station itself! The bathrooms are very clean. There are designated spots for Uber/Lyft/ridesharing since the station is so large. Beautiful place. I love it here.
big transit hub, a truly beautiful building with many stores
I’ve found the Station, before the unfortunate COVID being inviting and Polite Police Officers. Especially both having a positive Attitude, you’re welcome to be extremely impressed!
Post Covid I’m not sure, if 30th Station, Philly have any homeless problems
Lovely architecture but a lot of homeless
If you luv train stations you will find that the city of brotherly LOVE offers one of rhe best. There is a very large angel holding a fallen veteran.Breath taking
Sometimes is confusing since it's a huge place, but customer service is great.
Very beautiful old building that so clean , safety, convenient for everyone who travels by trains . The subway right there too , easy to pickup or drop off. When you waiting for train. The place very comfortable and foods courts with different types and some bars there if you over 21.
This train station/food court can smell awful at times. The most recent time I was there it didn't smell too bad. This is a great place to catch a train!
The food selection is fine.
Nice train station, with a beautifully constructed old building. The ceiling in the main hall is magnificent, towering high over the various entrances to the train platforms, creating an large echo chamber that makes the announcements a tad difficult to hear clearly. The station includes a variety of shops and restaurants.
The station is decent with plenty of room, easy to find information and lots of good food choices. The trains are generally comfortable rides. The bathroom in the one we took stunk really bad and even though we bought business class seats there were no two seats together in that car so we sat in coach. The conductor was nice enough to let us know when two seats side by side opened up, but regardless, I will never buy business class again unless I get assigned seats. Total waste of money unless you travel alone.
This place is huge. I spent my time there while waiting for my next train. The food is good. It was just bad that half of the places were closed.
Awesome food court inside. Everything is there. A bit pricey but very good.
Main station in downtown Philly. Boarded train from NYC to visit Philadelphia. Loved the station and its grandeur.
It's great and Shazam shot a few scenes there.
I like this station. Since becoming a frequent train traveler, I am always comfortable here. I mentioned before about the Red Cap service and they have never failed to be helpful and courteous. Hats off , they need a lot of patients working with sometimes cranky travelers. Anyway, everything good all around
Beautiful train station equipped with decent food and good services. This place is quite safe and relatively easy to navigate as far as train stations go.
There is a significant homeless presence along with one or two vacant storefronts. Garbage is occasionally an issue in some places.
Panhandlers are often found around the adjacent area, along the intersections of Market Street.
Parking can be difficult, so prepare to wait to pick up/drop off in advance.
Tickets are easy enough to buy (get the freedom pass if you'll be riding more than once on a weekend)
The food places here are okay but nothing amazing. The floors can be very dirty, especially in the winter.
The trains usually come when the board says they will.
Traveling is what I do...hope to see you in a city soon😍😍💃🏿🤸♀️ …
Wide open room with incredible architecture and friendly people. Lots of places to get coffee or a snack.
I arrived on Time and love the look of this Station. Inside and out. Lots of places to eat and many different types of seating to please everyone. I used Amtrak for my trip on Train #42 and had a wonderful Cafe attendant Brian and a helpful Train Conductor Darlene.
I was on busy schedule and missed my e ticket purchase but was helped via a friendly call to Amtrak. Thank you Customer Service.
Over all Great experience this Trip and for the past 40 years. Divorced parents on opposite ends of the State. Train rides Rule!!
Thank you for your clean on time train, fresh food, and over all great Train Team.

Simple, easy to navigate and clean. Exactly what you want for public transportation.
Its ok. Its great if you are travelling from one place to the other. There are a lot of familiar eat spots to try. Wendy's, Dunkin, a few more. I always stop by Dunkin and grab my hot coffee, decaf black with a flavor, this time it was gingerbread!! Love the stuff!!
Nice clean station with amenities....car rental, food/drink, restrooms, lounge.
I visited the 30 st area walking near University of Pennsylvania at night. Absolutely beautiful skyline. Colors of lights highlighting the buildings elegant. It made for quiet and intriguing evening. The neighborhood was calm and friendly. The stores we visited were clean and well appointed and restaurants had outdoor areas to eat. Most were friendly and kind. Definitely a nice place to visit.
