Just opposite to the convention center. It offers different rates based on when you parked and retrieved your vehicle so if timed well, you may pay between $9-15 for a day park( 7am - 4 pm or something like that). Outside of these times, your rate may increase so check first. The entrance is a bit hidden, and it is located a shy to the left of the big vertical yellow PARK sign on the building, right past the alley that crosses Arch street. The passages and corners are narrow so drive carefully. No visible attendant but the instructions are quite clear. First, get ticket by pushing blue button when you get to the gate arm at the entrance. Park your car wherever you like and keep your ticket. What I like is that you can come back anytime during the day to your car with relatively no hassle. When you are ready to leave with your car, pay first at the Lobby located a bit to the right of the big vertical PARK sign, before the red light. The elevators are located in the lobby so you will see the two payment kiosks anyway when you park and leave the parking garage the first time. After you provide payment at the end of your parking time, make sure to take your ticket along with your payment card from the kiosk because you will need to insert your paid ticket on your way out of the garage so that the gate arm can let you out. Don't be surprised if when exiting, you are instead going up the floors. Pay attention to the exit sign in the middle of the parking on floor 9 or 7 (I think). You will exit on Arch street so be prepared to yield to potential pedestrians and to make a left on the street. If parking for a short duration, there is also parking available on Arch street (pay via app or use kiosk to provide payment) which may be easier. Hope this was helpful.

Great place to park if visiting convention center. Cherry on the pie, top floor has beautiful view of City Hall and skyline of Philadelphia, evenings be the best. SpotHero has better rate at this location and is easy to check in and out. Very convenient and safe location.

Convenient parking near City Hall, however the entrance/exit it is very tight and narrow. I got my ticket when I entered and payed at one their kiosk before taking the elevator back to my car. I payed $15 for the day.

Slightly odd entrance the first time finding it. Oh, make sure you take your parking ticket with you, you pay at the bottom of the elevator, not as you leave. Good system, if you don't leave your ticket in the car, like I did 😖. Perfect place to park for the Convention Center. …

Convenient parking in Philadelphia right near Reading Terminal. Not really great at telling you directions for available spots and lift buttons were a broken, and manky. Felt safe-ish as lone female during the day. Not sure how I’d feel at night though…

Conveniently located on Center City Philadelphia, Always Clean, and Pricing is okay. There is also a Trader Joe's on the first floor! Also from the roof you can see an amazing view at night.

I always park here with a 7' truck. While they advertise being able to fit vehicles up to 8' tall, they only have two levels that can accommodate anything over 6' and for some reason they're reserved for zip cars. The attendant will let you park in a zip car spot to accommodate a large truck. Attendant always friendly and accommodating. Covered garage.

Entrance and exit are quite congested so I had to drive carefully while entering abd existing. It was fine otherwise. Close to Love Park and many other places in Philadelphia. Self parking is a plus.

This was a great place to park for a convention I attended yesterday. Downloaded the Parking Whiz app and received a $5 discount, scanned my bar code to enter and leave, could not have been easier and affordable. The garage is narrow and tall. I believe 10+ floors. They were having elevator issues, and apparently that happens often. All in all -- this facility won't ever be my first choice..

Use the app ParkWhiz for 15.00 all day parking. I pulled up to scan my phone, didn't work, so I took a ticket. I called ParkWhiz customer service and she said to press help button at gate when leaving and an attendant would honor the scan. When it was time to leave, I hit the help button, I talked to the attendant, she came out, took my phone, went back in the kiosk area and came right back and said all is good and let me out. It took about a minute. Can't beat that.

Used parking app Spot Hero to get a great rate. Bad thing is you have to drive all the way to the top to exit. Parked on level 3. Had to go all the way to 9 and then back down to leave.

Location is great, near Philadelphia convention center; however if returning car after hours, to its designated garage level, and need to come back to the rental office with key and parking ticket during office hour, I.e. 8 AM the next business day. The entrance and exit ramps in the garage is tight in corners.

Great parking for the convention center. I used Parkwhiz and got a great rate for 12 hour parking during PAX Unplugged. Also the view from the top is pretty good so it has that going for it.

This parking garage is pretty simple - you go in when you want, you leave when you want and pay each time. I reserved three days online and only had a problem on the last day. The attendant scanned my ticket and asked for the full amount. When I showed him my paid reservation and the receipts for the previous two days, he would not accept them. It took me about 15 minutes to convince the guy I had prepaid. I had to prove it through emails and online information before he acknowledged it. A total pain in the butt but not bad for parking there 3 days.

Clean parking garage, my only complaint is how tight the exit is. It's nearly impossible to navigate with a pickup truck like my Ram 1500. My truck isnt massive, but the exit is just too small to fit a truck. It took me several minutes of inching through to make sure I didnt scrap the barriers, and I had to run over a plastic marker just to fit. For a car, or small SUV this isnt an issue.

After trying many, this is my favorite parking garage in Philly, I park here regularly each week for business and when going downtown for entertainment. Clean and well maintained. They do a good job keeping the homeless out. Lots of police officers park here. Even though a few complain about the prices, it is one of the cheaper options for this location of downtown. During the week, if you get in before 9am, you get a $14 rate for all day parking. I would send any out-of-towner here as opposed to many other parking locations.
