Went to the academy of natural science for a drexel event, and they offered discounted parking. It was ticketless which made it even easier.

For a city parking garage, the overnight rate was very reasonable. We were staying at the Logan hotel and the rate through them was more than double vs going directly with the garage through iparkit. Garage has somewhat narrower aisles than usual (maybe it's just me) but still plenty of space and the parking spaces themselves are wide enough. They have some compact spots and the first level or two are reserved.

I tried two different credit cards and both checkout machines for 5 or 6 minutes before it finally read one of my cards.

I was comped for my parking so I really don't know what it cost, but the process of paying and checkout was pretty easy so I was satisfied with that.

Great price and easy to park here for a reasonable place. Well lit and felt very safe here parking my car here. Very reasonable!

Parking is very close to Market Place. I reserved the parking in advance and had no problem. Felt like the spot can be a little wider. Have to be careful if you drive a wide car. It is a 4 storied and parking might be available even during office hours without reservation.

know nothing of this parking lot except that it must be expensive in that area. don't drive to that neighborhood. suburban station(septa regional rail) is 2 blocks away. find the rail station closest to your home and ride in(I grew up 2 blocks from that lot)

It’s a giant, expensive parking tower. It is what it is and it does its job well enough. Only 4/5 stars because I’m sorry but I can’t give a parking garage five stars just on principle alone.

Convenient underground parking near Comcast Center. Well lighted (motion controlled), elevators, and it was easy to pay. I parked there all day and had no problems paying, entering, or exiting.

They gave me a ticket to park but there were no open spaces! I drove around the lot for 20 minutes before I got a spot. Parking for 90 minutes was about 35 dollars.

Primary issue for me, adequate clearance (7 ft) for my 4x4. The 2.5 hour stay set me back $35

I love this garage I can fit my truck and it always has spaces. I just wish they had monthly available passes

Got a parking spot using parking panda. Only thing I would do differently is post pictures showing the actual sign for the parking garage and areas other than the AC unit for the building. The address didn't properly show on 3 different devices with GPS built in so maybe change the address to the actual front zone of the building or either entrance?

Excellent customer service. Anthony the bell man provided excellent customer service along with outing info which was very delightful. Colleen is an exceptional natural born customer service oriented, she's a natural, Collen deserve a promotion along with a raise. Ryan, Jordan, delivered an extremely customer service. This hotel is on que with everything that you asks for waste no time. The bell man Jerry is Mr. Cool very prompt. Other Hilton brand definitely need to take notes from the Logan hotel in regards to customer service. I will definitely be back again to obtain the customer service that front desk always provided. Beautiful hotel very clean and spotless. See you guys soon..