A historic and architecturally impressive building, blending classical and modern styles. The 30th street station is a hub of activity being the tenth-busiest train station in the United States. The spacious gate lobby leads to a walk-around of over 30 food and retail vendors. I often enjoy train layovers in this station. Grab a bite to eat, a place to sit, and admire the building while people watching.
Very easy to plan the trip, but the user interface on the website could use a little re-working, it was very finicky. The station itself looks pretty nice, and it was easy to figure out how to get to my train. The train ride itself was long, and there was even a cafe car, albeit it was expensive. Pretty nice trip.
Magnificent old classic train station. The lights and windows look like they haven't been replaced since the 30's.
I was impressed with the opportunity to park at a Regional lot overnight, ride in to the airport, return without a hitch and go home. Yes, it took a bit longer overall but no traffic, no long term parking fees, and I got to relax and read instead of dealing with road rage for the hour plus from my stop in and out. Safe, clean, fairly priced. Had to figure out ticketing and parking fee process on my own but once done it went smoothly.
1. Overnight parking- call septa to figure out requirements and if your lot allows overnight.
2. Tickets are purchased on the train ( although changing soon?)
3. If you think your travel plans may be extended, add a few extra nights onto your parking to avoid possible fines and tow.
I lived in Philadelphia for 38 years. Born and raised. I have traveled extensively through the years via bus, train and plane. I used the train to travel from Philly to Boston and from Philly to Florida. I have never ever seen a train station made like this one in my lifetime.
30th Street Station is an institution and a landmark in itself. This place is huge and historical. Almost like a museum only you don't have to be quiet. It is also quite famous. The architecture is top notch. Just look up and gaze at the artwork or the tiles? Where can you get that in an Amtrak train station? No where other than D.C or New York maybe.
This station offers a good food selection. Many restaurants, stores and coffee shops. You can also catch the regional rail trains from here as well. Love this place.
Beautiful building and cavernous main terminal with various food options and limited shopping. Taxi line out front can get you to most downtown hotels in under 15 minutes. Station is old and shows it in terms of cleanliness, but the necessary amenities are there.
Always a great place when I arrive or depart. Never had a problem here. Always felt safe.
Nice and open station. Bathrooms were clean and information was easy to obtain.
Nice train station in an old, beautiful building... A major commute point for people traveling via regional train to suburbs. Well connected by trolleys and the Market Frankford Line (MFL) and buses for city commute. Many food options inside the station, public restrooms and a lovely park outside. The park has chairs and tables and swings, a fun place to hang out if you're waiting for your train or transferring between trains.
Nice to look at. Not so nice to sit and wait for someone in your car. Disaster to navigate some days.
Located at the heart of Philly, one of the most beautiful stations with great connectivity.
not the biggest train station, but its a architecturally fantastic building.
Beautiful station, architecture is marvelous. Entrance to the station can sometimes be crowded but it's conviniently located. Multiple options to eat but they close by 9-10p. They usually allow travelers onto the platforms about 5 minutes before the train arrives.
So clean inside I actually ate there while waiting. Very nice Police officer at door let me wait in the drop off area for my son inbound from college instead of making me circle around and around until train arrived. Since it was nighttime, I felt much safer there.
One of the smaller Amtrak stations I have been to (compared to NY Penn and LA Union stations) but a very nice one nonetheless, not crowded or crazy but still efficient. Quiet and well connected. Plenty of uber and lyft outside to take me back.. I would, however, advise not to spend too much time here as there are homeless people inside. I got approached by one on my first visit itself when I must have spent a total of 30 minutes at the stations including all activities, but I just told him I did not know what he was talking about because I actually did not know what he was talking about.
Nice train ride to this station via Amtrak. It was easy to get a taxi as there's a taxi lane right outside the doors. Didn't stop to shop but I could see it would be no problem to grab some grub.
Beautiful and surprisingly clean, palace to train travel. Signs are clearly marked and the food options are extremely varied for a fairly small space. I'm used to Penn Station which in its current form is an abomination, so 30th Street is a nice change.
(Also, cracks me up the bad reviews of the station people wrote because they had issues on their train, like somehow a train station can also control what happens on or with trains)
Great train station compared to most between Pittsburgh and NYC. Could use some better food options. Outside park area improvements are constantly being made to make the travel experience more enjoyable. Queue lines can be tricky. Listen for your boarding announcements and ask others where the line is if you're confused!
The train station is very clean and signs are visible and easy to follow. Plenty of food and drink options. Wish there was a train that left at midnight going to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The swings outside are very nice and well kept but you can't enjoy them at night while waiting for your train to come because the homeless people are sleeping on them. It's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
They have seating that you don't have to buy a ticket to somewhere to be able to sit like the other stations in philly. Cops always on duty which make it feel safe. The bathrooms kept nice and clean for the most part. But if you need to use the bathroom while they are cleaning the stalls they barely give you even 1 minute in a stall before they send a cop in banging on every stall door telling you to get out of the stall. They get very pushy in the bathrooms the later into the night time it gets. Sometimes you are able to stay inside 30th st station if you end up missing the last bus or regional rail train sometimes they kick everyone out till theh technically open back up at 5am the next day.
Clean, staff will assist if asked
An excellent place to catch a SEPTA or Amtrak train. There is an abundance of interesting architecture. I suggest increasing security, however.
Hard to find parking very strict rules but at least it is very clean even the bathrooms. I'm not sure if there's good service here because I've never asked for help.
I have always thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Pennsylvania 30th Street Station. Even though they changed the name. It will always be 30th Street to me. It is a classic train station. Nicely architectured. They have restaurants in there, a convenience store, and plenty of space to wait for your trains. They have trained boards and screens. The Amtrak ticket windows are always staffed and they always have quick track machines available as well. Amtrak and New Jersey Transit run out of this station.
I really like this station as it's never crazy busy, it's rather attractive, plenty of food choices, good and clean bathrooms, lots of ticket booth people and all in all an A+ experience. I have learned that if you tip the redcaps, one will take you downstairs the back way before mere mortals go down the front stairs........this give you a priority getting seats..........sometimes.
Best train station in Philadelphia! Lots of places to eat, bathrooms, and plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. There's a patio area outside called "The Porch" with wooden swings and food trucks in warm weather. This train station is a destination in itself, but if you want to venture out, University City is a short walk (or subway ride) away.
This is probably one of the prettiest (and cleanest) train stations in the U.S. and it also has great food options. The main hall is gorgeous architecturally. Don't miss the beautiful statue at the east entrance, the classic columns, and the amazing coffered ceiling. And there are plenty of good options in the food hall. I just went thru South Station in Boston and Penn Station in NYC. Both are depressing places, with no character whatsoever. Philadelphians should be proud of this station.
This is one of the most beautiful train stations in the country, leagues over even the new Penn Station in NYC, even if you're not taking a train just visit it it's so beautiful and breathtaking.
Beautiful architecture, statues and murals. Good selection of food/restaurants. Nice place to wait. Lots of restrooms, although they're not always the cleanest. People are generally friendly. You can catch all kinds of transit here (Amtrak, Septa, NJ Transit) and buses meet on JFK and 30th, down the block (Megabus, Bolt, etc). Note: Greyhound departs from Filbert Street.
They really fixed this up! With the swings outside and the river right there, it gives it a great look for Philadelphia! Plus u can travel to almost anywhere in the US from here, so if u don't like it, u can go somewhere else, or ANYWHERE ELSE!! 😄 …
Great train station a philly land mark
Amazing building. Beautiful architecture. Lots of food options and places to sit and wait for a train. Awesome wooden swings outside are relaxing with great views of the Philadelphia skyline.
The William Gray 30th Street Station is a major Amtrak train stop. It's close to downtown Philly, two major interstate highways (95 & 76), and the Philadelphia International Airport. Light retail, a few food spots, and spacious seating in a cavernous waiting area.
A Beautiful and historic building that is well maintained. 30th Street station connects to all of Philly's rail network, including busses and taxis. With the recent renovation, there's plenty of outdoor space to relax. In the heart of downtown Philly, it's a great place to get started for sightseeing.
Used facility as a transportation point to NYC and Atlantic City and both times the place was clean and everyone was noncompliant with mask. There is also a variety of food vendors onsite.
A lot of existing businesses inside of the train station for which you would never be bored waiting for your transportation to a ride whether rideshare Amtrak or any other type of mobility.
If Amtrak wanted more riders they would clean up their act. I have been traveling through here for 10 years with zero improvements. Bathrooms are gross. Why can train stations not model themselves after airports?
3oth Street station can be a bit confusing. When you arrive there are several ways to enter the station on all 4 sides of the building. Septa customer service is located next to the rental car reservation station. You have to walk up the ramp to the left to reach the septa trains. There are machines to pay your septa fare if you pay on the train you will pay more. Amtrak is literally right in the main section and easy to spot. I always see people sleeping in the lobby or in a long line at the Amtrak station. Be careful.about sleeping here bring a blanket and pillow also sanitizer .There are homeless people who lounge here daily. There are fairly good food options average price for nice spots $10- $13 for lunch ,snacks $3-$5 .Fast food $5-$6 hoagies $8-$10. Coffee tea $3-$5. There is a Gnc and a sports bar.. There are some places I would not trust eating from so I stick to the franchise food establishment. If your picking up a rental car ,the rental cars are located in the basement type parking lot. You must take a escalator or elevator. There are plenty of cab's available most of the time.
.There are two bathrooms homeless people wash up in the bathrooms the staff tries to keep it clean as possible. If you see a person in need try and be kind with a smile. They have a nice large outdoor patio type lounge eating area .I have seen food trucks there and special events.
I was at this station yesterday. I was very impressed by how clean the station and restrooms were. Thank you to the cleaning teams for their excellent work and extra measures taken during this pandemic
Amtrak and Septa in this station are both very clean. You may see the occasional brazen roach wander out, but remember this is a train hub and below you are tunnels. There's no way to keep 100% of all bugs out, but they do a good job for what it's worth.
The station itself is beautiful and does offer foods and accessories to customers and there's a charging station.
The only negative, which is why I took away a star, is that the Amtrak staff working in the center desk never really try to help people find information. You ask them a question, and they immediately tell you to pick up a guide, directory, or schedule which are sitting there. It would be nice for them to actually help answer questions.
In need of an upgrade. A bit confusing and signage tough to understand.
this building is gorgeous. some litter around but it's a magnificent place.
Well functioned station with good architecture design. The Info desk in the main hall near the West entrance is very helpful.
Indications are clear. Food selections are good
Not as related: trains usually not exactly on time.
It's a pretty convenient transportation hub in West Philadelphia, for both train and bus service. You can also tent cars here. It is convenient to both Center City and the suburbs. Parking is reasonable, and it is free to park when you are dropping off and picking up. You are right on the U Penn and Drexel Campuses, as well.
It was convenient to get too for me. Close to the 30th street train station. Most importantly for me, is that I felt safe.
Awesome station that is very well kept and organized. There is quite a bit of space inside and even a cafeteria area. There's also some good coffee and breakfast choices although kind of expensive
Standard train station. Clean and bright, nothing too special about the design. The bathrooms are a little gross, but not too busy. There are some generic food options available.
Good place to take a breather during the night as a rideshare driver. And might be the only 24 hour public bathroom in a 2 mile radius. Tip: if you're entering from 30th St side, if the bathroom to the left is closed, there's an open one through the food court to the right.
Well it's a train station. Access to Amtrak, NJ Transit, and SEPTA. The inside is very spacious. There are a few choices for food while you are waiting.
Parking in the area is terrible. I would recommend taking a cab or having a friend drive you there.
Monumental, Architecture and convenience, with the latest upgrades and good choice of food and travel need accessories, last minute travel shopping, safety and cleanliness makes this my favourite station..past 4 years of using this station had many stories..LOVE Philadelphia...
A well connected railway station with all the amenities. Has decent food options and clean-ish restrooms. Close to megabus and bolt bus pick up locations. Connections to Trenton via local rail (SEPTA).
The ease of using the train to Atlantic City New Jersey is great. Good food selection and they added another new food outlet called Milkhouse. They make the best grilled cheese sandwiches and also make fresh made salads. Try them out.
I like this train station. It's spacious and I don't feel crowded like at Penn Station in NYC. The trains are mostly on time.
I don't really understand why they hire someone to manage the taxi line. NYC Penn Station has even more people and most of the time there's no one there to manage the taxi line. We all just line up like adults.
I'm nagging about this because the guy here keeps trying to make me feel guilty for not giving him a tip. I don't feel guilty, because he's not doing anything for me. I can open my own door and put my own suitcase in the trunk. In fact, that's exactly what I do. But it'd be nice to do that without someone expecting a tip.
It's a wonderful station. Plenty of food options and places to sit and rest. You have to look at the WW2 monument and the transportation mural, both are fantastic.
Wide selection of food and drinks. Bathrooms are somewhat clean but it is a public place so its hard to keep everything sparkling clean. Trains were on time.
Pricey restaurants and other stores but I come here for the transportation, not to buy anything besides tickets. Don't trip over the bum's. And don't "donate" money to the panhandlers because they will just spend it on drugs or booze.
I don't like traveling by long distance trains. Having said that my experience has been really good traveling with Amtrack, the staff was uber friendly and very accommodating. They were able to help me out by hopping onto an earlier train. The trains were always on time.
The only issue I have is that the gate numbers for trains aren’t available online. Other than that, Amtrak is pretty amazing!!
It's the train station so it's always busy
What a beautiful old building and looks like a pretty busy train station. But it's so run down & dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting! Shame on you Philladelphia for treating such a historic jewel in this way.
Not to crowded to be an Amtrak train station. Very sanitized & everyone had to wear a facial mask.
Gets me from A To B and it's nice meeting people at times when all you got to do just sit back and relax and enjoy the ride....
love this station. nice and clean with a variety of food choices.
Inside the Station sits one of the most inspiring and moving memorials to the fallen. I only wish more people walking around on a busy day would stop and offer reverence for those who paid the ultimate price for freedom.
I can easily take a bus to the SEPTA regional station. From there, for a fair price and reasonably quickly, the train gets me into Philly where I have access to their (in my opinion) excellent public transport.
I read the bad reviews and I had to respond with my experience. After several times picking up and dropping off my grandson I must say it couldn't have been easier Even if I park d and went inside there were numerous food and beverages options and even an outside park to sit and wait. Train ran on time for us all the time even if they didn't it would not have been 30th stations fault
Historic 30th Street Station is a landmark in Philly. Connections for Amtrak, NJ Transit and Septa can all be found here.
Form the time I entered feeling the door handels upon leaving the platform the feeling of a city that has substance the station put me at ease I knew I was in a city as I came down the worn stairs I was thinking about all the other feet that has passed this was I was happy to be one of those feet walking pressing down and being a part of Philly.
Unique station. The ticketing is very convenient.
The station itself is very nice - interesting architecture, wide array of food. The train service is variable, but there's not a whole lot the station has to do with it.
Beautiful building. Holiday decor. Nice shops. Comfortable waiting spaces.
Love the old world travel experience used in modern times. Amazing building.
Thank you for your organized and travel friendly approach to every aspect of your rail service. Outstanding travel to an incredibly friendly station! Dianne you are all of that and some!
If you're taking Amtrak into or out of Philadelphia, you'll be going through this station. It's fairly small but clean and well organized. Easy transit point.
Often noisy and quite busy as a result of being a major station for both SEPTA and Amtrak, 30th Street Station is, thankfully, very spacious. It's actually rarely crowded. Yes, lines to board a train are frequently long, but they are usually well managed. The classic Solari Board is also fun to watch and listen to as the display flips with its click-click-click-click to update train status. Unfortunately, while the station is beautifully designed, it was not designed with acoustics in mind. Announcements will echo terribly in the Amtrak concourse and they're not alway easy to understand. But, I'll take 30th Street over New York-Penn any day.
This is a pretty busy place. Easy to get distracted by the size of the building and get yourself mixed up with where you are going. But there's easy to recognize employees that are all around that can help with questions you have.
"PHL" is an awe-inspiring art deco station. My favorite place to wait for the next leg. Wonderful utilization of grand open space.
Needs help....Very small and outdated train station; needs major renovations; especially for being located in a big city...Employees seemed friendly and accommodating.
Well.
Had to spend about 5 hours here after missing a train to DC while waiting for the next available one late at night. Great place, the benches are comfortable.
Waited in line for a train. Went downstairs to the platform. Boarded the train. Really exciting.
Beautiful train station with good staff and food market. Parking is a challenge and expensive. Meter parking charges $1 per 20 minutes.
Clean, plenty of vendors available 24 hours a day. The bar on the western end has a wide range of beers on tap and an extensive wine and cocktail selection to tie off between Amtrak or SEPTA trains.
#VIPlounge is very dope with an elevator
This station is truly amazing!!!! You can get from here to just about anywhere in the Northeast here at 30th Street station you can see people from all over the world and food too much at the courtyards and vicinity
The trains were frequent and the shop choice was plentiful. It was clean and the high ceiling is very cool.
Nice system 👍 I loved that each station had designated employees, to help travelers find the right trains to their destination purchase tickets. As an out of town visitor from a small town this was incredibly helpful and comforting, I didn't have to worry about catching the wrong train and getting lost. Every single one of those people were helpful, courteous, and friendly.
Organized, very clean and everyone was nice. Plenty of fast dining options.
Excellent architecture, pretty clean area, and great staff... I'll be traveling from NY this weekend and picking up my camera too ;)
Uber/Lyft ride share is on west, 30th Street. Cabs on 29th or East side. There are six doors, on west side going north-south call your driver to find out which door is closest since you don’t want to have to search for your driver. Also share your GPS location in App.
Nicely laid out station with good restaurants.
Beautiful station.
Big clean and easy to navigate through my first time going thought it would be difficult to navigate inside but look above each door it will tell you which track
pretty much my favorite train station, I've admired the architecture for two decades and the efficiency of the structure remains a valid argument for maintaining it.
History & Modern transportation. Must see is the carved marble History of Transportation mural. The child holding a space ship is perfect!
This station is the definition of 5 star train stations or any building in general. Majestic is another word for it.
I like catching SEPTA. It's a lot cheaper ride than putting gas in the car. And you can sit back and relax and let someone else do the driving.
Service is good, questions answered, places to sit, charge your devices but no WiFi, decent restrooms. All to be expected at a metropolitan train Station.
I miss the click-click-click if the Flipboard!! It's just not the same place without that...(sob)
Really enjoy train ride trenton line to often late
Eating on the train was a cool experience, not like in Europe. It could be improved though. I actually traveled between DC and NYC
So, some may say it's dirty - but I've always loved 30th street station. The architecture, and even just people watching in the main room.
Impressive and well maintained
A busy place a good bunch of places to eat at.
it's a train station. 5 stars for getting places
I can’t wait to see get to New Jersey in Aug
Very clean and pretty.
Red Caps and information people very nice and more than helpful.
The bathrooms are spotless shot out to the older lady that cleans them the staff are very helpful!!!
It's a train station... The architecture is very nice but really... It's just a place I have to go thru to get from point A to point B.
Nice big and airy. With mostly comfortable wooden bench seats. Don't sit on them til long. Lots of shops
Really miss Beck's Cajun Café
Remains a beautiful piece of real estate!
Septa frequently is late and will sometimes cancel trains without warning. When the trains are in working order though it's fine
30th Street Station the hub of transportation in the Delaware Valley area. There is access to everything here from the Airport to the Subway system and everything in between. That includes Patco, Amtrak and NJ Transit via the Trenton line.
Shouldn't share anything.
As a Lyft driver, I drop off or pickup train passengers
Nice artifacts around, a descent selection of places to grab a snack. However, there should be more security around to avoid the panhandlers from disturbing you.
mass transit location for catching the septa trains and the jersey trains there is plent of food places to eat from hete as well
Beautiful building. Public transit made the trip really easy
Iconic 30th St Station in Philly, the City of Brotherly Love. Here you can get connection to mostly all parts of the City via transit. Drexel University is the immediate neighbor and the great reknown Ivy League University of Pennsylvania UPENN is within comfortable walking distance. Take a breathtaking walk on the bridge over the Schuykill River down on Market St to City Hall.
I would like to thank the redcap team for being so friendly and helpful.I had a toddler and luggage. This team made it easy to travel.Frank was my attendant. Also every employee there is super friendly.Thank you so much
Nice and clean! Hand many eating options and a nice pull in for cars to drop of passengers instead of having to just pull off to the side of the road
Nice building with a great architectural...
The train ride isnt cheap! Which I wasn't happy with but w.e. if your traveling with another person its the same price to just take an Uber probably. Which is what we did on the way back
30th Street Station in Philadelphia was a nice clean train station with lots of great food area- I`ve been there a lot of times since 2002 I like it better than New York penn station!
Very relaxed. Customer Service very friendly and helpful. Beautiful architecture. Spend more effort on the restrooms.
Love the architecture, cleanliness and food options in this place. Wish there was a quiet place to work though. Wifi could be better.
Clean and everyone wore face masks. All customer service staff was excellent in giving service.
Picked up and dropped off friend there. Easy in and out.
Beautiful scenery, clean, and Amtrak employees very helpful.
Great as a transportation hub, but the food is subpar at best. If the food trucks are out on the "porch" you're in for a treat!
The architecture & decor is very interesting. Customer service is good. Instructions and directions inside are clear.
PLZ don't let them take the Clack-Clack train sign down! The whole station is soooo iconic and the trian information sign is the icing on the cake!
Big building
Felt very safe here due to social distancing stickers on floor and everyone wearing masks!
Love this station! Very clean, spacious, and safe, with lots of food and drink options.
It was quite with people waiting for their train. I had to pick up tickets to N.Y for next week.
Everyone was helpful! The employees and even complete strangers.
Staff very helpful and the whole place was very clean - huge station with excellent Taxi service right out the front door.
A lot of construction going on right now. But the main room ceiling is beautiful and I like going to 30th Street because it's clean
Art Deco architecture is beautifull, the station is clean even though they are going through a renovation
Few food options. They are going way overboard with this social distancing stuff. Even fewer places to sit.
Fast service! Plant-based sausage sandwich was surprisingly good. Will eat it again and again.
Just went to pick someone up. No problems.
Easy Stops
Usually quiet
Easy transfers
As one of the major stations in Philly, you'll almost certainly be passing through here. A great stop with plenty to do.
Nice architecture.
Big station, well organized. the service is great and you can go almost anywhere at the east coast.
Magnificent interiors. Very well mannered n coopertaive staff. Interiors are feast to the eye
Well its a train station. What more do you want. Yes it's huge and quite pleasing to the eyes. Gets crowded.
They try so hard. Points for effort.
Always a pleasant place when visiting. Plus I get the chance to pickup my favorite Philadelphia pretzel
Beautiful building inside and outside
It's a nice train station. Not the building's fault that septa is the most awful company.
Everyone is super super kind here! Really genuinely helpful and funny if that makes a difference. 5 starts for sure
Great train station. A perfect hub for travelers to go any direction by any means.
Classic art deco design.
The station is beautiful with plenty of seating. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Ppl watching is fun while waiting for your train arrive :-) Red Cap service #1 Top of the country:-)
Beautiful architecture, great food selection, clean building, a great station overall.
Large station but many of the stores and eating places were closed
Friendly place if you need help just ask they are there for you. Love the food court and cleanliness of this place.
Another one of the central SEPTA stations, you can get almost anywhere in the philly area and beyond from here, either by SEPTA, Amtrak or SEPTA connections to NJTransit!
It's a train station....duh...
No but actually, the iconic station is located on Market st. between Schuylkill avenue and 30th St. The station offers accessibility to Amtrak rail service as well as Septa regional rail and Mega Bus bus service (located in the outside rear of the station). SEPTA's Market Frankford line and trolley service are located across the street with the entrance being directly on 30th and Market St. The station has multiple vendors, mostly eateries or quick snack grabbers so if you're looking for a full shopping experience, the main business district is a hop, skip and a jump away via Market Frankford line or trolley. The station is immaculately kept by the hard working maintenance and janitorial crew (hats off guys!) all in all, always a pleasant experience when I go there.
Great transportation hub in Philly. Beautiful building. Just minutes (walking) from Center City.
Good train station. Could be cleaner. Staff are helpful for the most part.
Beautiful train station with many great fast food option.
The station is kept clean and they are nice and safe place to be. What are the hours for the station
Nice train station with professional staffs and clean, organized facility.
Fast food to eat inside. A little dirty, but generally felt safe.
Disgusting bathrooms but everything else is good. Great diverse food selection.
Grate place hard workers friendly & helpful I go double train to & from 30th street station realy fast service ❤👍 …
Good food outlets, ample space to seat, up to date information sign boards.
Good Redcap services, neat and nice. Trains could be in time and passengers allowed on time...
AC not working in car. Ugh. The conductors were friendly.
Clean, orderly, organized, and there is a nice diversity of places to eat.
Im mad they got rid of the clackety board. I still love 30th street station but the board will be missed.
Very nice station with a big food court. People watching is the best too.
Ot very many of businesses open. No bar.
The scale, architecture and craftsmanship are just amazing.
Train ride from Philadelphia to Trenton right on time, but train was full but very polite and quiet. Would ride it again and very inexpensive.
Great station! Wish they hadn't taken away Auntie Annies. 😔 …
Great place, very clean and good coffee ☕ and eateries
It's too bad Amtrak retired the Solari Board. That thing was really unique.
Huge place...employees very helpful and patient with newbies. .lol
Found the next spot for a good time-lapse video
Clean
very crowded
good food options
rest rooms are somewhat clean
It's convenient to all public transportation and has a paid parking lot plus a rental car service
Clean with lots of coffee and snack options
Wonderful location to walk and enjoy the pleasant weather especially at nights.
Looks all nice, but too damn cold. I'll come back and explore more some Summer.
Great building.
I try to pay homage to those souls who lost their lives and whose names are on the base of the angel statue..
In the heart of Downtown Philly.
On time and pleasant conductors
beautiful train station!
Very nicely maintained and pretty clean
I go here frequently to get picked up by the buses, it's nice.
Clean with plenty of options for food inside. Trains ran on time whenever I've been there
Nice looking station. However, bathrooms are very dirty.
Nice station with cool architecture, could be cleaned a bit better though.
Nice and wide.
Easy wait for a train in tge Amtrak lounge.
People very nice and polite...bathrooms should be cleaned better. Try the Pup😀 …
I found the place was out of date. Need some updates. Hand dryer would be a good start.
I was on work, Door Dash, the restaurant staff was friendly, service was great
Nice day to be at this iconic train station
Great customer service here. Loved the architecture of the building
Great train station with the classic look that is no longer easily available these days.
Beautiful spacious building some local construction at the time reduced photo opps
travelled on Septa many times into Center City. Very convenient
Everything good, just need improved a lil bit bathrooms clearness!!
Well maintained
Something always loks different in another City train station 🚉 …
Beautiful, clean, good food. Easy to follow directions.
Different sections for Amtrak and Septa. Good food selection.
Never had a problem here at 30th Street Station can't say the same for Suburban
Amazing architecture. Food court with a lot of options
Beautiful old station. A lot of history to see and experience here
Overpriced food. All close too early. Customer service is average at best.
Beautiful structure. Clean restrooms. Well-organized.
Cost way more the Jersey train. But it was clean and fast
Since i was a kid i like the nostalgia look easy to get around feels safe
Cool 😆 …
Nice walk through
Beautiful example of the construction that they knew how to do way back then.
Great location and a fun way to start and end the day in DC
This station is awesome. It is very clean and spread out.
Im goin home that God im goin 2 kiss the ground when i get there i miss spartanburg alot i got home sick
Neat-looking station, it's like your back in time (in a good way).
Cheap transportation around the city
Very helpful staff. This place is really a gem in the heart of this very rude city.
Information is not on point... The architecture is beautiful though.
Neat train station with a lot of food options.
Beautiful station and architecture! I love this station!
Here everyday going to and from work.
The coolest sink in the ladies room that I've ever used. 😄 …
Get you where you need to go
I like that this train station doesn't get crowded as the Grand Central in NYC.
Helpful
Beautiful train station. It speaks for itself
Fine
Gorgeous architecture and rad place for people watching.
Just waiting to see Bruce Willis in his rain mack
Bathrooms are a little bit nasty but good food selection
It's big and roomy. Plenty of things to do awhile you wI
Easy to buy tix
It's refreshing.
Nyce and roomy and Clean!!!
Very clean
Easy to read directions
Good looking train station with extraordinary inner sculptures
Beautiful train station - I was just passing thru
Location
Lots of room great food and safe .
One of the most beautiful train stations in the world.
Trust me it's better than Newark Penn Station.
My favorite train station around the nation, hands down !!!
A station located at the right place, close to the railways!
Easy to get to airport without bothering people
Easy drop off and pick up.
One of the best transit hubs around. An icon
It was clean and plenty of staff on hand to answer questions.
The service is cautious and accessible.
I believe that's what the station is supposed to be. Thanks.
Stunning and grand architecture!
On time. Minimal people interaction. No incident.
Elegant.
Generally business as usual here.
Clean and easy to navigate.
Beautiful building
Love the vintage architecture. True transportation hub.
One of the three center city stations. All trains go through Suburban
